Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to develop picture story books as a character education learning medium for elementary school students. The research method used is Research and Development (RnD) with the ADDIE development model approach. This model includes five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The research participants consisted of 57 phase B students at SDIT El-Syarief, with a limited trial involving 36 students selected using the simple random sampling method. Data was collected via questionnaire as a research instrument. The results of the product feasibility test showed that the media feasibility test score reached 75%, the language feasibility test was 81%, the material feasibility test was 86%, and the practitioner feasibility test was 83%, resulting in an overall average of 83%, which was categorized as "very feasible". The students' response to the picture story book in the trial gave a score of 87%, also included in the "very decent" category. Trials show that the use of picture story books has a positive impact on increasing students' understanding at SDIT El-Syarief. Thus, the story book about character education developed by researchers was declared suitable for implementation with students. Keywords : Education, Picture Story Books, Characters, students ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan buku cerita bergambar sebagai media pembelajaran pendidikan karakter bagi siswa sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (RnD) dengan pendekatan model pengembangan ADDIE. Model ini mencakup lima tahap, yaitu analisis (analysis), perancangan (design), pengembangan (development), implementasi (implementation), dan evaluasi (evaluation). Partisipan penelitian terdiri dari 57 siswa fase B di SDIT El-Syarief, dengan uji coba terbatas yang melibatkan 36 siswa yang dipilih menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket sebagai instrumen penelitian. Hasil uji kelayakan produk menunjukkan bahwa nilai uji kelayakan media mencapai 75%, uji kelayakan bahasa 81%, uji kelayakan materi 86%, dan uji kelayakan praktisi 83%, menghasilkan rata-rata keseluruhan sebesar 83%, yang dikategorikan sebagai “sangat layak”. Respon siswa terhadap buku cerita bergambar dalam uji coba memberikan nilai sebesar 87%, juga termasuk dalam kategori “sangat layak”. Uji coba menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan buku cerita bergambar memiliki dampak positif terhadap peningkatan pemahaman siswa di SDIT El-Syarief. Dengan demikian, buku cerita tentang pendidikan karakter yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti dinyatakan layak untuk diimplementasikan kepada siswa. Abstract

This research is motivated by the issue of a lack of self-confidence often experienced by teenagers in educational institutions, especially high school students, including those at SMA Negeri 19 Tangerang Regency. One effort to increase students' self-confidence is by providing group counseling services using the Role Playing technique. This study aims to develop a group counseling module with the Role Playing technique, which is expected to enhance students' self-confidence. The method used by the researcher is the research and development (R&D) method, utilizing the 4D development stages: define, design, development, and dissemination. The results of the feasibility test on the research product yielded an average score of 92.7%, categorized as "very good" or "highly feasible." Furthermore, the results of a limited trial involving 12 respondents from class X students at SMA Negeri 19 Tangerang Regency obtained an average score of 98.69%. Based on the trial assessment results, this falls into the "very good" category. In addition, the researcher obtained pre-test and post-test scores to calculate the N-Gain percentage score. The N-Gain percentage score obtained from this study was 58.3%, indicating that the provided service falls into the "quite effective" category. Therefore, it can be concluded that the development of a group counseling module with the Role Playing technique to improve students' self-confidence can serve as a guideline for BK (guidance and counseling) teachers and can be implemented by BK teachers or users.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kegiatan mentoring keagamaan dalam program Lingkar Studi Pekanan (LSP) Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa terhadap perkembangan karakter jawara pada mahasiswa. Metode penelitian menggunakan survei dengan pendekatan analisis kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa semester 2 tahun ajaran 2021-2022 yang mengampu mata kuliah agama Islam, dengan purposive sampel sebanyak 98 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan instrumen angket. Berdasarkan uji regresi linier sederhana diperoleh hasil sig = 0,000 < 0,05, yang berarti Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Selanjutnya nilai R Square = 0,619 yang berarti pengaruh yang dihasilkan sebesar 61,9%. Hasil dalam penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa nilai religius memiliki pengaruh dalam pengembangan karakter, sehingga perwujudan layanan bimbingan dan konseling berbasis religius dapat menjadi salah satu strategi yang mampu mencapai tujuan pengembangan karakter.

