Abstract

This study aims to see the improvement of students' mathematical problem solving ability through the application of Think Pair Share type cooperative learning model. Mathematical problem solving is the ability to identify the elements known, asked, and the sufficiency of the elements needed, able to make or compile mathematical models, can choose and develop solution strategies, able to explain and re-examine the answers obtained. This research uses a quantitative approach with a quasi experimental design and a nonequivalent control group design. The sample selection technique is using purposive sampling technique. The population in this study were all students of SMP Negeri 1 Juli class, while the samples were two classes, namely class VII2 as the experimental class and class VII3 as the control class. The data collection technique in this study used a mathematical problem-solving ability test. Data analysis carried out for the mathematical problem-solving ability test using non-parametric tests because the data is not normally distributed, the data is processed using SPSS 18 software and the results of non-parametric tests obtained a significant value of 0.000 significant level α = 0.05 then according to the hypothesis criteria If the significance value 0.05 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So, it can be concluded that the mathematical problem-solving ability of students who get the application of the Think Pair Share type cooperative learning model is better than students who get the scientific learning model.

Abstract

This development research aims to determine the feasibility of using Mathematical Logic Pipe teaching aid (Pilogmath) on mathematical logic material at SMA Negeri 1 Tanah Luas in terms of validity, practicality, and attractiveness. The development model used is the ADDIE development model which consists of the stages of analysis (analysis), design (design), development (development), implementation (implementation), evaluation (eveluation). The subjects of this research are class X SMA Negeri 1 Tanah Luas. The feasibility of learning media refers to the results of the assessment of teaching aids by experts, teachers and small group students. Feasibility can be seen from the results of the validator's assessment where all validators stated very valid, the results of the percentage of product ratings by media experts were 81% in the “Very Valid” category, the results of the percentage of product ratings by material experts were 87% in the “Very Valid” category, the results of the percentage of product assessment by the teacher were 92% in the “Very Practical” category, and the results of the percentage of product assessment by 6 small group students were 93 .6 % in the “Very Interesting” category. Based on product assessment by all validators who stated that it was very valid, the teachers assessment stated that it was very practical, and student assessment stated that it was very interesting, the Mathematical Logic Pipe teaching aid (Pilogmath) that was developed meeting the criteria of being very feasible to use for class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Tanah Luas.

Abstract

Rencana Detail Tata Ruang (RDTR) adalah dokumen perencanaan yang mengatur tata ruang suatu wilayah yang lebih detail dan terperinci dibandingkan dengan Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah (RTRW). Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi perkembangan Kabupaten Pidie berdasarkan Rencana Detail Tata Ruang (RDTR) yang telah disusun. Evaluasi akan dilakukan terhadap pelaksanaan RDTR, kinerja pembangunan, dan konsistensi antara rencana pembangunan dan RDTR. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan RDTR di Kabupaten Pidie masih belum optimal karena terdapat beberapa kendala seperti kurangnya koordinasi antar dinas terkait, kurangnya partisipasi masyarakat dalam proses perencanaan pembangunan. Dalam hal ini diperlukan sinergi antara pemerintah daerah dengan masyarakat dalam melaksanakan rencana pembangunan untuk mencapai tujuan RDTR. Selain itu, pemantauan dan evaluasi berkala juga harus dilakukan oleh pihak-pihak terkait untuk memastikan keberhasilan implementasi. Dengan demikian, peneliti berharap dapat memberikan informasi yang bermanfaat bagi pihak-pihak terkait dalam pengambilan keputusan terkait pembangunan di Kabupaten Pidie dan meningkatkan pemahaman akan pentingnya Rencana Detail Tata Ruang (RDTR) dalam perencanaan pembangunan daerah.

