Abstract

Practice correct breastfeeding is an important factor in the management of lactation, because the correct suction will empty breasts and will stimulate the release of breastmilk, so milk can be produced according the needs of the baby. In layman's mother maybreastfeed her baby, but what about the practice of breastfeeding with appropriatefeeding technique is not widely known by the mother. Implementation of improper feedingtechniques can lead to problems during breastfeeding lasts. Some of the problems thatoften occur when breastfeeding technique is incorrect is difficult to enter the breastnipple into the baby's mouth properly, putting the problem of pain, cracked nipples.Objective to describe the practice of breastfeeding women done in the village KracakAjibarang District of Banyumas. This research method is quantitative descriptive usesprimary data taken with a questionnaire to the 93 nursing mothers in the village KracakAjibarang District of Banyumas. The results showed that most respondents knew theproper breastfeeding practices in accordance with proper feeding techniques, as many as61 respondents (65.6%). When viewed from the level of education, most respondents lastberpendididkan SMP / MTS as many as 35 respondents (37.6%), seen from the parity thatis primiparas (number of children 1) 61 respondents (65.6%), those who get resources ofhealth workers which 48 respondents (51.6%). Abstract

Kehamilan di bawah umur 16 tahun berhubungan dengan peningkatanangka kematian perinatal dan lebih dari 18% kelahiran prematur terjadi padakelompok umur ini (Grady dan Bloom, 2004). Masalah malnutrisi yangdiderita oleh ibu hamil remaja dapat menyebabkan risiko kelahiran bayiprematur dan juga mengalami berat lahir rendah (Sarwono, 2009). Indonesia termasuk negaradengan persentasepernikahan usia mudayang tinggi menempati urutan ke-37 dan tertinggi kedua di Association ofSouth East Asian Nation (ASEAN) setelah Kamboja. Prosentase dariperempuan muda berusia15-19 yang menikah (11,7%), laki-laki muda berusia15-19 tahun (1,6%), sedangkan kelompok umur perempuan20-24 tahun sudahmenikah sebesar 56,2% (BKKBN, 2011). Faktor usia ibu antara lain, umur ibu kurang dari 20 tahun atau lebihdari 35 tahun menjadi faktor yang berperan dalam meningkatkan angkakejadian BBLR. Usia ibu < 20 tahun merupakan usia yang belum matanguntuk menerima kehamilan. Hal tersebut dikarenakan organ reproduksi belumsiap secara biologis menerima implantasi janin dan secara fisik usia tersebutberisiko mengalami kekurangan energi kronik saat kehamilan terjadi. Padausia ibu > 30 tahun merupakan usia yang berisiko untuk mengalamikeguguran saat kehamilan dikarenakan organ reproduksi cenderung tidakmemiliki kekuatan untuk menerima implatasi (Nugroho, 2011). Abstract

Indonesia Demographic Health Survey (IDHS) 2007, the maternal mortality rate (MMR) in Indonesia showed the number 228 / 100,000 live births. Planning program delivery andprevention of complications (P4K) is the latest program made by the government to help lowerAKI. One aspect that is assessed in P4K is birth attendant. In the village Prendengan non healthworkers maternity coverage in 2010 amounted to 63%. The purpose of research to describe theplanning and delivery of prevention kompliksi the third trimester pregnant women in ruraldistricts Prendengan Banjarmangu Banjarnegara district in 2010. Methods This study usedquantitative descriptive method with cross sectional approach and instrument is the checklist. Thesample 36 third trimester pregnant women in the village Prendengan. The results showedPlanning childbirth and prevention of complications in the third trimester pregnant women in thevillage Prendengan pretty good at 44% and 44% unfavorable. Planning for birth attendants88.9%, not 88.9% planned home delivery, planning perlenglengkapan complete maternal andinfant 88.9%, not 75% of the financial plan, no plan pendonordarah 91.7%, 80.6% do not plantransportation , planned a labor companion 100%, 100% decision makers planned, not plannedKB postpartum 66.7%. Abstract

Background: Factors predisposing to direct cause of death in women is influenced by severalfactors, the mother's health is at risk. one of the categories of maternal risk is prematurerupture of membranes. When the incident occurred above sectio caesarea it must be done tosave the lives of mothers. Preliminary survey conducted in hospitals Hospital dr. R GoetengTaroenadibrata on February 15, 2012 that the incidence of birth sectio caecarea in 2010 was305 out of 1120 deliveries (27.2%) and Banyumas Hospital events sectio caecarea labor in2010 was 361 out of 1421 deliveries (25.4%) Objective: To determine the incidence of sectio caecarea relationship with birth mothers whoare at risk in hospitals Dr. R. Goeteng Taroenadibrata Purbalingga in 2011. Methods: This study is a retrospective descriptive study korelasidengan approach. Thesamples are sampling jenuh, samples of this research is all ibu bersalin.Sampel 1256respondents in this study. The analysis used data analysis univariat dan bivariate analysisusing chi-square method Results: Labor Sectio Caecarea many as 336 people (26.8%), mothers who risk as much as612 people (48.7%) and from the data analysis bivariat didapatkan bahwa χ² count> χ² table(118.277 > 3,841) with the corelation 0,293 coofisien Ho rejected and Ha accepted Conclusion: There is a relationship between the incidence of birth sectio caecarea with birthmothers who are at risk Keywords: Labor Sectio Caecarea, Mother Maternity Risk.

