Abstract

Program Kartu Indonesia Pintar (KIP) Kuliah merupakan salah satu upaya pemerintah dalam mendukung mahasiswa berprestasi dari keluarga kurang mampu untuk mendapatkan pendidikan tinggi. Namun, dalam pelaksanaannya, mahasiswa penerima KIP sering menghadapi kendala dalam pelaporan akademik dan non-akademik yang menjadi syarat keberlanjutan beasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengevaluasi pendampingan mahasiswa KIP tahun 2024/2025 dalam memenuhi kewajiban pelaporan akademik dan non-akademik. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendampingan yang sistematis dan berbasis teknologi dapat meningkatkan kepatuhan mahasiswa dalam pelaporan serta mengurangi risiko pencabutan beasiswa. Kesimpulannya, pendampingan yang efektif berkontribusi pada peningkatan keterampilan administrasi mahasiswa dan mendukung keberlanjutan studi mereka.

Abstract

Da'wah activities should be able to bring about changes in the body of the ummah, including forming legal behavior which includes legal compliance, legal awareness, understanding of rights and obligations as well as ethics and morals. The more often a person participates in da'wah activities, the better his legal behavior should be. By using a qualitative method, this research tries to reveal the contribution of da'wah in shaping the legal behavior of Muslim communities in the city of Mataram. The results of this study show the contribution of da'wah in the formation of legal behavior of Muslim communities in the city of Mataram. The contribution is influenced by four factors, namely first, the attachement between the community (mad'u) and Tuan Guru/Ustadz (da'i). Second, the commitment of the community (mad'u) to follow what is conveyed by da'i in the da'wah activities they participate in. Third, involvement (involvment) refers to the intensity of the community in da'wah activities. Fourth, belief refers to the internalization of the values of religious teachings absorbed in the da'wah activities they participate in.

Abstract

Konversi biogas menjadi energi listrik pada Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Biogas (PLTBg) melalui beberapa tahap, salah satunya proses desulfurisasi biogas didalam Bio-Scrubber, yaitu mekanisme injeksi oksigen untuk mereduksi Hidrogen Sulfida (H2S) dengan menggunakan mikroorganisme pengoksidasi sulfur. Namun injeksi oksigen tanpa porsi yang tepat akan memicu campuran eksplosif yang membahayakan bagi operasional Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Biogas (PLTBg). Risiko korosif juga akan memberikan dampak buruk bagi seluruh komponen mesin gas apabila proses desulfurisasi biogas tidak dilakukan secara tepat. Namun injeksi oksigen yang berlebih juga akan berdampak pada pengurangan ekstrem terhadap konsentrasi metana dalam biogas. Penelitian ini memodelkan optimasi pengaturan injeksi oksigen yang tepat dengan setiap kendala dan syarat yang berlaku pada operasional Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Biogas (PLTBg) menggunakan Linear Programming. Simulasi optimasi diujicobakan dengan menggunakan data parameter operasional Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Biogas (PLTBg) 1.5MW yang berlokasikan di Lampung Tengah. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa pengaturan injeksi oksigen sebsar 1.94% mampu mencapai reduksi Hidrogen Sulfida (H2S) sebesar 100ppmv dan memenuhi syarat operasional proses pengolahan biogas menjadi bahan bakar dalam Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Biogas (PLTBg).

Abstract

Kelurahan Anggut Dalam is one of the densely populated areas in Bengkulu City that faces challenges in managing organic waste, primarily due to the increasing activities of households and small-scale traders. One innovative and sustainable solution is the utilization of maggots from the Black Soldier Fly (BSF) as organic waste decomposers. This study aims to raise public awareness and knowledge through environmental education activities based on BSF maggot cultivation. The methods used include field observations, public outreach, technical training, and evaluation of community understanding. The results show that after the educational activities were implemented, there was a significant increase in residents' understanding of organic waste management and the economic potential of maggot cultivation. The program also successfully reduced the volume of household organic waste in several neighborhood units (RT). BSF-based environmental education has proven to be an effective participatory approach to support clean environment initiatives and integrated waste management.

Abstract

The issue of organic waste in urban areas is an urgent environmental problem that requires immediate attention. One innovative solution that is increasingly being implemented is the cultivation of maggots (Black Soldier Fly larvae/BSF), which function as agents for decomposing organic waste and producing economically valuable products. The Community Service Learning (CSL) activity conducted by students from Bengkulu University in Anggut Dalam Village, Ratu Samban Subdistrict, Bengkulu City, aims to introduce and implement maggot farming as an effort to manage waste and empower family economies. This article comprehensively discusses the implementation stages, results, challenges, and social and economic impacts of the maggot farming program in the community. The results of the activity show an increase in environmental awareness, a reduction in the volume of organic waste, and the emergence of new income sources for families. Maggot farming has proven to be an environmentally friendly solution with the potential to improve community well-being sustainably.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi performa 1st Order Low-Pass Filter (LPF) dan Exponential Moving Average (EMA) sebagai signal conditioner untuk denoising data sensor, dengan fokus pada respons denoiser terhadap event transien. Metode synthetic benchmarking digunakan dengan data sensor sintetis yang terkontaminasi derau Gaussian dan injeksi pulsa Gaussian sebagai event transien pada interval waktu tertentu. Analisis dilakukan di domain waktu dan frekuensi menggunakan metrik Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR), Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) keseluruhan dan transien, Peak Amplitude Preservation (PAP), serta Delay. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa kedua denoiser relatif efektif dalam mereduksi derau dan meningkatkan SNR. EMA terbukti superior dalam mempreservasi event transien, dengan PAP 65,89%, delay 2 ms, dan RMSEtransient 0,7845 dibandingkan LPF dengan PAP 57,98%, delay 3 ms, dan RMSEtransient 0,8886. Penelitian ini menggarisbawahi adanya kompromi inheren antara efektivitas denoising dan integritas event transien. Kondisi tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pemilihan denoiser harus mempertimbangkan prioritas spesifik masing-masing aplikasi.

