Abstract

Siswa yang bisa berkonsentrasi ketika sedang belajar, lebih cepat dalam menangkap materi pelajaran dan dapat menerapkan semua informasi yang diterimanya. Sedangkan siswa yang sulit untuk berkonsentrasi ketika sedang belajar, tentu akan mengalami hambatan dalam melaksanakan kegiatan belajar dan hasil yang didapatkan kurang optimal. Permasalahan yang terjadi di SMKN 1 Bayah adalah rendahnya konsentrasi belajar yang dimiliki oleh siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan mode 4D yang terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu define, design, develop, dan disseminate. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sebuah produk media permainan ular tangga untuk meningkatkan konsentrasi belajar siswa kelas XI di SMK Negeri 1 Bayah. Hasil uji dari ketiga ahli nilai rata-rata produk permainan ular tangga sebesar 83.8% dengan kategori “sangat layak”. Uji coba produk terbatas dilakukan kepada 29 siswa yang berada pada kategori tingkat konsentrasi belajar rendah, dengan nilai perolehan 92% dengan kategori “sangat layak”. Selanjutnya peneliti memperoleh data skor pre-test dan post-test dari hasil uji coba terbatas dengan perolehan nilai N-Gain score 0.7846 dan N-Gain persen sebesar 78.4570. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan konsentrasi belajar siswa tergolong tinggi (g>0.7) dan efektif (N-Gain persen >76). Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan media permainan ular tangga untuk meningkatkan konsentrasi belajar sangat layak diimplementasikan pada siswa.

Abstract

This research departs from the rise of early marriage in Indonesia, especially in the Cikande District. Early marriage is still ongoing, this is certainly a worrying issue for all of us. Those who marry at this age are teenagers, where this phase is a determinant for adult life. This research is to find out how the impact and trigger factors for early marriage in Cikande District. This research uses qualitative case studies, while this research will try to describe three cases of early marriage in the Cikande. Research data is obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation, this is done to provide a complete explanation of the research questions. To illustrate this, this study uses Hurlock's theory of adolescent developmental phases, where this theory will help describe adolescent development, and then describe the impact and triggering factors of early marriage in the Cikande. From this study, there are several findings, that the impact of early marriage in the Cikande District is on dropping out of high school, then, the triggering factor for this marriage is the lack of knowledge about early marriage, which can have a domino effect on every aspect of life. teenager. For this reason, in this education section, researchers assess that Guidance and Counseling studies can play a role in the public sphere or people's lives, not only in the classroom.

Abstract

Secara umum, permasalahan KDRT terkait erat dengan minimnya akses perempuan untuk mengakses sumber daya ekonomi (modal finansial dan aset tetap, misalnya tanah, dan dari pendapatan untuk kesejahteraan lainnya), usia, tingkat pendidikan, keyakinan agama, dan lain-lain. etnis. Melakukan perbuatan fisik diperbolehkan dalam Islam yang dikatakan ta'dib (perbuatan mendidik) terhadap anak. Upaya penanganan yang diberikan kepada korban kekerasan adalah dengan memberikan layanan bimbingan dan konseling, agar mereka yang menjadi korban dapat memahami masalah dan penyebabnya, dapat mengetahui potensi dan kelebihannya serta dapat menentukan sendiri jalan keluar yang akan ditempuh oleh pihak korban. korban untuk menuntut keadilan dan tanggung jawab dari negara. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran tentang perempuan korban kekerasan dalam rumah tangga dalam kehidupannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Studi kasus hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa terdapat tindak kekerasan dalam rumah tangga, terutama yang dialami oleh Perempuan.

Abstract

Motivasi memainkan peran penting. Siswa yang memiliki motivasi belajar tinggi akan aktif dalam proses belajar, rajin belajar, merasa senang, dan optimis dalam menyelesaikan tugas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa di SMP 13 Kota Serang. Hal ini bertujuan agar efektivitas layanan bimbingan kelompok dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa yang rendah dengan menggunakan teknik modeling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Penelitian kuantitatif merupakan pendekatan penelitian yang objektif, melibatkan pengumpulan dan analisis data dalam bentuk angka, serta memanfaatkan metode pengujian statistik. Hasil yang diperoleh peneliti menunjukkan adanya perubahan signifikan pada siswa kelas VIII SMP 13 Kota Serang yang awalnya memiliki motivasi belajar rendah setelah mendapat teknik pemodelan perlakuan stimulasi melalui roleplaying. Hal ini terbukti dari hasil perhitungan uji beda non parametrik menggunakan rumus Mann Whitney U yang menunjukkan nilai signifikansi. (2-tailed) 0,001 dengan tingkat signifikansi [α = 0,05]. Hasil perhitungan pada kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol menunjukkan bahwa Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) < 0,05, menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis bahwa "Ada efek positif yang signifikan dari teknik pemodelan pada siswa yang mengalami motivasi belajar rendah" dapat diterima

