Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam perencanaan pembelajaran, proses pembelajaran, dan dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Prosedur analisis data adalah reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi. Sedangkan subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, dan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam perencanaan pembelajaran dilakukan dengan membuat draft RPP, namun sebagian guru tidak membawa RPP pada saat proses belajar mengajar berlangsung sehingga tujuan pembelajaran tidak tercapai secara maksimal; (2) Kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam proses pembelajaran dilakukan dengan mendalami dan memantapkan sejumlah materi pembelajaran sebagaimana terdapat dalam buku paket, adapun dalam proses pembelajaran terdapat pengelolaan kelas yang kurang baik dan pemanfaatan waktu yang kurang disiplin; dan (3) Kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa dilakukan dengan memberi kesempatan kepada peserta didik untuk terlibat aktif dalam menggunakan fasilitas teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran, berkomunikasi secara efektif dengan peserta didik, dan melakukan tindakan reflektif untuk peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran.

Abstract

At present, multiple intelligence has become a major concern in the world of education, but it is still dominated by the intellectual development of students, even though in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence were vital skills in preparing superior human resources. Preparation of superior human resources needs to start from an early age, especially in primary school education, so that the various intelligence and skills needed must be sown and developed systematically and sustainably from an early age. One way is to always improve the quality of learning through the development of appropriate learning models in accordance with the needs of developing superior human resources. One innovative learning model that is believed to be one of the ideal models for developing spiritual and emotional intelligence is the learning cycle model. Hindu religious teachings about the four ways of gaining knowledge and knowing God called Catur Pramana (Sabda, Anumana, Upamana and Pratyaksa Pramana) are predicted to be developed as a learning cycle model. The purpose of this research is to produce a model of the Catur Pramana learning cycle that is valid, practical and effective to improve spiritual and emotional intelligence. The research and development model used is the 4 D model (define, design, develop, and disseminate) according to Thiagarajan. The final score of the validity of the Catur Pramana learning cycle learning model by educational practitioners shows a category with an average instrument validity (ẋ) of 3.46. This data shows that the Catur Pramana learning cycle learning model developed has proper validity in terms of learning syntax and conformity to the curriculum. The effectiveness of the Catur Pramana learning cycle learning model can be measured based on the achievement of learning objectives and student development by implementing the Catur Pramana learning cycle learning model that has been developed. To determine the effectiveness of the Catur Pramana learning cycle learning model, it is done by assessing the level of spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence of students through a questionnaire. The method used was pre-experimental with a one shot case study design. The research was conducted in 2 classes. From the two sample classes, each measurement will be carried out on students' spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the ability of the Yoga Asanas screening method in improving students' physical learning readiness. This research used a pre-experimental design with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The population were the elementary school students (SD) in Bali. Simple random sampling was used in collecting the samples. Learning readiness observation sheets were used as the research instruments. Further, the data were analyzed descriptively using a normalized score gain technique. The results showed that Yoga Asanas screening method was able to improve children's physical readiness to learn (g = 0.87 (height)).

Abstract

This study aims to describe the text structure of geguritan karma phala, the value of Hindu religious education contained in the geguritan karma phala, and how the relevance of the geguritan karma phala text with Hindu religious education. The results of the study found: (1) The structure of geguritan karma phala includes: characterization, incident, plot, message, theme, and background. This characterization in geguritan karma phala displays the main character is Sang Dharmaputra because of the intensity of his involvement in every event that is happening. The secondary character is Chess Pandawa and Diah Drupadi. ​​This character is described analytically and dramatically. Complementary figures, namely Duryodhana, Rsi Bhisma, Bhagawan Drona, Prabu Salya and figures of gods such as Sang Hyang Indra, Sang Hyang Dharma. The incident in geguritan karma phala begins with the destruction of Dwarawati's kingdom followed by the departure of Panca Pandawa and Diah Drupadi doing Tirthayatra. The next incident is to tell about the journey of the Chess Pandawa until finally their deaths one by one on the journey. The last incident was, the return of all the Pandavas to surge where they had previously lived in hell, reversed with the Kuravas, where previously lived in the end of heaven lived in hell forever. (2) The value of Hindu religious education contained in the geguritan karma phala is the value of tattwa education, the value of ethical education, and the value of aesthetic education. The value of tattwa concerning Panca Sradha and about the philosophy of Color Chess. The value of ethical education regarding the value of loyalty. Aesthetic values ​​regarding a form of Geguritan story contain noble educational values ​​so that it can be used as a guide in living life. (3) The relevance of geguritan karma phala with Hinduism education that the teachings of Hindu religion are mostly contained in the turmoil of karma phala that can be applied in Hinduism education. The teachings in geguritan karma phala that are relevant to be applied in Hindu religious education are the teachings of Panca Sradha in Geguritan Karma Phala, namely five beliefs or beliefs and catur warna.

