Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui latar belakang pendidikan dan kreativitas mengajar guru terhadap minat belajar siswa di smk n 2 tondano Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif sedangkan desain penelitian ialah penelitian ex pose facto. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini di ambil dengan cara observasi, studi dokumenter, kuisioner dan angket serta penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen berupa angket tertutup.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Latar Belakang Pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Belajar Siswa di SMK Negeri 2 Tondano. Kreatifitas Mengajar Guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Belajar Siswa di SMK Negeri 2 Tondano. Latar Belakang Pendidikan dan Kreatifitas Mengajar Guru secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Belajar Siswa di SMK Negeri 2 Tondano. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan, Kreatifitas Mengajar, Minat Belajar Abstrack This study aims to determine the educational background and teaching creativity of teachers on students' interest in learning at SMK N 2 Tondano The type of research used in this research is quantitative research while the research design is ex pose facto research. Data collection techniques in this study were taken by means of observation, documentary studies, questionnaires and questionnaires and this study used an instrument in the form of a closed questionnaire. The results showed that educational background had a positive and significant effect on student learning interest at SMK Negeri 2 Tondano. Teacher Teaching Creativity has a positive and significant effect on Student Learning Interests at SMK Negeri 2 Tondano. Educational Background and Teaching Creativity of Teachers together have a positive and significant effect on Student Learning Interests at SMK Negeri 2 Tondano. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Analisis Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Petani Kelapa di Kelurahan Kawangkoan Bawah Kecamatan Amurang Barat.Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan jenis data kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan studi kepustakaan. Metodeanalisis data dilakukan mulai dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya pemberdayaan yang dilakukan pemerintah atau dinas terkait belum maksimal dan pendapatan yang diperoleh petani dari hasil pengolahan kelapa masih rendah. Ada beberapahal yang menjadi kendala dalam pemberdayaan petani kelapa salah satunya yaitu Kurangnya kesadaran dari petani kelapa untuk melakukan inovasi terhadap produk olahan kelapa yakni dari pengolahan dari kopra biasa menjadi kopraputih. Hal tersebut dikarenakan keterbatasan kompetensi yang dimiliki para petani mulai dari pendidikan, keterampilan, dan wawasan sehingga perkembangan yang lambat dan pendapatan masih rendah. Kata Kunci : Pemberdayaan Ekonomi, Petani Kelapa ABSTRACT This study aims to describe the Economic Empowerment Analysis of Coconut Farmers in Kawangkoan Bawah Village, Amurang Barat District. The research method uses descriptive method using qualitative data types. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews and literature studies. Methods of data analysis were carried out starting from data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that empowerment efforts by the government or related agencies have not been maximized and the income earned by farmers from coconut processing is still low. There are several things that become obstacles in empowering coconut farmers, one of which is the lack of awareness from coconut farmers to innovate coconut processed products, namely from processing ordinary copra to white copra. This is due to the limited competence of farmers starting from education, skills, and insight so that development is slow and income is still low. Keywords: Economic Empowerment, Coconut Farmers

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan variabel pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat berwirausha pada generasi muda. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Tondano Selatan Kabupaten Minahasa. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 60 responden yang merupakan generasi muda di Kecamatan Tondano Selatan. Teknik pengumpulan.data menggunakan penyebaran angket berupa kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis sregresi linear berganda. Hasil.penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengetahuan kewirausahaan.secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha, lingkungan keluarga secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha, pengetahuan.kewirausahaan dan lingkungan keluarga secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaaKata kunci: Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan dan Lingkungan Keluarga , Minat Berwirausaha

