Abstract

The covid-19 pandemic has an impact on all fields, not least the field of education. This condition requires to the learning process that usually done face to face must switch online. This change certainly provides its own challenges and problems for school, especially those in the 3T area and have C accreditation. The presence of batch I teaching campus program rolled out by the government through the Ministry of Education and Culture aims to involve students as a part of strengthening literacy and numeracy while helping learning in partner schools. The participation and active role students in the school has new impact and hope so that the school continues to improve itself for the realization of the vision and mission of the school. Even the school gets a positive response and trust from the surrounding community by sending their children to the school. The school is also increasingly excited in developing and advancing education for the creation of a quality generation.Keyword: Teaching Campus Program, Existence, Partner School

Abstract

The aims of this study include (1) To find out the principal's strategy in cultivating time discipline for teachers and students; (2) Strict sanctions for teachers and students who cannot apply the culture of time discipline in the school; (3) The impact of implementing a culture of time discipline for school members. The approach used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method in the form of observations and interviews with the principal, as well as representatives of three teachers and students of SMP Muhammadiyah 01 Medan. From the results of the research through observations and interviews with several sources, it was found that the strategy used by the principal in cultivating time discipline was one of them by going directly to give examples to attend school early, even before the bell rang. As for the strict sanctions given by the principal to teachers and students who violate the culture of time discipline, namely in accordance with the agreement that has been written in the school's rules and regulations. Furthermore, it is known that one of the positive impacts of time discipline for school members is that teaching and learning activities become more effective. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the implementation of a time discipline culture carried out by teachers and students at the school has not been effective, this is certainly caused by several inhibiting factors.Keywords: Strategy, Principal, Time Discipline.

Abstract

Quality of learning is the quality or excellence of the learning process carried out in the teaching and learning process. The quality of learning is one of the most important things in teaching and learning activities that must be achieved by an educator. Educators themselves are people who provide knowledge and new knowledge for others consistently and continuously. The formulation of the problem related to this research is to increase the quality of student learning through life skills activities at Muhammadiyah Junior High School Ahmad Dahlan Aekkanopan. While the purpose of this study is to analyze activities that can improve the quality of student learning. In this article, the method used is a qualitative description method in the form of interviews and observations of teachers and students of grade 9 Muhammadiyah Middle School Ahmad Dahlan Aekkanopan. Based on the results of interviews and observations, it can be concluded that life skills activities can improve the quality of student learning, this can be seen from students who have polite, courageous, creative, independent attitudes, are able to manage time and are enthusiastic in participating in all learning activities that are supported by excellent school programs.Keywords: Quality of Learning, Educators, Lifeskill

Abstract

This article aims to reveal Islamic religious education learning strategies for students with special needs in the new normal era (case study: SLB 'Aisyiyah, Tembung). The strategy carried out in this special school includes coordination with various parties such as the principal, teachers and parents of students so that the learning process can take place well. In addition, the readiness of schools to provide medical devices that can support the implementation of health protocols is also an important factor. However, even though the health protocol was declared ready, children with special needs still had a greater risk of exposure than children of their peers. This is of course related to the immune system of children with certain special needs being more vulnerable. The strategy pursued is of course to provide appropriate services for children with special needs in the new normal era. Mainly mental health for all parties involved in learning Islamic religious education for children with special needs needs to be prepared. And also it cannot be separated from the policies established by the authorities that can support the learning development of children with special needs in the new normal era. Keyword: PAI Learning, Special Needs, New Normal Era

Abstract

Talking about HOTS is not just about subjects that students must master so they are able to answer questions that arise during exams. HOTS is the final goal to be achieved through approaches, processes and learning methods. Mistakes in understanding HOTS will have an impact on the ultimate goal to be achieved. In this case the teacher has a very important role in applying HOTS to students. This article will discuss how a teacher should be able to carry out his role so that the HOTS learning that is carried out can have an impact that is able to improve students' ability to think critically. And in the study of communication science, a teacher must really understand the communication process so that in the delivery of material can choose the appropriate approach so that it supports the learning process by using appropriate learning methods. So that when there is misunderstanding in students, the teacher can evaluate. Because in theory, the communication process is a systemic thing. That is, each component involved in communication has their respective roles which as a whole are a unity that cannot be separated from each other. And each component is also inseparable from internal and external factors that can influence when communication occurs, which is when the learning process.

