Abstract

Utilization of Stacko Block as a Career Counseling Media in Schools. This study aims to see the effectiveness of implementing Stacko Holland media in improving career insights. The research method used in this research is nonequivalent control group design quasi-experimental. The research subjects in this study were students of class XI SMAN 1 Baros. There were 20 students who became research participants who were divided into two groups, namely the experimental group and the control group. Data collection techniques used include structured interviews and Holland's career insight questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis and Mann-Whitney U hypothesis test analysis. Based on the results of the Mann-Whitney U hypothesis test analysis, the Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.00 with a significance level of 0.05. The calculation results show that the hypothesis test shows that Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) < 0.05, from this it can be concluded that the implementation of Stacko Holland game media is effective and able to significantly improve the career insights of class XI students of SMAN 1 Baros.Keywords: Utilization, Stacko Block, Career Counseling

Abstract

Bullying is one of the three cardinal sins in education that must be eradicated and prevented. The mission of education is to provide opportunities and happiness to students, a goal that can be achieved by preventing bullying. This research aims to understand and introduce the concept of the three cardinal sins in education with the aim of instilling character values in students. There are still many students in Indonesia who do not understand the essence of the concept of the three cardinal sins in education. The purpose of this activity is to evaluate and find prevention strategies against the three major sins in education at Arrasyadiyyah SMKS. The method used in this activity is a seminar or lecture (presentation) to raise students' awareness. It helps students understand the three major sins, their causes, negative impacts, prevention efforts, as well as broaden their personality horizons. The results of this activity show that students can learn about the impact of bullying, sexual violence, and intolerance, as well as how to prevent and eliminate these behaviours. The school and the teaching campus team made an effort by providing a special place and inviting presenters from the Guidance and Counselling study programme lecturers to provide material on the introduction and understanding of the three cardinal sins in education, with a focus on bullying. This socialisation involved 78 students from classes X OTKP, X TBSM, XI OTKP, XI TBSM, and the SMK teachers. This activity was carried out on Tuesday, 21 May 2024, in person and face-to-face

Abstract

Education for Sustainable Development merupakan kunci pendorong keberhasilan Sustainable Development Goal. ESD mengembangkan keterampilan, nilai, dan sikap yang memungkinkan peserta didik untuk menjalani kehidupan yang sehat dan memuaskan, membuat keputusan berdasarkan informasi, dan menanggapi tantangan local dan global. Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling perlu mengintegrasikan layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling dengan Education for Sustainable Development. Tujuan penulisan naskah ini ialah untuk mendeskripsikan hasil analisis peningkatan pengetahuan, pemahaman dan kesiapan guru bimbingan dan konseling untuk menyelenggarakan layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling beroreintasi Education for Sustainable Development. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 30 guru Bimbingan dan Konseling Provinsi Banten. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan, pemahaman dan kesiapan guru Bimbingan dan Konseling untuk menyelenggarakan layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling berorientasi Education for Sustainable Development.

Abstract

Bencana alam merupakan suatu kejadian alam yang disebabkan oleh aktifitas alam maupun aktifitas manusia yang dapat menyebabkan korban harta benda dan korban jiwa. Indonesia merupakan negara kepulauan yang membentang dari Sabang sampai Maeruke. Wilayah Indonesia yang berada di antara dua benua dan dua samudera, selain itu Indonesia posisinya berada di pertemuan tiga lempeng utama dunia, yaitu Eurasia, Indoaustralia dan Pasifik sangat berpotensi terjadinya bencana alam. Letak Indonesia yang berada di pertemuan tiga lempeng utama dunia menyebabkan wilayah Indonesia menjadi wilayah yang rentan terhadap bencana alam seperti tsunami, gempa bumi, banjir, dan tanah longsor. Tujuan dari penuliskan naskah ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana pemahaman materi mitigasi bencana dan kesiapsiagaan bencana siswa di salah satu Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri di Malingping. Metdode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah pemahaman materi mitigasi bencana siswa di salah satu Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri di Malingping tergolong baik, sikap kesiapsiagaan bencana siswa tergolong sangat baik, dan terdapat hubungan pemahaman materi mitigasi bencana dengan sikap kesiapsiagaan bencana siswa. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Terdapat hubungan pemahaman materi mitigasi bencana dengan sikap kesiapsiagaan bencana siswa di salah satu SMA Negeri di Malingping.

