Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job compensation and job satisfaction on the work productivity of PT. Danamas Mandiri Investa. This type of research is quantitative. The population of this research is the employees of PT. Danamas Mandiri Investa. The analysis used is a quantitative technique using a saturated sampling technique with a population of 30 respondents. The instrument of this research is a questionnaire. The results of the research instrument test using multiple regression analysis test, t test, and f test. The results of the analysis show that job compensation and job satisfaction have a significant effect on work productivity with the results of multiple regression analysis of Y = 4,527 + 0,284 X1 + 0,641 X2. The results of the work compensation t test showed that tcount > t table 2,183 > 1,703 meaning Ho1 was rejected, and Ha1 was accepted, the job satisfaction t test was 5,453 > 1,703 meaning Ho2 was rejected and Ha2 was accepted, and the f test results were 38,300 > 3,34 meaning Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. Based on the results of these data, it can be concluded that work compensation and job satisfaction have an effect on work productivity in PT. Danamas Mandiri Investa.”

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Danamas Mandiri Investa. This type of research is quantitative. The population of this study were employees of PT. Danamas Mandiri Investa. The analysis used is a quantitative technique using a saturated sampling technique with a total population of 30 respondents. The instrument of this research is a questionnaire. The results of the research instrument test using multiple regression analysis test, t test, and f test. The results of the analysis show that the work environment and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance with the results of multiple regression analysis of Y = 6.427 + 0.509 X1 + 0.331 X2. The results of the t-test of the work environment obtained the results of t-count 4.315 > t-table 2.051, meaning that Ho1 was rejected, and Ha1 was accepted, the t-test of work discipline obtained the results of t-count 2.286 > t-table 2.051, meaning Ho2 was rejected and Ha2 was accepted, and the results of the F-test were 12.859 > F Table 3.34 means that Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. Based on the results of these data, it can be concluded that the work environment and work discipline affect the performance of employees at PT. Danamas Mandiri Investa.

Abstract

The thesis entitled “The Influence of Work Motivation and Teamwork on Employee Performance of the Bogor City Veterinary Research Center was written by Hafid Rachmat Febriansyah, NPM 181104010600, Under the guidance of: Dr.M.Aziz Firdaus, S.E.,M.M and Hj. Rachamatullaily, S.E., M.M Bogor City Veterinary Research Center (BB Litvet) is a technical implementation unit within the scope of a research agency under the coordination of the Center for Research and Development of Animal Husbandry (Puslitbangnak). The Bogor City Veterinary Research Center is established based on the regulation of the Minister of Agriculture number 34/permentan/OT.140/2013 concerning the organization and working procedures of the Veterinary Research Center with echelon II/b level and has the main task of carrying out veterinary research tasks. The choice of work motivation and teamwork at the Center for Veterinary Research as research subjects to determine the existence of work motivation and teamwork within the company, because work motivation has an effect as the most vital driving force in achieving performance. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance at the Bogor City Veterinary Research Center, to determine the effect of Teamwork on Employee Performance at the Bogor City Veterinary Research Center. The tests used in this study include Validity Test, Reality Test, Linearity Test, Homogeneity Test, Normality Test and t Test and f Test. Based on a discussion of the results of a study titled ``Effect of work motivation and teamwork on employee performance'' at the Bogor City Veterinary Research Center, we found that work motivation (X1) and teamwork (X2) It was concluded that it affects performance.

