Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis serta mendeskripsikan lebih dalam pengaruh variabel kepemimpinan, job insecurity, dan stres kerja terhadap turnover intention pada CV. Fortuna Berkat Sejahtera Gempol Pasuruan. Sumber permasalahan dalam penelitian terletak pada Sumber Daya Manusia yang ada dan berdampak pada turnover intention, sehingga dapat diindikasikan sebagai faktor utama yang dapat menjadi alasan meningkatnya turnover intention. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan kuisioner berbentuk pernyataan sebagai instrumen yang dipakai dan kemudian diolah menggunakan program SmartPLS 3.0. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan CV. Fortuna Berkat Sejahtera Gempol Pasuruan yang berjumlah 136 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive random sampling dengan kriteria usia dan masa kerja responden, sehingga didapatkan sampel sejumlah 108 orang. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, job insecurity berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, dan begitu pula dengan stres kerja berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention.

Abstract

The increasingly tight competition in the fashion industry is a challenge to provide more choices for consumers in marketing Muslim Abaya clothing. They can choose various styles of clothing, both traditionally and online. Fashion business actors need to create the right marketing policies in order to survive in a competitive climate. Factors such as product quality, e-commerce, brand image, and price influence purchasing decisions. This study aims to analyze the influence of these factors on purchasing decisions with purchase interest as an intervening variable on customers of Rumah Busana Al-Khatib Collection in Bangil City. The research method used is a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all buyers of Abaya Al-Khatib Collection products whose number was unknown. The sample was determined using a purposive sampling technique and calculated using the Lemeshow formula to obtain 100 respondents. Data were collected through a questionnaire measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique in this study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on variance with the Partial Least Square (PLS) method which was analyzed using the SmartPLS application. The results of the study showed that product quality (t = 2.944; p = 0.0003), e-commerce (t = 3.381; p = 0.001), and brand image (t = 3.040; p = 0.002) have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, while price (t = 1.815; p = 0.070) is not significant. Purchase intention has a significant direct effect on purchasing decisions (t = 14.063; p = 0.001). The implications of this study provide insight for Al-Khatib Collection business owners in formulating more effective marketing strategies to increase competitiveness and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to explore the role of Lazismu East Java in supporting the Green Economy through the management of zakat, infaq, and sedekah (ZIS) funds. Method: A qualitative approach is used to analyze the implementation of the ZIS movement model applied by Lazismu and its impact on sustainable development. Results: This study covers Lazismu programs, such as organic farming, waste management, renewable energy, and community economic empowerment. The results of the study indicate that Lazismu East Java has succeeded in integrating ZIS values with green economy principles, which have created positive impacts on both the environment and social welfare. However, this study also identified challenges, such as limited resources and community understanding of the Green Economy concept. Novelty: The ZIS movement model developed by Lazismu has great potential to be replicated by other zakat organizations, provided that there is increased capacity, cross-sector collaboration, and further education on the importance of sustainable development. These findings are expected to provide guidance for zakat institutions in playing a more significant role in supporting the Green Economy in Indonesia.

Abstract

Objective: The Indonesian Islamic banking industry holds tremendous potential for growth, driven by factors like the large Muslim population, government support, increasing economic activity, and growing demand for ethical and Sharia-compliant financial products. In its implementation of course there are challenges, but with the right strategies, Indonesia’s Islamic banking sector could emerge as a leader not only in the Southeast Asian region but also on the global stage. This study will be covering the environments where an Islamic bank would survive, grow and develop itself, including examining on the current situation of the Islamic banking industry in Indonesia: its strength, weakness, opportunities and threats internally and externally. Method: This study uses a qualitative method with primary and secondary data collection. This research approach uses a case study of Indonesian Islamic banks. Results: The result of the analysis will be used to build up a structure, let’s say a methodology, a mechanism or a framework which allows an Islamic bank in Indonesia to mapping out and measure the feasibility of its enterprise in the targeted country as new area of market and create a step by step strategy for the bank to strengthen its basis in the new market. This will help the Indonesian Islamic financial institution especially Islamic banks in opening up the expansion possibilities in a certain country in the world. Abstract

Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of Celebrity Endorsement, Content Marketing, and Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions for Ultra Milk brand UHT milk products. Method: This study uses a quantitative method. The population used is people who live in Sidoarjo, especially people who have purchased Ultra Milk brand UHT milk products. The number of samples in this study was 100 respondents, taken using a questionnaire with a purposive sampling method. Data analysis in this study used IBM SPSS Statistics Version 26 for Windows. Results: The results of this study indicate that Celebrity Endorsement has a negative and insignificant effect on Purchasing Decisions, Content Marketing has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, and Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Novelty: This study offers a unique contribution by simultaneously examining the effects of Celebrity Endorsement, Content Marketing, and Product Quality on purchasing decisions in the context of a specific local market—Ultra Milk UHT products in Sidoarjo. The findings highlight a surprising insight that Celebrity Endorsement, despite its common use in marketing strategies, has a negative and insignificant impact on consumer purchasing decisions in this case.

