Abstract

Background: This research is premised on the growing necessity for religious education teachers to possess digital pedagogical competencies, particularly in light of the current educational landscape. Digital pedagogical competency refers to a teacher's ability to effectively integrate digital technologies into the teaching and learning process. Given the rapid advancement of digital tools and their increasing relevance in education, this competency has become critical for fostering innovation in teaching methods. Purpose: The primary aim of this study is to analyze the various efforts made to enhance the digital pedagogical competence of religious subject teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 (MAN 3) in Palembang City. By examining these efforts, the research seeks to understand how teachers are improving their ability to integrate technology into their instructional practices. Method: Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through observations, interviews, and document analysis. Result: The findings reveal several strategies employed to improve these competencies: participation in ICT-focused training and workshops, peer learning through collaboration with colleagues adept in technology, self-directed learning via online resources like YouTube, and active involvement in professional forums such as Subject Teachers' Conferences (MGMP) and Madrasah Working Groups (KKM). Conclusion: The study highlights the diverse and proactive approaches taken by teachers to improve their digital pedagogical competencies, underscoring the importance of continuous professional development and collaborative learning in enhancing the integration of digital technologies in religious education.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the effectiveness of the Self-Instruction technique in improving students' critical thinking skills and learning motivation in learning Islamic Religious Education (PAI). With a library research approach using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, the study analysed various academic sources, including relevant journals, textbooks and research reports. The results showed that the Self-Instruction technique contributes to building students' thinking independence, enhancing analytical understanding of Islamic concepts, and encouraging deep reflection on the application of religious values in daily life. This technique allows students to be more active in analysing religious arguments, developing rational arguments, and strengthening systematic thinking skills in understanding Islamic teachings. In addition, the application of this technique is proven to increase students' learning motivation and confidence in exploring their religious understanding more critically and reflectively. The findings of this study have important implications in the development of more innovative and self-reflection-based learning strategies in PAI learning, and can be the basis for PAI teachers in applying more effective methods in building learning motivation, as well as analytical and argumentative mindsets in students. Highlights: Critical Thinking – Strengthens independent analysis and reasoning in Islamic studies. Learning Motivation – Boosts confidence and reflective exploration of religious concepts. Abstract

The siyasa approach in understanding the concept of the state offers a comprehensive paradigm, with spiritual and moral dimensions as the main foundation. In this perspective, the state is not just a political entity, but a divine mandate that must be carried out to realize noble goals: upholding justice ('adl) and safeguarding the benefit of the people (maslahah). This article explores the essence, functions and characteristics of an ideal state according to siyasah fiqh, which includes implementing sharia fairly, protecting individual and collective rights, strengthening social justice, and realizing the unity of the people in diversity. By exploring the thoughts of classical scholars such as Al-Mawardi and Ibn Khaldun, this article not only offers historical reflections, but also examines the relevance of the concept of siyasa in facing modern challenges. The dynamics of globalization, secularization and the hegemony of the Western political system are major tests in the application of siyasa values. This research uses a literature study methodology as the main method. For data collection methods from various literature, this study also involves comparative analysis between traditional theories and modern political reality. The conclusion of this study confirms that although the modern world presents new complexities, spiritual and moral values ??in siyasah remain relevant. Therefore, creative and innovative strategies are needed to transform these values ??so that they can be applied effectively in today's global context.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh aktivitas pemasaran media sosial terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif yang berfokus pada pengumpulan dan analisis data numerik. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyasar konsumen yang pernah membeli produk melalui iklan di media sosial. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode non-probabilitas yang tidak menjamin kesempatan yang sama bagi setiap individu dalam populasi untuk menjadi bagian dari sampel akhir. Data dianalisis secara statistik untuk mengidentifikasi korelasi antara aktivitas pemasaran media sosial dan keputusan pembelian konsumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas pemasaran media sosial, seperti popularitas platform, frekuensi tayangan iklan, preferensi konten, interaksi konsumen, dan pengaruh influencer, memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Implikasinya, strategi pemasaran media sosial, terutama melalui kolaborasi dengan influencer, dapat menjadi instrumen yang efektif dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan konsumen, membangun citra merek, dan meningkatkan penjualan produk.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the Influence of Innovation and Entrepreneurial Competence on Business Success in Angkringan Businesses in East Telukjambe, Karawang Regency. The study was conducted using a quantitative verification method. To examine this influence, a range of scales and multiple linear regression analysis were used through the SPSS 25 tool. Samples were collected using the Isaac and Michael method and probability sampling techniques with propotionate stratified random sampling with a sample size of 103 samples from a population of 140 angkringan businesses. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, this study proves that the determination coefficient between the Innovation and Entrepreneurial Competence variables obtained a value of 0.689 indicating that around 68.9% of the variation in business success (Y) can be explained by two independent variables, namely innovation (X1) and competence (X2). This means that these two variables have a significant influence on business success. Meanwhile, the remaining 31.1% of the variation in business success is influenced by other factors not included in this model or study.

