Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini dilakukan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa aplikasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana cara mengembangkan aplikasi mobile berbasis sistem operasi android pada materi bangun ruang sisi datar tingkat SMP/MTs dan mengetahui kelayakan dari media pembelajaran tersebut. Aplikasi dapat di operasikan pada perangkat yang menggunakan sistem operasi android. Aplikasi berupa mobile learning bangun ruang sisi datar untuk tingkat SMP/MTs. Aplikasi dibuat peneliti dengan menggunakan software android studio. Aplikasi selanjutnya di ujicoba kelayakannya. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode research and development (R&D). Berdasarkan hasil penilaian dari ahli materi dan ahli media. Rata-rata akhir penilaian dari ahli materi adalah 93,34% untuk kategori sangat baik dan pernyataan validasi yang diberikan ahli materi bahwa aplikasi layak digunakan. Rata-rata akhir penilaian dari ahli media adalah 70,59% untuk kategori baik dan pernyataan validasi yang diberikan ahli materi bahwa aplikasi layak digunakan dengan perbaikan. Adapun hasil penilaian dari pengguna telepon seluler berbasis sistem operasi android sebesar 86,60% dengan kategori sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil bahwa aplikasi layak digunakan dengan perbaikan.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 masuk ke Indonesia pada awal tahun 2020, pandemi ini membawa perubahan di dalam semua sektor yang ada dalam sebuah negara khususnya di sektor pendidikan, yang mengakibatkan kurangnya kesiapan sekolah dan guru menyiapkan pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan tujuan yang akan di capai, sehingga hasil belajar siswa merosot turun khusunya pada pelajaran matematika. Pembelajaran di era digital seperti sekarang ini guru dituntut untuk mengarahkan siswa lebih aktif dan membantu siswa memecahkan masalah di dalam pembelajaran serta mengarahkan siswa memanfaatkan teknologi secara aktif dan paham menggunakanya, salah satunya penggunaan aplikasi Wordwall. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan instrumen tes hasil belajar siswa dan wawancara pada siswa kelas V sekolah dasar. Hasil penelitian penggunaan aplikasi Wordwall efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran dan mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada pelajaran matematika khusnya materi bangun ruang dalam pembelajaran daring di masa pandemi seperti sekarang ini. Aplikasi Wordwall membantu siswa mengingat materi yang diajarkan, mampu meningkatkan motivasi dan semangat siswa dalam belajar.

Abstract

Kemampuan belajar matematika yang perlu dipelajari siswa salah satunya adalah kemampuan representasi matematis. Tujuan dari dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti pengaruh pendekatan matematika realistik berbantu media konkret terhadap kemampuan representasi siswa. Desain yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan Posttest-Only Control Design. Jenis penelitian menggunakan quasi-experiment yang terdiri dari 2 kelas III SD Negeri kebayoran Lama Selatan 03. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah soal essay yang terdiri dari 4 nomor yang sesuai dengan indikator kemampuan representasi matematis. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji-t. Hasil pada studi ini adalah pendekatan matematika realistik berbantu media konkret memiliki pengaruh yang baik terhadap pelajaran matematika di kelas. Perbandingan kemampuan representasi matematis antara 2 kelas yang diuji sangat signifikan. Hasil kemampuan representasi matematis siswa yang diberlakukan pendekatan matematika realistik berbantu media konkret lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kelas yang diberlakukan pembelajaran konvensional.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe critical thinking skills in mathematics learning by applying the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model to the constructivism theory approach. The method used is qualitative through literature study. The research was conducted through the stage of collecting data from library sources. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that students' critical thinking skills can be increased through the application of Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning models in constructivism theory approaches. Constructivism theory and Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning models are considered effective and efficient in developing children's cognitive. This learning model raises curiosity and increases motivation so that it can develop higher thinking skills, especially in critical thinking.

