Abstract

Marketing communication strategies are always carried out by business people, therefore marketing communication strategies are an important aspect for a business so that these businesses can achieve sales targets. This research is entitled Marketing Communication Strategy for Baso Aci Tulang Rangu Albara. The purpose of this study was to find out how the marketing communication strategy carried out by Baso Aci Albara using social media Instagram. The research method used is a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive approach. The result of this research is that Baso Aci Albara has succeeded in using Instagram social media to carry out its marketing activities, as well as achieving the consumer target desired by Baso Aci Albara.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the hustle culture phenomenon which is now starting to spread among university students. In this study, researchers tried to discuss the hustle culture phenomenon from a student's point of view. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The theory used in this study is the theory of phenomenology according to Alfred Schutz and the theory of self presentation. The purpose of this research is to find out how communication experience is, what are the meanings and motives of Communication students at Singaperbangsa Karawang University to experience a hustle culture by participating in various activities outside of their lecture activities such as being active in campus organizations, activities and/or work while studying. The results of the study stated that there were differences in communication experiences, meanings and motives that were known from informants, including the communication experiences experienced, namely: positive communication experiences, experienced by informants while undergoing a hustle culture, communication experiences before and after undergoing a hustle culture, reduced communication experience during breaks and interactions with friends and family, decreased health communication experience at certain moments when living in a hustle culture and known motives, namely because motives is social motives is productivity motives, self-confidence motives and objective motives (in-Order Motive), among others motives improvement in soft skills, networking and financial motives as well as a hustle culture which is interpreted by learning and practicing knowledge, maximizing one's time and potential, getting to know the world of work, feeling joy and proud. Abstract

The public gets to know a figure through their work and whatever they present. Through personal branding, an influencer can become more recognized by the public, not only by their followers but also by other parties, especially those involved in fields related to the influencer. According to Peter Montoya, there are 8 main concepts in the formation of personal branding: specialization, leadership, personality, distinctiveness, visibility, unity, persistence and goodwill. In this research, the focus is only on 6 concepts, excluding distinctiveness and unity. This study aims to understand how Nadia Ninette, as an influencer and content creator, fulfills 6 out of 8 personal branding concepts on the Instagram social media platform through sports and healthy lifestyle content. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method through interviews, observations, and documentation. The objects to be examined are various sports and healthy lifestyle content by Nadia Ninette on Instagram, including diet content, workout challenges, home workouts, gym workouts, healthy food menus, and others. This also includes the results of story reposts by Nadia Ninette's followers through one of Instagram's features, namely Instagram Stories, where her followers tag her account, @nadianinette. Abstract

Netflix merupakan layanan streaming global untuk semua jenis film dan serial drama televisi yang banyak diminati penonton. Salah satu serial drama yang banyak diminati yaitu serial drama Gadis Kretek. Jenis penelitian yang dimanfaatkan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Metode penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah metode Analisis Wacana Kritis Sara Mills. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi posisi subjek-objek yang merepresentasikan ketidaksetaraan gender berdasarkan Analisis Wacana Kritis Sara Mills. Perolehan studi menampilkan jikalau karakter Dasiyah sebagai perempuan mengalami ketidaksetaraan gender dalam industri kretek, dimana ia tidak mempunyai akses yang setara dibandingkan laki-laki.

Abstract

Music is not only a medium of entertainment, it is also a means through which a singer can convey messages to listeners. Through song lyrics, listeners can understand the meaning that the singer or songwriter wants to express. Songs can also be used as a medium for delivering criticism, whether it be criticism of economic policies or sensitive issues occurring in the social environment. For instance, the song Baepsae/Silver Spoon by BTS contains a call for addressing social issues within society. The purpose of this study is to determine the social criticism contained in the lyrics of Baepsae/Silver Spoon using Norman Fairclough's critical discourse analysis method, which comprises three dimensions, text, discourse practice, and socio-cultural practice. The results of this study indicate that at the text level, the lyrics contain innuendo and allusions to convey criticism. At the discourse practice level, it is evident that the song lyrics are based on social problems present in society. At the sociocultural practice level, it is explained that this song can represent the younger generation who feel marginalized.i

