Abstract

Abstract The Indonesian Teachers' Union Federation has mentioned that there were three major sins in education during 2022. These three major sins are bullying, sexual harassment, and intolerance. Sexual harassment continues to be a struggle for the Indonesian nation to this day. According to a press release from the National Commission on Violence Against Women (Komnas Perempuan) on the 2022 Annual Report (CATAHU), there were a total of 338,496 reported cases of sexual harassment in 2021. According to the CATAHU 2021 data from Komnas Perempuan, over the past 10 years (2010-2020), the incidence of sexual violence against women has seen a significant increase, starting with 105,103 cases in 2010 and reaching 299,911 cases in 2020, with an average annual increase of 19.6%. Community Service activities were conducted to provide education on understanding and preventing sexual violence to elementary school students in the city of Serang. The activities included providing educational materials, showing educational videos to students, and engaging in games related to preventing child violence, followed by explanations and discussions. The results of this activity are reflected in the pre-test and post-test scores, where the pre-test score was 75%, while the post-test score was 96%. This indicates an increase in knowledge after receiving education on child sexual violence. Based on observations, students understand child sexual violence and agree on which parts of their bodies can and cannot be touched by others. They are also encouraged to always be open with their biological mother, teachers, or trusted individuals regarding suspected sexual violence. Keywords: Violence, Sexual, Elementary School Children, Serang City. Abstrak Federasi Serikat Guru Indonesia menyebutkan bahwa terdapat tiga dosa besar pendidikan selama 2022. Tiga dosa besar tersebut, yakni: kasus perundungan (bulliying), pelecehan seksual (sexual harrasment), dan intoleransi. Pelecehan seksual masih menjadi pergumulan bangsa Indonesia hingga kini. Saat ini, menurut siaran pers Komnas Perempuan tentang Catatan Tahunan (CATAHU) 2022, tercatat sebanyak 338.496 kasus pelecehan seksual yang telah diadukan pada tahun 2021. Menurut data CATAHU 2021 Komnas Perempuan, dalam kurun 10 tahun terakhir (2010-2020), angka kekerasan seksual terhadap perempuan banyak mengalami peningkatan, mulai dari 105.103 kasus pada tahun 2010 hingga mencapai 299.911 kasus pada tahun 2020 atau rata-rata kenaikan 19,6% per tahunnya. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat yang dilakukan adalah memberikan edukasi pemahaman dan pencegahan kekerasan seksual pada siswa Sekolah dasar Kota Serang. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui pemberian materi, para siswa diberikan tayangan tentang video edukasi dan permainan terkait pencegahan kekerasan anak, dilanjutkan dengan penjelasan dan diskusi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini dapat tergambar berdasarkan hasil pre-test dan post test, dimana hasil pre-test dengan nilai 75%, sedangkan hasil post-test didapatkan 96%, terdapat penambahan pengetahuan setelah diberikan edukasi tentang kekerasan seksual pada anak. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan, siswa memahami kekerasan seksual pada anak dan menyepakati bagian tubuh yang boleh dan tidak boleh disentuh orang lain dan juga selalu untuk diajarkan selalu terbuka kepada Ibu kandung, guru atau kepada orang yang dipercaya terkait praduga kekerasan seksual Kata kunci : Kekerasan, Seksual, Anak Sekolah Dasar, Kota Serang.

Abstract

The Effect of Group Guidance on Self-Management Techniques to Increase Students' Awareness of Time Management. This research aims to determine the effect of group guidance using self-management techniques to increase awareness of time management among class VIII students at SMP Negeri 2 Menes for the 2023–2024 academic year. The population in this study was 90 students in class VIII at SMP Negeri 2 Menes. This research uses a pre-experimental method with a one-group pre-test and post-test design. Through a non-probability sampling method, the purposive sampling technique. The pre-test results showed that out of a total of 90 students, 3 were in the very low category, 39 were in the low category, 37 were in the high category, and 4 were in the very high category. Treatment was given to 8 students during 8 meetings. The research hypothesis test was carried out using the Wilcoxon test. There is a difference between time management abilities before and after treatment is carried out through group guidance with self-management techniques. With N = 8, the Z value is -2.524b, and the result is an Asymptotic Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.012. This value is smaller than 0.05, which means the hypothesis is accepted (Ha). From the results of these calculations, it can be concluded that group guidance using self-management techniques can increase awareness of time management among class VIII students at SMPN 2 Menes for the 2023–2024 academic year.Keywords: Group Guidance, Self Management Techniques, Student Awareness, Time Management

Abstract

Utilization of Stacko Block as a Career Counseling Media in Schools. This study aims to see the effectiveness of implementing Stacko Holland media in improving career insights. The research method used in this research is nonequivalent control group design quasi-experimental. The research subjects in this study were students of class XI SMAN 1 Baros. There were 20 students who became research participants who were divided into two groups, namely the experimental group and the control group. Data collection techniques used include structured interviews and Holland's career insight questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis and Mann-Whitney U hypothesis test analysis. Based on the results of the Mann-Whitney U hypothesis test analysis, the Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.00 with a significance level of 0.05. The calculation results show that the hypothesis test shows that Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) < 0.05, from this it can be concluded that the implementation of Stacko Holland game media is effective and able to significantly improve the career insights of class XI students of SMAN 1 Baros.Keywords: Utilization, Stacko Block, Career Counseling

