Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh hasil observasi peneliti dilapangan, kebanyakan guru tidak begitu efektif dalam proses pembelaran, guru tidak mengunakan metode pembelajaran yang mempertimbangkan minat dan bakat dari peserta didiknya dan dalam berkomunikasi secara lisan mau pun tulisa tidak begitu dimengerti oleh anak didik, dengan adanya beberapa ketimpangan yang terjadi, maka peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti permasalahan kompetensi guru kelas, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penguasaan kompetensi pedagogik guru di SD Negeri 04 Kp Olo Kota padang, Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian yang dijadikan informan penelitian adalah guru kelas I sampai dengan guru kelas VI dan kepala sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga instrumen yaitu lembar observasi, lembar wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teori Milles dan Huberman yang meliputi tiga tahapan yakni reduksi data, display data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji kredibilitas untuk menguji keabsahan data. Hasil Penelitian Berdasarkan hasil obsevasi kepada Guru SD negari 04 Kp olo kota Padang untuk kompetensi pedagogik yang harus dimilki oleh guru kelas dan guru yang bersertifikat pendidik, didapat kan sangat menguasai kompetensi pedagogik dengan kategori sangat baik. Dan berdasarkan dari wawancara yang dilakukan oleh pendidik dengan mengajukan 14 pertanyaan mengenai kompetensi pedagogik yang harus dimiliki oleh guru dapat disimpulkan bahwa guru besertifikasi menguasi dan melakukan semua indikator-indikator dalam kemampuan pedagogik dalam proses pembelajaran,

Abstract

Stunting disebabkan kekurangan asupan gizi dalam waktu lama pada masa 1000 hari pertama kehidupan (HPK). Pada tahun 2021 angka prevalensi stunting di Indonesia masih sebesar 24,4 persen, sedangkan di Sumatera Barat sebesar 23%. Permasalahan stunting berdampak pada psikologis orang tua. Perlu upaya meningkatkan resiliensi orang tua menghadapi masalah tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan reseliensi orang tua dengan stanting dengan pendekatan Person Centered Therapy, Metode penelitian ini menggunakan studi kepustakaan untuk menelaah melalui artikel dan buku yang berkaitan konsep dari Person Centered Therapy untuk meningkatkan reseliensi orang tua. Hasil penelitian di dapatkan Person Centered Therapy dapat memanfaatkan peluang dari mereka (orang tua/ Ibu) dan menyelesaikan setiap masalah yang muncul, karena klien memiliki kemampuan untuk memecahkan masalahnya sendiri dan terapis hanya berperan sebagai teman dalam proses penyembuhan. Pendekatan ini mengakui bahwa semua orang adalah unik dan memiliki kemampuan untuk mencapai potensi penuh mereka. Konselor bersama Klien (orang tua) anak dengan stanting dapat menggali alternative alternatif dalam mengembangkan berbagai kemungkinan yang akan dilakukan dimasa yang akan datang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of an elementary school teacher on students' learning motivation. One of the elements that influence the success of a student is motivation. If students have the drive to learn, then they will achieve the desired learning outcomes. In an effort to produce quality learning and education, teachers must be creative. To encourage motivation to acquire the principles of the creed, the teacher must be able not only to understand the teaching material but also various learning methods and designs. The findings show that teachers can increase students' motivation in learning in various ways, including by providing teaching materials, using various teaching techniques, managing classes, and utilizing learning media. High learning motivation will lead to the best results, the task of a teacher is to foster student motivation. The research methodology in research is a literature review (library research) available in online or offline libraries. The main component in learning, motivation can support and encourage learning. According to literature findings, students with high levels of motivation are more likely to try hard, dress impeccably, and not want to give up. They are also more likely to engage actively in reading to improve learning outcomes and solve problems. On the other hand, people who are unmotivated, appear disinterested, get discouraged easily, and don't pay attention to what they are learning will have difficulty in school.