Abstract

Dalam pendidikan inklusif, anak berkebutuhan khusus dan anak reguler belajar bersama, sehingga guru perlu memberikan arahan tentang cara melakukan komunikasi verbal dan nonverbal. Komunikasi dapat berjalan dengan efektif jika guru mampu menyampaikannya dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji komunikasi verbal dan nonverbal guru dalam meningkatkan interaksi siswa berkebutuhan khusus di sekolah inklusif. Fokus utama penelitian adalah bagaimana guru menggunakan berbagai pesan komunikasi verbal dan non-verbal yang digunakan untuk mendukung dan memperbaiki interaksi sosial serta akademik siswa berkebutuhan khusus. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi deskriptif kualitatif dan menggunakan teori interaksi simbolik dari Geoge Herbert Mead. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, obersevasi di kelas, serta analisis dokumen sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru di SDN Kalangsari V menggunakan berbagai strategi komunikasi, termasuk komunikasi verbal, komunikasi nonverbal, dan penggunaan media visual untuk memfasilitasi interaksi yang lebih baik antara siswa. Komunikasi verbal melibatkan penggunaan bahasa yang sederhana dan jelas, serta pemberian instruksi yang detail. Sementara itu, komunikasi nonverbal meliputi penggunaan isyarat tubuh, ekspresi wajah, dan kontak mata untuk memperkuat pesan yang disampaikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi komunikasi bisnis M-Knows Consulting dalam upaya menjaga loyalitas pelanggan. M-Knows Consulting adalah lembaga konsultan manajemen yang mengalami peningkatan penjualan dan repeat order dari pelanggan dalam tiga tahun terakhir, meskipun tidak melakukan promosi masif melalui media sosial yang berbeda dari kompetitor, M-Knows Consulting lebih mengandalkan pendekatan langsung oleh sales consultant. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teori AIDA (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) digunakan untuk menganalisis bagaimana strategi komunikasi mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan langsung oleh sales consultant efektif dalam menarik perhatian dan minat klien, membangkitkan keinginan untuk terus menggunakan layanan, dan mendorong repeat order serta rekomendasi dari pelanggan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting tentang strategi komunikasi personal dalam mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan di industri konsultan manajemen, serta rekomendasi praktis untuk meningkatkan efektivitas komunikasi.

Abstract

This research discusses the meaning and function of ngaruat lembur culture in the Cibedug Traditional Village community, Cikole Village, Lembang District, West Bandung Regency. Ngaruat Lembur cultural tradition aims to express gratitude and thanks to God who has given everything to the people of Kampung Adat Cibedug. The community also believes that by carrying out this tradition they can avoid all dangers. The purpose of this research is to find out communicative events in communication components contained in Ngaruat Lembur culture such as Setting/Scene, Participants, Ends. The ethnographic model of communication SPEAKING (Setting/Scene, Participants, Ends) is used as a method in this research and symbolic interaction theory complements this research. The type of research used is qualitative, the informants in this study are peni sepuh, elders, chairman of the Ngaruat Lembur organizing committee, the community and the head of Cikole Village. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The conclusion of this research is that communication components such as: Setting/Scene, Participants, Ends, are elements that form communicative events in the Ngaruat Lembur cultural tradition.

Abstract

This research aims to examine how the communication patterns that occur at parties (Bona Taon) in this tradition, culture is an interrelated goal and cannot be replaced by another because this culture develops from generation to generation. In the descendants of Sianturi Pramassahati there is a tradition, namely the annual clan (Bona Taon), not only a small association but an association that involves many members so that a communication network is needed that forms a communication pattern. The results of this research show that the communication patterns of Sianturi Pramassahati descendants in the feast (Bona Taon) are pre-Easter and post-event communication, communication between the older and younger generations and introducing culture, traditions and advice through stories from parents to the younger generation, so that they can act as guardians. traditions or continuation of traditions, ritual communication such as traditional ceremonies, prayers, social communication, namely eating together, meeting with members of the extended family with the aim of strengthening social networks and cooperation and the use of media technology with the aim of documenting and sharing events on social media in order to introduce the clan and culture.