Abstract

Childbirth is a physiological thing where there is a series of processes that ended with theexpenditure of the POC. The first stage is the stage that took place since the onset of regularuterine contractions until full cervical dilatation. Labor uterine contractions cause pain. Firststage of labor pain management were not precise cause women experience severe pain. Massagecounter pressure is one of the non-pharmacological approaches that can be used to reduce laborpain. The purpose of this study was to determine differences in the first stage of labor pain scalebefore and after the massage counter pressure on women giving birth in Puskesmas PekuncenBanyumas 2013. The method used is pre experimental with one group pretest posttest design.This study uses primary data were taken in June 2013 in Puskesmas Pekuncen Banyumas. Thesample in this study as many as 11 respondents drawn using accidental sampling technique. Based on the results of the first stage of labor pain scale before the massage counterpressure on the most severe pain that is 8 respondents (72.7%), while the first stage of laborpain scale after the massage counter highest pressure at moderate pain that is 10 respondents(90.9%). Statistical test results using Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test Z table values obtained aresmaller than the Z count (1.96 <3.000), which means that there are differences in the first stageof labor pain scale before and after the massage counter pressure. The conclusion from thisresearch that there are differences in the first stage of labor pain scale before and after themassage counter pressure on women giving birth in Puskesmas Pekuncen Banyumas in 2013. Abstract

Background : Studies of patient satisfaction need to be done in order to improve theperformance of obstetric care in case ANC best and oriented to patient satisfaction. Apreliminary survey conducted on 12 pregnant women who were conducting the examinationobtained 5 states in accordance with the services provided during the inspection because it isdone with precise and reliable, the service is polite and friendly, 3 states midwiferesponsiveness in resolving patient complaints, four people claimed services granted asexpected. Objective : to know the description satisfaction pregnant women to antenatal care providedby a midwife in the Ny BPM. Ida Yusniarti, Amd. Keb Village Kedungrandu PatikrajaDistrict of Banyumas 2014. Methods : This study used quantitative descriptive analysis with cross-sectional design, thisstudy uses primary data was acquired on August 14 to 19, 2014, with the enclosedquestionnaire (close ended) by accidental sampling technique of sampling, sample size of 30people. Result : The level of satisfaction obtained most of the pregnant women were satisfied asmuch as 16 respondents (53.3%), satisfaction levels based on the reliability of pregnantwomen said they were satisfied as much as 14 respondents (46.7%), satisfaction levels basedon the responsiveness of pregnant women said they were satisfied by 17 respondents(56.7%), satisfaction levels based on the assurance of pregnant women said they weresatisfied as much as 14 respondents (46.7%), the level of satisfaction of pregnant womenbased on empathy expressed satisfaction as much as 14 respondents (46.7%), and the level ofsatisfaction of pregnant women by tangibility menyatakanpuas as many as 15 respondents(50%). Conclusion: The satisfaction of pregnant women to antenatal care services in BPM Ny. IdaYusniarti, Amd. Keb Village Kedungrandu 2014 pregnant women found satisfaction levelslargely satisfied. Abstract

