Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Prestasi Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pengujian hipotesis. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling. Adapun teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu purposive sampling. Purposive sampling adalah teknik penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Berdasarkan teknik sampling tersebut maka karakteristik responden dalam penelitian ini karyawan yang bekerja selama 2-5 tahun. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik analisis alur (Path Analysis) dengan bantuan Software untuk sistem operasi yang bernama Smart-PLS (Partial Least Square) Versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Kompensasi berpengaruh Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Kompensasi berpengaruh Terhadap Prestasi Kerja. Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Kompensasi, Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Prestasi Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of live streaming, content marketing, and brand ambassadors on purchasing decisions for fashion products of Pilotter on the TikTok shopping platform. A quantitative approach was used, with a population consisting of the people of Pasuruan and Sidoarjo. The sample consisted of 100 respondents, selected using a purposive sampling technique based on the criteria of individuals from the Pasuruan and Sidoarjo communities who have purchased the product on the TikTok shopping platform. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted using IBM SPSS Statistics Version 26 for Windows, employing multiple linear regression analysis, validity testing, reliability testing, normality testing, multicollinearity testing, heteroscedasticity testing, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination analysis. The results of the study show that live streaming, content marketing, and brand ambassadors influence purchasing decisions. Live streaming and brand ambassadors have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, whereas content marketing does not have a significant effect. The findings imply that businesses should prioritize live streaming strategies and the use of brand ambassadors to enhance purchasing decisions on the TikTok shopping platform.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan pengaruh lingkungan kerja. dan gaya kepemimpinan perilaku ramah lingkungan pada karyawan PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk Cabang Sidoarjo. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angkesioner. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 61 responden karyawan PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk Cabang Sidoarjo. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, uji parsial atau uji t, dan uji asumsi klasik menggunakan program SPSS. Data primer ini diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang pengukurannya menggunakan skala interval yang diuji validitas dan keandalannya. Data dinyatakan valid dan dapat diandalkan. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa lingkungan kerja mempengaruhi perilaku ramah lingkungan, gaya kepemimpinan mempengaruhi perilaku ramah lingkungan. Di antara variabel lingkungan kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan, variabel lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang paling signifikan dan positif terhadap perilaku ramah lingkungan.

Abstract

Hasil dari peneletian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja, gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di Transmart Mall Sidoarjo. Metode yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini yakni metode kuantitatif kuantitatif  dengan pembuktian   melalui pengujian hipotesis, yang dapat dijadikan untuk penelitian selanjutnya. Teknik pengambilan populasi dan sampel menggunakan metode sampel jenuh, yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel yang mencakup seluruh populasi. Menggunakan alat bantu software SPSS V30 dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 70 orang. Pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner, wawancara dan observasi langsung. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel beban kerja. Gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study focused on analyzing the influencing element of purchase decisions in the context of coffee shop at Café Horas Porong with a focus on the effect of product quality, price, and word of mouth on customer purchase decisions at Café Horas Porong. The approach in this research is using quantitative method in which the sample is taken using purposive sampling technique from 96 respondents who have made purchases at Café Horas Porong. The data was analyzed using SmartPLS 3. The results of the study show that the three independent variables, namely product quality, price, and word of mouth, significantly and positively affects customer purchase decision. The implications of this study contribute to the management of Cafe Horas Porong to focus on improving product quality, competitive pricing, and positive word of mouth management in order to increase customer purchase decision. The urgency of this research lies in the need for MSMEs to understand the key factors that can increase competitiveness in the midst of increasingly fierce competition in the coffee shop industry. The limitation of this study lies in the limited location coverage of one coffee shop, so generalization of the results needs to be done with caution. The novelty of this research lies in the simultaneous integration of the three variables in the context of local coffee shop MSMEs in the Porong area.

Abstract

Background: Higher education plays a crucial role not only in providing academic knowledge but also in shaping students’ moral and social character. Specific Background: In Muhammadiyah universities, the Al-Islam and Muhammadiyah (AIK) course is a key instrument for instilling Islamic values and social responsibility. Knowledge Gap: Limited studies have examined the specific relationship between AIK understanding and students’ philanthropic attitudes using a quantitative approach. Aim: This study investigates the relationship between students’ AIK knowledge, understanding, and involvement with their philanthropic attitudes. Results: Data from 230 respondents were analyzed using Pearson correlation and multiple linear regression. All AIK indicators showed a positive and significant correlation with philanthropic attitude indicators (r = 0.40–0.50, p < 0.01). Regression results confirmed that AIK knowledge, understanding, and participation significantly predicted students’ philanthropic attitudes (p < 0.05), with involvement in AIK discussions showing the strongest coefficient (β = 0.35). Novelty: The study provides empirical evidence on the contribution of AIK education to character building within Islamic higher education. Implications: Strengthening AIK curricula and interactive learning activities can strategically foster students’ social and philanthropic engagement. Abstract

The question of whether an object can inform a subject of its inherent nature reveals complexities in the subject-object relationship in perception. Human perception is inherently limited by the physiological structures of the senses, and thus, reality is interpreted rather than directly experienced. For instance, the color orange is not an inherent trait of an object but a perception shaped by the human eye's capacity to detect certain wavelengths of light. Variations in sensory structures across species highlight that other beings may perceive the same object differently; many animals, for instance, have distinct visual and auditory ranges, allowing them to see ultraviolet light or hear frequencies beyond human capacity. This limitation of human senses, however, is often overcome through technology—such as telescopes, microscopes, and specialized audio equipment—enabling insights beyond natural perception. Philosophically, this emphasizes the role of the intellect in compensating for sensory limitations, facilitating a structured understanding of phenomena that are otherwise inaccessible. Different epistemologies, including empiricism and rationalism, debate whether the senses alone or in conjunction with reason reveal truth, while Islamic perspectives emphasize a harmonious relationship between the two, with both seen as essential yet ultimately limited in understanding metaphysical or divine truths. This interplay between sensory perception and intellectual inference demonstrates the intricate processes humans employ to approximate an understanding of reality and its complexities. Abstract

This study critically examines the basic tenets of liberalism and their implications for the discourse between Islam and the West. With reference to texts from thinkers such as John Locke and John Stuart Mill, it challenges the rationality and coherence of liberal ideology, particularly regarding equality, freedom and hedonistic morality. Islamic perspectives on these issues are considered, highlighting differences in epistemological foundations. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui model dari pengaruh kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan dan kepercayaan pelanggan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Indomaret Fresh Raya Jati Sidoarjo. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksplanatori (exsplanatory research). Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah berkunjung dan melakukan pembelian di Indomaret Fresh Raya Jati Sidoarjo. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam hal ini penelitian menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan penyebaran kuesioner dan diukur dengan skala likert 1-5. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan Software IBM SPSS Statistics Version 25 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Indomaret Fresh Raya Jati Sidoarjo, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Indomaret Fresh Raya Jati Sidoarjo, dan kepercayaan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Indomaret Fresh Raya Jati Sidoarjo.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand awareness, harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Starbucks. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang mana populasi pada penelitian ini adalah para konsumen Starbucks di kabupaten Sidoarjo. Penentuan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 100 konsumen. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebar kuesioner dan jawaban diukur dengan skala likert. Teknik analisa data menggunakan metode PLS-SEM menggunakan Software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa brand awareness, harga dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Starbucks di Sidoarjo.