Abstract

Abstract: Procrastination is a mechanism for dealing with anxiety related to how individuals start or complete work and how decisions are made. Procrastination carried out at school in connection with academic tasks is called academic procrastination. The phenomenon that occurs in students who often delay doing schoolwork is a problem in itself for teachers and students themselves. The aim of the research is to determine the effect of self-management techniques to reduce academic procrastination. The type of research used is single subject research (SSR) experimental research with 4 students as subjects. The data collection method uses a questionnaire or academic procrastination questionnaire. Data analysis techniques use analysis within conditions and analysis between conditions. The results of the study showed that the overall average percentage reduction for subject 1 and subject 4 from the baseline phase (A1) to the baseline phase (A2) was 33%, while for subject 2 and subject 3 it was 31%. In addition, the overlap data from the baseline A1 phase to the intervention phase, and the intervention phase to the baseline A2 phase has an overlap percentage of 0%, the highest percentage reduction occurs in the A1 baseline phase to the intervention phase by applying four stages, namely: 1) self monitoring, 2 ) positive reinforcement (self reward) 3) agreement with yourself (self contracting) 4) mastery of stimuli (stimulus control), so that self management techniques are quite effective in reducing academic procrastination in class XII Science students at SMA Negeri 4 Pandeglang.Keywords: Self Management Techniques; Academic Procrastination.Abstrak: Prokrastinasi merupakan suatu mekanisme dalam rangka menghadapi kecemasan yang berkaitan dengan bagaimana cara individu memulai atau melengkapi suatu pekerjaan serta cara pengambilan sebuah keputusan. Prokrastinasi dilakukan di sekolah berkaitan dengan tugas-tugas akademik disebut dengan prokrastinasi akademik. Fenomena yang terjadi pada siswa yang sering menunda melakukan tugas sekolah menjadi masalah tersendiri bagi guru dan siswa itu sendiri. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui pengaruh teknik self management untuk mengurangi prokrastinasi akademik. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yakni penelitian eksperimen single subject research (SSR) dengan subjek berjumlah 4 orang siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket atau kuesioner prokrastinasi akademik. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis dalam kondisi dan analisis antar kondisi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persentase penurunan rata-rata keseluruhan untuk subjek 1 dan subjek 4 pada fase baseline (A1) ke fase baseline (A2) sebesar 33%, sedangkan subjek 2 dan subjek 3 sebesar 31%. Selain itu, data overlap pada fase baseline A1 ke fase intervensi, dan fase intervensi ke fase baseline A2 memiliki persentase overlap sebesar 0%, penurunan persentase tertinggi terjadi pada fase baseline A1 ke fase intervensi dengan mengaplikasikan empat tahap yaitu: 1) self monitoring, 2) reinforcement yang positif (self reward) 3) perjanjian dengan diri sendiri (self contracting) 4) penguasaan terhadap rangsangan (stimulus control), sehingga teknik self management cukup efektif dalam mengurangi prokrastinasi akademik siswa kelas XII IPA SMA Negeri 4 Pandeglang.

Abstract

Guidance and counseling is a service provided by schools, one of the functions of which is to help students identify various kinds of problems inherent in them in order to realize effective learning. The various problems faced by students in classes towards the school, adjustments to the curriculum, study habits as well as the future and aspirations obtained from the Problem Checklist filled in by students. The research was conducted using descriptive quantitative research with a sample of 109 students using the Slovin formula. The research results were analyzed using percentages and produced findings that the problems faced by students were very diverse, thus hindering the learning process.

