Abstract

Funding decisions reflected through capital structures relate to the comparison of the amount of debt used by companies with equity for investment financing.Capital structure becomes the main focus for the company because good bad capital structure can affect the financial condition of the company.The study used three factors: asset structure, profitability, and size of the company as variables that affect capital expenditures.This research aims to determine the effect of the asset structure, profitability, and size of the company on the capital structure of mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2018. Sample is a mining sector company registered (listing) in IDX during the period 2014-2018 taken by purposive sampling method obtained samples as many as 17 companies. The analytical tools used in this study are multiple linear regression analyses. Based on the test results can be concluded that testing on the hypothesis of asset structure and size of the company has no effect on the capital structure.Meanwhile, the profitability hypothesis has a negative and significant effect on the capital structure.Further research can develop this research using other variables that in theory have an influence on the capital structure.

Abstract

Employee performance assessment is a very important thing in an organization to achieve its goals, so that various policies must be carried out by the organization to improve employee performance. Good performance is an outcome that every organization wants to achieve. Improved employee performance can be seen from the democratic leadership style, competence and job satisfaction. This study aims to examine and obtain empirical evidence of the effect of democratic leadership style, competence and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Bali Provincial Planning Development Agency (BAPPEDA). The population in this study were employees of the Regional Planning Development Agency (BAPPEDA) of Bali Province. The research sample was 72 employees who were determined by the census method. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that democratic leadership style and competence have a positive effect on employee performance at the Bali Provincial Planning Development Agency (BAPPEDA). While job satisfaction has no effect on employee performance at the Regional Planning Development Agency (BAPPEDA) Bali Province. Further research can develop this research by using other variables that theoretically have an influence on employee performance, such as work ability, work discipline and work experience

Abstract

Tingkat Pendidikan dan kompetensi sangat berkaitan langsung dengan kinerja karyawan. Tingkat Pendidikan yang dimiliki oleh karyawan dapat menurunkan ataupun meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, begitupula halnya dengan kompetensi karyawan. Karyawan yang memiliki tingkat Pendidikan dan kompetensi yang tinggi akan termotivasi untuk memiliki semangat kerja sehingga akan berdampak pada meningkatnya kinerja perusahaan secara keseluruhan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah : untuk menguji tingkat Pendidikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Hotel Puri Sebali Ubud Gianyar dan untuk menguji kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Hotel Puri Sebali Ubud Gianyar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus yaitu dengan memberikan kuesioner seluruh populasi yang berjumlah 47 orang. Dimana populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Hotel Puri Sebali Ubud Gianyar. Analisis yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas uji reliabilitas, analisis statistik deskritif, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji kelayakan model, uji F dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Tingkat Pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Hotel Puri Sebali Ubud Gianyar. Hal ini memiliki arti jika tingkat Pendidikan meningkat maka kinerja karyawan Hotel Puri Sebali Ubud Gianyar mengalami peningkatan. Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Hotel Puri Sebali Ubud Gianyar. Hal ini memiliki arti jika kompetensi meningkat maka kinerja karyawan Hotel Puri Sebali Ubud Gianyar mengalami peningkatan.