Abstract

This research aims to find out a general picture of the influence of online game addiction on grade 11 students at SMK PGRI 1 Serang City. This type of research uses quantitative research with sampling using saturated sampling techniques with a sample size of 144 students. The measuring tool used in this research is a Likert scale with aspects of online game addiction. The data analysis technique uses quantitative correlation. The research results show that the results of research data on the influence of online game addiction on students' academic achievement in class 11 of SMK PGRI 1 Serang City obtained correlation analysis results of r = -0.447 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. These results show that there is an influence between the online game addiction variable and the achievement variable. . This shows that the role of online game addiction on academic achievement is 0.198, meaning that the influence of online game addiction on academic achievement is 19.8% and 80.2% is influenced by external factors in this study.

Abstract

This study stems from the growing need to support university students' self-growth during early adulthood, a critical phase in preparing for independence and future careers. The Merdeka Belajar–Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) initiative, introduced by Indonesia’s Ministry of Education, provides diverse learning experiences beyond the classroom that are expected to foster personal development. The objective of this research is to evaluate the impact of the MBKM program on various dimensions of student self-development, including cognitive, emotional, and social growth. Employing a quantitative research method, data were gathered through surveys distributed to students who took part in the program. The questionnaire measured specific indicators of personal development. Results indicate that the MBKM program significantly and positively contributes to the self-development of participants. Students demonstrated enhanced critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal as well as leadership skills. These findings suggest that experiential learning opportunities such as those offered by MBKM play a vital role in nurturing students' maturity and preparing them for professional challenges. As a result, universities are encouraged to embed similar programs within their curriculum to promote comprehensive student development..

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and academic procrastination in students. The research population is the sixth semester students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. The sampling technique used random sampling with the Solvin formula which resulted in a sample of 294 students. Data analysis using regression analysis and correlation using SPSS 21 for windows. Correlation test results obtained R = -0,513, p = 0,000 (p <0,05). So it can be concluded that the self-efficacy variable has a significant negative relationship with academic procrastination. The effect of self-efficacy on academic procrastination seen from the results of the coefficient of determination (R = 0,264) shows the effective contribution given by the self-efficacy variable to academic procrastination by 26,4%. Therefore, there are still 73,6% of other factors outside the study that may cause academic procrastination behavior in students.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of the token economy technique on students' off task behavior. The type of research used is experimental research with single subject research with 5 students who have off task behavior, lack of motivation to learn in doing assignments, understand the material presented by the teacher, lack of enthusiasm to take part in online learning. The data collection method used an off task behavior questionnaire consisting of 43 statement items with a reliability value (rcount) of 0.615. The results obtained by the subject are seen from the change in the level of data in subject 1 of the analysis between conditions in the intervention phase (B) to baseline-1 (A), increasing by (41) points due to the treatment. While in the baseline-2 phase (A2) to intervention (B) there was an increase of (-22) points. In subject 2, the analysis between conditions in the intervention phase (B) to baseline-1 (A), increased by (33) points due to the treatment. Meanwhile, in the baseline-2 (A2) to intervention (B) phase, there was an increase of (-22) points and subjects 3 to 5 were analyzed between conditions in the intervention phase (B) to baseline-1 (A), increasing by (33) points due to the treatment. Meanwhile, in the baseline-2 phase (A2) to intervention (B) there was an increase of (-20) points. Although the baseline-2 phase was obtained higher than the baseline¬-1 phase (A1). In addition, data overlap in the intervention phase (B) to baseline-1 (A1) and the baseline-2 (A2) to intervention (B) phase has an overlap percentage of 0%, so it can be concluded that the Economic Token Technique can reduce the off task behavior of class XII students. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of the study was to determine the level of self- awareness and the effect of positive reinforcement techniques in increasing and raising self-awareness in students. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 6 Tangerang Regency. The type of research used in this research is pre-experimental using a single subject or called SSR (Single Subject Research), with a population of 113 students in class XI IPA and a sample of 5 people selected by purposive sampling technique. Methods of collecting data using self-awareness questionnaires, interviews and observation. The results of the analysis of research data that have been described by researchers, it can be seen that positive reinforcement techniques have a positive influence on the ability to increase and raise self-awareness. This is indicated by the data of the five research subjects which showed that the percentage results in the intervention phase and baseline-2 (A2) were higher than thephase baseline-1 (A1). Subjects 1 to 5 in thephase baseline-1 (A1) obtained results of 33% which is a natural condition without any treatment or intervention on the subject. Furthermore, there was an increasing change in the intervention phase (B) with an average of 83.12%, 81.87%, 81.75%, 77.50%, 77.37%. The data were obtained because the subject had been given treatment or intervention. by applying the positive reinforcement technique in thephase baseline-2 (A2) obtained 78%. These results are based on the results of the five subjects before, during and after being given the service. The achievement of these data indicates a positive influence on the ability to increase and raise self-awareness. Keywords: positive reinforcement technique, self awareness