Abstract

Abstract The Indonesian Teachers' Union Federation has mentioned that there were three major sins in education during 2022. These three major sins are bullying, sexual harassment, and intolerance. Sexual harassment continues to be a struggle for the Indonesian nation to this day. According to a press release from the National Commission on Violence Against Women (Komnas Perempuan) on the 2022 Annual Report (CATAHU), there were a total of 338,496 reported cases of sexual harassment in 2021. According to the CATAHU 2021 data from Komnas Perempuan, over the past 10 years (2010-2020), the incidence of sexual violence against women has seen a significant increase, starting with 105,103 cases in 2010 and reaching 299,911 cases in 2020, with an average annual increase of 19.6%. Community Service activities were conducted to provide education on understanding and preventing sexual violence to elementary school students in the city of Serang. The activities included providing educational materials, showing educational videos to students, and engaging in games related to preventing child violence, followed by explanations and discussions. The results of this activity are reflected in the pre-test and post-test scores, where the pre-test score was 75%, while the post-test score was 96%. This indicates an increase in knowledge after receiving education on child sexual violence. Based on observations, students understand child sexual violence and agree on which parts of their bodies can and cannot be touched by others. They are also encouraged to always be open with their biological mother, teachers, or trusted individuals regarding suspected sexual violence. Keywords: Violence, Sexual, Elementary School Children, Serang City. Abstrak Federasi Serikat Guru Indonesia menyebutkan bahwa terdapat tiga dosa besar pendidikan selama 2022. Tiga dosa besar tersebut, yakni: kasus perundungan (bulliying), pelecehan seksual (sexual harrasment), dan intoleransi. Pelecehan seksual masih menjadi pergumulan bangsa Indonesia hingga kini. Saat ini, menurut siaran pers Komnas Perempuan tentang Catatan Tahunan (CATAHU) 2022, tercatat sebanyak 338.496 kasus pelecehan seksual yang telah diadukan pada tahun 2021. Menurut data CATAHU 2021 Komnas Perempuan, dalam kurun 10 tahun terakhir (2010-2020), angka kekerasan seksual terhadap perempuan banyak mengalami peningkatan, mulai dari 105.103 kasus pada tahun 2010 hingga mencapai 299.911 kasus pada tahun 2020 atau rata-rata kenaikan 19,6% per tahunnya. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat yang dilakukan adalah memberikan edukasi pemahaman dan pencegahan kekerasan seksual pada siswa Sekolah dasar Kota Serang. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui pemberian materi, para siswa diberikan tayangan tentang video edukasi dan permainan terkait pencegahan kekerasan anak, dilanjutkan dengan penjelasan dan diskusi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini dapat tergambar berdasarkan hasil pre-test dan post test, dimana hasil pre-test dengan nilai 75%, sedangkan hasil post-test didapatkan 96%, terdapat penambahan pengetahuan setelah diberikan edukasi tentang kekerasan seksual pada anak. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan, siswa memahami kekerasan seksual pada anak dan menyepakati bagian tubuh yang boleh dan tidak boleh disentuh orang lain dan juga selalu untuk diajarkan selalu terbuka kepada Ibu kandung, guru atau kepada orang yang dipercaya terkait praduga kekerasan seksual Kata kunci : Kekerasan, Seksual, Anak Sekolah Dasar, Kota Serang.

Abstract

The Effect of Group Guidance on Self-Management Techniques to Increase Students' Awareness of Time Management. This research aims to determine the effect of group guidance using self-management techniques to increase awareness of time management among class VIII students at SMP Negeri 2 Menes for the 2023–2024 academic year. The population in this study was 90 students in class VIII at SMP Negeri 2 Menes. This research uses a pre-experimental method with a one-group pre-test and post-test design. Through a non-probability sampling method, the purposive sampling technique. The pre-test results showed that out of a total of 90 students, 3 were in the very low category, 39 were in the low category, 37 were in the high category, and 4 were in the very high category. Treatment was given to 8 students during 8 meetings. The research hypothesis test was carried out using the Wilcoxon test. There is a difference between time management abilities before and after treatment is carried out through group guidance with self-management techniques. With N = 8, the Z value is -2.524b, and the result is an Asymptotic Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.012. This value is smaller than 0.05, which means the hypothesis is accepted (Ha). From the results of these calculations, it can be concluded that group guidance using self-management techniques can increase awareness of time management among class VIII students at SMPN 2 Menes for the 2023–2024 academic year.Keywords: Group Guidance, Self Management Techniques, Student Awareness, Time Management

Abstract

Utilization of Stacko Block as a Career Counseling Media in Schools. This study aims to see the effectiveness of implementing Stacko Holland media in improving career insights. The research method used in this research is nonequivalent control group design quasi-experimental. The research subjects in this study were students of class XI SMAN 1 Baros. There were 20 students who became research participants who were divided into two groups, namely the experimental group and the control group. Data collection techniques used include structured interviews and Holland's career insight questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis and Mann-Whitney U hypothesis test analysis. Based on the results of the Mann-Whitney U hypothesis test analysis, the Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.00 with a significance level of 0.05. The calculation results show that the hypothesis test shows that Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) < 0.05, from this it can be concluded that the implementation of Stacko Holland game media is effective and able to significantly improve the career insights of class XI students of SMAN 1 Baros.Keywords: Utilization, Stacko Block, Career Counseling

Abstract

Bullying is one of the three cardinal sins in education that must be eradicated and prevented. The mission of education is to provide opportunities and happiness to students, a goal that can be achieved by preventing bullying. This research aims to understand and introduce the concept of the three cardinal sins in education with the aim of instilling character values in students. There are still many students in Indonesia who do not understand the essence of the concept of the three cardinal sins in education. The purpose of this activity is to evaluate and find prevention strategies against the three major sins in education at Arrasyadiyyah SMKS. The method used in this activity is a seminar or lecture (presentation) to raise students' awareness. It helps students understand the three major sins, their causes, negative impacts, prevention efforts, as well as broaden their personality horizons. The results of this activity show that students can learn about the impact of bullying, sexual violence, and intolerance, as well as how to prevent and eliminate these behaviours. The school and the teaching campus team made an effort by providing a special place and inviting presenters from the Guidance and Counselling study programme lecturers to provide material on the introduction and understanding of the three cardinal sins in education, with a focus on bullying. This socialisation involved 78 students from classes X OTKP, X TBSM, XI OTKP, XI TBSM, and the SMK teachers. This activity was carried out on Tuesday, 21 May 2024, in person and face-to-face