Abstract

Rumah Sistem Panel Instan (RUSPIN) adalah jenis rumah modular yang dikembangkan oleh Pusat Penelitian dan Pengembangan (PUSLITBANG) Permukiman Kementerian PUPR, adalah salah satu solusi dari permasalahan tingginya biaya produksi dan tidak efisiennya waktu konstruksi yang disertai dengan tidak memenuhinya persyaratan kualitas Teknik bangunan. Bangunan ini dibangun dengan sistem modular, teknologi ini menawarkan rangka bangunan pracetak dengan sistem panel yang di sambung dengan panel lain secara cepat, dengan biaya yang lebih mrah, dan efisien dari sebuah bangunan. Pelatihan pembuatan RUSPIN kepada masyarakat Desa Uteunkot, Kecamatan Muara dua, Kota Lhokseumawe diharapkan bisa menjadi alternatif mata pencaharian masyarakat. Pelatihan ini dibagi menjadi dua sesi yakni sesi paparan materi dan sesi praktek. Pemaparan materi dilaksanakan pada hari pertama melalui FGD (focus group discusion). Pada sesi ini disampaikan spesifikasi teknis komponen, mutu bahan, perakitan RUSPIN. Acara dilanjutkan pelatihan secara langsung di lapangan dengan merangkai panel RUSPIN menjadi struktur bangunan. Pada sesi ini peserta langsung merakit panel RUSPIN antara panel besar dan kecil yang di ikat dengan baut. Peserta juga dapat melihat langsung contoh rumah yang dibangun dengan menerapkan teknologi RUSPIN secara utuh. Kesimpulan pelaksanaan pemberdayaan masyarakat tersebut adalah menciptakan bangunan dengan menggunakan teknologi RUSPIN dengan standar guna untuk mengembangkan dan meningkatan pengetahuan dalam mengembangan usaha kepada masyarakat.

Abstract

Non-governmental activities that carried out directly by the community are prone to have inappropriate management with the implementation both at the time of planning, field work and reporting. In the implementation of non-governmental activities, many problems arise related to governance in the filed and it is uncommon to have deal with laws to governance that in accordance with procedures. One of the efforts to avoid the inappropriate planning as well as managing activities is requiring the project management which includes planning, scheduling, and controlling. The expected outcome of this activity is the community and village officials can understand the objectives of the project management and direct implementation in managing the village activities. This activity was carried out in three steps, namely introduction to project management, introduction to work drawing/technical drawing and introduction to the budget calculation/RAB with participants which were village officials and the community of Gampong Lancang Garam, Banda Sakti, Lhokseumawe. Abstract

Brick is an alternative building material made by mixing cement, sand and water which is then molded after a few minutes and then the mold is removed. Then the bricks are aerated during the treatment process before being dried, the bricks must be watered to strengthen, after they are completely dry, the bricks are ready to be used as building materials. The training for making bricks for the community in Pulo Village, Syamtalira Arun District, North Aceh Regency is expected to be an alternative for other livelihoods in the area. The method used is FGD (focus group discussion) followed by training in making bricks and monitoring and evaluation are carried out. Community empowerment activities are to provide information and skills to the Pulo Village community on how to make bricks so that the community can develop their own business for the long term and can be a joint effort to produce bricks. The conclusion of the implementation of community empowerment is to create brick making in accordance with SNI 03-0349-1989 in order to develop home industries, increase knowledge in developing small and medium enterprises.Keywords: Brick, Training, Community, Livelihood

Abstract

Teachers are not only obliged to transfer knowledge to their students. However, they are required to be more professional and more competent. So one of the means to improve the ability of teachers in professional development is to increase the publication of scientific papers. However, based on observations and interviews with teachers of SMA Negeri 1 Syamtalira Aron, North Aceh Regency, there is still a lack of understanding regarding the publication of scientific writing, as well as the use of applications that can be designed as media in research. For this reason, it is very necessary to provide guidance, assistance for training for teachers as an effort to develop the skills and creativity of teachers in making scientific papers and introduction of applications so that they can be more varied. Activities that will be carried out during PKM for partners are: 1) coaching training in the use of software as a learning medium, scientific writing, and journal citation methods. 2) OJS training. 3) assistance in writing scientific papers. The method used in this service activity is persuasive-educative. The implementation phase in this activity consists of: site survey, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The highest average value in the material being taught where the value is 4.78 with a very good category. Participants were very interested in all the material taught by the presenters. While the lowest average value in responding to the questions given where the value is 4.41 with a very good category.Keywords: Writing, OJS, Learning Media

