Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh work-life balance, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawaiBiro Organisasi dan Ketatalaksanaan Sekretariat Jenderal Kementerian Keuangan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalahdengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan data primer dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner melalui google form kepada responden yang melakukan work from home. Sample penelitian ini sebanyak 70 responden yang merupakan pegawai Biro Organisasidan Ketatalaksanaan Sekretariat Jenderal Kementerian Keuangan. Pengukuran variable untuk uji hipotesis menggunakan uji T dan uji F denganbantuan program SPSS 20.0. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert untuk mengukur setiappernyataan. Dalam pengujian hipotesis diketahui t hitung sebesar 2,468 > t tabel 1,996 dengan nilai signifikansinya 0,00 < 0,05 yang artinya work-lifebalance berpengaruh siginifikan dan positive terhadap kepuasan kerja. t hitung sebesar 6,077 > t tabel 1,996 dengan nilai signifikansinya 0,000 <0,005 yang artinya komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Diperoleh hasil nilai F hitung = 50,498 > nilai Ftabel =3,13 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000<0,05. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara work-life balancedan komitmen organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja. Abstract

With limited human resources, organizations are required and expected to be able to optimize them so that the organizational goals that have been set can be achieved. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of leader member exchange, competence, and quality of work life on employee job satisfaction at PT. BPR Central Sejahtera partially or simultaneously. This research uses associative quantitative research. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, questionnaires and literature study, this study used a saturated sample of 32 people. From the results of job satisfaction data analysis shows that there is a significant influence between the independent variables, namely leader member exchange, competence, and quality of work life on the dependent variable, namely job satisfaction, this is indicated by the t-count value of leader member exchange 4.639, the t-count value of competence 3.473, the t-count value of quality of work life is 5.023, which is greater than t-table 2.048. Y = 0.757 + 0.658 X1 + 0.275 X2 + 0.163 X3 + e. From the equation above, it can be seen that the independent variables that have the most influence on job satisfaction are leader member exchange compared to others, namely competence, and quality of work life.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of workload and work environment on employee turnover at PT. XYZ. The research design used in this study used quantitative associative methods. Based on the results of data analysis that has been carried out in the first hypothesis (H1), the value of t count > t table is 11,892 > 1,678 and in the second hypothesis (H2) the value of t count > t table is 13,968 > 1,678 which means that the workload and work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee turnover at PT. XYZ while the R-square value obtained is 0.869 which states that the workload and work environment variables affect employee turnover at PT. XYZ is 86.90% and the remaining 13.10% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Online Learning, emotional intelligence, intellectual intelligence, sosial intelligence partially and simultaneously on student performance. The type of data used in this study is quantative data with data techniques using a questionnaire. The population in this study is management students of Riau Kepulauan University. The sampling using the Slovin formula and getting a sample of 60 students. The results of this study indicate that: 1. Online learning affects student performance, 2. Emotional intelligence affects student performance, 3. Intellectual intelligence does not affect student performance, 4. Social intelligence affects student performance. as evidenced by the value of fcount 30.447 > ftabel 2.05 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

The success or failure of an organization in achieving its predetermined goals is highly dependent on the ability of its human resources (employees) to carry out the tasks or work assigned to them. This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment and work placement on employee productivity at PT. Dewasutratex Cimahi. The data processing method is carried out using a saturated sampling approach, namely the sampling method in which the entire population is used as a research sample totaling 46 employees. Data analysis was carried out using validity and reliability tests, normality tests, classic assumption tests, simple linear regression tests, determination tests, F tests and T tests. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that Recruitment and Job Placement partially have a significant effect on Work Productivity at PT. Dewasutratex Cimahi. The effect of recruitment on work productivity is 83.6% and the remaining 16.4 is influenced by other variables outside the research. While the effect of placement on work productivity is 87.6% and the remaining 12.4 is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of country image and beauty vlogger reviews on purchase intention, analyze whether beauty vlogger reviews have an effect on purchase intention and analyze whether country image and beauty vlogger reviews have an effect on purchase intention. This research will be conducted to analyze the effect of country image and Beauty vlogger review on Purchase Intention of Korean cosmetics consumers on the Althea.kr website. The survey will be shared via the comments column on Veronica Ong's video channel. Using a web survey via Google form. In recent years, web surveys have been used to collect respondent data for academic research as well as authors sharing surveys online on forums discussing the Althea.kr site, researchers posting survey messages in the comments column by providing a link to beauty vlogger Veronica Ong's video. The conclusion from this study is that country image has a significant effect on purchase intention, beauty vlogger reviews have a significant effect on purchase intention and together country image and beauty vlogger review have a significant effect on purchase intention of Korean cosmetic products. In terms of country image, in this study country image shows significant results on the purchase intention of cosmetic products from South Korea. Here Althea.kr has described products from South Korea and reflects the characteristics of South Korea as a developed country in the field of cosmetics.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to examine the effects of transactional leadership, the workplace, and employee compensation on employee happiness in the Indonesian fertilizer business. This study is quantitative in nature, collecting data through the use of questionnaires and supported by secondary sources of information (document). 83 employees made up the sample for this study utilizing the convenience sampling approach. Multiple linear regression is the technique analysis employed. According to the research, compensation, working conditions, and transactional leadership style all have a minimally significant impact on employee happiness. The working atmosphere, salary, and transactional leadership style all have a big impact on employee satisfaction. The working environment is the main influencing factor..

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the experience of economics education teachers on student achievement in economics at Private High Schools. This research uses a causal research type with a quantitative approach. Population in this study are Private High Schools Students in Medan City in 2022. Sample is taken randomly using snowball sampling technique. So, sample in this study are 100 Private High Schools Students in Medan City. The data analysis method used simple linear regression analysis. The results show that the experience of economics education teachers has significant effect on student achievement in economics at Private High Schools.

Abstract

Beban kerja beberapa instansi bertambah sejak pandemi COVID-19 melanda Indonesia, tidak terkecuali pada Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satplo PP) Kota Tanjungpinang. Bertambahnya beban kerja yang tidak diimbangi dengan kuantitas dan kualitas sumber daya manusia yang memadai dapat membuat pegawai Satpol PP Kota Tanjungpinang rentan mengalami stres kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja terhadap stres kerja pegawai Satpol PP Kota Tanjungpinang. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak n=152. Data kemudian dianalisis dengan analisis regresi liner sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap stres kerja pegawai Satpol PP Kota Tanjungpinang dengan t=13.517 dan signifikansi sebesar 0.000. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja perlu dikelola dengan baik agar pegawai tidak merasakan stres yang berlebihan.

Abstract

Employee performance is individual because each employee has a different level of ability in carrying out their duties. Performance depends on a combination of abilities, efforts, and opportunities that are obtained. This study aims to see how much the influence of compensation and job satisfaction together on the performance of employees of PT. ASTRA International Tbk - Daihatsu partially and simultaneously. In this study, the type of research used is associative research. Where the writer tries to know the relationship between two variables partially or simultaneously. This study's method of collecting data used a questionnaire with multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results of the study show that partial compensation and job satisfaction affect the performance of employees at PT. ASTRA International Tbk - Daihatsu. Simultaneously partial compensation and job satisfaction affect the performance of employees of PT. ASTRA International Tbk – Daihatsu with a contribution of 65.9%.
