Abstract

Latar Belakang : Status gizi pada Remaja dihubungkan oleh banyak faktor salah satunya adalah kebiasaannya dalam mengkonsumsi makanan sehari-hari, Kebiasaan makan tidak seimbang oleh zat-zat gizi yang terkandung dalam makanan, Remaja cenderung kurang memperhatikan asupan makanan. umumnya Remaja lebih suka mengkonsumsi makanan berlemak, berenergi, gurih dan manis. Sementara makananan kaya serat seperti sayur dan buah diabaikan. Tujuan : Mengetahui hubungan skor healthy eating Index dengan status gizi pada mahasiswa asrama Poltekkes Kemenkes Pontianak. Metode : Desain penelitian yaitu cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 mahasiswa diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan form Food Record 2 x 24 Jam, pengumpulan data status gizi dengan cara menimbang berat badan menggunakan timbangan injak digital dan mikrotoice untuktinggi badan dan dilakukan pada bulan mei 2024 data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji chi-square.  Hasil : Berdasarkan Hasil penelitian menunjukkan untuk Skor healthy eating index tidak baik 37 responden (37%) dengan status gizi Tidak normal. dan yang mempunyai Skor HEI tidak baik 26 responden (26%) mempunyai status gizi normal. dan yang mempunyai Skor HEI baik 1 responden (1%) dengan Status Gizi tidak normal. Sedangkan yang mempunyai Skor HEI baik 36 orang (36%) dengan status gizi normal, Hasil uji stastistik chi-square menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan skor healthy eating index dengan status gizi dengan p value = 0,000 Bagi mahasiswa, berarti kebiasaan makan dan pola konsumsi yang sesuai dengan gizi seimbang dapat berhubungan dengan status gizi yang baik.  Kesimpulan : Ada Hubungan Skor Healthy Eating Index dengan Status Gizi pada Mahasiswa Asrama Poltekkes Kemenkes Pontianak.   Background: Nutritional status in adolescents is related to many factors, one of which is their habits in consuming daily food, eating habits are not balanced by the nutrients contained in food, adolescents tend to pay less attention to food intake. Generally, teenagers prefer to consume fatty, energetic, savory and sweet foods. Meanwhile, fiberrich foods such as vegetables and fruit are ignored.  Purpose : To determine the relationship between the healthy eating index score and the nutritional status of students at the Pontianak Ministry of Health Polytechnic dormitory.  Methods : The research design is cross sectional. The sample in this study was 100 students taken using purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using the interview method using the 2 x 24 Hour Food Record form, data collection on nutritional status by measuring body weight using a digital step scale and a microtoice for height andcarried out in May 2024. The data was analyzed using the chi-square test Result : Based on the results of the research, the healthy eating index score was not good for 37 respondents (37%) with abnormal nutritional status. and those who had an HEI score that was not good, 26 respondents (26%) had normal nutritional status. and those with good HEI scores were 1 respondents (1%) with abnormal nutritional status. Meanwhile, 36 people (36%) had a good HEI score with normal nutritional status. The results of the chi-square statistical test showed that there was a relationship between the healthy eating index score and nutritional status with p value = 0.000. For students, this means appropriate eating habits and consumption patterns. with balanced nutrition can be related to good nutritional status Conclusion: There is a relationship between the Healthy Eating Index score and the nutritional status of Pontianak Ministry of Health Health Polytechnic Dormitory Students.

Abstract

Background: Based on data from the Indonesia Nutrition Status Survey (SSGI) released by the Ministry of Health, in 2022, the prevalence of stunting in Indonesia decreased by 2.8 percentage points compared to 2021 from 24.4% to 21.6%. Currently, the prevalence of stunting in West Kalimantan reaches 17.8% according to SKI 2023. Objectives: To find out the overview of the socioeconomic status of parents in stunted children aged 24-59 months in the working area of the Sungai Raya Health Center in Sungai Raya District, Kubu Raya Regency. Method: This type of research is descriptive research where the number of samples obtained is 39 toddlers, then the data analysis used is by using univariate analysis, namely frequency distribution Result: Mother's knowledge of nutrition is 100%, Junior high school graduates' education is 59.0%, High school graduates' education is 51.3%, Farmers' parents' employment is 38.5% and housewives 94 %, The income level of stunted toddlers is relatively low with a percentage of 64% and the nutritional status of TB/U children (stunting) is the percentage of children with short status Conclusion: The Mother's knowledge of nutrition is excellent, Father's education level is mostly junior high school graduate while for the type of education mother are mostly high school graduates, Father's type of work is mostly working as farmers with While for mothers' jobs most of them are housewives, The majority of family income levels are relatively low and the nutritional status of children with TB/U (stunting) is the percentage of children with short nutritional status

