Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of environmental costs on the company's financial performance with environmental performance as an intervening variable. The data used were secondary data. The number of mining companies that became the research sample were 20 companies out of a total of 49 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis technique used was path analysis with using the SEM-AMOS program. The results of the study show that environmental costs have no significant effect on environmental performance and company financial performance. Also, environmental performance has no significant effect on the company's financial performance. Furthermore, the results of the study show that environmental performance has not been able to mediate the effect between environmental costs and financial performance

Abstract

Saat ini, banyak kaum muda produktif terutama alumni-alumni perguruan tinggi, telah berinisiatif untuk mengembangkan kegiatan ekonomi dengan membuka usaha dan mempekerjakan banyak orang. Namun terlihat dalam proses produksi, pemasaran, wirausahawan muda ini masih terlihat memiliki kendala, terutama dari cita rasa dan kualitas produk yang belum memiliki keunggulan komparatif dengan produk-produk yang ada. Hal ini disebabkan pengetahuan pembuatan produk hanya meniru produk yang sudah ada serta penguasaan teknologi yang masih terbatas. Indikator Bisnis dan Program Magister Manajemen Institut Bisnis dan Teknologi Pelita Indonesia melaksanakan sosialiasi dan seminar bagi Wirausahawan Muda kota Pekanbaru dengan tema “Pengembangan Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia di Era Technopreneur bagi Wirausahawan Muda Kota Pekanbaru”. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini terdiri dari tahapan perencanaan materi, tahapan sosialisasi dan tanyajawab serta evaluasi penyampaian materi terhadap peserta. Kegiatan diikuti oleh 100 orang peserta. Kegiatan berjalan kondusif dan peserta sangat antusias mengikuti kegiatan dan bertanya selama sesi diskusi dan tanya jawab. Kegiatan Sosialisasi dan Seminar bagi wirausahwan muda di Era Technopreneur sebaiknya dilakukan secara berkelanjutan dan konsisten dengan tema dan materi pelatihan yang lebih dinamis disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dunia usaha dan dunia industri.

Abstract

There are inconsistent findings regarding the influence of psychological contracts on innovative work behavior, with some studies showing no significant relationship while others indicate a strong positive effect, revealing a theoretical gap that needs further exploration. This study addresses that gap by examining how fulfilled psychological contracts, through the lens of Social Exchange Theory, stimulate innovative work behavior and enhance salesperson performance in Indonesia’s competitive automotive service sector. This study examines how psychological contracts influence salesperson performance, both directly and indirectly, through the mediating role of Innovative Work Behavior (IWB). Data were collected through a census of 184 salespeople from an automotive service company in Riau, Indonesia, using a structured questionnaire. Analysis was conducted with SmartPLS 4.1. The results show that psychological contracts significantly affect salesperson performance (β = 0.460, p < 0.01) and IWB (β = 0.904, p < 0.001). In turn, IWB significantly improves performance (β = 0.487, p < 0.001) and mediates the relationship between psychological contracts and performance (β = 0.440, p < 0.001). Theoretically, this study extends Social Exchange Theory by clarifying inconsistent findings on psychological contracts and innovative behavior in prior research. Practically, the results highlight the importance of fulfilling psychological contracts to stimulate innovation and strengthen sales performance in emerging market contexts.

Abstract

Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and farmer groups are a source of the community's economy in Kamang Magek District. SMEs are engaged in various fields such as food and processed products, crafts and carvings, furniture, agricultural and animal husbandry products, while farmer groups in Kamang Magek District also vary from horticultural crops, food crops and plantation crops. In the Livestock sector, there are also poultry livestock, both broiler and laying eggs, small and large ruminants as well as processed agricultural and livestock products. Several SMEs and farmer groups in the Kamang Magek sub-district raised the local wisdom of Kamang Magek, such as kamang crackers, kamang coffee, Kamang duck, Kamang mangosteen, embroidery, and kamang special furniture. Currently, SMEs and Farmer Groups are experiencing difficulties in developing their businesses due to business capital constraints and most of them are even trapped in loans with high interest rates. SMEs have not been able to determine the amount of working capital they need for business development, they do not take into account the size of the loan with their production capacity or business results, so the amount of loans made does not match the actual funding or working capital needs. This has resulted in the amount of the loan submitted being too large in excess of requirements or the amount of the loan being too small so that it is not sufficient for business needs. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to provide counseling to SMEs and farmer groups regarding financial management.

