Abstract

Abstrak Minyak nilam merupakan salah satu komoditas perkebunan yang memiliki nilai ekonomi tinggi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi produktivitas petani minyak nilam. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei terhadap 25 petani nilam di Desa Tompasobaru 1, menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa luas lahan, jumlah tenaga kerja, dan penggunaan pupuk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas petani nilam. Sementara itu, faktor usia petani berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan. Temuan ini mengimplikasikan perlunya perbaikan akses terhadap input produksi, peningkatan keterampilan petani, serta regenerasi petani muda untuk meningkatkan produktivitas minyak nilam. Diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut untuk mengeksplorasi aspek-aspek lain yang dapat memengaruhi produktivitas, seperti teknik budidaya, pemasaran, dan kebijakan pemerintah. Upaya-upaya ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani nilam serta kontribusinya terhadap perekonomian lokal dan nasional. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini memberikan dasar yang kuat bagi pengembangan strategi dan kebijakan yang lebih baik dalam mendukung pertumbuhan sektor minyak nilam di Indonesia. Kata kunci: Minyak nilam, produktivitas, petani, di desa Tompasobaru 1. Abstract Patchouli oil is one of the high-value plantation commodities in Indonesia. This research aims to analyze the factors influencing patchouli farmers' productivity. Data were collected through a survey of 25 patchouli farmers in Tompasobaru 1 Village, using a structured questionnaire. Data analysis was conducted using qualitative methods. The research results show that land area, number of labor, and fertilizer usage have a positive and significant effect on patchouli farmers' productivity. Meanwhile, the age factor of farmers has a negative and significant effect. These findings imply the need for improving access to production inputs, enhancing farmers' skills, and rejuvenating young farmers to increase patchouli oil productivity. Further research is needed to explore other aspects that may affect productivity, such as cultivation techniques, marketing, and government policies. These efforts are expected to improve the welfare of patchouli farmers and their contribution to the local and national economy. The conclusions of this study provide a strong basis for the development of better strategies and policies to support the growth of the patchouli oil sector in Indonesia. Abstract

ASBTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis literasi kewirausahaan digital bagi pelaku UMKM di Kecamatan Tondano Utara Kabupaten Minahasa. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jumlah informan penelitian sebanyak 5 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu triangulasi data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi kewirausahaan pelaku di Kecamatan Tondano Utara dikategorikan Baik. Hal tersebut terlihat dari masing-masing indikator literasi kewirausahaan yaitu sebagai berikut: 1) Pengetahuan. Dari segi pengetahuan kewirausahan digital yang dimiliki oleh para pelaku usaha UMKM (Penjual Pakaian) di Kecamatan Tondano Utara Kabupaten Minahasa, mereka sudah memahami dengan baik apa-apa yang seharusnya dipersiapkan dalam memulai sebuah usaha serta bagaiaman menggunakan media digital yang akan digunakan untuk menunjang jalanya suatu usaha; 2) Faktor yang berpengaruh dalam berwirausaha seperti pemanfaatan media digital, barang dagang, alat-alat dagang, tempat berdagang dan modal; 3) Pelaku usaha UMKM (Penjual Pakaian) di Kecamatan Tondano Utara Kabupaten Minahasa sudah memliki karakter yang baik dan dijadikan sebagai pegangan untuk menarik minat pembeli agar mau berbelanja di toko mereka. Kata Kunci : literasi kewirausahaan digital, pelaku UMKM ASBTRACT The aim of this research is to analyze digital entrepreneurship literacy for MSMEs in North Tondano District, Minahasa Regency. This type of research is qualitative research with a total of 5 research informants. The data analysis used is data triangulation including data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the entrepreneurial literacy of actors in North Tondano District is categorized as Good. This can be seen from each indicator of entrepreneurial literacy, namely as follows: 1) Knowledge. In terms of digital entrepreneurship knowledge possessed by MSME business actors (Clothing Sellers) in North Tondano District, Minahasa Regency, they already understand well what should be prepared in starting a business and how to use digital media that will be used to support the business. business; 2) Factors that influence entrepreneurship such as the use of digital media, trading goods, trading tools, trading places and capital; 3) MSME business actors (clothing sellers) in North Tondano District, Minahasa Regency already have good character and are used as a guide to attract buyers to want to shop at their shop. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Entrepreneurship Education on Entrepreneurship Attitudes of Students of Economic Education Department at the Faculty of Economics, Manado State University. With the independent variable namely Entrepreneurship Education and the dependent variable is the Attitude of Entrepreneurship. This research was conducted on some students in the Faculty of Economics, Manado State University Economic Education Department. The sample in this study were 60 students of the Faculty of Economics, Manado State University Economics Education Department. The problem in this research is trying to identify the factors that cause the Student Entrepreneurship Attitude to be still low, whether the process of entrepreneurship education is not maximized so that the Attitude of Student Entrepreneurship is low. The research objective was to see the effect of Entrepreneurship Education on increasing the Attitude of Student Entrepreneurship in the Economics Education Department at the Faculty of Economics, Manado State University. The research method used is a survey with data analysis techniques is regression correlation. The results showed that there was an influence of Entrepreneurship Education with the Attitude of Student Entrepreneurship. This, can be seen from the observation and the results of the analysis of the correlation coefficient between the two variables, namely the variable X as Entrepreneurship Education and variable Y as the Attitude of Student Entrepreneurship. Where analysis uses simple regression Ŷ = 44,99 + 0,06 X, and analysis using product moment correlation shows value r = 0,5 dan r2 = 0,25 atau 25%. While testing the significant level of the correlation coefficient using the t test with a real level 5% (α = 0,5) obtained thitung = 3,05 dan ttabel = 2,05 this means thitung < dari ttabel. These results can be understood that Entrepreneurship Education can improve Student Entrepreneurship Attitudes in the learning process which will ultimately improve student outcomes. With the existence of Entrepreneurship Education, it will affect the Attitude of Entrepreneurship in Students of the Economic Education Department at the Faculty of Economics, Manado State University.