Abstract

Mie merupakan salah satu jenis makanan yang berbahan dasar tepung terigu dan telah dikenal berbagai kalangan masyarakat. Mie instan sangat diminati oleh masyarakat, Untuk meningkatkan nilai gizi pada mie instan maka diperlukannya bahan alternatif dalam pengolahan mie seperti tepung tulang ikan tenggiri dan labu kuning. Tujuan penelitian: mengetahui daya terima mie terhadap warna, rasa, aroma, dan tekstur mie instan tepung tulang ikan tenggiri dengan penambahan labu kuning dengan konsentrasi yang berbeda. Metode penelitian: penelitian ini mengunakan desain penelitian eksperimen yaitu pembuatan mie instan tepun tulang ikan untuk mengetahui daya terima panelis menggunakan uji Friedman. Hasil penelitian: dari hasil uji organoleptik menyatakan ada pengaruh penambahan formulasi tepung tulang ikan tenggiri dan labu kuning terhadap aroma,rasa,tekstur mie instan. produk mie instan yang paling diterima baik dari warna, aroma, rasa dan tekstur terdapat pada perlakuan F1 (5 : 15) dengan hasil uji proksimat kadar protein (9,65%), kadar lemak (21,13%), karbohidrat (57,05%), kadar air (6,71%), kadar abu (3,38%), kalsium (6,45%). Kesimpulan: formulasi mie yang paling diterima adalah F1, ada pengaruh penambahan formulasi tepung tulang ikan tenggiri dan labu kuning terhadap aroma,rasa,tekstur pada mie instan.

Abstract

Adolescents experience rapid growth, and dysmenorrhea can interfere with activities and concentration in studying. The WHO recorded in 2017 that 90% of female adolescents experience dysmenorrhea, with 10–16% experiencing severe dysmenorrhea. The incidence rate in Indonesia is also relatively high. One of the effective nutrition education media to address dysmenorrhea related to eating patterns is the flip sheet, as it can convey information visually and gradually. This study aims to analyze the effect of flip sheet media on the knowledge of dysmenorrhea, calcium intake, eating pattern, and nutritional status of female adolescents in Limbung Village, Sungai Raya Subdistrict. This study is a pre-experimental research with a pre-and-posttest group design. The research subjects are female adolescents from Limbung Village, Sungai Raya Subdistrict. A sample of 35 respondents was taken using purposive sampling. Based on the research results, there was no significant increase in the variables of knowledge, eating patterns, and nutritional status before and after receiving nutrition education, with a p-value >0.05, but there was a significant increase in the calcium intake variable before and after receiving nutrition education, with a p-value <0.05. There is an effect of flip sheet media on the knowledge of dysmenorrhea, calcium intake, eating pattern, and nutritional status.