Abstract

Bullying is one of the three cardinal sins in education that must be eradicated and prevented. The mission of education is to provide opportunities and happiness to students, a goal that can be achieved by preventing bullying. This research aims to understand and introduce the concept of the three cardinal sins in education with the aim of instilling character values in students. There are still many students in Indonesia who do not understand the essence of the concept of the three cardinal sins in education. The purpose of this activity is to evaluate and find prevention strategies against the three major sins in education at Arrasyadiyyah SMKS. The method used in this activity is a seminar or lecture (presentation) to raise students' awareness. It helps students understand the three major sins, their causes, negative impacts, prevention efforts, as well as broaden their personality horizons. The results of this activity show that students can learn about the impact of bullying, sexual violence, and intolerance, as well as how to prevent and eliminate these behaviours. The school and the teaching campus team made an effort by providing a special place and inviting presenters from the Guidance and Counselling study programme lecturers to provide material on the introduction and understanding of the three cardinal sins in education, with a focus on bullying. This socialisation involved 78 students from classes X OTKP, X TBSM, XI OTKP, XI TBSM, and the SMK teachers. This activity was carried out on Tuesday, 21 May 2024, in person and face-to-face

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara konsep diri dengan perilaku konsumtif produk make up dan skincare pada mahasiswi aktif Ilmu Komunikasi Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode korelasional. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dalam pengambilan sampel dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 248 mahasiswi aktif Ilmu Komunikasi di Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dari uji hipotesis menggunakan product moment pada kedua variabel, diperoleh nilai sebesar r = -0,175 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,006 (p < 0,05) yang artinya terdapat hubungan yang negatif antara konsep diri dengan perilaku konsumtif. Sementara itu, nilai koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,031 yang menunjukkan bahwa variabel konsep diri (X) memberikan kontribusi sebesar 3,1% terhadap variabel perilaku konsumtif (Y) dan sisanya sebesar 96,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini.

Abstract

Education for Sustainable Development merupakan kunci pendorong keberhasilan Sustainable Development Goal. ESD mengembangkan keterampilan, nilai, dan sikap yang memungkinkan peserta didik untuk menjalani kehidupan yang sehat dan memuaskan, membuat keputusan berdasarkan informasi, dan menanggapi tantangan local dan global. Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling perlu mengintegrasikan layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling dengan Education for Sustainable Development. Tujuan penulisan naskah ini ialah untuk mendeskripsikan hasil analisis peningkatan pengetahuan, pemahaman dan kesiapan guru bimbingan dan konseling untuk menyelenggarakan layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling beroreintasi Education for Sustainable Development. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 30 guru Bimbingan dan Konseling Provinsi Banten. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan, pemahaman dan kesiapan guru Bimbingan dan Konseling untuk menyelenggarakan layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling berorientasi Education for Sustainable Development.

Abstract

Bencana alam merupakan suatu kejadian alam yang disebabkan oleh aktifitas alam maupun aktifitas manusia yang dapat menyebabkan korban harta benda dan korban jiwa. Indonesia merupakan negara kepulauan yang membentang dari Sabang sampai Maeruke. Wilayah Indonesia yang berada di antara dua benua dan dua samudera, selain itu Indonesia posisinya berada di pertemuan tiga lempeng utama dunia, yaitu Eurasia, Indoaustralia dan Pasifik sangat berpotensi terjadinya bencana alam. Letak Indonesia yang berada di pertemuan tiga lempeng utama dunia menyebabkan wilayah Indonesia menjadi wilayah yang rentan terhadap bencana alam seperti tsunami, gempa bumi, banjir, dan tanah longsor. Tujuan dari penuliskan naskah ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana pemahaman materi mitigasi bencana dan kesiapsiagaan bencana siswa di salah satu Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri di Malingping. Metdode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah pemahaman materi mitigasi bencana siswa di salah satu Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri di Malingping tergolong baik, sikap kesiapsiagaan bencana siswa tergolong sangat baik, dan terdapat hubungan pemahaman materi mitigasi bencana dengan sikap kesiapsiagaan bencana siswa. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Terdapat hubungan pemahaman materi mitigasi bencana dengan sikap kesiapsiagaan bencana siswa di salah satu SMA Negeri di Malingping.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan maraknya tindakan bullying yang dilakukan oleh remaja di satuan pendidikan terutama pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas. Salah satu upaya mencegah tindakan bullying yakni memberi pemahaman mengenai bullying sebagai edukasi oleh guru Bimbingan dan Konseling kepada siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan media Bimbingan dan Konseling yakni Media Permainan Ludo Bullying yang dapat digunakan untuk mencegah bullying dalam pengembangan produk. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D). Konsep pengembangan model 4-D yakni Define, Desaign, Development and Dissemination (Pendefinisian, Perancangan, Pengembangan, dan Penyebaran). Hasil Penelitian yakni berdasarkan uji ahli nilai rata-rata produk ludo bullying sebesar 93,52%. Artinya memenuhi kriteria penilaian berada di kategori “sangat layak”. Selanjutnya, respon yang dilibatkan dalam uji coba terbatas adalah 12 responden dari siswa kelas X SMAN 19 Kabupaten Tangerang. Perolehan yang didapatkan dari hasil uji respon ialah sebesar 91,02% dengan kategori “sangat baik” dan termasuk kedalam kategori media “sangat layak”. Peneliti memperoleh data skor pre-test dan post-test dari hasil uji coba terbatas yang selanjutnya didapatkan perhitungan nilai N-Gain Score sebesar 0,8388 berada pada kategori “tinggi” (0,8388 > 0,7) dan N-Gain Persen yakni sebesar 83.88% berada pada kategori “efektif” (83.88% > 76%). Maka dapat diartikan bahwa pengembangan produk media permainan ludo bullying dapat meningkatkan pemahaman bullying pada remaja dan sangat layak diimplementasikan kepada pengguna. Adapun komponen dalam paket produk yaitu papan permainan, empat versi kartu permainan, buku panduan pelaksanaan permainan, dadu, pengocok dadu, pion, serta kemasan permainan.

