Abstract

Penelitian deskriptif ini mendeskripsikan pengaruh komponen sikap, seperti kepedulian lingkungan, pengetahuan lingkungan, dan efektivitas konsumen yang berpengaruh terhadap sikap atas produk hijau dan perilaku pembelian produk hijau.Penelitian ini berfokus pada konsumen produk organik di Daerah Isitimewa Yogyakarta.Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mendistribusikan kuesioner kepada 228 konsumen produk hijau.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan efektivitas konsumen menjadi variabel dominan dari komponen pembentuk sikap atas produk hijau.Implikasi praktis dari hasil penelitian adalah untuk memberikan masukan bahwa komunikasi pemasaran yang efektif perlu dibangun melalui iklan serta program pengemasan produk dan yang mampu meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of eco-innovation on green supply chain management, circular economy capability, and firm performance of MSMEs. This is a survey study with a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The population in this study is the MSMEs in the processed salak culinary industry in Sleman Regency. The data used in this study are primary data from 50 respondents using purposive sampling. Hypothesis testing uses Partial Least Squares (PLS) with SmartPLS 4. The results of this study indicate that 1) eco-innovation has a positive and significant effect on firm performance, 2) eco-innovation has a positive and significant effect on green supply chain management, 3) eco-innovation has a positive and significant effect on circular economy capability, 4) green supply chain management has no significant effect on firm performance, 5) circular economy capability has a positive and significant effect on firm performance

Abstract

Social entrepreneurship combines social intentions with economic intentions and has become a major driving force for business transformation. Social entrepreneurship plays an important role in growing an entrepreneurial spirit. This study explores the social entrepreneurial intentions of Islamic boarding school of Darul Qur'an Wonosari students. This study examines moral obligation, empathy, self-efficacy and social support as the main determinants of social entrepreneurial intentions in Islamic boarding schools. This study uses a quantitative approach, through surveys to explore the effect of antecedents on social entrepreneurial intentions from student samples who got responsibilities to manage Islamic boarding schools and their business units. By using the statistical method of partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) for data analysis.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Integrated Marketing Communication IMC on Purchasing Intention at Gacoan noodle restaurants mediated by Brand Equity The method in this study uses Partial Least Squares PLS using SmartPLS 3 The population in this study were Gacoan Noodle Customers in Gajayan Yogyakarta with the sampling technique used namely purposive sampling and obtained a research sample of 100 samples For the feasibility of the model using GoF the results show that the feasibility value is 0 51 and can be said to be high For the relationship between variables directly IMC has a significant positive effect on Purchasing Intention and Brand equity has a significant positive effect on Purchasing Intention For the relationship between variables indirectly the results show that Integrated Marketing Communication IMC has a significant positive effect on Purchasing Intention which is mediated by Brand Equity < em>< p>

Abstract

Abstract

Big data analytics capabilities are an important tool to business competitiveness high dynamic market conditions. Big data will lead companies to focus more on managing internal and external data with the aim of capturing suitable new opportunities to maintain competitive advantage. Entrepreneurial orientation shows a company’s strategic mindset characterized the willingness take risks, innovate and act proactively in seizing market opportunities for strategic growth. Meanwhile, business model innovation involves deep and last transformations the essential elements firm’s business model. Business model innovation often organizational transformation aimed at ensuring the achievement of expected performance. This study aims to analyze It works closely with the effect big data analytics on business model innovation, acting as a mediating factor in that relationship. This research quantitative method approach. The research population is  oyster mushroom micro small medium entreprises in Sleman, Bantul, and Kulon Progo Regencies and the number of 100 respontents. Study used purposive sampling to select participants. The data was analyzed using structural equation modeling with the partial least squares method. Findings show having strong big data analytics capabilities helps drive business model innovation, and entrepreneurial orientation role process as a mediating variable. Furthermore, entrepreneurial orientation positively affects business model innovation and serves as a mediating variable relationship between big data analytics capability and business model innovation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji keterkaitan antara kemampuan analisis bisnis, praktik ekonomi sirkular, dan kinerja berkelanjutan pada UKM. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei yang menggunakan kuesioner sebagai cara mengumpulkan data. Populasi dalam penelitian ini mencakup UKM butik batik warna alami di Kabupaten Bantul. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari 40 responden yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares (PLS) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 4.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) kemampuan analisis bisnis berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja berkelanjutan, 2) kemampuan analisis bisnis juga berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap penerapan ekonomi sirkular, 3) praktik ekonomi sirkular memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja berkelanjutan yang mencakup aspek ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan, 4) praktik ekonomi sirkular berperan sebagai variabel yang memediasi secara signifikan dalam menghubungkan kemampuan analisis bisnis dengan peningkatan kinerja berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of trust (X1), information sharing (X2) on supply chain performance (Y) mediated by Innovation SMEs. The population in this study were SMEs in Kulon Progo Yogyakarta. From the population taken 35 samples with non-probability sampling method. The model in this study uses Partial Least Square. And the results showed that trust and information sharing have a significant positive effect on supply chain performance mediated by SME Innovation.  Applicative suggestions that can be applied are the need for trust between supply chain members. because there is still distrust between supply chain members which in the future can hinder supply chain performance. In addition, there is a need for innovations that can accelerate the performance of the supply chain such as the need for a sap drying oven, plastic caps so that the sap is not mixed with water and dirt and jerry cans are placed between 4 - 5 coconut trees which makes it easier to transport raw material supplies. With trust and information sharing can create these innovations that can affect supply chain performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT To meet the needs of heterogeneous consumers, companies must be market-oriented and innovate to advance company performance. This research will analyze the influence of market orientation, learning orientation, innovation capabilities, and their impact on competitive advantage and company performance in Ngelorejo bamboo craft center, Gunung Kidul district, Indonesia. In the collection of data, this study used questionnaires with the number of respondents as many as 88 respondents bamboo artisans. The analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and the analysis tool used is Smart PLS 3.0. The results of this study showed that market orientation has a significant effect on innovation capabilities, learning orientation has a significant effect on innovation capabilities, market orientation has no significant effect on competitive advantage, market orientation has a significant effect on company performance, innovation capability has a significant effect on competitive advantage, a competitive advantage does not have a significant effect on company performance.Keywords: Market orientation, Learning orientation, innovation capabilities, Competitive advantages, Company performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of logistics integration in strengthening the influence of supply chain management practices on the competitive advantage of MSMEs producing frozen food in Bantul Regency. The study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving MSME actors as research respondents. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of structured questionnaires, while data analysis used the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method. The results show that Supply Chain Management (SCM) practices have a positive and significant influence on logistics integration and competitive advantage. Other findings show that logistics integration also has a positive effect on the competitive advantage of MSMEs. In addition, logistics integration has been proven to be able to mediate the relationship between SCM practices and competitive advantage, so that the implementation of an integrated supply chain can strengthen business competitiveness. The implementation of effective SCM practices encourages improvement in operational efficiency, distribution accuracy, product quality, and the ability of MSMEs to meet market needs in a sustainable manner. This research provides an empirical contribution on the importance of logistics integration in supporting the success of supply chain strategies, especially in the frozen food MSME sector which faces increasingly dynamic business competition. The research findings are expected to be a reference for MSME actors in developing a more effective distribution system and supply chain management to increase competitive advantage in a sustainable manner.
