Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Multiguna International Persada, Surabaya, Jawa Timur dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh secara langsung maupun tidak langsung variabel dukungan organisasi, komunikasi organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Multiguna International Persada dengan jumlah total 48 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Kuesioner dipergunakan sebagai teknik pengumpulan data dan untuk analisa data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi dukungan organisasi dan komunikasi organisasi secara langsung dan tidak langsung berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas karyawan, dan kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh persepsi dukungan organisasi dan komunikasi organisassi terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Indonesia's digital education transformation has experienced significant acceleration post-COVID-19 pandemic, with generative AI emerging as a disruptive technology offering revolutionary potential for personalized learning. However, significant knowledge gaps remain regarding how generative AI is implemented within Indonesia's unique educational context characterized by distinctive socio-cultural conditions, technological infrastructure, and educational policies. This study aims to map implementation patterns of generative AI in personalized learning across various educational levels in Indonesia and identify encountered challenges. Employing a systematic literature review methodology following PRISMA 2020 guidelines, the research analyzed 28 studies published between 2020-2024 from international and Indonesian local databases. Findings reveal concerning implementation distribution disparities with concentration in higher education and dominance of global commercial platforms like ChatGPT, indicating dependence on proprietary systems raising data sovereignty concerns. Effective implementations adopt hybrid human-AI orchestration models with tiered personalization reflecting Indonesian cultural values. Major challenges include three-level digital divides, low teacher competency in AI literacy, rigid curriculum structures, and absence of adequate data governance frameworks. This research contributes to developing contextual generative AI implementation frameworks and fills literature gaps on educational AI in Indonesia, though longitudinal research and explicit equity interventions remain necessary to ensure just and sustainable implementation.

Abstract

This article discusses the integration of moderation and tolerance values in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) as an effort to shape students' moderate and tolerant character in society. Through a comprehensive study approach, this research explores teaching methods such as contextual, collaborative, value-based learning, as well as dialogue and simulation methods. The analysis results indicate that integrating these values strengthens mutual respect and appreciation for differences, while preventing extremism and intolerance. By instilling principles of balance and respect for diversity, Islamic religious education contributes to creating social harmony and noble character.

Abstract

The urgency is increasingly pressing amidst the complexity of environmental and social problems in dealing with the threat of diversity. Therefore, the integration of the Cambridge Curriculum and the Merdeka Curriculum is essential as it supports the quality of education and character development of students in facing global challenges. This study was conducted at SMAN South Sumatra. This research aims to analyze the integration of the Cambridge Curriculum and the Merdeka Curriculum in shaping Islamic character at SMAN South Sumatra. This research employed a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data were collected through interviews, documentation, and observation. The results of the research show that the implementation of the character formation program at SMAN South Sumatra found that all activities were integrated into the character formation program and had a significant influence. Apart from that, it can be applied practically in Islamic religious learning, developing a more adaptive curriculum, as well as theoretical contributions to the understanding of Islamic character formation in the curriculum in the current era.

Abstract

This study examines the transformation of women’s education in Indonesia through the educational thought of Rahmah El-Yunusiyah, a pioneering reformer who established the Diniyah Putri in Padang Panjang. Her initiatives emerged from a socio-historical context in which women had limited access to formal education due to patriarchal norms and colonial structures. The purpose of this study is to analyze Rahmah’s holistic and integrative educational concept, which combines religious sciences, general knowledge, character formation, and practical life skills as a comprehensive system for empowering Muslim women. Using a qualitative approach with literature and historical methods, this research draws upon primary sources—such as archival records, biographical documents, and early curricula of Diniyah Putri—alongside secondary scholarly works. The findings reveal that Rahmah successfully shifted the paradigm of women’s education from a domestic-centered model to a progressive framework that positions women as active agents in social and religious life. Her pedagogical model emphasizes moral integrity, intellectual competence, and social responsibility, making Diniyah Putri a pioneering institution of Islamic women’s education in Southeast Asia. The study concludes that Rahmah’s ideas remain highly relevant for contemporary educational development, offering a strategic foundation for strengthening the role of Muslim women as empowered, independent, and contributive members of society.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine customer satisfaction in inpatient and outpatient installations; know consumer retention in inpatient and outpatient installations and; to analyse the relationship between the length of treatment again with customer satisfaction at the inpatient installation as well; analyse the relationship between the length of treatment again with customer/patient satisfaction at outpatient installations. The results showed that the level of patient satisfaction at the inpatient and outpatient installations described in the six indicators of satisfaction, the majority of which had good patient satisfaction. The results of the profitability measurement show that there is a decrease in the level of consumer profit, this condition is not good for hospital management. There was an increase in retention in outpatient and emergency departments, while hospitalization and use of operating rooms decreased. There was an increase in acquisitions in inpatient installations and the use of operating rooms while outpatient care and emergency services decreased.
