Abstract

The phenomenon of childfree, which is the decision not to have children, has become an increasingly discussed topic in Indonesia, especially along with the influence of feminism and liberalism movements from the West. This study aims to analyze the phenomenon of childfree from the perspective of the concept of intention in Islam, in order to determine its legal status. Using the descriptive analysis method, this research highlights the importance of intention and the methods used in the practice of childfree. In Islam, intention plays a crucial role in determining the value of an action. The decision not to have children is acceptable if it is based on intentions that are in accordance with Sharia and the methods used do not contradict Islamic principles. For example, if a couple chooses not to have children due to health reasons that could endanger one of the parties, or due to considerations of greater benefit, then the decision can be justified. Conversely, if the decision is based on intentions that are not in accordance with Islamic teachings, such as unwillingness to fulfill the role of parents without justified reasons, then the practice of childfree becomes impermissible. This research confirms that the determination of the law regarding childfree should consider the intention underlying the decision and the method used. Thus, it is important for individuals and couples to understand and evaluate their intentions in the context of Islamic teachings before deciding not to have children. The results of this study are expected to provide insight for the community to be wiser in addressing the phenomenon of childfree, as well as emphasizing the importance of intention and methods that are in accordance with Sharia in every decision taken.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze in detail the structural aspects contained in the guidance and counseling program in Bandung high schools. This research uses a qualitative approach, the type of method is a case study. This study involved 2 guidance and counseling teachers to be interviewed with the aim of seeing the conception of meaning from the structural aspects of the guidance and counseling program in the school. Interviews and documentation studies are used as data collection techniques. The data analysis uses qualitative methods such as data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of this study show that the guidance and counseling program in the senior high schools studied has led to a comprehensive guidance and counseling program, where the aspects contain the principle of developing potential, facilitating the achievement of developmental tasks, creating a supportive environment, including developing skills in decision making. This research contributes to education in an effort to plan and create a comprehensive guidance and counseling program, so that it can have a positive and significant impact on the potential development of students.

Abstract

This research aims to examine various literature regarding the role of evaluation of guidance and counseling. This research uses library research by searching for various relevant references (as books, journals, papers and research) related to the role of evaluating guidance and counseling in schools. The data analysis uses content analysis, namely analyzing the content of each reference obtained. The results of this research indicate that evaluation of guidance and counseling needs to be carried out as part of the professional competence of guidance and counseling teachers. Then, an evaluation is carried out in an effort to control the guidance and counseling program, and this becomes the basis for preparing the report and becomes an important note for decision making in preparing future guidance and counseling programs. This research provides a new perspective and is the basis for implementing optimal guidance and counseling evaluations in schools.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze various studies related to group guidance services and the improvement of social skills of elementary school students. This study used the systematic literature review method with a qualitative approach. This study used bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer software by reviewing research sourced from DOAJ and Google Scholar. The results of the analysis from VOSviewer showed that the issues and trends of group guidance services research had been carried out by researchers in various fields of guidance and counseling and carried out at various levels of education. The findings of various studies showed that group guidance services were seen as having a positive impact on improving the social skills of elementary school students. In the implementation of group guidance services, the role of the leader (counselor) must be active in encouraging the involvement of group members both in group dynamics and in social interactions. The process in this group guidance service will encourage students to achieve the expected goals and also be a means of improving their social skills. This research can be a reference in the implementation of basic group guidance services in improving students' social skills, especially in elementary schools. Guidance and counseling teachers/counselors and teachers in elementary schools can implement group guidance services to improve social skills.

Abstract

Investors can respond to company conditions through share price movements in the capital market. Investors will respond positively if they have confidence in the company's sustainability in the future. The market response is usually related to firm value. This research examines the effect of market competition, customer concentration, and company diversification on firm value. It employs a quantitative approach with data from financial reports and stock prices of manufacturing companies listed on the IDX within the period of 2016 to 2020. Research data was obtained from www.idnfinancial.com and www.finance.yahoo.com. The research sample consisted of 645 observations (firm-year) based on purposive sampling. Multiple linear regression analysis for panel data was conducted to test the research hypothesis. This research concludes that market competition and customer concentration are negatively associated with firm value, while company diversification is positively associated with firm value. The research provides literature on firm value based on company strategy using numbers in financial statements.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berbagai fenomena makna yang muncul terkait sikap mau belajar pada siswa sekolah dasar yang mendapatkan layanan bimbingan klasikal menggunakan teknik symbolic modelling (menayangkan film animasi burung PIPER jangan takut mencoba). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah 25 siswa kelas 5 sekolah dasar di Bandung. Teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan observasi pengamatan dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan melihat berbagai makna dalam konteks pemberian layanan bimbingan klasikal menggunakan teknik symbolic modelling dan melihat berbagai dokumentasi yang relevan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, 1) tokoh yang menjadi model perilaku siswa yang digambarkan memiliki sikap mau belajar yang tinggi adalah influencer, tokoh nasional, atau tokoh ilmuwan, 2) siswa menyadari bahwa sikap mau belajar ini sangat penting dimiliki oleh setiap individu karena berdampak terhadap prestasi akademik, pengembangan potensi diri, dan persiapan untuk masa depan, dan 3) siswa mampu mengidentifikasi berbagai sikap mau belajar seperti tidak mudah menyerah, berani, belajar dari kesalahan atau belajar dari orang lain, mandiri, kerja keras, dan sungguh-sungguh. Penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pendidikan terutama dalam mengembangkan sikap mau belajar pada siswa sekolah dasar dengan menggunakan layanan bimbingan klasikal dengan teknik symbolic modelling.