Abstract

This article discusses the integration of moderation and tolerance values in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) as an effort to shape students' moderate and tolerant character in society. Through a comprehensive study approach, this research explores teaching methods such as contextual, collaborative, value-based learning, as well as dialogue and simulation methods. The analysis results indicate that integrating these values strengthens mutual respect and appreciation for differences, while preventing extremism and intolerance. By instilling principles of balance and respect for diversity, Islamic religious education contributes to creating social harmony and noble character.

Abstract

Background. Musculoskeletal complaints refer to issues within the skeletal muscles experienced by an individual, varying from slight discomfort to severe agony. An improper working posture significantly increases the likelihood of musculoskeletal diseases, particularly in the lumbar and cervical regions. At the Sri Tanjung cracker facility in Kenanga Indramayu Village, there were reports of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) with differing incidence rates, including symptoms of pain in the back, neck, waist, shoulders, arms, and wrists. A continually adopted ergonomically unsound work posture, along with large workloads and extended durations, can jeopardize worker safety. Aims. This study aimed to investigate the correlation between work posture and the prevalence of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) among employees at a cracker factory. Methods. The employed methodology was an analytical study utilizing a cross-sectional design. The research population encompasses all employees in the production department of the Sri Tanjung cracker factory, totaling around 50 individuals, which constitutes the entire population—data analysis with Pearson's chi-squared statistical tests. Result. The study identified work position as the statistically significant variable influencing the incidence of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) (p = 0.031). Conclusion. Work posture is a contributing factor to Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) among workers at the Sri Tanjung cracker industry. Implementation. Consequently, manufacturing workers can enhance their awareness of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) via social media platforms, improve their work posture, and engage in stretching exercises for limbs subjected to awkward positions.

Abstract

This study examines the integration management of the Merdeka Curriculum and the Pesantren Curriculum at MA Pondok Pesantren Nurul Islam Bayung Lencir. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design, the study was conducted for six months (August 2024-January 2025) through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation analysis. The results of the study indicate that the integration of the two curricula has succeeded in creating a holistic education model that combines 21st-century competencies with traditional pesantren values. Integration management is carried out through careful planning, intensive collaboration between educators, ongoing training, and routine evaluations that result in improved learning quality, strengthening the character of students, and developing resources and infrastructure. Despite facing challenges in aligning learning approaches and balancing competencies, MA Nurul Islam has succeeded in developing an adaptive strategy that prepares students with contemporary skills without sacrificing the depth of religious knowledge and noble morals that are the hallmarks of pesantren.

Abstract

The discussion of waqf has become a trend among academics and practitioners of Islamic economics in Indonesia in the last decade with waqf regulations and great potential. Cash waqf as a productive waqf has great potential to develop long-term Islamic financial investment for the establishment of future waqf banks. A critical issue in the establishment of waqf banks is through academic discussions and debates on how to design the ideal waqf bank organizational structure in Indonesia. Previous research on waqf banks was dominated by regulations, cash waqf, asset waqf and waqf literacy. The research aims to offer a model of the organizational structure of waqf banks in Indonesia in the future. A qualitative method with a grounded theory approach is the ideal conception of a waqf bank. The data was sourced from interviews with micro waqf bank practitioners in Banten province and data analysis with design thinking because it excels in understanding user problems. The study found six models of the ideal organizational structure applied by waqf banks in Indonesia, namely the ad-hoc committee of establishment, form of ownership, shareholders, managers, implementers, deposit guarantee institutions, auditors, and human resource recruitment standards. The research implies that the ideal application of the organizational structure of waqf banks in Indonesia in developing long-term Islamic finance will achieve the principles of sharia, legitimacy and efficiency. Research is conceptually limited and needs to be developed and tested using quantification as a consideration for the establishment of waqf banks in Indonesia.