Abstract

The research aims to see the influence of humanistic existential counseling. The method used in this research uses experimental research methods. The research was carried out at SMA Negeri 3 Cibinong in the Odd Semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. Based on the results of the pre-test conducted on class , and 110 students are in the “Very High” category. It can be concluded that the level of understanding of career choices of SMA Negeri 3 Cibinong students is in the very low, low, high and very high categories. From the results of the pre-test, the researcher took 8 students as research subjects. The eight students will be united into 1 counseling group in experimental research which will be given treatment in eight meeting sessions using career counseling with an existential humanistic counseling approach.

Abstract

Perencanaan karir siswa membantu mereka dalam memilih rencana pekerjaan dan jenis pendidikan masa depan yang ingin mereka kejar. Akan tetapi fenomena yang terdapat di sekolah adalah belum tercapainya kematangan karir siswa yang cukup dan kematangan karir siswa di sekolah belum terekspos. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah layanan informasi karir yang menggunakan media website dapat membantu siswa kelas XI SMAN 5 Kota Serang lebih memahami perencanaan karir. Quasi Experimental Design adalah metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Desain quasi eksperimen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pre-test post-test nonequivalent group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 541 siswa yang merupakan siswa kelas XI di SMAN 5 Kota Serang. Purposive sampling adalah metode yang digunakan dalam prosedur pengambilan sampel. Hasil pre-test menunjukkan dari total 541 siswa, sebanyak 16 siswa berada pada kategori rendah dan akan mendapatkan treatment. Dua kelompok yang masing-masing terdiri dari delapan siswa—kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol—diberi perlakuan. Survei perencanaan karir dan wawancara terstruktur digunakan sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Analisis uji hipotesis Wilcoxon Signed Rank dan analisis Gain Score merupakan metode analisis data yang digunakan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji hipotesis Wilcoxon Signed Rank mendapatkan nilai Asymp.Sign (2-tailed) bernilai 0.011. Sebagaimana melihat pada pengambilan keputusan hipotesis, nilai 0.011 lebih rendah daripada 0.05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis dinyatakan diterima. Dengan demikian artinya ada keberhasilan pengaruh Layanan Informasi Karir Berbasis Website Untuk Meningkatkan Pemahaman Perencanaan Karir Siswa SMA Kelas 11. Kata Kunci : Perencanaan Karir, Layanan Informasi Karir, Website ABSTRACT Students' career planning helps them in choosing their job plans and the type of future education they want to pursue. However, the phenomenon in schools is that sufficient student career maturity has not been achieved and the career maturity of students in school has not been exposed. The purpose of this study is to find out whether career information services that use website media can help grade XI students of SMAN 5 Serang City better understand career planning. Quasi Experimental Design is the research method used in this study. The quasi-experimental design used in this study is a pre-test post-test nonequivalent group design. The population in this study is 541 students who are grade XI students at SMAN 5 Serang City. Purposive sampling is a method used in sampling procedures. The results of the pre-test showed that out of a total of 541 students, as many as 16 students were in the low category and would receive treatment. Two groups of eight students each—the experimental group and the control group—were given treatment. Career planning surveys and structured interviews are used as data collection methods. The analysis of the Wilcoxon Signed Rank hypothesis test and the Gain Score analysis were the data analysis methods used. Based on the results of the analysis of the Wilcoxon Signed Rank hypothesis test, the Asymp.Sign (2-tailed) value was 0.011. As seen in hypothesis decision-making, a value of 0.011 is lower than 0.05, so it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted. Thus, it means that there is a successful influence of Website-Based Career Information Services to Improve the Understanding of Career Planning for Grade 11 High School Students. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to develop picture story books as a character education learning medium for elementary school students. The research method used is Research and Development (RnD) with the ADDIE development model approach. This model includes five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The research participants consisted of 57 phase B students at SDIT El-Syarief, with a limited trial involving 36 students selected using the simple random sampling method. Data was collected via questionnaire as a research instrument. The results of the product feasibility test showed that the media feasibility test score reached 75%, the language feasibility test was 81%, the material feasibility test was 86%, and the practitioner feasibility test was 83%, resulting in an overall average of 83%, which was categorized as "very feasible". The students' response to the picture story book in the trial gave a score of 87%, also included in the "very decent" category. Trials show that the use of picture story books has a positive impact on increasing students' understanding at SDIT El-Syarief. Thus, the story book about character education developed by researchers was declared suitable for implementation with students. Keywords : Education, Picture Story Books, Characters, students ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan buku cerita bergambar sebagai media pembelajaran pendidikan karakter bagi siswa sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (RnD) dengan pendekatan model pengembangan ADDIE. Model ini mencakup lima tahap, yaitu analisis (analysis), perancangan (design), pengembangan (development), implementasi (implementation), dan evaluasi (evaluation). Partisipan penelitian terdiri dari 57 siswa fase B di SDIT El-Syarief, dengan uji coba terbatas yang melibatkan 36 siswa yang dipilih menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket sebagai instrumen penelitian. Hasil uji kelayakan produk menunjukkan bahwa nilai uji kelayakan media mencapai 75%, uji kelayakan bahasa 81%, uji kelayakan materi 86%, dan uji kelayakan praktisi 83%, menghasilkan rata-rata keseluruhan sebesar 83%, yang dikategorikan sebagai “sangat layak”. Respon siswa terhadap buku cerita bergambar dalam uji coba memberikan nilai sebesar 87%, juga termasuk dalam kategori “sangat layak”. Uji coba menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan buku cerita bergambar memiliki dampak positif terhadap peningkatan pemahaman siswa di SDIT El-Syarief. Dengan demikian, buku cerita tentang pendidikan karakter yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti dinyatakan layak untuk diimplementasikan kepada siswa. Abstract