Abstract

Indonesia tergolong negara dengan tingkat pertumbuhan ritel tercepat di dunia, pertumbuhan ini tidak tersebar merata di seluruh kategori ritel. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku keputusan pembelian, meliputi diskon, bonus pack, dan kualitas pelayanan di Superindo Jenggolo Sidoarjo. Metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif digunakan pada penelitian ini. Teknik sampling dengan memanfaatkan metode non-probability sampling dan didapatkan sejumlah 96 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan memanfaatkan Google Form dengan Skala Likert tingkat poin 1-5. Data dianalisis melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji analisis regresi berganda, uji koefisien determinan, serta uji t. Temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi diskon yang terencana, penawaran bonus pack yang menarik dapat menarik minat beli konsumen. Selain itu, upaya meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan juga dapat meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas konsumen. Penelitian ini memiliki hasil yaitu ada pengaruh diskon terhadap keputusan pembelian, ada pengaruh bonus pack terhadap keputusan pembelian, serta kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh E – WOM, Kualitas Produk, serta Citra Merek terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Jiniso Jeans di TikTok Shop. Metodologi penelitian ini dilandasi dari pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif, yang mana untuk populasi mencakup semua pengguna produk Jiniso Jeans Sidoarjo, serta sampel yang ditetapkan 100 orang. Sampel ditetapkan memanfaatkan teknik purposive sampling, dalam demografi berupa pria serta wanuta berusia di atas 17 tahun yang pernah membeli produk Jiniso Jeans di platform TikTok Shop. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner, serta skala Likert dimanfaatkan dalam mengukur jawaban. Analisis data dilaksanakan menerapkan metode PLS-SEM memanfaatkan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian membuktikan terkait E – WOM berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pada produk Jiniso Jeans di TikTok Shop, Kualitas Produk memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pada produk Jiniso Jeans di TikTok Shop, dan Citra Merek memengaruhi keputusan pembelian pada produk Jiniso Jeans di TikTok Shop.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Prestasi Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pengujian hipotesis. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling. Adapun teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu purposive sampling. Purposive sampling adalah teknik penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Berdasarkan teknik sampling tersebut maka karakteristik responden dalam penelitian ini karyawan yang bekerja selama 2-5 tahun. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik analisis alur (Path Analysis) dengan bantuan Software untuk sistem operasi yang bernama Smart-PLS (Partial Least Square) Versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Kompensasi berpengaruh Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Kompensasi berpengaruh Terhadap Prestasi Kerja. Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Kompensasi, Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Prestasi Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of live streaming, content marketing, and brand ambassadors on purchasing decisions for fashion products of Pilotter on the TikTok shopping platform. A quantitative approach was used, with a population consisting of the people of Pasuruan and Sidoarjo. The sample consisted of 100 respondents, selected using a purposive sampling technique based on the criteria of individuals from the Pasuruan and Sidoarjo communities who have purchased the product on the TikTok shopping platform. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted using IBM SPSS Statistics Version 26 for Windows, employing multiple linear regression analysis, validity testing, reliability testing, normality testing, multicollinearity testing, heteroscedasticity testing, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination analysis. The results of the study show that live streaming, content marketing, and brand ambassadors influence purchasing decisions. Live streaming and brand ambassadors have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, whereas content marketing does not have a significant effect. The findings imply that businesses should prioritize live streaming strategies and the use of brand ambassadors to enhance purchasing decisions on the TikTok shopping platform.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan pengaruh lingkungan kerja. dan gaya kepemimpinan perilaku ramah lingkungan pada karyawan PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk Cabang Sidoarjo. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angkesioner. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 61 responden karyawan PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk Cabang Sidoarjo. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, uji parsial atau uji t, dan uji asumsi klasik menggunakan program SPSS. Data primer ini diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang pengukurannya menggunakan skala interval yang diuji validitas dan keandalannya. Data dinyatakan valid dan dapat diandalkan. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa lingkungan kerja mempengaruhi perilaku ramah lingkungan, gaya kepemimpinan mempengaruhi perilaku ramah lingkungan. Di antara variabel lingkungan kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan, variabel lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang paling signifikan dan positif terhadap perilaku ramah lingkungan.