Background : When a child is injured, parents and teachers are panicked and do not know what to do. There are some who provide the usual help (such as topical oil), although they do not know whether this is true or not, from a medical-health perspective. Improper first handling such as injuries that are not treated properly, then it could potentially be more severe injuries. Even feared can be a germ infects the wound and spread throughout the body, so that harm. First aid at school is temporary relief and care to the victim at school before being taken to a hospital, health center or health clinic for better help from doctors or paramedics First aid is intended to appease and calm the patient before being handled by more skilled personnel with a more adequate means. Expected with a more calm can reduce the pain of the patient. Therefore, the knowledge of first-aid accidents in pre-school age children is needed by caregivers and PAUD teachers to be able to handle properly. Objective: To analyze the knowledge of PG/TK teacher Nakita Insan Mulia Purwokerto on First Aid on Child Accident (P3K) before and after training Method : This research uses quantitative research type. The research design is pre-experimental design with one - group pretest - posttest design approach. Sample amounted to 19 taken with total sampling technique. Results : 1) The description of the knowledge of the PG/TK teacher Nakita Insan Mulia Purwokerto on first aid in the crash (P3K) before the training is mostly in the sufficient category of 11 people (57.9%) and a small part in the good category ie 2 people (10.5% ) and a small in enough category that is as much as 1 person (18%); 2) The description of PG/TK teacher's knowledge of Nakita Insan Mulia Purwokerto on first aid in accident after first training is mostly in good category (18 persons (57.9%); and (3) There was a significant difference between teacher's knowledge in PG/TK Nakita Insan Mulia Purwokerto between before and after training with p value of 0.000 (<0,05). Conclusion: 1) The description of PG/TK teacher's knowledge of Nakita Insan Mulia Purwokerto on first aid in accident (P3K) before training is mostly in enough category that is 11 people (57.9%); 2) The description of PG / TK teacher's knowledge of Nakita Insan Mulia Purwokerto on first aid in accident after first training is mostly in good category (18 persons (57.9%); and (3) There was a significant difference between teacher's knowledge in PG / TK Nakita Insan Mulia Purwokerto between before and after training with p value of 0.000 (<0,05). Abstract

ABSTRACT The Covid pandemic has become a threat to health for people in the world, including Indonesia. Nurses as the vanguard provide an important role in handling Covid-19. However, working can not be separated from challenges faced. These challenges can be stressful for nurses. Work stress is a response that is not specific to the demands obtained which gives an impact on a person's physical and psychological condition. The perceived stress will have an impact on one's performance, therefore, stress must be avoided. Listening to music is one way to reduce work stress levels. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of music therapy to reduce the work stress of nurses in the Outpatient Department of Harapan Ibu Purbalingga Hospital. The method used was the pre-trial design with the one group pre-test-post-test method. The measuring instrument used was a job stress questionnaire. The research sample used wasa total sampling technique of 31 people. The results of data analysis shows that the work stress level of nurses before being given music therapy was at most in the category of work stress level of 61.3%. Meanwhile, after being given music therapy, the work stress level of nurses was in the category of mild stress level of 96.8%. The results of the paired sample-test showed p value <α 0,000 or p <α 0.05. The conclusion of this study is that there is the difference in the work stress level of nurses before and after being given music therapy, music therapy is effective in reducing the work stress of nurses in the Outpatient Department of Harapan Ibu Purbalingga Hospital. Abstract

Hypertension is still a big challenge in Indonesia and is a health problem with a high prevalence. Based on data from Puskesmas 2 Purwokerto Utara, hypertension sufferers in RW 3 Sumampir Village, Purwokerto Utara District, Banyumas Regency are quite a lot. Management of hypertension can be done using drugs or by way of lifestyle modification. The expected goals of community service are the availability of independent groups of people with hypertension, the availability of digital tensimeters, digital scales and can operate well, describing physical activity, eating patterns, resting habits and smoking habits of hypertensive patients. The service method is done through health education (lectures and discussions). Based on the results of community service in RW 3 Sumampir Village, Purwokerto Utara District, Banyumas Regency it can be concluded that community service activities can increase the skills of hypertension sufferers on the operation of digital tensimeter devices and digital scales, get an overview of physical activity, eating patterns, resting habits and smoking habits of hypertensive sufferersKeywords: Hypertension, Lifestyle

Abstract

Hypertension is the number one cause of death in 2030 (WHO, 2014). Hypertension as a silent killer endangers sufferers due to complications such as stroke and acute coronary syndrome. Stress management with relaxation reduce their blood pressure. Other hypertension management is a diet. Education is a promotive, preventive and rehabilitative action. The study of 5 members of the Hypertension Care Group in Mersi was only 1 (20%) people who routinely used relaxation techniques. 2 (40%) people do not consume low-fat milk, 4 (80%) people do not consume celery, 1 (20%) people do not consume cucumber and green tea. The purpose of community service (CS) was to improve control of hypertension by increasing knowledge about the diet of hypertension and autogenic relaxation. The method was carried out by lectures, discussions, question and answer, interviews, demonstrations, and watching videos. The CS target audience was members of group in Mersi, especially RT 05 / RW 01. The implementation of autogenic education and diet education training has 4th sessions. The majority of age are 12 (60%). The majority gender are female 16 (80%). There were 13 (65%) exercise routines, 18 (90%) did not smoke, and there were 18 hypertension offspring (90%). A total of 11 (55.0%) participants have a good diet. Participants have grade 2 hypertension before CS and including grade 1 hypertension after CS showed that there were significant differences between systolic and diastolic blood pressure before and after the activity. Trainees can understand the diet of hypertensive patients and can demonstration autogenic relaxation.