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki keadaan ekonomi saat ini di kota-kota Area K yang terlibat dalam produksi pala. A.B. Rat Selatan Kabuduten Kislands Siau B. Tagulandang Biaro Siau (Siau) Penelitian semacam ini bersifat kualitatif dan mengambil pendekatan ilustrasi. Menurut temuan penelitian, untuk membantu petani pala di Kabupaten Siau Barat Selatan dalam meningkatkan kondisi ekonomi mereka, diperlukan strategi multi-cabang yang mempertimbangkan kepentingan sejumlah besar kelompok yang beragam. Petani pala mungkin dapat meningkatkan stabilitas ekonomi mereka dan memastikan keberlanjutan pertanian jangka panjang dari operasi mereka. Kata Kunci: Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Masyarakat Petani Pala ABSTRACT This study's objective is to investigate the current state of the economy in Area K towns that are involved in nutmeg production. A.B. Rat Selatan Kabuduten Kislands Siau B. Tagulandang Biaro Siau (Siau) This kind of study is qualitative and takes an illustrated approach. According to the findings of study, in order to help nutmeg farmers in the Siau Barat Selatan District in improving their economic condition, a multi-pronged strategy that takes into account the interests of a large number of diverse groups is necessary. Growers of nutmeg may be able to increase their economic stability and ensure the long-term agricultural sustainability of their operations.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to determine how financial literacy and buying habits impact the money management of economics students at Manado State University. This study used a quantitative methodology using SPSS 25 as assistance. 175 students who were enrolled in economic education programs at Manado State University for the 2019 and 2020 academic years made up the population of this study, and the sample size was 64 respondents. The Slovin technique, which has a 10% error rate, yielded 64 responders, and the number of samples was determined by simple random sampling. Multiple linear regression analysis, the Test t and Test f hypothesis tests, and the distribution of questionnaires as a data collecting method were all used to assess the results. It is known that the sig value for X1's partial effect on Y is 0.676 > 0.05. The calculated t value is 0.420 from the 1999 T table. The sig value of the partial effect of X2 on Y is 0.002 0.05. And the 1999 t table has a t count value of 3259. A sig value of 0.005 0.05 indicates that X 1 and X 2 have an influence on Y simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Entrepreneurship Education on Entrepreneurship Attitudes of Students of Economic Education Department at the Faculty of Economics, Manado State University. With the independent variable namely Entrepreneurship Education and the dependent variable is the Attitude of Entrepreneurship. This research was conducted on some students in the Faculty of Economics, Manado State University Economic Education Department. The sample in this study were 60 students of the Faculty of Economics, Manado State University Economics Education Department. The problem in this research is trying to identify the factors that cause the Student Entrepreneurship Attitude to be still low, whether the process of entrepreneurship education is not maximized so that the Attitude of Student Entrepreneurship is low. The research objective was to see the effect of Entrepreneurship Education on increasing the Attitude of Student Entrepreneurship in the Economics Education Department at the Faculty of Economics, Manado State University. The research method used is a survey with data analysis techniques is regression correlation. The results showed that there was an influence of Entrepreneurship Education with the Attitude of Student Entrepreneurship. This, can be seen from the observation and the results of the analysis of the correlation coefficient between the two variables, namely the variable X as Entrepreneurship Education and variable Y as the Attitude of Student Entrepreneurship. Where analysis uses simple regression Ŷ = 44,99 + 0,06 X, and analysis using product moment correlation shows value r = 0,5 dan r2 = 0,25 atau 25%. While testing the significant level of the correlation coefficient using the t test with a real level 5% (α = 0,5) obtained thitung = 3,05 dan ttabel = 2,05 this means thitung < dari ttabel. These results can be understood that Entrepreneurship Education can improve Student Entrepreneurship Attitudes in the learning process which will ultimately improve student outcomes. With the existence of Entrepreneurship Education, it will affect the Attitude of Entrepreneurship in Students of the Economic Education Department at the Faculty of Economics, Manado State University.

Abstract

Abstrak Kabupaten Kepulauan Talaud masih bercirikan ekonomi tradisional dimana sektor pertanian masih menjadi andalan daerah. Dilihat dari kontribusi tiap sektor/subsektor, sektor yang memberikan kontribusi terbesar pada PDRB Kabupaten Talaud adalah sektor pertanian. Data dari Dinas Ketahanan Pangan dan Pertanian Kabupaten Kepulauan Talaud tahun 2020 dengan luas lahan tanaman Kopra 22.133,14 Ha, sedangkan produksinya mencapai 18.577,38 Ton. Khususnya pada Kabupaten Kepulauan Talaud sendiri dengan luas wilayah lautnya sekitar 37.800 km2 dan luas daratan 1.251,02 km2, terdapat 3 pulau utama yaitu Pulau Karakelang, Pulau Salibabu, dan Pulau Kabaruan dengan jumlah penduduknya adalah 91.067 jiwa dan sebagian besar adalah petani. Masyarakat dikecamatan rainis kepulauan Talaud,pemanfaatan buah kelapa kelapa menjadi kopra secara ekonomi dan manajemen usaha belum maksimal jika dibandingkan dengan potensi semberdaya kelapa. Kodisi ini mangakibatkan angka kemiskinan dikabupaten kepulaun Talaud tahun 2020, mencapai 9,49 persen. Jenis penelitian yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research & Development). Borg and Gall (1987:772) menyatakan bahwa “educational research and development (R and D) is a process used to develop and validate educational products”. Untuk dapat menghasilkan produk tertentu digunakan penelitian bersifat analisis kebutuhan. Penelitian pengembangan adalah suatu proses yang dipakai untuk mengembangkan dan memvalidasi produk-produk yang akan digunakan dalam pendidikan. Kata Kunci: Modul Pelatihan, Usaha Petani Kopra.           Abstrack Talaud Islands Regency is still characterized by a traditional economy where the agricultural sector is still the mainstay of the region. Judging from the contribution of each sector/subsector, the sector that makes the largest contribution to the GRDP of Talaud Regency is the agricultural sector. Data from the Food Security and Agriculture Service of Talaud Islands Regency in 2020 shows that the area of Copra plantations is 22,133.14 Ha, while production reached 18,577.38 Tons. Specifically, in the Talaud Islands Regency itself, with a sea area of around 37,800 km2 and a land area of 1,251.02 km2, there are 3 main islands, namely Karakelang Island, Lintasabu Island and Kabaruan Island with a population of 91,067 people and the largest. among them are farmers. For the people in Rainis District, Talaud Islands, the economic use of coconuts for copra and business management is not optimal when compared to the potential of coconut resources. This condition resulted in the poverty rate in Talaud Islands Regency in 2020 reaching 9.49 percent. The type of research that will be used in this research is the research and development method (Research & Development). Borg and Gall (1987:772) state that "educational research and development (R and D) is a process used to develop and validate educational products". To be able to produce certain products, research is used using needs analysis. Development research is the process used to develop and validate products for use in education. Abstract

