Abstract

Penderita penyakit TB paru di Indonesia berada pada urutan ke empat Negara dengan beban TB tertinggi di dunia setelah India, Cina, dan Afrika Selatan. Di Kabupaten Indramayu juga masih menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat. Berdasarkan data dalam profil kesehatan Propinsi Jawa Barat, pada tahun 2012, prevalensi penyakit TB paru sebanyak 192/100.000 penduduk, dengan distribusi 112/100.000 penduduk laki-laki dan 80/100.000 penduduk perempuan, sedangkan insidensi penyakit TB paru sebanyak 1.602 penduduk, dengan distribusi 960 penduduk laki-laki dan 642 penduduk perempuan. Dalam pencatatan dan pelaporan penyakit TB paru, variable yang dicatat yang termasuk dalam epidemiologi deskriptif baru meliputi : umur, jenis kelamin dan pekerjaan, alamat, waktu diagnosa dan waktu sembuh, serta trimester. Dengan epidemiologi deskriptif dapat dimanfaatkan lebih lanjut untuk mengetahui factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingginya frekuensi penyakit TB paru di Kabupaten Indramayu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui Gambaran epidemiologi penyakit TB paru di Kabupaten Indramayu tahun 2016. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasinya adalah seluruh penderita TB paru di Kabupaten Indramayu pada tahun 2016. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik cluster sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa prevalensi penyakit TB paru di Puskesmas Jatibarang, Puskesmas Kertasemaya dan Puskesmas Losarang sebanyak 141 penderita TB paru. Adapun distribusinya adalah sebagai berikut: menurut variabel orang, 85,5% berumur antara 15-64 tahun, 66,1% berjenis kelamin laki-laki, 32,3% tidak bekerja, 29% belum/tidak sekolah, 61,3% sosial ekonominya rendah, 67,7% status perkawinannya kawin, 37,7% besar keluarga lebih dari 4 orang, 51,6% tidak menderita penyakit lainnya selain penyakit TB paru, dan 59,7% mempunyai pengetahuan yang cukup tentang penyakit TB paru. Varibel tempat, 40,3% berada di Puskesmas Kertasemaya, dan 90,3 tinggal di desa. Sedangkan berdasarkan variabel waktu, 33,9% penderita TB paru didiagnosa pada trimester I, yaitu bulan Januari sampai dengan Maret, dan lama pengobatnnya 62,3% lebih dari 6 bulan. Saran, puskesmas sebagai ujung tombak pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat agar lebih meningkatkan lagi kegiatan promosi kesehatan, khususnya tentang penyakit TB paru, masyarakat agar berperan aktif dalam melakukan upaya pencegahan terhadap penularan penyakit TB paru dengan cara makan-makanan bergizi, meningkatkan kesehatan lingkungan dan periksa dahak apabila batuk lebih dari 2 minggu. Untuk peneliti lain, agar melakukan penelitian tentang faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi terjadinya penyakit TB paru di Kabupaten Indramayu

Abstract

The challenge in modern Islamic boarding school education lies in the suboptimal integration of non-formal dormitory-based education (riāyah) with formal academic instruction (tarbīyah), which may hinder holistic student development. This study examines the interrelationships among problem-solving skills, mental resilience, and intellectual growth as factors that foster effective synergy between tarbīyah and riāyah at the Zam-Zam Muhammadiyah Islamic Boarding School in Banyumas, Indonesia. Employing a quantitative methodology, data were collected through purposive sampling of Year XII Socioscience students using surveys and interviews, with descriptive and correlational analyses conducted via SPSS. Findings reveal significant positive correlations between the variables; however, the majority of students perceive the current integration practices as insufficient. The discussion emphasises the imperative for curricular innovation, enhanced pedagogical strategies, and comprehensive activity evaluations to optimise both academic proficiency and religious comprehension. This integrative model, despite its limitations—including a restricted sample size and the focus on a single institution—demonstrates potential in equipping students to navigate personal and societal challenges. The study advocates for ongoing educational innovation and expanded research across diverse boarding school contexts to maximise student outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Implementasi Perencanaan Sumber Daya Manusia pada CV Prayana Anom. Metode yang digunakan adalah penedekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menjabarkan Penerapan Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia dan perencanaannya yang dijalankan di CV Prayana Anom dengan sumber data dan informan pada penelitian ini adalah seorang Manager CV Prayana Anom itu sendiri. Prosedur pelaksanaan penelitian kualitatif bersifat fleksibel sesuai dengan kebutuhan, serta situasi dan kondisi di lapangan. secara garis besar tahapan penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: a) menentukan fokus penelitian, b) mengumpulkan data di lapangan, c) menganalisis data, d) merumuskan hasil studi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Manajemen sumber manusia dilakukan dengan cukup baik dan teliti yang dalam penerapannya dilakukan oleh manager CV Prayana Anom dalam menganalisa akan kebutuhan dan strategi dalam memenuhi kebutuhan akan tenaga kerja tersebut. hal ini dapat dilihat dari keputusan metode rekrutmen yang dipilih oleh perusahaan yang disesuaikan dengan kemampuan Perusahaan dalam perencanaan jangka panjang perusahaan belum melakukan persiapan pada saat penelitian ini dilakukan

