Abstract

A concept map is a diagram that visualizes the structure of individual cognitive knowledge. An approach to creating a concept map structure that allows users to contribute concepts and linkages that express their understanding freely is known as an "open-ended concept map." It has been demonstrated that an open-ended concept map accurately depicts student knowledge structures and reveals student differences. However, manually analyzing an open-ended map is difficult, time-consuming, and includes many propositions, especially in a big classroom. Educational data mining could be used to further process and analyze a collection of concept maps. However, many works attempted to employ data mining in order to produce concept maps structure from text documents rather than examining the knowledge representation. This study aimed to identify hidden students' knowledge representation combination patterns using association rules analysis. The dataset used in this study consisted of 27 open-concept maps created by university students. This study found interesting patterns that reveal students' knowledge in understanding the material given by the teacher.

Abstract

In this modern era, frozen food is increasingly popular for consumption by the public. Not only for personal consumption, but also for the needs of food businesses such as restaurants, cafes or catering. The need for frozen food is growing, especially as more people choose to store food for longer periods of time. However, when frozen food is stored improperly, it can cause the quality of the food to decrease and even affect the health of consumers. Therefore, food businesses need to consider the right way to store frozen food. UMKM Neng Nana is engaged in Frozen Food with several products of instant baso aci, aroma roll sticks, mini spring rolls, baso aci seblak, melted bananas etc. UMKM Neng Nana is located in Housing Ardimulyo Kav. H no 4 Singosari Kab. Poor. In the packaging process for products, partners are still packaging using ordinary plastic, and have not been packaged using airtight packaging. As a food that is classified as semi-moist food, Mitra's products are foods that deteriorate quickly. The packaging at UMKM Neng Nana is still relatively conventional because they only use ordinary sealers, while their processed products come from semi-wet ingredients which require more effort to keep the products fresh. Vacuum sealers are a very important tool for frozen food businesses. In the frozen food business, food hygiene and quality must always be maintained.

Abstract

Language is a tool humans use to establish communication. Still, the language used is one language and between regions or nations with their languages. Indonesia is a country that has a diversity of second languages and is the fourth most populous country in the world. It is recorded that Indonesia has nearly 800 regional languages, but research activities in natural language processing are still lacking. Minangkabau is an endangered language spoken by the Minangkabau people in Indonesia's West Sumatra province. According to UNESCO, the Minangkabau language is listed as a language that is "definitely endangered," with only around 5 million speakers worldwide. This study uses neural machine translation (NMT) to create a formula based on this information. Neural machine translation, in contrast to conventional statistical machine translation, intends to build a single neural network that can be built up to achieve the best performance. Because it can simultaneously hold memory for a long time, comprehend complicated relationships in data, and provide information that is very important in determining the outcome of translation, LSTM is one of the most powerful machine-learning techniques for translating languages. The BLUE score is utilized in the NMT evaluation. The test results use 520 Minangkabau sentences, conducting tests based on the number of epochs ranging from 100-1000, resulting in optimization using Adam being better than optimization RMSprop. This is evidenced by the results of the best BLUE-1 score of 0.997816 using 1000 epochs.

Abstract

Indonesia is known as the home to 80% of the world's medicinal plant species, with an estimated 25,000-30,000 potential plants. However, this is in stark contrast to the current situation of limited access to herbal information, leading to restricted consumption and distribution of herbal products. The numerous digital platforms providing herbal data still fail to address this issue, as the information provided does not cater to the users' needs. Therefore, to address the current challenges in the Indonesian herbal industry, researchers developed an AI-integrated application called Herbify. The application was developed using the Agile Software Development Life Cycle method, chosen to meet user needs with a user-centered design approach. From this research, a mobile application with two main features, namely 'Herbalpedia' and 'Scanherbal,' was developed. Measurements through three methods: mAP matrix, usability tests, and user experience questionnaires (UEQ), yielded positive results. The measurement results show that the trained model achieved a 94.6% mAP with an inference time of 0.07965 seconds. Furthermore, the usability test results of the application show a 0% mission unfinished rate, with an average completion time of 10 seconds. The UEQ results indicate that the application has high usability, trustworthiness, and information quality. Based on these results, it can be concluded that Herbify has great potential to effectively optimize herbal potentials in Indonesia.