Abstrak Kelurahan Taratara terletak di bagian Barat Kota Tomohon. Kontribusi masyarakat Kelurahan Taratara di sektor pertanian cukup besar karena masyarakat di Kelurahan Taratara adalah salah satu pengembang padi terbesar di Kota Tomohon dan sebagian besar masyarakatnya bekerja sebagai petani bidang pertanian padi. Pendayagunaan sumber daya pertanian menjadi kunci dalam meningkatkan produktivitas pertanian sehingga sumber daya yang terbatas itu harus dialokasikan seefisien mungkin. Seperti diketahui sumber daya pertanian yang terdiri dari lahan, tenaga kerja, air, termasuk unsur-unsur yang terkandung didalamnya merupakan sumber daya yang utama untuk kelangsungan hidup manusia. Yang terjadi pada petani padi sawah di Taratara adalh fluktuasinya pendapatan dikarenakan proses pemasaran yang dipengaruhi juga harga jual produk. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode penelitian kualitatif. Metode Kualitatif adalah sebuah penelitian ilmiah yang bertujuan untuk memahami suatu fenomena dalam kontak sosial secara alami. Kata Kunci: Pendapatan Petani Padi   Abstract Taratara Village is located in the western part of Tomohon City. The contribution of the people of Taratara Village in the agricultural sector is quite large because the people in Taratara Village are one of the largest rice developers in Tomohon City and most of the people work as rice farmers. Utilizing agricultural resources is the key to increasing agricultural productivity so that limited resources must be allocated as efficiently as possible. As is known, agricultural resources consisting of land, labor, air, including the elements contained therein are the main resources for human survival. What happens to lowland rice farmers in Taratara is that their income increases due to the marketing process which also influences the selling price of the product. The method that will be used in this research is a qualitative research method.   Abstrak Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui literasi kewirausahaan berbasis digital bagi Mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Ekonomi FEB UNIMA, Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik analisis menggunakan tringulasi sumber di fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis universitas negeri manado, Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa Literasi kewirausahaan berbasis digital bagi mahasiswa jurusan pendidikan ekonomi FEB UNIMA, di pengaruhi oleh Pengetahuan akan kewirausahaan, ide dan Peluang Usaha, dan Pengetahuan tentang aspek-aspek usaha. hal tersebut berarti metode belajar baik melalui pendidikan, pelatihan, pengalaman, maupun juga bimbingan, memberikan peningkatan terhadap sikap kewirausahaan mahasiswa serta dapat menumbuh kembangkan semangat serta menggali ide bisnis yang kreatif.Faktor yang mempengaruhi literasi kewirausahaan berbasis digital bagi mahasiswa jurusan pendidikan ekonomi FEB UNIMA, adalah motivasi dan minat.  Kata Kunci : Literasi Kewirausahaan Berbasis Digital, Mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Ekonomi     Abstract The aim of this research is to determine digital-based entrepreneurial literacy for students of the Department of Economic Education, FEB UNIMA. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method with analysis techniques using source triangulation at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Manado State University. The results of the analysis show that entrepreneurial literacy digital-based for students majoring in economics education at FEB UNIMA, influenced by knowledge of entrepreneurship, business ideas and opportunities, and knowledge of business aspects. This means that learning methods, whether through education, training, experience or guidance, provide an increase in students' entrepreneurial attitudes and can develop enthusiasm and explore creative business ideas. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu, Untuk Mengetahui Pengaruh Pengembangan Karir dan Kompensasi secara simultan terhadap Semangat Kerja karyawan Bank Sulutgo Cabang Amurang, Metode Penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Metode kuantitatif, Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu karyawan yang ada di Bank Sulutgo Cabang Amurang, Teknik Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, Kuisioner Dan Dokumentasi. Teknik Analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Terdapat Pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara Simultan antara Pengembangan Karir dan Kompensasi Terhadap Semangat Kerja Karyawan di Bank SulutGo Cabang Amurang. Artinya, jika Pengembangan Karir dan Kompensasi meningkat maka Semangat Kerja Karyawan di Bank SulutGo Cabang Amurang juga akan meningkat. Kata Kunci : Pengembangan Karir, Kompensasi, Semangat Kerja     ABSTRACT The aim of this research is, to determine the effect of career development and compensation simultaneously on the work morale of employees at Bank Sulutgo, Amurang Branch. The research method used is a quantitative method. The population and sample in this research are employees at Bank Sulutgo, Amurang Branch. Data collection techniques. using observation, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis technique. The results of this research show that there is a simultaneous positive and significant influence between career development and compensation on employee morale at Bank SulutGo, Amurang Branch.