Abstract

Istana Maimoon adalah salah satu bangunan bersejarah yang ada di pusat kota medan yang merupakan peninggalan Kerajaan melayu yang harus dijaga kelestariannya, istana ini didirikan pada tahun 1873 dan selesai dibangun pada tahun 1924, terdapat begitu banyak ruang yang ada di dalamnya dengan tiga elemen pembentuk ruang yaitu bidang alas, dinding dan langit-langit yang membantu dalam menciptakan ruang-ruang tersebut sesuai dengan fungsi dan gayanya masing-masing. dalam tatanan pola ruangnya istana Maimoon memiliki suatu prinsip-prinsip penataan ruang dalam setiap susunan dan penempatannya, melalui analisis terhadap pola ruang istana Maimoon akan mengetahui prinsip-prinsip apa saja yang ada dalam penyusunan pola tata ruangnya, apakah ada keterkaitan yang sama antara arsitektur Van Erp sebagai arsitektur Istana sekaligus perancang peletakan ruang dengan teori yang dipakai yaitu prinsip tata ruang Francis DK Ching.

Abstract

Kurangnya kemampuan konsep dasar matematis siswa terhadap materi-materi yang diajarkan terutama pada materi bilangan real, beberapa guru mengajar masih terkesan monoton sehingga mengakibatkan minat belajar siswa berkurang, dan siswa mengalami kendala jika pembelajaran menggunakan media pembelajaran online dalam proses belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan E-Modul berupa APK berbantuan Flip PDF Corporate Edition pada materi bilangan real yang valid, praktis dan efektif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development dengan model 4-D (four-D) yang terdiri dari tahapan define, desain, develop dan disseminate. Subjek penelitian adalah 2 ahli media, 2 ahli materi, uji coba kelompok kecil 7 siswa dan uji coba kelompok besar 21 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Validasi ahli media sebesar 87,5% dan validasi ahli materi sebesar 92,85% dengan kategori Sangat Valid, (2) Hasil angket respon siswa uji coba kelompok kecil sebesar 93,06% dengan kategori Sangat Praktis, (3) Ketuntasan belajar secara klasikal sebesar 85,71% dengan kategori Sangat Efektifdan hasil penilaian angket respon siswa dari uji coba kelompok besar sebesar 92% dengan kategori Sangat Praktis. Dengan demikian, pengembangan E-Modul berupa APK berbantuan Flip PDF Corporate Edition pada materi bilangan real dinyatakan sangat valid, praktis dan efektif untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran.Kata kunci: Bilangan Real, E-Modul, Flip PDF Corporate Edition.

Abstract

RUSPIN Teknologi ini menawarkan rangka rumah pracetak dengan sistem panel dan sambungan baut yang dapat dipasang secara cepat, dengan biaya yang lebih murah, dan memenuhi standar kualitas teknis dari sebuah rumah. Akronim dari RUSPIN adalah: Rumah Unggul Sistem Panel Instan, pelatihan merangkai RUSPIN kepada masyarakat di Desa Uteunkot, Kecamatan Muara Dua, Kota Lhokseumawe diharapkan menjadi edukasi Tentang tatacara merangkai Ruspin dan menjadi alternatif mata pencaharian lain di daerah tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah FGD (focus group discusion) dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan merangkai RUSPIN Menjadi Struktur Bangunan. RUSPIN menjadi salah satu pilihan struktur yang efesiensi dan hemat pengeluaran dan menjadi alternarif dalam pembautan struktur sedernaha, serta juga sebagai salah satu jawaban terhadap tanggap bencana terutama terhadap gempa bumi.