Abstract

Mathematical creative thinking ability is certainly different for each student based on their initial mathematical abilities. Virtual learning has become the main learning process during a pandemic. The purpose of this study was to analyze how students' creative thinking skills on SPLTV material through virtual learning were based on students' initial mathematical abilities. The subjects in this study were students of class X SMA Malahayati Islamic School totaling 149 students, which were then taken 3 students based on their initial mathematical abilities. This study used the descriptive qualitative method. Data analysis in this study is to describe the results of student interviews and answers. Checking the validity of the data using data triangulation techniques. The results showed that students with high and moderate initial abilities had mathematical creative thinking skills from the ground up and needed to be honed again. Meanwhile, students with low initial ability cannot think creatively at all. Learning in virtual classes greatly affects the learning process, especially student learning outcomes. So that mathematical creative thinking skills are strongly influenced by students' initial mathematical abilities and student learning processes.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to describe the results of research on graduate satisfaction from a Postgraduate School under the auspices of one of the private universities in Jakarta. The various components explored are in the form of graduate satisfaction with leaders, lecturers, education staff, employees, infrastructure, and the impact of the studies they have taken on career advancement. This study uses a survey method through instruments developed and distributed to respondents using the google form media. The number of respondents in this study was 222. The results showed that most of the alumni or graduates of the 2019/2020 academic year were very satisfied with the service, provision of facilities and infrastructure and the impact of studies on career advancement. The average level of alumni satisfaction is 90.1. The results of this study can be used as a part of evaluating, controlling, and improving the quality of institution services to users or students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the Discovery Learning model assisted by the Edpuzzle application to improve students' mathematical thinking skills. The type of research used was qualitative research. The technique used by the researcher is a literature study, which means that the researcher sees and reviews articles related to the topic that the researcher takes. Data collection carried out by researchers is that researchers collect data from various sources such as books, journal articles in which are related to the topics taken, namely designing the Discovery Learning learning model assisted by Ed Puzzle in optimizing critical thinking for junior high school students. The results of the research, in the Discovery Learning Model students can find their own learning concepts so that students are forced to be active and the teacher acts as a facilitator only. To develop students' critical thinking skills in mathematics, they will develop after being given this DL learning model. In conclusion, the learning model using Discovery Learning can optimize students' critical thinking skills. The Discovery Learning learning model is very effective to be implemented in the teaching and learning process in the classroom. Students become more active in finding concepts, so that they can improve students' critical thinking, especially in mathematics. Keywords: Critical Thinking, Covid 19, Discovery Learning, EdPuzzle

Abstract

Pendidikan matematika mejadi pendidikan dasar yang sangat dibutuhkan dalam dunia pengetahuan. Matematika adalah ilmu pengetahuan yang memiliki pengaruh penting dalam perkembangan pemikiran manusia. Kemampuan berfikir kritis menjadi kemampuan yang sangat penting untuk dipelajari pada mata pelajaran matematik. Peneliti menggunakan model Make A Match  untuk mengetahui terdapat atau tidaknya pengaruh pemberian model Make A Match terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada topik bangun datar. Peneliti menggunakan metode Quasi Experiment dengan rancangan Posttest-Only Control Group Design melalui teknik pengambilan sampel dengan sampling jenuh yang terdiri dari 2 kelas IV sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol di sekolah dasar. Instrument yang di gunakan menyesuaikan dengan indikator kemampuan berpikir kritis yang terdiri dari 5 nomor soal essay. Teknik analis data menggunakan uji Independent Samples T Test dengan bantuan Software SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh dalam pemberian model Make A Match pada materi bangun datar terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa di SDN Cipinang Besar Selatan 04 Pagi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of science learning outcomes using the CORE (Connecting, Organizing, Reflecting, Extending) learning model assisted by digital media in fourth grade students at SDN Cijantung 06. This research is a quantitative study using a Quasi Experimental research method with a Posttest-Only Control Group Design type. The population in this study were all fourth grade students at SDN Cijantung 06 in the even semester of the 2021-2022 academic year. The research sample consisted of 64 students from class IV-B and IV-C. The sampling technique in this study used the Cluster Random Sampling method. The research instrument was an objective test in the form of multiple choice questions consisting of 35 questions. The instrument was first tested at SDN Susukan 02 Pagi with 64 students. The calculation of the validity test uses the Biserial Point Correlation formula on 40 items in the form of multiple choice with 35 valid questions and 5 drop questions obtained. While the calculation of reliability test using KR-21 obtained of 0.85 with a very strong level of reliable interpretation. Furthermore, there is a requirement analysis test that is carried out, namely the normality test with the Lilliefors formula, then the data obtained are normally distributed from the experimental class and the control class. Then, the homogeneity test was calculated using Fisher's exact test to get the group variance data with homogeneous distribution. Then, hypothesis testing using t-test resulted in of 7,322 with a significant 5% which resulted in rejecting . The results of this study can be concluded that there is an influence of the CORE learning model (Connecting, Organizing, Reflecting, Extending) assisted by Digital Media on Science Learning Outcomes at SDN Cijantung 06.

Abstract

Tujuan belajar matematika salah satunya supaya siswa mempunyai keahlian memakai penalaran matematis pada pola serta watak, melaksanakan manipulasi matematika dalam membuat generalisasi, mengumpulkan informasi ataupun menjabarkan ide-ide serta menyimpulkan secara matematis. Penetapan keahlian penalaran selaku tujuan serta visi pendidikan matematika ialah suatu fakta kalau keahlian penalaran sangat berarti perlu dipunyai peserta didik. Strategi yang tepat dalam meningkatkan penalaran matematis dalam belajar matematika dengan menggunakan model Grup Investigasi. Perihal ini dikarenakan dalam model Grup Investigasi menekankan keahlian berpikir siswa buat menghubungkan, mengorganisasikan, mendalami, mengelola, serta meningkatkan data yang didapat. Dengan terdapatnya model Grup Investigasi diharapkan bisa memperdalam keahlian penalaran matematis dalam belajar matematika