Abstract

AbstraksiPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran mengenai kepuasan mahasiswa dalam mengikuti program MBKM (Merdeka Belajar KampusMerdeka) pada tahun 2021. Metode penelitian menggunakan desain konlkusif deskriptif dimana digunakan Importance Performane Analysis untuk mendapatkan deskripsi indicator-indokator dalam persepsi mahasiswa peserta MBKM. Indikator-indikator tersebut disusun melalui FGD dengan mahasiswa peserta MBKM yang selanjutnya disusun ke dalam instrument kuisioner, yang terbagi ke dalam lima dimensi yaitu Sosialisasi, pendaftaran, sleksi, pelaksanaan serta pelaporan. Keseluruhan dimensi tersebut terdiri dari 23 item pernyataan kinerja atribut dan 23 item pernyataan tingkat kepentingan. Responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh mahasiswa peserta MBKM Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Ibn Khaldun yang berjumlah 18 mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bhawa seluruh indikator memiliki nilai rata-rata kinerja dibawah rata-rata nilai tingkat kepentingan. Indikator-indikator yang nilai rata-ratanya di bawah nilai rata-rata kinerja total yaitu media sosialisasi, informasi tempat mbkm, sharing session, materi sosialisasi, waktu sosialisasi, Rentang waktu pendaftaran, kehandalan website, Transfaransi Hasil Seleksi, tahap perencanaan, Rentang waktu pelaksanaan MBKM, penugasan, kompensasi, dan waktu pelaporan..AbstractThis study aims to obtain an overview of student satisfaction in participating in the MBKM program (Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka) in 2021. The research method uses a descriptive conclusive design where Importance Performance Analysis is used to obtain a description of the indicators in the perceptions of MBKM participating students. These indicators were compiled through FGDs with MBKM participating students which were then compiled into a questionnaire instrument, which was divided into five dimensions, namely socialization, registration, selection, implementation and reporting. The overall dimensions consist of 23 items of attribute performance statements and 23 items of importance level statements. Respondents in this study were all students participating in the MBKM Faculty of Economics and Business, Ibn Khaldun University, totaling 18 students. The results of the study show that all indicators have an average performance value below the average level of importance. The indicators whose average value is below the average value of total performance are socialization media, information on the place of mbkm, sharing sessions,socialization materials, socialization time, registration time span, websiter eliability, transparency of selection results, planning stage, implementation time span MBKM, assignment, compensation, and reporting time