Abstract

Kekerdilan (stunting) pada anak mencerminkan kondisi gagal tumbuh pada anak Balita (Bawah Lima Tahun), sehingga anak menjadi terlalu pendek untuk usianya. Hal ini disebabkan karena kekurangan gizi kronis yang terjadi sejak 1000 HPK. Pemberdayaan kader adalah strategi yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan serta mewujudkan kemandirian kader dalam melakukan peran dan fungsinya dalam pembangunan kesehatan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberdayaan kader posyandu dalam mendeteksi stunting bagi balita usia 0-24 bulan di Desa Kapur Kecamatan Sungai Raya Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan menggunakan pendekatan one grup pre-test dan post-test. Sebelum perlakuan diberikan diberikan pre-test dan di akhir diberi post-test, jumlah sampel sebanyak 35 orang. Data diambil dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan lembar obsevasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada pengaruh pemberdayaan kader posyandu melalui pendampingan ibu hamil terhadap keterampilan kader dalam pengendalian stunting bagi balita usia 0-24 bulan dengan nilai signifikan (p=<0,001).  Kesimpulan hasil penelitian menunjukkan perbedaan pengetahuan kader tentang stunting sebelum dan sesudah pendampingan, dengan peningkatan rata-rata pengetahuan dari 72,0 menjadi 93,31. Keterampilan menentukan status gizi ibu hamil melalui pengukuran LILA juga meningkat signifikan (7,71 menjadi 19,43). Kader cukup baik dalam menentukan status anemia berdasarkan nilai HB ibu hamil setelah pelatihan (mean 9,71 menjadi 15). Pelatihan pengukuran penjang badan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keterampilan kader dalam mengukur balita (p<0,001), dengan peningkatan kemampuan mendeteksi stunting dari 0% menjadi 100%. Kata kunci: Balita, Model Pemberdayaan, Stunting   Stunting in children reflects the failure to thrive in children under five. So, the child becomes too short for his age. This is due to chronic malnutrition that occurs at 1000 HPK. Empowerment of cadres is a strategy used to increase the ability and realize the independence of cadres in carrying out their roles and functions in the development of public health. This study aims to determine the effect of empowering posyandu cadres in detecting stunting for toddlers aged 0-24 months in Desa Kapur, Sungai Raya District, Kubu Raya Regency. The research design used was experimental research using a one-group pre-test and post-test approach. Before the treatment, a pretest was given, and a posttest was presented at the end. The number of samples was as many as 35 people. Data were taken using questionnaires and observation sheets. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of training in measuring body length using a lengthboard on the skills of cadres in taking measurements for toddlers aged 0-24 months with a significant value (p = <0.001). The research results indicate a difference in cadre knowledge about stunting before and after mentoring, with an average knowledge increase from 72.0 to 93.31. Skills in determining the nutritional status of pregnant women through LILA measurement also significantly improved (7.71 to 19.43). Cadres are proficient in determining anemia status based on pregnant women's HB values after training (mean 9.71 to 15). Activity measuring body length significantly influences cadre skills in measuring infants (p<0.001), with an increased ability to detect stunting from 0% to 100%. Abstract

Anemia merupakan masalah kesehatan serius yang memerlukan perhatian khusus karena dapat meningkatkan angka kesakitan dan kematian ibu serta dapat mempengaruhi pregnancy outcome. Penyebab utama anemia yaitu kekurangan zat besi yang disertai dengan zat gizi lainnya seperti asam folat, vitamin B12 dan vitamin A. Masalah anemia di indonesia tahun 2013 sebesar 37,1%, dan meningkat menjadi 48,9% tahun 2018. Upaya yang diberikan sudah banyak, salah satunya dengan suplementasi tablet besi (Fe) kepada ibu hamil sebanyak 90 tablet selama kehamila. Namun angka anemia masih tetap tinggi, sehingga perlu diberikan alternatif dalam pencegahannya, salah satunya dengan memberikan sari kurma dan ekstrak belimbing wuluh yang akan dibuat menjadi formula, diberikan kepada ibu hamil untuk dikonsumsi. Kurma (Phoenix Dactylifera), memliki kelebihan mengandung karbohidrat tinggi dapat membantu meningkatkan kadar hemoglobin. Sedangkan belimbing wuluh (Averhoa Blimbi L), yang dilengkapi dengan Vitamin C, kalsium, fosfor, zat besi, kalsium dan kalium dapat dikombinasikan dengan sari kurma, untuk memepercepat penyerapan zat besi. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui pengaruh pemberian Sari Kurma dan Ekstrak Belimbing Wuluh Terhadap Kadar Hemoglobin Darah (Hb) dan Kalium Ibu Hamil di wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Rasau Jaya. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah Quasi-Eksperimen dengan rancangan pretest-posttest with control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah ibu hamil yang berada di wilayah Puskesmas rasau Jaya. Sedangkan sampel dalam penelitia ini adalah ibu hamil terpilih, dihitung menggunakan rumus Lameshow didapat sebanyak 30 sampel. Analisis statistik yang akan dilakukan meliputi analisis univariabel, bivariabel dengan paired t tes. Hasil penelitian didapat diperoleh peningkatan sebesar 0,39 dengan nilai p-value sebesar 0,000. Rata-rata nilai kadar hemoglobin darah pada sampel mengalami peningkatan sesudah diberikan sari kurma dan ekstrak belimbing wuluh. Kesimpulan. Ada pengaruh peningkatan kadar hemoglobin darah ibu hamil dengan pemberian sari kurma dan ekstrak belimbing wuluh.