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Multiguna International Persada, Surabaya, Jawa Timur dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh secara langsung maupun tidak langsung variabel dukungan organisasi, komunikasi organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Multiguna International Persada dengan jumlah total 48 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Kuesioner dipergunakan sebagai teknik pengumpulan data dan untuk analisa data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi dukungan organisasi dan komunikasi organisasi secara langsung dan tidak langsung berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas karyawan, dan kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh persepsi dukungan organisasi dan komunikasi organisassi terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Indonesia's digital education transformation has experienced significant acceleration post-COVID-19 pandemic, with generative AI emerging as a disruptive technology offering revolutionary potential for personalized learning. However, significant knowledge gaps remain regarding how generative AI is implemented within Indonesia's unique educational context characterized by distinctive socio-cultural conditions, technological infrastructure, and educational policies. This study aims to map implementation patterns of generative AI in personalized learning across various educational levels in Indonesia and identify encountered challenges. Employing a systematic literature review methodology following PRISMA 2020 guidelines, the research analyzed 28 studies published between 2020-2024 from international and Indonesian local databases. Findings reveal concerning implementation distribution disparities with concentration in higher education and dominance of global commercial platforms like ChatGPT, indicating dependence on proprietary systems raising data sovereignty concerns. Effective implementations adopt hybrid human-AI orchestration models with tiered personalization reflecting Indonesian cultural values. Major challenges include three-level digital divides, low teacher competency in AI literacy, rigid curriculum structures, and absence of adequate data governance frameworks. This research contributes to developing contextual generative AI implementation frameworks and fills literature gaps on educational AI in Indonesia, though longitudinal research and explicit equity interventions remain necessary to ensure just and sustainable implementation.

Abstract

This article discusses the integration of moderation and tolerance values in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) as an effort to shape students' moderate and tolerant character in society. Through a comprehensive study approach, this research explores teaching methods such as contextual, collaborative, value-based learning, as well as dialogue and simulation methods. The analysis results indicate that integrating these values strengthens mutual respect and appreciation for differences, while preventing extremism and intolerance. By instilling principles of balance and respect for diversity, Islamic religious education contributes to creating social harmony and noble character.

Abstract

Education is an inseparable integration regarding level and resources in higher education. This study aims to analyse the role of Islamic higher education in improving teacher competence and student learning difficulties. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach. Research shows that Islamic higher education’s role is to build education, especially human resources, by developing and improving teacher competence to help students with learning difficulties. Islamic higher education is more attention to problem-solving in madrasah through seminars, training, research and educational evaluation. Efforts to increase teacher competence in overcoming learning difficulties through independence and motivation by increasing skills and experience in solving problems in the learning process. The implications of Islamic higher education facilitated teachers to communicate with parents and students, take inventory of learning difficulties, participate in professional activities independently, and carry out gradual and continuous evaluations.

Abstract

The urgency is increasingly pressing amidst the complexity of environmental and social problems in dealing with the threat of diversity. Therefore, the integration of the Cambridge Curriculum and the Merdeka Curriculum is essential as it supports the quality of education and character development of students in facing global challenges. This study was conducted at SMAN South Sumatra. This research aims to analyze the integration of the Cambridge Curriculum and the Merdeka Curriculum in shaping Islamic character at SMAN South Sumatra. This research employed a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data were collected through interviews, documentation, and observation. The results of the research show that the implementation of the character formation program at SMAN South Sumatra found that all activities were integrated into the character formation program and had a significant influence. Apart from that, it can be applied practically in Islamic religious learning, developing a more adaptive curriculum, as well as theoretical contributions to the understanding of Islamic character formation in the curriculum in the current era.

Abstract

This study examines the transformation of women’s education in Indonesia through the educational thought of Rahmah El-Yunusiyah, a pioneering reformer who established the Diniyah Putri in Padang Panjang. Her initiatives emerged from a socio-historical context in which women had limited access to formal education due to patriarchal norms and colonial structures. The purpose of this study is to analyze Rahmah’s holistic and integrative educational concept, which combines religious sciences, general knowledge, character formation, and practical life skills as a comprehensive system for empowering Muslim women. Using a qualitative approach with literature and historical methods, this research draws upon primary sources—such as archival records, biographical documents, and early curricula of Diniyah Putri—alongside secondary scholarly works. The findings reveal that Rahmah successfully shifted the paradigm of women’s education from a domestic-centered model to a progressive framework that positions women as active agents in social and religious life. Her pedagogical model emphasizes moral integrity, intellectual competence, and social responsibility, making Diniyah Putri a pioneering institution of Islamic women’s education in Southeast Asia. The study concludes that Rahmah’s ideas remain highly relevant for contemporary educational development, offering a strategic foundation for strengthening the role of Muslim women as empowered, independent, and contributive members of society.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine customer satisfaction in inpatient and outpatient installations; know consumer retention in inpatient and outpatient installations and; to analyse the relationship between the length of treatment again with customer satisfaction at the inpatient installation as well; analyse the relationship between the length of treatment again with customer/patient satisfaction at outpatient installations. The results showed that the level of patient satisfaction at the inpatient and outpatient installations described in the six indicators of satisfaction, the majority of which had good patient satisfaction. The results of the profitability measurement show that there is a decrease in the level of consumer profit, this condition is not good for hospital management. There was an increase in retention in outpatient and emergency departments, while hospitalization and use of operating rooms decreased. There was an increase in acquisitions in inpatient installations and the use of operating rooms while outpatient care and emergency services decreased.