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana antara hubungan Leadership dan Komitmen Terhadap Kinerja. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 60 orang responden karyawan CV Mitra Sehati Jaya Bogor. Metode yang dilakukan adalah dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada karyawan CV Mitra Sehati Jaya Bogor dan diolah dengan menggunakan aplikasi komputer. Penelitian ini dilakukan di CV Mitra Sehati Jaya Bogor. Variabel Leadership dan komitmen Terhadap Kinerja diperoleh hasil uji validitas, uji reabilitas, analisis deskriptif, statistik inferensif, uji regresi, determinasi, uji T dan uji F. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan R hitung adanya hubungan yang kuat antara Leadership (X1) dan Komitmen (X2) terhadap Kinerja (Y). Maka terdapat pengaruh baik antara Leadership dan Komitmen terhadap Kinerja Karyawan CV Mitra Sehati Jaya Bogor.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan gambaran mengenai indikator-indikator kepuasan mahasiswa di Perguruan Tinggi khususnya di Universitas Ibn Khaldun. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksploratory survey dengan menggunakan instrumen kuisioner. Sample ditentukan sebanyak 180 mahasiswa aktif dari 6 Fakultas pada strata satu. Analisis data menggunakan angka rata-rata tingkat kinerja atribut dan rata-rata tingkat kepentingan, yang digambarkan ke dalam sebuah diagram cartesius.Hasil survey menunjukan bahwa dimensi laboratorium, beasiswa, parkir, toilet dan kemahasiswaan merupakan dimensi yang perlu dilakukan peningkatan kinerja atribut-atributnya. Sementara itu dimensi perpustakaan, ruang kelas, lingkungan, pelayanan, dosen dan alumni merupakan dimensi yang perlu dipertahankan kinerja atributnya.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Job Design dan Job Spesification terhadap Produktivitas di Pusat Sosial Ekonomi dan Kebijakan Pertanian (PSEKP) Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 responden.Koefisien korelasi menunjukkan nilai R = 0,845 hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh antara variabel X? (Job Design) dan Y (Produktivitas) adalah Sangat Kuat dan Positif. Hasil koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,715 atau (71,5%) dengan persamaan regresinya adalah Y= 1,533+0,918 X? dan uji T hipotesis parsial dengan T hitung = 10,969 > T tabel = 1.677, maka Ho ditolak (Ha diterima) berarti bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Job Design terhadap Produktivitas. Koefisien korelasi menunjukkan nilai R = 0,898 hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh antara variabel X? (Job Spesification) dan variabel Y (Produktivitas) adalah Sangat Kuat dan Positif. Hasil koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,807 atau (80,7%) dengan persamaan regresinya adalah Y= 3,837+0,964 X? dan uji T hipotesis parsial dengan T hitung = 14,165 > T tabel = 1.677, maka Ho ditolak (Ha diterima) berarti bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Job Spesification terhadap Produktivitas.Koefisien korelasi menunjukkan nilai R = 0,904 hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh antara variabel X? (Job Design) dan X? (Job Spesification) secara bersama-sama terhadap Y (Produktivitas) adalah Sangat Kuat dan Positif. Fungsi regresinya Y=2,060 + 0,234 X? + 0,757 X?. Hasil koefisien determinasi yang disesuaikan sebesar 0,809 atau (80,9%). Karena F hitung = 104,522 > F tabel = 3,20, maka Ho ditolak (Ha diterima) berarti bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Job Design dan Job Spesification secara bersama-sama terhadap Produktivitas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran atas praktek-praktek hubungan industrial pada berbagai bidang industri di wilayah Bogor dan sekitarnya. Metode survey dilakukan terhadap 108 responden yang dipilih secara acak. Responden terdiri dari karyawan yang berstatus sebagai karyawan tetap dan karyawan tidak tetap, yang bekerja di wilayah Bogor dan sekitarnya. Hasil penelitian uji beda atas jawaban responden menunjukan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan jawaban karyawan yang berstatus tidak tetap dengan karyawan tetap. Hasil analisis deskriptif dilakukan terhadap hasil instrumen yang sebarkan menunjukan bahwa terdapat dua indikator yang termasuk dalam kategori tidak baik yaitu proses penetapan gaji/upah, mekanisme pembayaran gaji/upah dan jenjang akrir. Sementara itu yang berstatus sangat baik yaitu keadilan dalam menggunakan fasilitas, pembagian jadwal lembur, kesempatan untuk terlibat dalam pengambilan keputusan, transfaransi perjanjian kerjasama, implementasi perjanjian kerjasama, dan keadilan dalam peraturan perusahaan.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Bogor. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Bogor. This research is quantitative. The sample population in this research is all 58 employees. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires to all employees, then the data is processed using the Smartpls 4.0 application with the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) Analysis method. The results obtained from the influence of leadership on employee performance with an original sample value of 0.266, T statistics 2.446 > 1.96 and P-values 0.007 < 0.05 mean that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership on employee performance. The results obtained from the influence of work motivation on employee performance with original sample results of 0.678, T statistics 6.609 > 1.96 and P-values 0.000 < 0.05 mean that there is a positive and significant influence between work motivation and employee performance. The results obtained from the influence of leadership on work motivation with an original sample value of 0.869, T statistics 16.878 and P-values 0.000 < 0.05 means that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership and work motivation. The results obtained from the influence of leadership on employee performance through work motivation with an original sample value of 0.589, T statistics 5,793 > 1.96 and P-values 0.000 < 0.05 mean that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership on employee performance through work motivation.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment and motivation on employee performance at the Bogor Tourism College. This research was conducted using quantitative methods. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 77 employees of the Bogor Tourism College, which were then processed using the Smartpls 4.0 application using the SEM (Stuctural Equation Modeling) analysis method. The results obtained from the influence of the Work Environment on Employee Performance with an original sample value of 0.328, T Statistics 1.982 > 1.96 and P-values 0.024 < 0.05 means that there is a positive and significant influence between the Work Environment and Employee Performance. The results obtained from Motivation on Employee Performance with an original sample value of 0.590, T Statistics 3.628 > 1.96 and P-values 0.000 < 0.05 means that there is a positive and significant influence between Motivation on Employee Performance. The results obtained from the influence of the Work Environment on Motivation with an original sample value of 0.920, T Statistics 64,976 > 1.96 and P-values 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between the Work Environment and Motivation. The results obtained from the influence of the Work Environment on Employee Performance through Motivation with an original sample value of 0.543, T Statistics 3.838 > 1.96 and P-values 0.000 < 0.05 means that there is a positive and significant influence between the Work Environment on Employee Performance through Motivation.
