Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of: 1) analyzing the influence of transactional leadership on the performance of Grand Charly Karaoke employees, 2) analyzing the effect of work discipline on the performance of Grand Charly Karaoke employees, 3) analyzing the effect of burnout on the performance of Grand Charly Karaoke employees. This study uses primary data and secondary data. The study population was 35 employees of the Grand Charly Karaoke employees at September 2021. The sample was 35 people’s using the sensus method. Collecting data through: observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS programs version 23. The results of the study prove that simultaneously the transactional leadership, work discipline and burnout variables have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Grand Charly Karaoke employees with an F-count 46.638 with sig = 0.00. Partially the work discipline variable has a dominant influence compared to other variables with the t value of 2.960. Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has forced teaching and learning activities to be carried out from the homes of students online (on-line) from basic education to tertiary institutions. In a pandemic where learning activities are carried out without face-to-face, namely fully online, lecturers must also have an obligation to adapt. For this reason, the teaching performance of lecturers during the pandemic needs to be seen in order to see how well the lecturers' performance in the field of teaching during the pandemic is. With this pandemic period, it will also be a knowledge gap to see the readiness of lecturers in adapting to the changes that occur. Based on this, this study will look at how the performance of lecturers in the field of teaching in the city of Salatiga during the pandemic. The sources of data in this study are lecturers in the city of Salatiga. The research was carried out using descriptive analysis method while data collection was carried out using a survey method by distributing questionnaires. This questionnaire uses a Likert scale to measure the perceptions of the lecturers. Based on the research that has been done, the teaching performance of lecturers during the pandemic is at a good level or ready for teaching planning and evaluation. This means that in the opinion of the respondents they have performed well in these two areas so that they are ready to plan and evaluate online teaching during the pandemic.

Abstract

Pelatihan internet marketing merupakan bagian dari usaha kecil yang diharapkan mampu membangun usaha untuk membantu mendukung perekonomian mikro dan makro. Hal ini dapat berdampak pada keberlangsungan ekonomi kedepannya karena semua usaha jasa dan produksi dapat mendatangkan keuntungan yang pasti setiap bulannya sehingga perekonomian pelajar dan keluarga dapat terbantu dan mengalami peningkatan. Tujuan dilaksanakannya pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk menumbuhkan kreativitas dan inovasi dalam pengelolaan internet marketing yang berwawasan digital. Pengembangan ekonomi kreatif yang memberikan platform seluas-luasnya bagi kaum milenial membutuhkan dukungan ide-ide inovatif dan softskill kewirausahaan yang sekaligus membentuk wawasan kewirausahaan yang mendukung keberlanjutan ekonomi mandiri. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini membantu dalam menumbuhkembangkan kreativitas dan inovasi dalam pengelolaan internet marketing mahasiswa yang merupakan pengembangan soft skill inovatif dan kewirausahaan, sehingga berdampak pada terbentuknya wawasan kewirausahaan yang mendukung keberlanjutan ekonomi mandiri.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic is one of the causes of the decreasing interest in visiting a tourist attractions. Hence, it is the cause of the decrease in economic numbers in the tourism sector, especially in the Kopeng area. The monthly decreasing number of tourists is one of the background issues on how to invite prospective tourists to visit tourist attractions in the Kopeng area after the era of the covid 19 pandemic. The need for proper marketing to reach all potential tourists encourage tourism sector managers in the Kopeng area to use social media facilities to re-market new tourism trends so that the economy recovers as before. The study involved 100 respondents, while the data was collected through questionnaires and then processed using SPSS data analysis techniques. The results of this study are: 1) There is a positive and significant relationship between digital marketing variables on economic recovery. 2) There is a positive and significant relationship between tourist visits and economic recovery variables.

Abstract

Village development has a significant tendency to be handled uniformly by the central government throughout the New Order era. The village development program is more of a top-down nature. Village development has increasingly been delegated to the community throughout the reform era. Central and local governments assume the position and function of a facilitator, offering financial support, mentoring, and supervision. Many initiatives to reduce poverty have been carried out, including the Assistance Program for Disadvantaged Communities and Education for the President of Disadvantaged Villages. Village development programs are more bottom-up or a mixture of bottom-up and top-down. The research is included in qualitative research, namely research that does not use mathematical calculations, statistics, and so on, but uses scientific emphasis or findings that cannot be achieved using statistical procedures or another quantified method. In prodding financial development, monetary strategy should stick to another worldview in which individuals' monetary strengthening should be the worry in light of the fact that the vast majority in rustic regions live in the horticultural area, it actually makes a huge commitment to the territorial economy, enabling individuals' economy likewise implies fabricating a superior country economy. Modern advancement should focus on the retrogressive linkage with the farming area or the essential area, while the forward linkage should focus on handling to increment added worth and great promoting so the items delivered are not squandered.