Abstract

Abstract - Risk is something that most investors encounter when investing. Idiosyncratic risk is a risk that can be controlled and diversified to lessen it. Idiosyncratic risks arise due to internal firm conditions, which can stem from manager policies. This study aims to investigate the impact of sustainability disclosure and integrated reporting on idiosyncratic risks. This quantitative study uses research data from the financial reports of manufacturing businesses listed on the IDX between 2016 and 2020, found at www.idx.co.id. This study also makes use of data from www.financial.yahoo.com. Furthermore, this study uses monthly data on 10-year government bond yields from www.bloomberg.com. Purposive sampling was used to select 555 observations (firm-year) for this study. According to this study, sustainability disclosure has a beneficial influence on idiosyncratic risk when utilizing both the market and Fama-French models. Using the Fama-French model, this study discovered that integrated reporting had a favorable influence on idiosyncratic risk. Integrated reporting, on the other hand, has no influence on idiosyncratic risk when utilizing the market model. This study extends capital market-based financial accounting research by using non-financial data and information essential in making investment decisions in addition to financial report figures. Abstract

The DPR RI as a legislative body whose members are directly elected by the people and have functions as maker, proposer, legislator, executive supervisor and APBN preparation are required to have a positive image in the eyes of the public. The role of public relations is indispensable in the relationship between institutions and the public, creating a good image for institutions and fostering positive and mutually beneficial relationships with the public. PEST analysis is used as a component to identify external forces on the influence of opportunity and threat factors on current conditions and situations by taking advantage of opportunities and anticipating threats from external institutions. The DPR RI institutionally has two characteristics which include temporary institutions and permanent institutions. Economic and Budget Policy, the DPR RI discusses and decides whether or not to approve a draft law on the State Budget, social factors include aspects related to the use of media in disseminating information while the technology factor covers aspects of information and communication technology in the form of access to availability data and information.

Abstract

Abstrak. Proses belajar mengajar melibatkan beberapa komponen yang saling berkaitan, antara lain sumber belajar, dosen, metode, media, mahasiswa, lingkungan dan evaluasi yang menjadi sebuah komponen untuk dapat mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran dituntut adanya kreatifitas dosen untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran, seperti penggunaan media pembelajaran. Desain penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Pretest-Postest Control Group Design, untuk mengetahui adanya perbedaan keterampilan berpikir proses sains dan sikap ilmiah mahasiswa. Penelitian dilakukan dengan melakukan perbandingan antara kelas eksperimen dengan kelas kontrol. Aspek yang diteliti adalah penerapan Media Interaktif Smart Apps Creator (SAC) dalam Meningkatkan Keterampilan Proses Sains (KPS) dan Sikap Ilmiah Mahasiswa pada materi Pencemaran Lingkungan. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 2 bulan di STKIP INVADA Cirebon dengan subjek penelitian kelas A sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas B sebagai kelas kontrol. Peneliti menggunakan tes, observasi pelaksanaan praktikum, observasi kinerja, dan angket dalam pengumpulan data. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. media pembelajaran interaktif SAC dapat berfungsi dalam meningkatkan KPS dan sikap ilmiah mahasiswa terhadap pembelajaran di kelas.Kata kunci: Media pembelajaran, Interaktif Smart Apps Creator, Keterampilan Proses Sains, dan Sikap Ilmiah Mahasiswa.

Abstract

This study looks at how accrual and real earnings management affect the cost of debt. This study also considers capital structure as a moderating variable. This quantitative study draws on data from the financial statements of manufacturing businesses listed on the IDX from 2016 to 2020. The research data was gathered from www.idnfinancial.com. Purposive sampling is employed in this study, with a sample size of 565 observations. Multiple linear regression analysis was employed to evaluate hypotheses with panel data. According to this study, accrual earnings management is unrelated to the cost of debt. Meanwhile, real earnings management correlates favorably with the cost of debt. The moderating influence of capital structure is often missing or minor in the link between real earnings management and the cost of debt. This research enriches the knowledge discussing the hazards of earnings management performed by managers in organizations with specific debt levels.