This research is motivated by the issue of a lack of self-confidence often experienced by teenagers in educational institutions, especially high school students, including those at SMA Negeri 19 Tangerang Regency. One effort to increase students' self-confidence is by providing group counseling services using the Role Playing technique. This study aims to develop a group counseling module with the Role Playing technique, which is expected to enhance students' self-confidence. The method used by the researcher is the research and development (R&D) method, utilizing the 4D development stages: define, design, development, and dissemination. The results of the feasibility test on the research product yielded an average score of 92.7%, categorized as "very good" or "highly feasible." Furthermore, the results of a limited trial involving 12 respondents from class X students at SMA Negeri 19 Tangerang Regency obtained an average score of 98.69%. Based on the trial assessment results, this falls into the "very good" category. In addition, the researcher obtained pre-test and post-test scores to calculate the N-Gain percentage score. The N-Gain percentage score obtained from this study was 58.3%, indicating that the provided service falls into the "quite effective" category. Therefore, it can be concluded that the development of a group counseling module with the Role Playing technique to improve students' self-confidence can serve as a guideline for BK (guidance and counseling) teachers and can be implemented by BK teachers or users.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kegiatan mentoring keagamaan dalam program Lingkar Studi Pekanan (LSP) Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa terhadap perkembangan karakter jawara pada mahasiswa. Metode penelitian menggunakan survei dengan pendekatan analisis kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa semester 2 tahun ajaran 2021-2022 yang mengampu mata kuliah agama Islam, dengan purposive sampel sebanyak 98 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan instrumen angket. Berdasarkan uji regresi linier sederhana diperoleh hasil sig = 0,000 < 0,05, yang berarti Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Selanjutnya nilai R Square = 0,619 yang berarti pengaruh yang dihasilkan sebesar 61,9%. Hasil dalam penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa nilai religius memiliki pengaruh dalam pengembangan karakter, sehingga perwujudan layanan bimbingan dan konseling berbasis religius dapat menjadi salah satu strategi yang mampu mencapai tujuan pengembangan karakter.

Abstract

This study stems from the growing need to support university students' self-growth during early adulthood, a critical phase in preparing for independence and future careers. The Merdeka Belajar–Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) initiative, introduced by Indonesia’s Ministry of Education, provides diverse learning experiences beyond the classroom that are expected to foster personal development. The objective of this research is to evaluate the impact of the MBKM program on various dimensions of student self-development, including cognitive, emotional, and social growth. Employing a quantitative research method, data were gathered through surveys distributed to students who took part in the program. The questionnaire measured specific indicators of personal development. Results indicate that the MBKM program significantly and positively contributes to the self-development of participants. Students demonstrated enhanced critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal as well as leadership skills. These findings suggest that experiential learning opportunities such as those offered by MBKM play a vital role in nurturing students' maturity and preparing them for professional challenges. As a result, universities are encouraged to embed similar programs within their curriculum to promote comprehensive student development..