Abstract

The research aims to see the influence of humanistic existential counseling. The method used in this research uses experimental research methods. The research was carried out at SMA Negeri 3 Cibinong in the Odd Semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. Based on the results of the pre-test conducted on class , and 110 students are in the “Very High” category. It can be concluded that the level of understanding of career choices of SMA Negeri 3 Cibinong students is in the very low, low, high and very high categories. From the results of the pre-test, the researcher took 8 students as research subjects. The eight students will be united into 1 counseling group in experimental research which will be given treatment in eight meeting sessions using career counseling with an existential humanistic counseling approach.

Abstract

Perencanaan karir siswa membantu mereka dalam memilih rencana pekerjaan dan jenis pendidikan masa depan yang ingin mereka kejar. Akan tetapi fenomena yang terdapat di sekolah adalah belum tercapainya kematangan karir siswa yang cukup dan kematangan karir siswa di sekolah belum terekspos. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah layanan informasi karir yang menggunakan media website dapat membantu siswa kelas XI SMAN 5 Kota Serang lebih memahami perencanaan karir. Quasi Experimental Design adalah metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Desain quasi eksperimen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pre-test post-test nonequivalent group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 541 siswa yang merupakan siswa kelas XI di SMAN 5 Kota Serang. Purposive sampling adalah metode yang digunakan dalam prosedur pengambilan sampel. Hasil pre-test menunjukkan dari total 541 siswa, sebanyak 16 siswa berada pada kategori rendah dan akan mendapatkan treatment. Dua kelompok yang masing-masing terdiri dari delapan siswa—kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol—diberi perlakuan. Survei perencanaan karir dan wawancara terstruktur digunakan sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Analisis uji hipotesis Wilcoxon Signed Rank dan analisis Gain Score merupakan metode analisis data yang digunakan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji hipotesis Wilcoxon Signed Rank mendapatkan nilai Asymp.Sign (2-tailed) bernilai 0.011. Sebagaimana melihat pada pengambilan keputusan hipotesis, nilai 0.011 lebih rendah daripada 0.05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis dinyatakan diterima. Dengan demikian artinya ada keberhasilan pengaruh Layanan Informasi Karir Berbasis Website Untuk Meningkatkan Pemahaman Perencanaan Karir Siswa SMA Kelas 11. However, the phenomenon in schools is that sufficient student career maturity has not been achieved and the career maturity of students in school has not been exposed. The purpose of this study is to find out whether career information services that use website media can help grade XI students of SMAN 5 Serang City better understand career planning. Quasi Experimental Design is the research method used in this study. The quasi-experimental design used in this study is a pre-test post-test nonequivalent group design. The population in this study is 541 students who are grade XI students at SMAN 5 Serang City. Purposive sampling is a method used in sampling procedures. The results of the pre-test showed that out of a total of 541 students, as many as 16 students were in the low category and would receive treatment. Two groups of eight students each—the experimental group and the control group—were given treatment. Career planning surveys and structured interviews are used as data collection methods. The analysis of the Wilcoxon Signed Rank hypothesis test and the Gain Score analysis were the data analysis methods used. Based on the results of the analysis of the Wilcoxon Signed Rank hypothesis test, the Asymp.Sign (2-tailed) value was 0.011. As seen in hypothesis decision-making, a value of 0.011 is lower than 0.05, so it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted. Thus, it means that there is a successful influence of Website-Based Career Information Services to Improve the Understanding of Career Planning for Grade 11 High School Students.
