Abstract

Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of Celebrity Endorsement, Content Marketing, and Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions for Ultra Milk brand UHT milk products. Method: This study uses a quantitative method. The population used is people who live in Sidoarjo, especially people who have purchased Ultra Milk brand UHT milk products. The number of samples in this study was 100 respondents, taken using a questionnaire with a purposive sampling method. Data analysis in this study used IBM SPSS Statistics Version 26 for Windows. Results: The results of this study indicate that Celebrity Endorsement has a negative and insignificant effect on Purchasing Decisions, Content Marketing has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, and Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Novelty: This study offers a unique contribution by simultaneously examining the effects of Celebrity Endorsement, Content Marketing, and Product Quality on purchasing decisions in the context of a specific local market—Ultra Milk UHT products in Sidoarjo. The findings highlight a surprising insight that Celebrity Endorsement, despite its common use in marketing strategies, has a negative and insignificant impact on consumer purchasing decisions in this case.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, commitment and work discipline on employee performance at CV. Indo Prima Plastik. This research uses quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study were 50 employees at CV. Indo Prima Plastik. The analytical tool used in this research is using IBM SPSS statistical software version 2.5.0, this study aims to determine the effect of compensation, commitment and work discipline. Primary data in this study were obtained from questionnaires. The results of this study prove that (1) compensation has an effect on employee performance, (2) commitment has an effect on employee performance, (3) work discipline has an effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational culture and perceptions of organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior in employees of PT. EMKL Transindra Perkasa Surabaya. This research is a quantitative research type. This research used a sample of 60 employees of PT. EMKL Transindra Perkasa Surabaya. This study uses multiple linear analysis as an analytical technique with the help of the SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) version 18.0 application. This study uses primary data and secondary data obtained from the company. Questionnaires are used in research as a tool for statistical testing. The results of the study prove that job satisfaction has an effect on OCB, organizational culture has an effect on OCB, perceptions of organizational support have an effect on OCB. And job satisfaction, organizational culture and perceived organizational support simultaneously affect OCB.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of content marketing, brand image, and online consumer reviews on purchasing decisions on TikTok Shop. Using a quantitative approach with 96 respondents from Sidoarjo, data were collected via a structured questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. Results indicate that all three factors positively impact purchasing decisions, with online consumer reviews being the most significant. These findings suggest that enhancing content marketing, building a strong brand image, and encouraging positive reviews are crucial for driving consumer purchases on TikTok Shop. Highlight: Significant Impact: All variables influence TikTok Shop purchases. Dominant Factor: Online reviews most affect purchasing decisions. Abstract

General Background: In a competitive industrial environment, understanding factors that enhance job satisfaction is essential for fostering a motivated workforce. Specific Background: Existing literature primarily addresses leadership and supervision but often neglects the impact of punishment styles on employee morale. Knowledge Gap: This study investigates the interplay between transformational leadership, supervisory practices, and punishment styles in shaping job satisfaction among employees of PT. Young Tree Industries. Aims: Employing a quantitative survey approach, the research aims to evaluate these factors' individual and collective effects on employee satisfaction. Results: Data were collected from 384 employees through a structured questionnaire, analyzed using SPSS software. The findings reveal that transformational leadership, supervision, and punishment styles significantly positively influence job satisfaction. Transformational leadership emerged as the most impactful variable. Novelty: This study contributes to the literature by highlighting the importance of both leadership and punishment styles in enhancing employee job satisfaction, thus providing a comprehensive view of managerial impacts in the workplace. Implications: The results suggest that organizations should prioritize transformational leadership development and effective supervision while addressing punishment methods to improve employee satisfaction and, consequently, overall productivity. Abstract

Background: Employee performance is essential for organizational success, with compensation recognized as a significant influencing factor. Specific Background: While compensation's role is well-documented, the moderating effect of motivation in this context remains insufficiently explored. Knowledge Gap: This study seeks to fill this gap by investigating how motivation influences the relationship between compensation and employee performance. Aims: The research examines the impact of compensation on performance and how motivation moderates this relationship among 85 employees at CV Lucky. Results: Using Moderated Regression Analysis, the findings indicate a significant positive relationship between compensation and employee performance, suggesting that improved compensation enhances performance. Furthermore, better compensation correlates with increased motivation, which in turn positively affects performance. Novelty: This study highlights the moderating role of work motivation, suggesting that enhancing motivation can strengthen the impact of compensation on performance. Implications: The results emphasize the importance of effective compensation strategies that boost both performance and employee motivation, ultimately fostering organizational success. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of allowances, work bonuses and performance improvements on employee work loyalty at PT. Sinerga Lintas Indonesia, either partially or simultaneously whether they affect employee work loyalty at PT. Sinerga Lintas Indonesia. And describe the benefits, work bonuses and performance improvements. The approach method in this research is a quantitative approach. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires, observations, and interviews as data reinforcement. The sampling technique in this study uses a total sampling technique to take a sample of all members of the population being sampled. According to Sugiyono (2018), the quantitative approach is a research approach used to measure the variables and the level of influence between one variable and another. Based on the results of the study, allowances, work bonuses and increased performance have a significant effect on work loyalty. Bonus is an employee's right to the labor and services provided to the company. Employee performance improvement is an employee who has a high commitment to the company tends to show good quality, more totality in work and the employee turnover rate for the company is also low.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job training, work discipline and compensation partially (individually) and simultaneously (together) on employee performance at the Sidotopo train depo. The approach used in this research is quantitative, which is an approach based on the results of the answers to the questionnaires that have been distributed. The sampling technique used was the saturated sample technique with 37 respondents. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, partial test, simultaneous test of multiple correlation coefficient test, and multiple determination test of respondents with software SPSS version 24 software. The results of this study state that job training has a significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, compensation has a significant effect on employee performance, and job training, work discipline, compensation simultaneously (simultaneously) affect employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to find out Work-Family Conflict, Job Stress and Its Relationship with Performance Experienced by Female Honorer Teachers During the Covid-19 Pandemic. This research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach with data collection methods, namely interviews, observations and documentation. The informants in this study were ten honorer teachers who had multiple roles. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. The results showed that there was work-family conflict, work stress and had a relationship with performance in the lives of female honorer teachers. The factor of housewives to work outside the home is due to economic factors, educational factors, factors to fill spare time and also the dream factor. Individual conflicts, fatigue factors and the lack of time sharing between the dual roles they have. So that it triggers the emergence of work-family conflict, work stress and also the performance relationship in his life.