Abstract

Artikel ini akan dimulai dengan ikhtisar teori REBT sebelum beralih ke diskusi tentang etika yang mengatur bidang psikologi. Tulisan ini akan mencoba untuk menjawab pertanyaan apakah teori REBT Ellis (1955) dapat digunakan secara independen selama sesi terapi, atau apakah memerlukan penggabungan etika dan nilai untuk memberikan layanan terbaik kepada klien atau tidak. Pertimbangan etis harus diterapkan pada aplikasi teori untuk memperbaikinya dan membuatnya lebih berguna dalam sesi terapi, oleh karena itu penting untuk menentukan seberapa baik teori dapat berfungsi sendiri sambil tetap memenuhi kebutuhan kliennya.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze self-efficacy, social support, and teacher readiness to face retirement. The research was carried out using descriptive quantitative methods. The population of this research is 125 teachers who will retire in Kecamatan Bangkinang Kota, Riau, and the research sample is 95 teachers who will retire in Kecamatan Bangkinang Kota, Riau. Sampling using a purposive sampling technique. The research data were analyzed using simple regression and multiple regression. The data analysis process uses the help of the SPSS program. The findings of this study are: (1) self-efficacy contributes to teacher readiness to face retirement with an effective contribution of 28.1%, (2) social support contributes to teacher readiness to face retirement by 21.6% (3) self-efficacy and social support simultaneously. collectively contributed 31.5% to teachers' readiness to face retirement. The implications of the results of this study can be used as a basis for the preparation of guidance and counseling service programs.

Abstract

Abstract: The formation of self-identity is essential because the task of development at that time is to adapt to the changes that are in him. If the formation of adolescent self-identity is disrupted it will result in the emergence of fear, uncertainty, tension, isolation, and inability to make decisions. The assistance that counselors can provide to improve adolescent self-identity is to provide individual counseling services using a person-centered therapy approach. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with a literature study approach which describes in detail the significance of individual counseling with a person-centered therapy approach to improve self-identity.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of full day school students who experience learning saturation so that it has an impact on the level of student learning motivation that is low. This study aims to examine the contribution of learning saturation to the motivation to learn full day school students. The total sample of 90 students of SMP Negeri 4 Dumai was chosen using stratified random sampling. The instrument used is a likert scale model. Data were analyzed with the SPSS program. The results of this study reveal that there is a significant relationship between saturation of learning and learning motivation with a correlation coefficient of -0.622 which is at a significance level of 0,000 and the contribution of learning saturation to full day school students' motivation is 38.7%. This can be interpreted that the higher the level of learning saturation, the lower student learning motivation. With these findings it is expected that counselor can provide guidance and counseling services such as information services, individual counseling services, group guidance services, and group counseling services, to help reduce learning saturation and increase student motivation.

Abstract

Critical thinking skills are very important for biology learning. However, it has not been thoroughly researched because the current evaluation technique cannot test students' critical thinking skills in studying biology. To make it easier for students to apply the concepts they have learned, an evaluation instrument must be made to assess how well they are progressing in developing their critical thinking skills. A valid and reliable critical thinking questionnaire is the goal of this study. The type of research used is called research and development (R&D). Based on the findings of the validity test, the resulting evaluation tool has 31 valid statements and 5 invalid statements with a reliability value of 0.93 which is included in the very high category. In general biology classes, the instruments developed can evaluate students' critical thinking skills. Therefore, it can be concluded that a questionnaire designed to measure students' critical thinking skills in general biology courses is feasible to use.

Abstract

Counselors in the era of Society 5.0 are faced with new challenges in providing effective counseling services, such as the rapid adoption of technology, changes in how humans communicate and interact, and increasing levels of stress and emotional imbalance due to increased demands in life. Mindfulness can be an effective tool in helping counselors overcome these challenges and helping individuals strengthen their ability to cope with stress and emotional imbalances. Research methods used literature research. This research is conducted by researching and evaluating various reference materials and relevant literature to develop a coherent and logical synthesis that can be verified. The literature for this article is sourced from various platforms, including Publish or Perish, Google Scholar, open knowledge maps, and Scopus. Research results show that Mindfulness in counseling can be used to implement counseling in the era of Society 5.0

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi masih ditemukan siswa yang belum memiliki tujuan dan rencana karier yang jelas. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif komparatif dengan menggunakan desain faktorial 4 x 2 x 3. Populasi penelitian yaitu siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 5, SMK Negeri 3, SMK Negeri 6 dan SMK Negeri 7 Padang yang berjumlah 1870 siswa. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 218 orang yang dipilih dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu perencanaan karier dengan model skala likert dengan nilai reliabilitas sebesar 0,963. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). Terdapat interaksi antara perencanaan karier siswa ditinjau dari bidang keahlian, jenis kelamin dan status sosial ekonomi. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan masukan dalam membuat program layanan bimbingan dan konseling, terutama dalam bidang perencanaan karier.
