Abstract

This research is a quantitative research. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial literacy on the financial management of SMEs in Medan Selayang. The sample in this study were 35 MSME business actors in Medan Selayang District. The analytical technique in this research is a simple linear analysis technique. The research results show thatFinancial literacy affects financial managementSMEs inOverview.The magnitude of the influence of financial literacy on village financial management is43.6% while the remaining 56.4% is explained by other variables that are not included in this research model.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze differences in the financial behavior of the people of Percut Sei Tuan District before and during the covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a comparative and descriptive approach with data collection techniques from the results of questionnaires/questionnaires. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents from the people of Percut Sei Tuan District. This study uses judgment sampling and uses data analysis techniques, namely Normality Test, Levene's Test Homogeneity of Variance, Paired Sample T Test, Wilcoxon Test, testing is carried out using the SPSS (Statistical Package For The Social Sciences) Software version 20 for windows. The results of this study state that there is a significant difference between financial behavior before and during the covid-19 pandemic in the people of Percut Sei Tuan District.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between financial literacy and financial behavior of the lifestyle of the student and determine differences in financial literacy, lifestyle and behavior of student finance and business economics faculty. This research is quantitative data collection techniques using questionnaires. Sample used were 100 students consisting of students of the faculty of economics and business Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra, this study uses judgment sampling. Data were analyzed using classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination. Research shows that financial literacy has no effect on the financial behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between the socioeconomic status of parents and self-control on the consumptive behavior of students in the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah North Sumatra. This research is a quantitative research with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The sample used was 97 students of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah North Sumatra, this study used stratified random sampling. The data analysis technique used classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination. The results of this study are the variables of parents' socioeconomic status and self-control influence the consumptive behavior of students in the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to: (1) To analyze and determine the effect of the Variable Return on Assets on Stock Prices in Chemical companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. (2) To analyze and determine the effect of the Debt to Assets Ratio variable on the Share Price of Kimia companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. (3) To analyze and find out the effect of the Quick ratio on the Price of Shares in Chemical companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. (4) To analyze and determine the effect of Total Assets Turn Over on Stock Price on Chemical Performance on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. (5) To analyze and determine the effect of Return On Assets, Debt To Assets Ratio, Quick Ratio and Total assets Turn Over on the share price of Chemical companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population usedn in this study is a chemical subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2020 totaling 12 companies. The data collection technique in this study used documentation techniques. The data analysis technique in this study uses classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test and F test, and coefficient of determination. Data management in this study used the SPSS 23 Software program. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the Return on Assets has a significant positive effect on the Share Price of Chemical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2020 period. Debt To Assets Ratio has an insignificant positive effect on the Share Price of Chemical companies listed on the Indon esia Stock Exchange forthe 2015-2020 period. The Quick Ratio has an insignificant positive effect on the Share Price of Chemical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2020 period. Total Assets Turn Over has an insignificant positive effect on the Share Price of a Chemical company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2020 period. Return On Assets, Debt To Assetss Ratio, Quick Ratio and Total Assets Turn Over together have a positive and significant effect on the Share Price of chemical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2020 period.

Abstract

Opportunities and challenges and for women to contribute to economic growth, which can be started from micro-enterprises, expecialy for East Kalimantan as a new candidate national capital. The study analyzes the motivational factors and challenges of women entrepreneurs who run businesses in the cultural village of Pampang, East Kalimantan. Using a qualitative methodology based on in-depth interviews, providing insight into the entrepreneurship of 10 women in the Pampang cultural village when starting entrepreneurship and managing their businesses. Informans are engaged in various fields related to culture such as producing beads and selling Dayak handicrafts. The results showed that preserving the Dayak culture was the main motivation for starting a business. The challenges faced by women entrepreneurs come from informal and formal institutions. A significant challenge faced by women entrepreneurs is that their abilities as professional entrepreneurs are not recognized by the community. Informans faced emerging challenges in other aspects of the business, such as procuring finance, creating networks, and managing employees. Challenges related to formal institutions such as the lack of quality education and changes in government policies that prohibit holding meetings during the COVID-19 pandemic have reduced the number of tourists who come to the Pampang tourist village, resulting in reduced income.

The results of this study concluded that partially there is a significant influence of the Lifestyle variable on the Consumptive Behavior of Muhammadiyah University Students, North Sumatra, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business. The results of this study concluded that partially there is a significant influence of the Self Control variable on the Consumptive Behavior of Muhammadiyah University Students, North Sumatra, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business. The results of this study concluded that simultaneously and significantly there is influence of Financial Literacy, Lifestyle and Self Control on the Consumptive Behavior of Muhammadiyah University Students, North Sumatra, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business.

Abstract

Devotion public This intends to see the real phenomenon of implementation of management financing For Increase Quality Service Education in Thammsat Wittaya Thailand. The purpose of this research is to: (1) get a description of the activities education financing planning ( budgeting ), (2) implementation of education financing ( actuating ), (3) supervision of education financing ( controlling ) at Thammsat Wittaya Thailand. From results devotion community obtained findings as following: First, planning financing education ( budgeting ) is process prepare a series of decisions to take action described in a real concept for carrying out the life of the future madrasa with adequate financing programmed to achieve goals and produce ideal designs, planning results form efficiency budget, maximization function management And need student accommodated.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the movement method in memorizing hadith for early childhood, the benefits of applying the movement method in memorizing hadith, the difficulties in applying the movement method to memorize hadith, and how to overcome difficulties in applying the movement method. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method with data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the findings and discussion in the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the application of the movement method in memorizing hadiths at Tadika Al Fikh Orchard Port-Klang Selangor Malaysia is an activity of teaching children short hadiths with hand movements so they can help interpret hadith readings. Namely hadiths about smiling, affection, don't be angry, cleanliness, and also hadiths about intentions. The steps in applying the movement method are: (1) preparation, namely making a daily learning activity plan (RPPH) preparing what hadiths will be taught (2) implementation, namely the teacher reading the hadiths along with their movements and the children follow them together (3) evaluation, which is carried out after the learning activities end. The benefits of memorizing using the movement method (1) Make it easy for children to memorize (2) Get used to children so that they always behave well and apply it in daily life (3) Balancing the child's left and right brain. (4) Develop children's physical motor. (5) Children are more enthusiastic in memorizing. Difficulties in applying the movement method in memorizing hadiths, namely: the teacher has difficulty in directing children to incorporate movement into hadiths. Ways to overcome difficulties in applying the movement method in memorizing hadiths (1) The teacher repeats memorization (2) The teacher directs children to incorporate movement into the hadith reading .

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Lifestyle, Self-Concept and Peer Groups on Consumptive behavior, and to examine the role of Financial Literacy in moderating the influence of Lifestyle, Self-Concept and Peer Groups on Consumptive behavior. This study uses a quantitative approach. To determine the size of the sample used Maximum Likelihood estimation in the Structural Equation Model (SEM) of 100-200 samples, then researchers will take a sample of 100-200 respondents to fulfill one of the requirements for a data analysis approach using SEM. As a result, as many as 167 students were used as research samples. The results of the study show that lifestyle, self-concept and peer groups have a positive and significant effect on consumptive behavior. Financial Literacy does not play a role in moderating the effect of Lifestyle and self-concept on Consumptive behavior. Financial Literacy plays a role in moderating the influence of Peer Groups on Consumptive behavior.DOI: https://doi.org/10.26905/afr.v5i3.9514
