Abstract

Domestic violence cases committed by children against their biological mothers have attracted public attention, especially when similar incidents occur in the Bekasi area on Sunday, June 22, 2025. These acts of violence reflect serious disturbances in family relationships, weak emotional control of the perpetrators, and the possible involvement of external factors such as substance abuse or social pressure. This study aims to analyze the causal factors, background of the perpetrators, and social responses to cases of child abuse against biological mothers in Bekasi. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach with case studies, referring to media data, social observations, and family criminology theory. The results of the study indicate that the violence was triggered by a combination of prolonged family conflict, weak moral education from an early age, and minimal psychosocial support in the surrounding environment. The victim's mother suffered physical injuries and psychological trauma, while the perpetrator showed signs of emotional disturbance and impulsive behavior. Handling this case requires cross-sector collaboration, from law enforcement officers, forensic psychologists, to family protection institutions. This study recommends strengthening character education, family counseling services, and early reporting systems to prevent similar violence in the future.

Abstract

In the last few days, the phenomenon of mugging crimes in certain areas. The latest case example is a police officer being mugged on the Kalimalang Inspection Road, Bekasi, Depok, and South Lampung. which was carried out sadistically using sharp weapons to firearms which has caused unrest in the community, mugging with violence often occurs in several areas in Indonesia. This crime not only causes material losses, but also someone's life, psychological for the victim and insecurity in society. This study takes the formulation of the problem of the factors causing mugging, its impact on victims and society, and steps that can be taken to prevent and overcome this crime. The results of the study show that the main factors driving mugging are difficult socio-economic conditions, such as poverty, unemployment, and social inequality. In addition, psychological factors such as the desire to show strength also play an important role. The impact of mugging is very large, both on victims who experience material losses and psychological trauma, as well as on the community who feel increasingly unsafe. To overcome this problem, synergistic efforts are needed between stricter law enforcement, increasing public awareness, and empowering local security groups. This study provides recommendations to strengthen socio-economic and security policies to effectively combat the phenomenon of mugging. The results of the study include: 1) What are the factors that influence the rampant motorcycle theft 2) How can the community maintain the security of their motorcycles 3) What is the role of the police in reducing cases of motorcycle theft 4) How does motorcycle theft impact on community life.

Abstract

This study aims to design and develop a chicken manure drying machine powered by a 50 Wp solar panel. The system stores energy in a 12V battery and converts it through a 1500W inverter to operate four 50W heating lamps. The main objective is to reduce the high moisture content in raw chicken manure, making it suitable for use as organic fertilizer. The design process included field surveys, literature review, and component calculations. Experimental testing showed that the machine successfully reduced the initial moisture content from 31% to 13% within 6 hours at a controlled temperature of 43°C. These results indicate that the solar-powered drying system is effective and energy-efficient for small-scale organic fertilizer production.

Abstract

Card trapping is a form of banking crime that is still common in Indonesia. This crime is committed by trapping an ATM card so that it remains stuck inside the machine. The card is then removed by the perpetrator and used to access customer funds. This study aims to explain how card trapping is carried out and why this practice is still prevalent. Using literature and media analysis, it was found that this method uses simple tools but exploits customer negligence. This article also discusses the causal factors, real-life case studies, and the impact of card trapping on customers and banking institutions. The perpetrators can drain customer accounts. The results show that despite regulations and developing security technology, card trapping crimes remain rampant due to a lack of education and preparedness in banking infrastructure.

Abstract

Agrarian reform is a continuous process regarding the rearrangement of control, ownership, use, and utilization of agrarian resources carried out in the context of achieving legal certainty and protection as well as justice and prosperity for all the people of Indonesia. the purpose of this research is first to find out the current politics of land law and the second goal is to find out the direction of development and renewal of national land law towards structuring control and ownership of land. The method of approach in this research is the statutory approach method (statute approach). The politics of land law towards the structuring of land control and ownership in the reform era was issued by the People's Consultative Assembly Decree No. IX/MPR/2001 on Agrarian Reform and Natural Resource Management in order to overcome inequality in land control and ownership for the benefit of the community. Then the direction of development and reform of national land law towards the structuring of land tenure and ownership is to ensure the realization of equitable tenure and ownership of land for all people based on TAP MPR Number IX/MPR/2001 on Agrarian Reform and Natural Resource Management the demands of the reform era.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pembaruan agraria sebagai suatu proses berkelanjutan menitikberatkan pada restrukturisasi penguasaan, kepemilikan, pemanfaatan, serta penggunaan sumber daya agraria. Proses ini dilaksanakan demi tercapainya kepastian hukum, perlindungan hak, serta pemerataan keadilan dan kesejahteraan sosial di Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yang pertama yakni mengungkap atau menyingkap politik hukum agraria di Indonesia dalam perkembangan kenegaraan dan tujuan kedua adalah untuk mengetahui tumpang tindih peraturan agraria karena pengaruh politik hukum yang berbeda-beda dalam perkembangan agraria di Indonesia. Tulisan ini disusun dengan metodologi penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan historis. Politik hukum dalam kaitannya dengan hukum agraria terutama yang berkaitan dengan reforma agraria di Indonesia mulai menggeliat sejak diterbitkan Tap MPR Nomor IX/MPR/2001 tentang Pembaruan Agraria dan Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Alam dalam hal mengatasi ketimpangan penguasaan dan pemilikan tanah bagi kepentingan masyarakat. Kemudian dalam praktiknya terdapat tumpang tindih peraturan agraria karena pengaruh politik hukum yang berbeda dalam perkembangan agraria di Indonesia. ABSTRACT Agrarian reform as a continuous process focuses on restructuring control, ownership, utilization, and use of agrarian resources. This process is carried out to achieve legal certainty, protection of rights, and equitable distribution of justice and social welfare in Indonesia. The first objective of this study is to uncover or reveal agrarian legal policy in Indonesia in the context of state development, and the second objective is to identify overlapping agrarian regulations due to the influence of differing legal policies in the development of agrarian affairs in Indonesia. This paper is written using normative legal research methodology with a historical approach. Legal policy in relation to agrarian law, especially that related to agrarian reform in Indonesia, began to emerge since the issuance of MPR Decree No. IX/MPR/2001 on Agrarian Reform and Natural Resource Management in terms of overcoming inequality in land control and ownership for the benefit of the community. In practice, there is an overlap of agrarian regulations due to the influence of differing legal policies in the development of agrarian issues in Indonesia.