Abstract

Spiritual intelligence is the intelligence that comes from the mind or soul of a person who always thinks positive so as to grow into a whole person. Developing children's spiritual intelligence needs to be done early on. The goal is for the child to be a person who has a sense of inner and soul towards himself and others. By developing spiritual intelligence in children, children will be more capable to recognize who they are, their strength and weakness, and be able to cover the weakness, as well as to sharpen and maximize the strength they have to be a successful person in the future. To optimize the spiritual intelligence of children, they can do yoga asanas. Yoga asanas movement for children is done in a relaxed and fun way so that they will not get bored quickly, such movements include learning the breath, imitating animal movements and relaxation. By doing yoga asanas, then they will be healthier, have a positive energy, and able to socialize as well.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the comparison between the theory obtained in college and the reality in the field. The specific objective was to analyze the relationship between Silent Sitting and Light Meditation on the concentration of student at SD Sathya Sai Denpasar. This research uses observation, interview and questionnaire methods with data collection instruments in the form of questionnaires and statistical analysis methods with multiple regression analysis formulas. The research sample used a sampling technique (proportional random sampling) with a sample size of 23 students. Processing data using multiple regression analysis formulas and data analysis using computer assistance through the SPSS version 11.00 for Windows. The rule of the decision is to use a significance level (a 0.05), if r count is more> t table, then Ho is rejected, meaning there is a significant relationship. Conversely, if r count <t table, then Ho is accepted, it means that there is no significant relationship. The findings of the research, the coefficient of determination (R²) = 0.64. Guided by the correlation coefficient interpretation table, the value of 0.64 states that there is a strong relationship between variables. This means that the relationship between Silent Sitting and Light Meditation on the concentration of student at SD Sathya Sai Denpasar is strong. The contribution of Silent Sitting and Light Meditation methods is 64%. Thus, it can be concluded that the Silent Sitting and Light Meditation methods can make students concentrate on learning.

Abstract

Corruption can be found in all civilizations. Corruption can appear in various forms and has a wide impact on society. Community Service (Thematic) Women's Empowerment Against Corruption is one of the efforts to improve the quality of human resources, especially Hindu women, in terms of preventing acts of corruption. Implementation of Community Service (Thematic) Women's Empowerment Against Corruption using training methods. Community Service as one part of the Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi (Three Pillars of Higher Education comprising Education, Research and Community Service) to provide knowledge and skills to Hindu women. Abstract

This study aims for teacher pedagogical competence in planning the learning, learning processes, and increasing student motivation. To achieve this goal, this study used a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were done through interviews, observation, and documentation study. Data analysis procedures were data reduction, data display, and verification. While the research subjects were the principal, vice-principal, and teacher. The results showed that: (1) Teacher's pedagogical competence in planning the learning was done by making a draft lesson plan, but some teachers do not carry lesson plans during the teaching and learning process so that learning objectives are not achieved optimally; (2) Teacher's pedagogical competence in the learning process was carried out by exploring and strengthening several learning materials as contained in the textbook, while in the learning process there is poor classroom management and less disciplined use of time; and (3) Teacher pedagogical competence in increasing student learning motivation was done by giving opportunities to students to be actively involved in using information and communication technology facilities in achieving learning objectives, communicating effectively with students, and taking reflective actions to improve the quality of learning.
