This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of rewards and learning discipline on student learning outcomes in economics subjects at SMAN 7 Padang. This type of research is descriptive associative learning. The population in this study were students of SMAN 7 Padang. The sample used was 269 students of SMAN 7 Padang and used proportional random sampling. Primary data are the kinds of data utilised in this research. Data processing uses SPSS 25. A questionnaire is the technique employed for data collection. The collected data was examined using descriptive analysis. Analysis of multiple regression in research. Considering the research's findings it is known that rewards and learning discipline have an important impact on how well students learn economics at SMAN 7 Padang with Sig 0.004 <0.05, At SMAN 7 Padang, incentives have a significant impact on students economics learning results with a value of Sig 0.005<0.05, at SMAN 7 Padang, the discipline that students learn significantly affects on their results of learning in economics.with Sig 0.000<0.05.

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of brand experience on brand trust through brand reputation as a variable between PT. Lion Mentari Airlines in Padang. This study used causal research. The population of this study was residents of the city of Padang who used Lion Air airline with 97 samples. The data used is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires. The analysis method used is path analysis with SPSS 15. The results showed that (1) brand experience has a significant and positive effect on brand reputation (2) brand experience has a significant and positive effect on brand trust (3) brand reputation has a significant effect and positive influence on brand trust (4) brand experience has a significant and positive effect on brand trust, if brand reputation as a variable.

This research aims to analyze how customers' perceptions of the atmosphere, location and product variations of the Kopi Dent coffee shop influence their purchasing decisions. his research is causative research. The research population is members of the Kota Pariaman community. This research involved 97 respondents who met the criteria of having visited the Kopi Dent coffee shop in Pariaman, who were selected using the purposive sampling method. This research uses primary data collected through distributing questionnaires to people in Pariaman who meet certain criteria. The analysis technique uses SPSS 26 and multiple regression analysis. The research results show that (1) Store atmosphere, product variety and location have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. (2) The store environment has a positive and large influence on purchasing choices. (3) Purchase choices are greatly influenced by location. (4) Having a wider choice will influence consumer choices positively and significantly.

This study aims to determine the influence of satisfaction and trust on the loyalty of Universitas Negeri Padang students in using the Tri'3' prepaid Sim Card. This type of research is descriptive. The population in this study are the student in Universitas Negeri Padang. The samples are 97 respondents. The sampling technique is purposive sampling technique. The type of data used in this study is primary data that was collected by using questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression techniques using the SPSS version 21 program. The results of this study show that: 1) customer satisfaction has a significant effect on the loyalty of Universitas Negeri Padang students in using Tri'3' prepaid Sim Card , 2) trust has a significant effect on universitas Negeri padang student loyalty in using Tri'3' prepaid Sim Card.

The goal of this study is to determine the effect of locus of control and the need for achievement on the entrepreneurial intentions of MAN 1 Payakumbuh students. The causative form was used in this study, and the population consisted of MAN 1 Payakumbuh students. The survey sample consists of 260 respondents who were chosen using a proportional random sampling technique. This study relied on primary data gathered through the distribution of questionnaires to selected MAN 1 Payakumbuh students. SPSS 20 path analysis was used as the analysis method. The findings of this study indicate that the locus of control and the need for achievement have a significant impact on entrepreneurial intentions. The locus of control influences entrepreneurial intentions significantly. The need for achievement has a significant impact on entrepreneurial intentions.

Technological advances facilitate the activities distributed by the community, also having an effect on the electronic commerce business. One among them has a bearing on the Shopee online shopping application. This study aims to see the effect of online customer service quality and price on consumer purchasing on the Shopee online shopping application in Padang Panjang City. This type of study employs a causal associative methodology and is quantitative. People from the town of Padang Panjang who have made purchases using the shopee online shopping app make up the study's demographic. The sample collection technique used purposive sampling with a complete sample of 97 people. The information collection technique during this study used a pursuit questionnaire. Multiple correlation analysis was used to examine the data that had been gathered. The study's findings demonstrate that 1) the quality of online customer service has a significant impact on buying choices on the Shopee online shopping application in the city of Padang Panjang, as indicated by the sig value of 0.000 0.00, and 2) the price has a significant impact on buying choices on the Shopee online shopping application in the city of Padang Panjang, as indicated by the sig value of 0.006 > 0.05.

This study object to determine the effect of E-Service Quality and Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty at the Bukalapak Marketplace in the city of Padang. This type of research is a causative research. The population in this study is the people of the city of Padang who have used Bukalapak more than 2 times and the determination of the number of samples using the Chocran formula is as many as 97 samples. This research uses side purposive technique. The data used is the type of primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to the people of the city of Padang with predetermined criteria. The analytical method used is path analysis using SPSS 20. The results show that (1) E-Service Quality has a significant effect on Satisfaction (2) E-Service Quality has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty (3) Satisfaction has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty (4) E-Service Quality has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty through Satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of consumer dissatisfaction and variety seeking on brand switching of Xiaomi smartphones to other brands on Universitas Negeri Padang student. This type of research is causative research. The population in this study were Universitas Negeri Padang students and the determination of the number of samples in this study used the Chocran formula, namely 100 respondents from Universitas Negeri Padang students using purposive sampling technique. The type of data in this study is to uses primary data. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to Universitas Negeri Padang students and the data analysis method using multiple regression analysis. The classical assumption test was carried out using the normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test using the SPSS version 26 application. The results of this study indicate that (1) consumer dissatisfaction has a positive and significant effect on brand switching of Xiaomi smartphones to other brands, (2) variety seeking has a positive and significant effect on brand switching of Xiaomi smartphones to other brands, (3) consumer dissatisfaction and variety seeking have a positive and significant effect on brand switching of Xiaomi smartphones to other brands Universitas Negeri Padang students.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of brand experience on brand loyalty on Maybelline brand lipstick among Universitas Negeri Padang students, This is known as causative research. The population in this study was Universitas Negeri Padang students, and the number of samples determined using the Cochran formula was 97. Purposive sampling is used in this study. The data used is the type of primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to Universitas Negeri Padang students who met certain criteria, namely having purchased a minimum amount of Maybelline lipsticks. The study found that brand experience had a significant and positive effect on brand loyalty.