Abstract

This study presents an innovative smart parking system known as SM Park, which utilizes the Three Validation Real-Time (3VR) method to provide accurate and efficient parking space monitoring. The system integrates multiple sensor technologies, including ultrasonic and Passive Infrared (PIR) sensors, along with computer vision, to detect the availability of parking slots in real-time. By leveraging the Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI), SM Park enables users to reserve parking spaces in advance via its website, thus minimizing wait times and improving the overall efficiency of parking. The development process followed a prototype methodology, which allowed for rapid prototyping, feedback collection, and iterative design enhancements. The system's performance was evaluated through various stages, including literature review, system design, prototype development, and sensor integration. The system design eliminates the need for external devices such as RFID tags or mobile applications, creating a more inclusive parking solution. This paper outlines the design and architecture of the SM Park system, its technical components, and its potential for addressing key challenges in urban parking management, such as congestion, carbon emissions, and inefficient space utilization.

Abstract

Machine learning has the potential to support hematologists in classifying leukemia by identifying abnormal chromosomes and specific gene markers. One effective technique for feature selection is Variable-Length Particle Swarm Optimization (VLPSO), where its performance depends heavily on parameter control, specifically the inertia weight (w) and acceleration factors (c), which regulate the search process. In previous VLPSO, static types of parameter control were applied to the  Factor, and time-varying types were used by the   Factor. Although its results showed good performance in VLPSO, there was no separation in the treatment of training data and test data, leaving a gap in understanding their impacts for real-world applications.  This study explores how different parameter control strategies (static, time-varying, and adaptive) affect the performance of VLPSO with two comparison adaptive parameter control approaches, Adaptive 1 and Adaptive 2, in the VLPSO framework, each designed to dynamically adjust the control parameters w and c in different ways. The 10-fold cross-validation shows that VLPSO with an Adaptive one-parameter setting achieves better generalization with low train-test differences, especially in Decision Tree and Naïve Bayes classifiers, though with higher variability. Adaptive 2-parameter setting of VLPSO offers more consistent results with narrower variability across different settings. Static methods are the least reliable, while time-varying controls show moderate but unstable performance. Adaptive parameter tuning is recommended to improve VLPSO's stability, flexibility, and classification accuracy in biomedical applications. The results provide recommendations for parameter settings using an adaptive approach that has been proven to enhance the performance of VLPSO

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk: menganalisis peran komunikasi antarpribadi dalam proses konseling. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik konten analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: komunikasi antar pribadi adalah komunikasi antara orang-orang secara tatap muka, yang memungkinkan setiap pesertanya menangkap reaksi orang lain secara langsung, baik secara verbal maupun nonverbal. Komunikasi konseling merupakan proses konseling yang mengandung pengertian suatu proses antarpribadi yang berlangsung melalui saluran proses verbal dan nonverbal, yaitu dengan menciptakan kondisi positif dapat menemukan penyelesaian atas masalah yang dihadapi oleh residen melalui komunikasi antarpribadi.

Abstract

The working area of the Lampisang Community Health Center, Peukan Bada District, Aceh Besar Regency, has shown an increasing trend in hypertension cases over the past three years, making this disease the most common case treated. Hypertension is one of the main causes of morbidity and mortality due to non-communicable diseases, and is a significant burden both clinically and economically in various countries, including Indonesia. This study aims to conduct the implementation of the hypertension program at the Lampisang Community Health Center in 2022–2024 with a comprehensive evaluation approach that includes input, process, output, outcome, and impact. The evaluation was conducted using quantitative and qualitative descriptive approaches. Data were collected from Posbindu PTM forms, Community Health Center activity reports, and interviews with cadres and health workers. The analysis focused on service achievements, education effectiveness, therapy fulfillment, and long-term impacts on patients and the health care system. During 2022–2024, the number of hypertension patients increased from 320 to 404 cases. Blood pressure screening coverage reached 63.4% in 2024. The percentage of educated patients increased from 56.3% to 73.0%, and therapy adherence reached 62.6% in 2024. Outcomes showed that 64.0% of patients experienced a decrease in blood pressure and 59.0% made positive lifestyle changes. Long-term impacts showed improved early detection, but complications were still found in 36 cases over three years. Key challenges included limited facilities, low service coverage, and minimal village fund allocation for Posbindu (Community Health Post). The hypertension program at the Lampisang Community Health Center (Puskesmas) showed increasing achievements and outcomes year after year. However, program effectiveness still needs to be improved through strengthening facilities, ongoing education, and cross-sector collaboration to significantly reduce the prevalence and complications of hypertension.