Abstract

The organization's talent needs for the next five years are a translation of the strategy, and a reflection of the organization's vision and mission, taking into account internal demands as well as external demands. Quality aspects included in determining talent needs include knowledge and skills obtained from experience, competence, and personality in terms of organizational culture, it is clearly stated that institutional capacity development has indicators in institutionalizing a productive and positive organizational work culture based on the noble values of the nation's culture. According to the results of research at the Regional Civil Service Agency, Semarang Regency has implemented a value system that is the basis of ethics at work. It can be in the form of politeness, hospitality, communication that shows a noble value of the nation. Thus, from participatory and democratic comes the existence of work motivation that is always growing. By strengthening the value of employee discipline, the development of institutional capacity at the Semarang Regency Regional Civil Service Agency is maximized, this is strengthened by the enactment of PP No. 53 of 2010 concerning Employee Discipline, so that supervision is stricter and punishment is more firm and severe. In the institutional capacity building program at the Regional Civil Service Agency of Semarang Regency, a budget allocation is needed to support the implementation of all organizational activities. In accordance with World Bank theory which emphasizes the attention of talent management to the focus of the organizational environment which leads to financial and budgetary support in realizing all activities and needs of the organization. This type of research is Descriptive research. The approach used is a qualitative approach and a conceptual approach. The data source used is secondary data. Data analysis was carried out in a qualitative descriptive manner. Drawing conclusions is carried out by the deductive method, which is to draw conclusions from general to specific, especially those related to the research topic, namely the development of management talent towards government institutions. Capacity building takes a long time and requires long-term commitment and all parties involved. In the development of talent management of an organization both public and private sectors, Collective Commitments are the basic capital that must be continuously developed and maintained properly. This talent management commitment is not only for power holders, but covers all components in the organization. The influence of mutual commitment is very large, because this factor is the basis of the entire design of activities and goals to be achieved together. It is expected to strengthen and strengthen the budget allocation method in accordance with the vision, mission and objectives of governance as well as the development of regional revenue sources.

Abstract

Candisari Village is a village where some of its MSMEs have utilized digital marketing platforms. With the rapid development of technology, the digital world and the internet have also impacted the field of marketing. The marketing trend, which was initially conventional (offline), has now shifted to digital (online). This study adopts a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis approach, which means using a qualitative approach to understand and describe the implications of analysis principles contained in MSMEs' digital marketing strategies. The research aims to gather information about digital marketing strategies for the development of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs). The digital marketing strategies implemented by food and beverage MSMEs in Candisari Village include marketing through social media platforms and various e-commerce applications such as GrabFood, GoFood, and ShopeeFood. To promote their businesses, the majority of MSMEs utilize Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp as platforms to upload attractive photos and videos of their products on their Instagram accounts, including Instagram Reels, Instagram Feed, and Instagram Stories. Overall, MSMEs in Candisari Village have experienced progress and healthy competition in business development after implementing digital marketing strategies, leading to the advancement of their businesses

Abstract

This research was carried out with the aim of providing training and assistance on digital marketing of products that are potential in Wujil Village, namely meatball tofu, angkingan, restaurants and the furniture industry. This research uses a qualitative method which results in the conclusion that by digitalizing products in Wujil Village, Semarang Regency, there has been a significant increase in consumers in the meatball tofu, angkingan, restaurant and furniture industry sectors, thereby improving the welfare of the people of Wujil Village.

Abstract

Village development has the aim of improving human welfare and overcoming poverty through efforts to provide and fulfill basic needs, build village infrastructure, develop local economic potential and utilize natural resources and friendships on an ongoing basis. One of the efforts that will be implemented is as a means to develop villages, namely the existence of BUMDes. BUMDes was formed to manage village potential where the capital comes from the village's wealth. This paper uses qualitative methods with the aim of analyzing strategies that can be implemented in managing human resources for the development of BUMDes. This paper concludes that HR management strategies not only contribute to village economic growth but also to maintaining the environment which is the basis of community life in rural areas. The strategy that can be used to manage human resources in order to create development of village-owned enterprises is to increase HR competency through training, through knowledge, through innovation, through experience and through the education process.