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media permainan Puzzle Karir sebagai sarana layanan informasi dalam meningkatkan pemahaman karir pada anak tunagrahita. Anak tunagrahita memiliki keterbatasan dalam aspek kognitif, sehingga memerlukan media pembelajaran yang menarik, visual, dan mudah dipahami. Melalui media permainan berbasis puzzle, diharapkan siswa dapat mengenal berbagai jenis profesi secara lebih menyenangkan dan bermakna. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) sebagai kerangka kerja utama. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa tunagrahita ringan dan sedang yang bersekolah diSKH Fauzan. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi observasi, wawancara, angket validasi ahli, dan tes pemahaman karir. Berdasarkan instrumen pemahaman karir yang diberikan kepada siswa tunagrahita, didapatkan gambaran bahwa tingkat pemahaman karir siswa sebesar 12% pada kategori tinggi, 38% pada kategori sedang, dan 50% pada kategori rendah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media Puzzle Karir yang dikembangkan sangat layak digunakan berdasarkan penilaian ahli media dan ahli materi, praktisi dengan persentase sebesar 87%. Pada uji media memperoleh persentase 80%, uji materi 83%, dan uji praktisi mencapai 97%. Selain itu, terdapat peningkatan pemahaman karir pada anak tunagrahita setelah menggunakan media tersebut. Dengan demikian, permainan puzzle karir ini cukup efektif sebagai media layanan informasi untuk membantu siswa tunagrahita memahami berbagai jenis pekerjaan secara lebih optimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yakni mengetauui pengaruh bimbingan klasikal menggunakan media video edukasi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman tentang bahaya pernikahan dini pada kelas X di MAN 4 Tangerang. Penelitian ini dirancang dengan rancangan penelitian nonequevalent control group design,yang termasuk kedalam jenis penelitian quasi eksperimen. Didalam penelitian ini menggunakan 2 kelompok, yakni kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen. Kelompok ini diberikan ­pre-test dan post-test yang sama, namun dalam pemberian treatment terdapat perbedaan yakni pada kelompok eksperimen, treatment yang diberikan yakni dengan bimbingan klasikal menggunakan media video edukasi tentang bahaya pernikahan dini. Populasi yang dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X MAN 4 Tangerang. Dari populasi tersebut, sampel yang diambil adalah 62 orang siswa yang memiliki pemahaman bahaya pernikahan dininya rendah dan diambil dengan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan angket kuisioner pemahaman bahaya pernikahan dini dengan menggunakan skala likert. Hasil nya yakni menunjukkan bahwa Bimbingan Klasikal dengan menggunakan media video edukasi berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa teerhadap bahaya pernikahan dini dengan dibuktikan dengan hasil hipotesis. Hasil yang didapatkan dari uji hipotesis bisa dinyatakan bahwa 0,000 lebih rendah dari pada 0,05. Maka dari data hasil uji tersebut bisa disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis dinyatakan diterima. Dengan demikian Ha diterima dan Ho di tolak. Maka bisa di simpukan bahwa Bimbingan Klasikal dengan Menggunakan Media Video Edukasi berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa Kelas X MAN 4 Tangerang terhadap bahaya pernikahan dini.