Abstract

Edukasi literasi keuangan sangat penting bagi masyarakat karena “melek” finansial termasuk dalam sepuluh kecerdasan dasar yang perlu dimiliki setiap individu. Literasi keuangan yang baik membantu seseorang menghindari masalah keuangan dan membangun kebiasaan ekonomi yang sehat. Kegiatan peningkatan literasi keuangan bagi santri di Majlis Al-Qur’an Baitahaafidz bertujuan membekali mereka dengan kemampuan mengelola keuangan secara bijak. Santri sebagai pelajar di lembaga pendidikan Islam sering menghadapi tantangan dalam mengatur keuangan pribadi, terutama di era globalisasi dan kemajuan teknologi saat ini yang memengaruhi pola konsumsi melalui media sosial dan budaya populer. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui metode penyuluhan dan pelatihan dengan tahapan yang terstruktur, dimulai dari identifikasi kebutuhan, perumusan tujuan, hingga penyusunan materi dengan bahasa sederhana dan sesuai konteks keagamaan. Melalui kegiatan ini, santri memperoleh pemahaman tentang konsep dasar keuangan seperti pengelolaan pendapatan, perencanaan pengeluaran, serta pentingnya menabung. Diharapkan, kegiatan ini mampu menumbuhkan kesadaran finansial, kemandirian ekonomi, dan perilaku keuangan yang bertanggung jawab di kalangan santri.   Financial literacy education is essential for the community, as being financially literate is one of the ten fundamental intelligences that every individual should possess. A good level of financial literacy helps people avoid financial problems and develop healthy economic habits. The financial literacy improvement program for students at Majlis Al-Qur’an Baitahaafidz aims to equip them with the ability to manage their finances wisely. As students in Islamic educational institutions, santri often face challenges in managing their personal finances, especially in this era of globalization and rapid technological advancement, where social media and popular culture heavily influence consumption behavior. The program is implemented through structured counseling and training methods, beginning with identifying needs, defining specific goals, and developing materials that are easy to understand and aligned with the students’ religious context. Through this program, participants gain an understanding of fundamental financial concepts such as income management, expenditure planning, and the importance of saving. It is expected that this activity will foster financial awareness, economic independence, and responsible financial behavior among the santri.

Abstract

 This research explores lawsuits containing formal defects from 2022-2023 which resulted in a lawsuit being declared inadmissible or Niet Onvankelijkverklaard by the judge. The focus is to examine what the judge considers so that the judge in his decision makes a decision containing the ruling that the lawsuit is declared inadmissible or Niet Onvankelijkverklaard. This research applies the normative-empirical method using a qualitative descriptive approach, namely the research process by seeking information by going to the field by visiting the Sleman District Court. The research data sources are primary and secondary data sources, primary data sources are through laws and information obtained in the field while secondary data sources are literature studies such as journals, books and encyclopedias. The results of this study are from the 2022-2023 decision data, it was found that most of the decisions were declared unacceptable due to obscuur libel and the factors of unacceptable decisions other than obscuur libel were also suspected of other factors such as lack of parties, premature lawsuits and unclear legal standing

Abstract

The Financial Management of Baiturrahaman Mosque is currently managed by the Ta'mir Masjid, which then hands over its responsibility to the Mosque Treasurer. Each division can submit to the treasurer directly if there is a need, or each division can make purchases in advance before being claimed to the treasurer. However, this financial management system is considered less effective and not transparent. This training is important considering that so far the Ta'mir management has not recorded and compiled financial reports, even though transparent and accountable financial management is important in managing public funds. This training aims to enable Ta'mir mosques to make simple financial reports for monthly money management. The training uses lectures, tutorials, discussions, and evaluation methods to equip Ta'mir administrators with knowledge and skills regarding basic accounting, recording transactions, and making simple financial reports. The service was held at the Baiturrahman Mosque, Sidosari Village on May 22, 2024, at 15.30 WIB by 2 participants. The results of the training received positive responses from the participants, which showed that the participants understood the training material presented, followed by questions and answers about the problems of mosque financial management and solutions to the problems faced. This activity emphasizes the need for continuous education and assistance to foster good financial governance practices in religious institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Financial Literacy on the Consumptive Behavior of Students at the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara, to determine the effect of Lifestyle on Consumptive Behavior of Students at the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara. To determine the effect of Financial Literacy and Lifestyle on Consumptive Behavior of Students at the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara. The results of this study conclude that partially there is a significant influence of the Financial Literacy variable on the Consumptive Behavior of Students at the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara. The results of this study conclude that partially there is a significant effect of the Lifestyle variable on the Consumptive Behavior of Students at the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara. The results of this study conclude that there is a simultaneous and significant influence of Financial Literacy and Lifestyle on Consumptive Behavior of Students at the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara.
