Abstract

Kampas rem tromol biasanya tidak memiliki alur. Fungsi alur adalah sebagai aliran udara dan tempat terbuangnya debu hasil pergesekan kampas rem dengan tromol. Pengujian dilakukan tiga kali percobaan kecepatan 40 km/jam, 50 km/jam, dan 60 km/jam pada beban penekanan tuas dan pedal rem 4 kg dan 5 kg. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus T test pada taraf signifikan 5%. Setelah dilakukan uji t, kampas rem alur berlawanan menunjukkan pengaruh besar terhadap jarak pengereman yaitu pada beban 5 kg dengan hasil (T hitung 10.211 > T tabel 4.303) pada taraf signifikan 5%. Kampas rem alur searah putaran roda terhadap temperatur rem tromol roda depan pada beban 4 kg dengan hasil (T hitung 16.385 > T tabel 4.303) pada taraf signifikan 5%. Temperatur rem tromol roda belakang, kampas rem alur searah putaran roda pada beban 5 kg menunjukkan hasil yang paling signifikan dimana (T hitung 13.942 > T tabel 4.303) dengan taraf signifikan 5%.

Abstract

This study discusses variations in the use of carbon cleaner additives for Power, Torque and Top Speed ​​produced by Beat motorbikes in 2016 using a mixture of 75ml and 150ml additives. The purpose of this study is to analyze how much power, torque and top speed the vehicle will get if the fuel is mixed using carbon cleaner. This type of research is experimental research. The object of this research is a Honda Beat motorcycle in 2015. At the initial starting without giving a mixture of additives Power, Torque and Top Speed ​​produced respectively 6.23 kw, 6.38 Nm and 52.53 Km / hour, the treatment using carbon cleaner additives as much as 75 ml Power, Torque and The resulting top speed of each mixture is 6.74 kw, 6.84 Nm, and Top Speed ​​53.82 km / hour. Whereas in the use of carbon cleaner additives as much as 150ml, the increase in Power, Torque and Top Speed ​​respectively was 6.47 kw, 6.41 N.m and Top Speed ​​52.93 km / hour. After going through a comparative test using the t test with a significant level of 5%, it can be said that the increase in Power, Torque and Top Speed ​​without treatment with the treatment of 75ml and 150ml is not significant. Penelitian ini membahas tentang variasi penggunaan zat aditif carbon cleaner terhadap Daya, Torsi dan Top Speed yang dihasilkan oleh sepeda motor Beat tahun 2016 dengan menggunakan campuran zat aditif sebanyak 75ml dan 150ml. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah Menganalisa berapa pengaruh Daya, Torsi dan Top Speed yang peroleh kendaraan yang apabila bahan bakar dicampurkan menggunakan carbon cleaner. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen. Objek penelitian ini adalah sepeda motor honda Beat tahun 2015. Pada starting awal tanpa memberikan campuran zat aditif Daya, Torsi dan Top Speed yang dihasilkan masing-masing sebesar 6,23 kw, 6,38 N.m dan 52,53 Km/jam, pada perlakuan penggunaan zat aditif carbon cleaner sebanyak 75ml Daya, Torsi dan Top Speed yang dihasilkan masing-masing campuran sebesar 6,74 kw, 6,84 N.m, dan Top Speed 53,82 Km/Jam. Sedangkan pada penggunaan zat aditif carbon cleaner sebanyak 150ml peningkatan Daya, Torsi dan Top Speed masing-masing sebesar 6,47 kw, 6,41 N.m dan Top Speed 52,93 km/jam.

Abstract

Many can be used to improve the quality of teachers (teachers), among others, the implementation of Classroom Action Research (PTK). Closed education will increase if teachers have and compose a diagogic, personality, competence, and professional competency. PTK is the most appropriate step to improve the quality of learning. This quality improvement will positively affect teachers and teachers. For teachers, PTK is a reflective action over the learning that it does. Selamaini, the teacher is still considered and assumes his or her other resources out of less effort to improve the model and the learning model used. By performing the TOD, the teacher will know the actual condition that he or she faces. The workshop participants were provided with knowledge about the aspects of PTK sertacar in the preparation of a good PTK and hope that they could provide refreshment to teachers relating to the TOD, so that the teachers could do the research as well as to solve the problem of the teaching process they lead. In addition, the objective is also to stimulate teachers to produce a written article published in the field of education. In the case of the Service to the community this teacher is directly guided so as to be able to make the PTK in a separate, multi-disciplinary / offshore environment. From the activities undertaken by the team found a very significant improvement in terms of understanding of teachers in preparing the PTK. This is obtained from the pre test (question and answer) conducted ahead of the activity and post test post activities. Although there is a significant increase in understanding, there is still a need for teachers' independence and intuition in understanding the compilation of TOD more deeply. The Community Service Team provides wide access for workshop participants to communicate both orally and through social networking so that the competence can be developed. In addition, the team devotion to the community also provides modules and literature that can be used as a reference in the preparation of PTK.