Abstract

The major problem facing by the Regional Secretariat of Minahasa Regency is the lack of leaders’ attention to employees’ motivation and passion at work. This study aims to measure the relationship between leadership and employees’ work motivation in the Regional Secretariat Office of Minahasa Regency, North Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. It occupies a central role in advancing employees’ work motivation and passion. This study uses a quantitative method to measure leadership’s effect on employees’ motivation and work passion. Questionnaires were used as the main instrument to obtain the data. These questionnaires were distributed to all respondents in this study. This study’s population was predominantly made up of twenty-four employees in the Regional Secretariat Office of Minahasa Regency. Due to the limited population (24 employees), this study used all of the population as the samples. The results of this study showed a significant relationship between leadership and employees’ motivation. Since leadership is directing and influencing employees’ activity process, leaders should diligently extend it to their organizations utmost.

Abstract

The provision of incentives is one stimulus to encourage someone’s loyalty, and better work performance as the incentives are paid based on one’s work commitment. This research was conducted at Bethesda General Hospital, Tomohon City, and aims to determine the effect of incentives on its employee work commitment. The results of the correlation coefficient analysis of r = 0.84 indicated that there is a close and positive relationship between incentives and employee work commitment. The correlation analysis also produced the coefficient of determination r² = 0.71 or 71%, implying that the provision of incentives influences 71% of employee work commitment, and other factors beyond this research influence the remaining 29%. In addition, the t-test analysis shows that t count = 8.23 is greater than t table = 1.70 indicating a highly significant relationship between the provision of incentives and employee work commitment.

Abstract

This classroom action research aimed to improve the seventh-grade students of SMP Negeri 4 Tondano (Public Middle School) in understanding the information of a descriptive text. This research was conducted in two cycles. The research subjects were 28 students of class VII-A. The results showed that implementing the Quick on the Draw strategy in learning to understand descriptive text information created a learning atmosphere that excites students. It allows all students to play active roles during the learning as the nine steps of Quick on the Draw place students as the subject. Students use their potentials to think independently, solve problems jointly, and obtain additional information not provided by the teachers. The final test results showed that from 28 students, 27 students (96.42%) scored above 75, and 1 student (3.58%) below the standard. The ability of students to understand classical descriptive text information was 83, beyond the Minimum Learning Mastery Standard.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Students’ learning interest in office administration subjects at SMK Negeri 1 Tatapaan remains low due to the predominantly conventional delivery of the material. The use of social media platforms such as TikTok, which are highly popular among teenagers, is expected to serve as an effective tool to enhance student engagement and understanding of the subject matter. This study aims to develop TikTok-based instructional content for office administration as an innovation in the learning process. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the 4-D model, consisting of Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The participants were twelfth-grade students of the Office Administration Department, and data were collected using student needs questionnaires, expert validation sheets for material and media, and limited trials. The results indicate that the developed TikTok-based learning content for office administration is highly feasible in terms of material quality and media presentation, and it received very positive responses from students. Therefore, TikTok can be used as an innovative alternative medium for delivering office administration material in a more engaging, interactive manner that aligns with the characteristics of digital-generation learners. ABSTRAK Minat belajar siswa terhadap materi administrasi perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Tatapaan masih rendah karena kesesuaian materi yang cenderung konvensional. Penggunaan media sosial seperti TikTok yang populer di kalangan remaja diharapkan dapat menjadi sarana efektif untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan dan pemahaman siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan konten pembelajaran administrasi perkantoran berbasis media TikTok sebagai inovasi dalam proses pembelajaran. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4-D yang meliputi Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XII Jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran, dengan instrumen berupa angket kebutuhan siswa, validasi ahli materi dan media, serta uji coba terbatas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konten pembelajaran administrasi perkantoran berbasis TikTok yang dikembangkan tergolong sangat layak dari segi isi materi dan media penyajian, serta mendapatkan respon yang sangat positif dari siswa. Oleh karena itu, media TikTok dapat menciptakan alternatif inovatif untuk menyampaikan materi administrasi perkantoran secara lebih menarik, interaktif, dan sesuai dengan karakteristik siswa generasi digital.
