Abstract

Latar belakang: Kajian ini dilandasi atas permasalahan yang terjadi saat pembelajaran matematika di sekolah dasar berlangsung yaitu banyak siswa yang belum aktif sehingga hasil belajar siswa rendah dan belum memenuhi KKTP, hal itu dikarenakan model belajar yang digunakan guru belum membuat siswa antusias dalam belajar matematika. Sehingga diperlukan model belajar yang inovatif dan menekankan kreativitas serta keaktifan siswa di dalam kelas salah satunya adalah model Two Stay Two Stray. Metode penelitian: Kajian ini bermaksud memaparkan peran model two stay two stray terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SD dan dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 060884 Medan dengan siswa kelas IV sebagai subyek kajian. Dimana pelajaran matematika di SD belum mencapai KKTP yang telah ditentukan, dikarenakan hal tersebut guru hasruslah membuat strategi yang baik saat mengajar agar KKTP yang telah ditentukan dapat tercapai dan siswa jauh lebih menyukai pembelajaran yang berlangsung. Kajian ini berupa kajian kualitatif yang menggunakan studi kepustakaan dengan data dikumpulkan dari rujukan semacam buku ataupun jurnal yang relevan. Hasil penelitian: Hasil dari kajian ini memaparkan model Two Stay Two Stray memberikan kemudahan guru dalam memaparkan materi dan membuat siswa lebih aktif saat belajar serta siswa mampu mengaplikasikan dan mengeksplor kognitif mereka sehingga hasil belajar matematika meningkat. Kesimpulan: Model two stay two stray memiliki peran yang krusial dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, sebab model ini mengharuskan siswa aktif berkomunikasi dalam kelompok agar mampu mengapikasikan dan mengeksplorasi kogntitif yang mereka punya yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar matematika

Abstract

Latar belakang: Penelitian ini sangat penting karena memaparkan upaya dalam mengatasi munculnya era digital, sehingga proses pembelajaran di kelas harus ditingkatkan dan dikembangkan serta diperbaiki agar memenuhi kebutuhan siswa. Metode penelitian: Kajian ini bermaksud memberikan referensi yang informatif pada aspek media belajar digital yyang cocok untuk generasi alpha di era society 5.0 pada kurikulum merdeka. Selain itu, bertujuan merangsang kepuasan belajar siswa generasi alpha dan memastikan kebutuhan mereka tercapai. Kajian ini dibuat menggunakan studi kepustakaan, dengan data yang dikumpulkan dari analisis isi yang di dalamnya terdapat sumber-sumber relevan demi mendukung kajian ini. Hasil penelitian: Hasil penelitian memaparkan banyak sekali dukungan media belajar digital pada generasi alfa yang selaras dengan kebutuhan mereka seperti media animasi, video digital, podcast, augmented reality, virtual reality, permainan pembelajaran, modul elektronik interaktif dan powerpoint. Kesimpulan: Dalam pemilihan materi pembelajaran digital demi mendukung kurikulum merdeka juga diselaraskan pada gaya belajar siswa di kelas agar terciptanya suasana belajar yang mendukung siswa agar menghasilkan lulusan yang berkualitas baik.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dalam memimpin akan berdampak kepada kinerja guru serta dalam hal menciptakan suasana lingkungan sekolah yang nyaman serta kondusif. Oleh sebab itu penerapan kepemimpinan transformasional dilingkungan sekolah bagi seorang kepala sekolah haruslah tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan secara mendalam praktik kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dalam membangun kinerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan mengikuti model Miles dan Huberman. Prosedur penelitian dimulai dari tahap persiapan, penyusunan proposal, dan pembuatan instrumen penelitian. Peneliti melaksanakan pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam, dan pengumpulan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah, secara nyata menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dalam kepemimpinannya. Keempat dimensi utama dari gaya kepemimpinan ini yakni idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, dan individualized consideration terlihat dalam interaksi dan pendekatan kepala sekolah terhadap guru-guru di sekolah tersebut.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the stages of implementing assessments based on the independent curriculum that have been implemented by kindergarten teachers in the Medan Area District and describe teacher obstacles in implementing assessments based on the independent curriculum by kindergarten teachers in the Medan Area District. The research method used is descriptive quantitative research with a non-experimental type. The results of the research findings are based on questionnaire calculations of the stages of assessment implementation based on the independent curriculum. The highest average score in the aspect is in the assessment reporting aspect, namely 3.4 in the good category. Then the second highest was in the aspect of preparing tools, setting criteria, and collecting data with an average of 3.3 in the good category. And the aspect with the lowest average is in the aspect of determining the value, namely 2.9 in the quite good category. The most common obstacle to implementing assessments based on the independent curriculum is limited time in collecting data, including giving children assignments that have not been completed in one day, so that teachers have not been able to collect children's assignments and have to wait until all assignments have been completed before they can be assessed. Then the least obstacle is the aspect of setting criteria where teachers still experience problems in distinguishing which children's assessment criteria are included in good criteria and which are included in proficient criteria