Abstract

This study is a follow-up to the results of previous studies, which stated that e-learning media did not have a significant effect on improving learning outcomes. One way of measuring learning outcomes is by presenting test questions on E-Learning media. So that a good test item will be able to provide a good measurement of learning outcomes. This research is included in quantitative descriptive research. The research aims to see the level of validity, reliability, difficulty index and Different power test questions for students of the Department of Automotive Engineering, FT UNP. The research method presenting test items in the form of multiple choice. Then proceed with quantitative analysis of the test items. The results of the analysis will provide an overview of the criteria for valid items of 84% and the reliability index of the questions in the criteria of 0.899. The results of the test difficulty index analysis, that 80% of the test questions are included in the category of good test items. As many as 20% of the test questions including the category are too easy. The results of the analysis of the different power of the test items are 28% including the bad classification. Classification test questions are sufficient at 40%. Classification of different test items is good at 32%. The category of good test items is a category of test items with sufficient and good classification.

Abstract

Sejak pandemi covid-19 muncul di indonesia, kebijakan barupun bermunculan, seperti Work From Home (WFH) yang mana masyarakat dibatasi untuk keluar rumah dan disarankan untuk melakukan pekerjaan dirumah saja. Masyrakatpun menghabiskan banyak waktu dirumah selama pandemi. Hal ini membuat orang banyak melakukan hal-hal baru selama dirumah salah satunya yakni memelihara tanaman hias dirumah. Memelihara tanaman hias bisa memberikan banyak manfaat salah satunya memberi keindahan pada rumah. Namun keindahakan yang dihasilkan oleh tanaman hias tentunya tidak lepas dari cara memelihara dan pemberiaan pupuk. Pupuk bagi tanaman sangat diperlukan untuk menambah unsur hara bagi pertumbuhan tanaman. Pupuk yang banyak diminati oleh oleh para perajin tanaman hias adalah pupuk gradul karena bentuknya yang menarik, keterbiasaan menggunakan pupuk gradul dan kemudahan dalam menggunakannya. Banyaknya minat akan pupuk granul menjadikan peluang produsen pupuk granul terutama di Kenagarian Andiang Kabupaten 50 Kota yang terdapat banyak populasi ternak ayam, sehingga kotoran ayam bisa dijadikan bahan baku pupuk granul. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini, dilakukan pengolahan pupuk granul menggunakan alat dengan sistem pirangan putar sehingga pengolahan pupuk granul menjadi lebiih mudah. Hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan ini memberikan manfaat yang begitu terasa bagi masyarakat terutama bagi perekonomian masyarakat di Kenagarian Andiang Kabupaten 50 Kota.

Abstract

Proses pencetakan getah gambir secara manual membuatuhkan waktu yang lama dan tenaga yang banyak. Ini merupakan permasalahan bagi petani gambir. Tujuan pelasanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk mengatasi pemasalahan yang dihadapi petani gambir dalam proses pencetakan getah gambir. Inovasi alat yang dibuat dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah inovasi alat yang dapat memcetek etah gambir dengan cepat dan efisien baik dari segi waktu atau tenaga. Konsep alat yang dibuat adalah dengan menggunakan sistem impack dan silinder yang disusun paralel. Alat ini mampu melakukan pencetakan 25 silinder dalam satu kali kegiatan pencetakan. Sistem impack yang digunakan adalah sistem ulir. Motode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah survey dan demonterasi. Metode ini dinilai cocok berdasarkan permasalahan yang dikemukakan petani gambir. Sehingga alat yang dibuat ini disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan konstruk getah gambir yang ada di kenagarian Kapuh Kecamatan Koto XI Tarusan Pesisir Selatan. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah terbantunya petani dalam proses pencetakan getah gambir, sehingga petani dapat melakukan penghematan biaya pada proses pencetakan getah gambir. Pada proses serah terima petani dan perangkat kenagarian sangat senang dan berterimakasih dengan adanya alat ini merupakan pengetahuan baru dan inovasi yang mereka terima pada proses pencetakan getah gambir