Abstract

Untuk mendukung program pemerintah menciptakan wirausaha muda minimal 4 % dari jumlah penduduk, maka Institut Bisnis dan Teknologi Pelita Indonesia melaksanakan program Business Innovation bagi mahasiswa dan dosen untuk membantu Usaha Mikro dan Kecil dalam bentuk pendampingan guna mengembangkan usahanya dengan memanfaatkan digitalisasi dan Inovasi. Program Business Inovation ini memberikan peluang bagi wirausaha muda yang telah menjalankan usaha untuk mendapatkan pendampingan dalam mendesain logo, packing kemasan, pembuatan media sosial, membuka toko di market place, plat form toko on line seperti Gojek, shopee, Tokopedia atau Lazada, melakukan analisis strategi dan potensi berkembangnya usaha dengan analisa SWOT serta membantu menyusun laporan keuangan. Metode yang digunakan melalui tiga tahapan, pertama tahap sosialisasi dan seminar, kedua tahap pendampingan dan ketiga tahap bazaar dan pameran. Kegiatan ini dinilai bermanfaat oleh UMK yang pernah memperoleh pendampingan dari Tim Business Innovation Pelita Indonesia, dan bagi mahasiswa pendamping, kegiatan ini berhasil menumbuhkan minat berwirausaha serta menurunkan tingkat kekhawatiran akan resiko gagal dalam berusaha.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa dan menentukan pengaruh dari kompensasi, budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja, dan pelatihan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan perusahaan perkebunan di Riau. Penelitian dilakukan di perusahaan perkebunan yang ada di Riau, di Jalan Dr. Sutomo No. 62, Sekip, Kec. Limapuluh, Pekanbaru, Riau. Populasi untuk penelitian ini mencakup 40 karyawan dari PT Agro Abadi Kota Pekanbaru dengan menggunakan mentode sensus Dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel untuk penelitian ini. Analisis data penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil dari uji menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi, budaya organisasi, motivasi, dan pelatihan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Perusahaan Perkebunan di Riau. The aim is to analyze and determine the effect of compensation, organizational culture, work motivation, and job training on the performance of employees in plantation companies in Riau. The research was carried out at a plantation company in Riau, located at Jl. Dr. Sutomo No. 62, Sekip, District. Fifty, Pekanbaru City, Riau. The population for this study was all 40 employees of PT Agro Abadi Pekanbaru City. Using the census method, the entire population was sampled in this study. Data analysis in the study used multiple linear regression. The results of the study explain that compensation, organizational culture, motivation, and job training have a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees in plantation companies in Riau.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Quick Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Assets Turnover, dan Return on Assets terhadap pertumbuhan laba pada perusahaan healthcare yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2021. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan perusahaan dari BEI. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling yang diperoleh sampel sebanyak 13 perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi berganda dengan mengunakan SPSS 22. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan variabel quick ratio, debt to equity ratio, dan total assets turnover tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba, sedangkan return on assets berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba. This study aims to determine the effect of Quick Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Assets Turnover, and Return on Assets on profit growth in healthcare companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The data research uses secondary data from financial reports from the Indonesia stock exchange. The sampling selection technique Purposive sampling obtained samples about 13 companies. The study used multiple regression analysis techniques using SPSS 22. The result showed that the quick ratio, debt to equity ratio, and total assets turnover have no significant effect on profit growth, while return on assets had positive and significant impacts on profit growth.

Abstract

Contact between teaching and educational staff and students in higher education is relatively intensive. One of the critical determinants of the success of higher education is the satisfaction of teaching staff. This research examines the influence of Spiritual Intelligence and Spiritual leadership on job satisfaction and performance of PNSD education staff at private universities in Riau. The respondents to this research were 105 lecturers. The exogenous variables are Spiritual Intelligence and Spiritual Leadership, while the endogenous variables consist of job satisfaction and lecturer performance. The analysis used in this research is path analysis using PLS-SEM. The results of the hypothesis test show that Spiritual Intelligence and Spiritual leadership have a significant effect on job satisfaction. For the Performance variable, only Spiritual Intelligence has a significant effect. Spiritual leadership has no significant effect on performance. This research suggests that spiritual intelligence needs to be developed so that lecturers can align personal values with organizational goals. Leaders need to prioritize the interests of their members rather than their personal interests. A spiritual leader who is able to manage his ego to provide motivation and good work enthusiasm will undoubtedly be able to increase the job satisfaction and performance of his subordinates. This research contributes to developing theories of job satisfaction and performance from a spiritual perspective.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara Free Cash Flow, Kebijakan Hutang, Kepemilikan Institusional, Kepemilikan Manajerial, dan Sales Growth terhadap kebijakan dividen pada perusahaan sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan periode pengamatan selama tahun 2015-2020. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 41 perusahaan sektor industri barang konsumsi yang diambil melalui metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Free Cash Flow mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signfikan terhadap kebijakan dividen, dan Sales Growth mempunyai pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Sedangkan Kebijakan Hutang, Kepemilikan Institusional dan Kepemilikan Manajerial tidak mempunyai pengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of self-efficacy, career development, and commitment on employee performance at PT. Global Jaya Perkasa Pekanbaru City. The sample of this research is 50 employees who work at PT. Global Jaya Perkasa Pekanbaru City. Determination of the sample using the census method or saturated sampling. The data analysis technique used was the multiple linear regression method with SPSS Windows 21. The results showed that self-efficacy had a significant negative effect, partially or simultaneously, on employee performance. Still, career development and commitment have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Considering the career development and commitment variables, it has a significant positive effect and greatly contributes to employee performance. So the PT. Global Jaya Perkasa Riau is advised to focus on career development and commitment to improve and maintain good employee performance. And for variables with a significant negative effect such as self-efficacy so that they pay more attention and improve it, they provide comfort and a pleasant impression to fulfill employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri, pengembangan karir, dan komitmen terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Global Jaya Perkasa Kota Pekanbaru. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Global Jaya Perkasa Kota Pekanbaru. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode sensus atau pengambilan sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS Windows 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri memiliki pengaruh negatif yang signifikan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, terhadap kinerja karyawan. Namun, pengembangan karir dan komitmen memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Mengingat variabel pengembangan karir dan komitmen, keduanya memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan dan sangat berkontribusi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Oleh karena itu, PT. Global Jaya Perkasa Riau disarankan untuk fokus pada pengembangan karir dan komitmen untuk meningkatkan dan mempertahankan kinerja karyawan yang baik. Sedangkan untuk variabel yang memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan seperti efikasi diri, agar lebih diperhatikan dan ditingkatkan, dengan memberikan kenyamanan dan kesan yang menyenangkan untuk memenuhi kinerja karyawan.