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the presence or absence of the influence of the storytelling method on the ability to speak children aged 5-6 years in TK ST-Antonius 1 Medan. This research was conducted at the St-Antonius 1 Medan TK which is located at Jalan HM Joni No. 52 A Medan. The population in this study was all children in TK ST-Antonius 1 Medan with a total of 103 children. The research design used is pretest-post-test design. Sampling techniques, namely with Purposive Sampling techniques in class B3 as many as 28 children. The data obtained were analyzed using non -parametric statistics Wilcoxon signs rank test. The results of the analysis obtained the average class value using a conventional storytelling method of 16.21 with SD = 3.26 and the average class value with an interactive storytelling method of 25.78. With SD = 2.10. From the hypothesis calculation data obtained asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) worth 0,000. smaller than 0.05 (<0.05), it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of the interactive storytelling method on the ability to speak in children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten. St. Antonius 1 Medan compared to the ability to speak children taught by conventional storytelling methods.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is an influence from the use of popup books on children's verbal-linguistic intelligence in the Aceh Singkil Excellent Private Kindergarten. This research uses experimental research using a quantitative approach. The research method used in this research is Quasi Experimental Design with the Equivalent Time Sample Design. The sample in this study was 18 children, sampling was carried out using a simple random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this research is non-parametric hypothesis testing by tabulating data, calculating average values, and interpreting the data. The findings of this research show that there is a significant influence from the use of pop-up book media on the verbal-linguistic intelligence of children aged 5-6 years in the Aceh Singkil Excellent Private Kindergarten for the 2023/2024 academic year. From these findings, it can be seen that the research results obtained show that there is an increase that occurred from treatment 1 to treatment 2, where the real level α = 0.000.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of Pancasila Education learning evaluation in relation to the achievement of elementary school students' competencies, specifically regarding norms in grade V of SDN 060933 Medan Johor. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach involving homeroom teachers and students as research subjects. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed inductively. The results indicate that Pancasila Education learning evaluation activities have covered three aspects of assessment: cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. However, implementation in the field remains uneven. Assessment still predominantly focuses on the cognitive aspect, while attitudes and skills have not been systematically measured. Factors influencing student competency achievement include learning strategies, media use, and active student participation during the learning process. Therefore, the development of a more authentic and comprehensive evaluation system is needed so that Pancasila Education learning outcomes can reflect the development of students' character and understanding of citizenship comprehensively.

Abstract

The implementation of the Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) within the Independent Learning policy aims to transform students' critical reasoning through reading literacy. However, the reality on the ground shows that elementary school students' literacy skills are still classified as moderate, especially in understanding textual information. Based on this problem, this study aims to describe in depth the level of reading literacy skills of fourth-grade students at Tiara Private Elementary School in solving AKM questions based on informational texts and identify specific challenges faced by students. This quantitative descriptive study involved 30 fourth-grade students as the research sample. Data collection was carried out through documentation and a reading literacy test in the form of an essay that has been verified as valid and reliable. The results of the study indicate that student literacy levels vary across cognitive processes. At the information-finding level, 25 students (84%) reached the "Proficient" category, and at the interpretation-integration level, 21 students (70%) reached the "Proficient" category. However, at the evaluation-reflection level, 17 students (57%) remained at the "Basic" level, characterized by weak critical argumentation. The main obstacle identified was students' difficulty synthesizing information between paragraphs and connecting text content with personal experiences. This finding underscores the need for innovative learning strategies to strengthen higher-order cognitive processes in elementary school students.