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian untuk menguji validitas, reliabilitas, indeks kesukaran, dan daya beda soal tes untuk mahasiswa. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa jurusan Teknik Otomotif UNP sebanyak 28 orang. Sampel penelitian dipilih dengan teknik total sampling sehingga keseluruhan populasi menjadi sampel penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan dokumentasi yaitu berupa pemberian dan pengumpulan soal tes; kunci jawaban; dan lembar jawaban soal tes. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil analisis data menghasilkan tingkat validitas, reliabilitas, indeks kesukaran, dan daya beda soal tes. Hasil analisis data yaitu soal tes kategori valid, indeks reliabilitas soal pada kriteria reliabilitas tinggi, indeks kesukaran dengan kategori butir soal baik/layak, dan daya pembeda butir soal termasuk klasifikasi soal yang baik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka disimpulkan bahwa soal tes yang diberikan kepada mahasiswa layak untuk digunakan sebagai salah satu tes untuk mengukur kemampuan kognitif mahasiswa. AbstractThe purpose of the research was to see the level of validity, reliability, index of difficulty, and differentiating power of student test questions. The research population were 28 students majoring in Automotive Engineering of UNP. The research sample was selected using a total sampling technique, so that the entire population became the research sample. Data collection techniques used documentation in the form of giving and collecting test questions; answer key; and the answer sheet for the test. Data analysis used quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of data analysis will produce levels of validity, reliability, index of difficulty, and differentiating power of test questions. The results of the data analysis concluded that the test items were in the valid category, the reliability index of the questions on the criteria of high reliability, the difficulty index with the category of good/decent items, and the discriminating power of the items including the good classification of questions. Based on the results of the research, it was concluded that the test questions given to students deserved to be used as a test to measure students' cognitive abilities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the results of mixing pertalite with essential oils on fuel consumption and exhaust emissions on motorcycles. the type of research method is experimental research. From the data obtained for ideal rotation using pure pertalite fuel the average fuel consumption is 1233 seconds/50 ml, one liter pertalite mixed with essential oils 1.2 ml averages 1234 seconds/50 ml, one liter pertalite mixed essential oil 1 ,8 ml average 1237 seconds per 50 ml, one liter pertalite essential oil 2.4 ml average1259 seconds per 50 ml. The results of the CO exhaust emission test using pure pertalite, 1.2 ml & 1.8 ml essential oils were 0.04% while the essential oil 2.4 ml was 0.03%. Emissions testing on pure Co2 pertalite was 1.77%, pertalite with 1.2 ml was 1.80%, pertalite with volatile oil 1.8% was 1.87%, pertalite with essential oil 2.4% was 2. 10%. The emission test at pure HC pertalite was 875 ppm, 1.2 ml was 759 ppm, 1.8 ml was 658 ppm, and 2.4 ml was 629 ppm. The results of the research data that the mixture of pertalite with 20% essential oil is the most efficient in fuel and exhaust emissions.Keywords: Essential Oil, Pertalite, Fuel consumption, exhaust emissions

Abstract

The lack of learning resources and continued reliance on a teacher-centered learning approach for issues related to light vehicle engine repair served as the driving force for this study. The goal of this study is to provide a trustworthy and useful module for the Light Vehicle Engine Maintenance course for students in the Vocational School SMKN 2 Padangsidempuan's 11th grade Light Vehicle Enginering (Teknik Kendaraan Ringan/TKR) Study Program. The research and development technique is this kind of study. The approach is a four-step process called the Define, Design, Development, and Disseminate. The study's participants were 11th-grade students at the vocational school SMKN 2 Padangsidempuan's Light Vehicle Engineering (Teknik Kendaraaan Rimgan/TKR) Study Program. Abstract

This study tries to ascertain how modifications in the Drive Pulley's inclination angle on automated bikes affect changes in torque and power output. With alterations to the Primary Sliding Shave and Primary Fixed Shave angles of 13.5o, 14.5o, and the conventional angle of 15o, the experimental research method employed in this study intends to examine the outcomes produced from variations on the same item as the research variable. According to the research, each variable experiences an average rise in torque with a value of 9.25 N/m and power with a value of 8.16 HP when the slope angle of each variable is changed. Only 7.9 N/m of torque and 7 HP are displayed in the results of the standard test. The torque and power produced by a 4 stroke automatic motorcycle may therefore be significantly increased by changing the tilt angle of the Primary Sliding Shave and Primary Fixed Shave.Keywords: Drive Pulleys, Tilt Angle, Torque and Power