Abstract

Penting bagi investor untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan perusahaan dan pengaruhnya terhadap harga saham, meningat harga saham mencerminkan nilai dari suatu perusahaan. Kinerja keuangan perusahaan dapat dicerminkan dari rasio keuangan perusahaan. Semakin baik kinerja keuangan perusahaan akan berdampak baik bagi perusahaan dikarenakan ekspetasi investor semakin tinggi untuk berinvestasi atau membeli saham yang mengakibatkan harga saham cenderung akan meningkat dan begitu juga sebaliknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji kembali pengaruh variabel Debt To Equity Ratio, Return On Equity, dan Return On Assets terhadap harga saham. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 7 perusahaan farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia untuk periode 2014-2018. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel Debt To Equity Ratio dan Return On Assets tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Sedangkan variabel Return On Equity berpengaruh positif terhadap harga saham. Berdasarkan hasil uji kelayakan model uji F menunjukkan bahwa variabel Debt To Equity Ratio, Return On Equity, dan Return On Assets terhadap harga saham dinyatakan layak digunakan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Nilai perusahaan merupakan bentuk kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap perusahaan sejak perusahaan tersebut didirikan sampai dengan saat ini. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 22 perusahaan pertambangan batubara yang listing di BEI periode 2016-2018, sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 17 perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Good Corporate Governance (GCG) berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dan Return On Assets (ROA) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Employee performance has an important role in achieving company goals. The aims of this study was to explain the effect of Tri Hita Karana on organizational culture and employee performance at Saraswati Garment. This research was conducted at Saraswati Garment using a sample of 75 employees. The sampling technique used was the census method. Data collection was carried out through interviews and questionnaires, with the data analysis techniques used are path analysis techniques. Based on the results of the analysis, this study shows that Tri Hita Karana and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Saraswati Garment.

Abstract

The company value is used as an assessment by investors regarding the success of a company which is often related to the stock price. The high share price also makes the company value high. A high company value will make the market believe not only in the company's current performance but also in the company's future prospects. This study aims to test and obtain empirical evidence of the effect of leverage, company size and managerial ownership on firm value at LQ 45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 period. The research population is LQ 45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 period. The sample in this study were 135 LQ 45 companies which were determined based on the purposive sampling method. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis is linear regression analysis. The results showed that leverage, managerial ownership had no effect on firm value. Meanwhile, company size has a negative and significant effect on firm value. Further research can develop this research by using other variables which theoretically have an influence on firm value such as Profitability, Liquidity, Dividend Policy, Capital Structure, and others

Abstract

Return On Asset(ROA)merupakan rasio profitabilitas yang menunjukan perbandingan antara laba sebelum pajak dengan total aset bank, semakin besar tingkat Return On Asset(ROA)yang dimiliki, maka akan semakin efisien penggunaan aktiva yang mengakibatkan laba yang diperoleh oleh bank akan semakin meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor–faktor yang mempengaruhiReturn On Asset( ROA) yaitu Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Biaya Operasional Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO), dan Inflasi.Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 51 BPR pada Kabupaten Badung untuk periode 2016 -2017. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Capital Adequacy Ratio(CAR), dan Loan to Deposit Ratio(LDR) berpengaruh positif terhadap Return On Asset(ROA), sedangkan Non Performing Loan (NPL), Biaya Operasional Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO), dan Inflasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap Return On Asset(ROA) pada BPR di Kabupaten Badung.

Abstract

Public demand for quality health services is a challenge for health service providers, one of which is hospitals. Patient satisfaction is an indicator of service that is influenced by the performance of nurses because nursing personnel are the first and longest contacts with patients, so that they can represent the entire image and appearance of the hospital. This study aims to determine the effect of work culture, organizational commitment and work discipline on the performance of nurses at the Mental Hospital in Bali Province. The population in this study were all 104 executing nurses who worked in the inpatient room of the Bali Province Mental Hospital, which were selected by accidental sampling. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis is multiple regression. The results showed that work culture had a positive and significant effect on nurse performance. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance. Mental Hospital Management in Bali Province can improve communication, monitor and evaluate by carrying out regular and scheduled supervision

Abstract

This increasingly dynamic world of work shows more and more tasks so that organizations need good Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). To create OCB in employees is influenced by the attitude of their leader. Transformational leadership style, organizational culture and motivation are considered capable of stimulating the formation of OCB in the organization. The sample in this study were 65 employees of Koppas Srinadi Rama Self Service Unit. The sample research used the census method. Research data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques to answer the problem formulation with the help of the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) program. The test results show that variable 1). Transformational Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on OCB 2). Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on OCB 3). Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on OCB
