Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of promotion, word of mouth and digital marketing on consumer satisfaction with policy purchase decisions using the FUSE PRO application. In this study, data were collected using a questionnaire with the population taken, namely Consumer Satisfaction with Purchase Decisions at FUSE on all partners or insurance agents who use the FUSE PRO application with a total sample of 215 respondents. The results of this study can be concluded into several parts, namely: 1) The influence of promotion, word of mouth and digital marketing has a positive and significant impact in improving purchasing decisions at the company. 2) Promotion, word of mouth and digital marketing also have a positive and significant impact that will affect satisfaction at FUSE, and 3) Promotion, word of mouth and digital marketing also have a positive and significant impact with increasing purchasing decisions that have an impact on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

The reaction of levulinic acid production from glucose has a reaction stage that requires a high temperature and high activation energy so that in this levulinic acid production reaction a catalyst is needed. The required catalyst must have a lewis acid site and a bronsted acid site so that the acidity of the catalyst is very influential for the successful production of levulonic acid. Silica nickel phosphate catalysts have lewis acid sites from Ni metal and bronsted acid sites from phosphoric and silica groups. The acidity of the catalyst was measured using the pyridine and ammonia adsorption method and the acidity center strength method using the TGA-DTA base adsorption-desorption. The adsorption of ammonia and pyridine uses the gravimetric method so that it can easily obtain the amount of total acidity of the catalyst and the acidity of the catalyst surface while the TGA-DTA method shows the acid strength of the actual catalyst, which is the real state of the catalyst when catalyzing a reaction and shows the catalyst's resistance to high temperatures. These two methods of measuring acidity have the same disadvantage that they cannot show and know the number of lewis acid sites and bronsted acid sites.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the teacher's pedagogic competence and school climate had on the learning motivation of eighth grade students of SMP Terpadu Az Zahra. The hypothesis of this research is that there is a positive influence of teacher pedagogic competence and school climate on learning motivation. This research was conducted using a correlational descriptive method, with the entire population of class VIII SMP Terpadu Az Zahra collecting 64 people. Because the population is relatively small, the authors use a saturated sampling technique. The technique of collecting data is by distributing questionnaires. Based on the results of the t-test of teacher pedagogical competence and school climate on student learning motivation, it was obtained that a significant value of teacher pedagogic competence was 0.015 <0.05, then Ho was rejected, meaning that teacher pedagogic competence had a positive effect on learning motivation. Then the significance value of the school climate obtained a significance value of 0.042 <0.05 then Ho is rejected, meaning that the school climate has a positive and significant effect on learning motivation.

Empowerment refers to the ability of people so that they have the ability to meet basic needs, increase income, and to be able to participate in the development process. The purpose of this service is to create a green and clean village packaged in a community service package by the team of lecturers from the Poltekkes Kemenkes Palu. Activity Steps The activity steps carried out are intensive training through the following stages: 1. Lectures on the study of waste management systems. 2. Lectures on managing and processing household waste, especially the 3R method of composting (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle). 3. Demonstration on the implementation of the Garbage Bank. 4. Practice segregating waste and applying composter. 5. Consultation in overcoming some of the obstacles faced by participants in household waste management. 6. Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of composting on the height increase of Jengkol (Pithecolobium jiringa) puppies after three months of weaning at the Samarinda State Agricultural Polytechnic Nursery. This study used a completely randomized design, with 4 types of treatment on weaning media and 10 replications. The treatments were N0 (pure sub soil), N1 (75% sub soil + 25% compost), N2 (50% sub soil + 50% compost) and N3 (25% sub soil + 75% compost). Based on the results of the study, it was shown that the height of jengkol (Pithecolobium jiringa) seedlings was treated with different growth media, namely planting media (subsoil) without compost (N0), planting media with a ratio of subsoil and compost compared to 75% : 25% (N1), planting media with a ratio of subsoil and compost 50% : 50% (N2) and planting media with a ratio between subsoil and compost 25% : 75% (N3). that all growing media gave a positive response to the height increase of jengkol (Pithecolobium jiringa) seedlings. Treatment N2 showed greater height gain, but based on the Least Significant Difference Test (LSD) at the 95% confidence level, treatments N1 and N2 were not significantly different.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa jauh hubungan (keeratan) diameter dengan tinggi pohon Ekaliptus (Eucalyptus pellita) umur 3 tahun yang ditanam di areal Hutan Tanaman Industri PT. ITCI Hutani Manunggal. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 pohon yang terdiri dari 35 pohon untuk menyusun suatu model penaksiran tinggi dan 15 pohon untuk validasi dari model yang terpilih. Pohon sampel dan pohon untuk validasi diambil dari lokasi yang sama dan dengan cara pengukuran yang sama. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran data diperoleh sebaran diameter antara 6.0-14,2 cm dan tinggi antara 9,2 – 16.7 m. Hasil analisis didapat hubungan diameter dengan tinggi pohon ekaliptus (eucalyptus pellita) umur 3 tahun, yaitu log H = 0.4412261 + 0.67606319 log D atau H = 2.80622579D0.67606319 besarnya koefisien korelasi (r) 0.965929 dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 93.30%. Hasil validasi persamaan dengan menggunakan uji T didapat bahwa t-hitung lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan t-tabel. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa persamaan tersebut dapat digunakan untuk menaksir tinggi pohon pada areal tersebut.

Abstract

Sharia economic activity in Indonesia is growing, including sharia insurance, which tends to increase although not very encouraging because the number is still around 1% of the total population of Indonesia. This is due to the lack of socialization about the importance of sharia insurance, including about tabbarru' and the distribution of the results for the underwriting surplus. The study was conducted to determine the treatment and calculation of profit sharing for the excess funds. The research method will emphasize whether or not the treatment has followed PSAK 108. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that this sharia insurance company in applying the profit-sharing accounting treatment is in accordance with the rules in PSAK number 108, namely sharia accounting standards. Thus, hopefully it can become a reference for the community so that they do not hesitate in following this sharia insurance.

Abstract

Food and beverage companies have an important role for human needs, now many people want fast food. The more consumer interest there is to fulfill a need, the greater the competition in this business. The purpose of this study is to measure the financial performance of food and beverage companies in 2013-2017. Financial performance is measured using a liquidity ratio, solvency ratio, profitability ratio and company performance, then see which companies are good and which companies are performing poorly. The population in this study are all food and beverage companies listed on the Stock Exchange. While the method used in this study uses descriptive methods by analyzing financial ratios, doing recapitulation and ranking to determine the best financial performance of the company. The results of this study indicate that the company that has the best financial performance, PT. Ultrajaya Milk Industry and Trading Company Tbk. Keywords : Liquidity Ratio, Solvability Ratio, Profitability Ratio, and Corporate Financial Performance.