Abstract

Education is the right of all children, including children with special needs in inclusive education programs, but in its application many problems are encountered. For this reason, this study aims to analyze the application of inclusive education programs in early childhood education institutions, precisely at Raudhatul Athfal An-Nahl Jakarta. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study research. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. Technical analysis of data using the Miles and Huberman interactive analysis model, as well as testing the validity of the data with the triangulation method. The results of this study found six steps in the application of inclusive education programs, the first, to understand the characteristics of students; second, set learning goals and targets; third, designing flexible learning materials; fourth, monitoring and evaluation; the fifth, divides the tasks and roles of the teacher, and the sixth, prepares resources. The conclusion of the research shows that the six steps in this practical application are able to overcome the problems of implementing inclusive education programs in early childhood education institutions.

Abstract

During the Covid Pandemic, based on the reflections held by educators and students. Research departs from the concept to fequit able education,where education during this pandemic has the potential as a model of equitable education. This research was conducted through had escriptive quantitative approach. This Study uses primary data in the formof samples taken by accindental sampling and secondary data in the form of predecess or studies. The finding sex plain that the conditionof Facilities and Infrastructure by Students and Theachers is sufficient to describe ethereadiness of implementing and Building the current Generation of Eduacation. However, this learning mainly has obstacles, namely not being able to meet face to face directly However, a strong determination to build a Generation of Eduaction is ready to be implemented properly and corectly. Therefore, synergy between Students, Theachers, Educational Institutions, and the governmentis meeded fo fix the Learning system so that it runs more evenly,in accor dancew it he ducation, by the goal of Building a Generation of Education during the Covid 19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study discusses the effect of teaching readiness on teacher performance in the new normal era. This study aims to identify and obtain information about how important the readiness of teachers is in preparing for the new normal era of learning. How is the effect of teaching readiness on the learning process in the new normal period? This study used a combination of qualitative case study methods by conducting interviews with 5 respondents at the MTsS YAPI Aek Songsongan area to obtain information about the teacher's teaching readiness in preparing for learning in the new normal era and to complete and deepen the information related to this research obtained by using the method. quantitative, namely taking some information through literature study reference sources. With the aim of maintaining confidentiality, respondents were given the initials A1, A2, A3, A4, and A5. The technique used in this data collection is a questionnaire in the form of a questionnaire, in which the questionnaires distributed are closed so that respondents simply choose the answers provided, then conduct interviews with respondents. From the observations in the new normal era, it can be seen that the teaching readiness of teachers is very influential on the performance of teachers in preparing for learning in the new normal era so that learning planning can be said to be good. Based on observations of teacher work performance at MTsS YAPI Region Aek Songsongan in the new normal era, it looks still low.Keywords: Teaching Readiness, Performance, New Normal.

Abstract

This research entitled Application of Face-to-Face Learning in the New Normal Era (Case study: SDN 25 Pondok Hutan) aims to analyze an application of face-to-face learning in the new normal era at SDN 25 pondok Hutan. The problem that arises is that the ineffective face-to-face learning which is carried out only once a week face-to-face reduces the effectiveness of learning at school. Face-to-face learning during the pandemic in the new normal era was not very effective and made these elementary students less serious about attending face-to-face learning only once a week and wearing casual clothes. The purpose of this research is to find out how effective the application of face-to-face learning is in the new normal era today. The method used is descriptive method. It was found that the application of face-to-face learning in the new normal era during the pandemic was less effective and prevented the achievement of learning objectives. Abstract

Penelitian ini mengemukakan model komunikasi persuasif pada pembelajaran materi praktek shalat fardhu pada anak usia dini. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknis analisis data menggunakan model Spradley yakni dengan melakukan analisis domain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model komunikasi persuasif sangat mendukung bagi guru dalam proses pembelajaran materi praktek shalat fadhu pada anak usia dini. Untuk mendukung komunikasi persuasif maka guru harus menguasai materi shalat fardhu sesuai tarjih Muhammadiyah, strategi pembelajaran yang menarik, kondisi belajar yang mendukung dan adanya dukungan dari kepala sekolah. Melalui penelitian ini juga diperoleh informasi bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis audio visual praktek shalat fardhu sesuai Sunnah sangat dibutuhkan dalam mendukung model komunikasi persuasif yang diterapkan oleh guru
