Abstract

Media dan sumber belajar yang dibuat dan dikreasikan oleh guru dan siswa dapat memberikan manfaat yang besar bagi ketercapaian tujuan pembelajaran yang diharapkan. Mengkreasikan barang-barang atau bahan-bahan yang ada di lingkungan sekolah dapat meningkatkan kreativitas siswa serta membuat kegiatan pembelajaran menjadi lebih bermakna. Media pembelajaran dan sumber belajar merupakan penunjang proses belajar yang selalu berlangsung dalam suatu lingkungan pendidikan yang mencangkup lingkungan fisik, sosial, intelektual dan nilai-nilai. Lingkungan di sekitar peserta didik, baik yang ada di dalam maupun yang ada di luar sekolah, dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai sumber belajar, dimana dengan pemanfaatan lingkungan tersebut, peserta didik mendapatkan pengalaman belajar konkret karena dapat mengamati objek secara langsung sehingga proses pembelajaran menjadi optimal.

Abstract

Natural school is one of the new concepts in the world of education. A natural school is basically an alternative form of education that uses the universe as a place of learning, teaching material, and as an object of learning. According to some experts, it is believed that this concept is an effective approach for the realization of activities related to active learning. The aims of this research are to investigate how the management of natural schools works, specifically in planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. This study used a qualitative method with a case study approach. The data were collected through semi-structured interviews, observation, and documentation. The data were then analyzed, described, and interpreted comprehensively. The data revealed that character education and religion are emphasized to the students in the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is very important in advancing the economy. The ratio of the number of entrepreneurs in Indonesia is still 3.47 percent. When compared with neighbouring countries, such as Singapore at 8.76 percent, Malaysia at 4.74 percent, and Thailand at 4.26 percent. For this reason, it is necessary to increase the readiness of the younger generation, especially students, in entrepreneurship. The aim of the research is to examine the influence of literacy and intention through motivation on the entrepreneurial readiness of Merangin University students. This research uses a quantitative approach with a correlational survey method to test the influence between variables. A total of 285 students were sampled. This research data was tested using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The research results show that: 1) literacy, intention, motivation influence students' entrepreneurial readiness; 2) literacy, intention influences students' entrepreneurial motivation; 3) motivation cannot mediate the relationship between literacy and students' entrepreneurial readiness; 4) motivation can mediate the relationship between intentions and students' entrepreneurial readiness. This research encourages changes in higher education policies. The findings of this research are that knowledge and skills and entrepreneurial spirit can strengthen entrepreneurial readiness and the need for implementing entrepreneurial practices for students.

Abstract

Sikap demokrasi merupakan suatu kepribadian yang bertindak sesui dengan nilai-nilai demokrasi seperti menjunjung tinggi sikap kesamaan derajat, menghargai pendapat, bekerjasama, menghargai perbedaan SARA, berprilaku adil, saling membantu dan berpartisipasi. Namun pada kenyataannya sikap demokrasi pada siswa masih sangat rendah hal tersebut dibuktikan berdasarkan hasil observasi awal yang dilakukan di SMA Negeri 8 Muaro Jambi pada mata pelajaran PPKn terdapat sebuah permasalahan yaitu rendahnya sikap demokrasi yang dimiliki oleh siswa masih sangat rendah.. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran VCT (Value Clarification Technique) terhadap sikap demokrasi dalam mata pelajaran PPKn. Penggunaan model pembelajaran VCT (Value Clarification Technique) dalam pembelajaran PPKn bertujuan untuk meningkatkan sikap demokrasi siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis eksperimen pretest postes. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah uji t pretest dan posttest untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran VCT (Value Clarification Technique) terhadap sikap demokrasi siswa. Hasil analisis data pada uji independent simple t test diketahui bahwasannya nilai sig (2tailed) adalah 0,00 atau lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,00<0,05). Ho ditolak dan Ha diterimaSehigga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan penggunaan model pembelajaran VCT (Value Clarification Technique) terhadap sikap demokrasi dalam mata pelajaran PPKn pada siswa kelas X IPS di SMA Negeri 8 Muaro Jambi. The attitude of democracy is a personality that acts in accordance with democratic values ​​such as upholding the attitude of equality, respecting opinions, working together, respecting SARA differences, behaving fairly, helping each other and participating. However, in reality the democratic attitude of students is still very low, this is evidenced by the results of initial observations conducted at SMA Negeri 8 Muaro Jambi in Civics subjects, there is a problem, namely the low level of democratic attitudes possessed by students is still very low. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the VCT (Value Clarification Technique) learning model on democratic attitudes in Civics subjects. The use of the VCT (Value Clarification Technique) learning model in Civics learning aims to improve students' democratic attitudes. This study uses a quantitative method with the type of pretest posttest experiment. Data analysis techniques in this study were pretest and posttest t tests to determine the effect of the VCT (Value Clarification Technique) learning model on students' democratic attitudes. The results of data analysis on the independent simple t test show that the sig (2 tailed) value is 0.00 or less than 0.05 (0.00 <0.05). Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in the influence of the use of the VCT (Value Clarification Technique) learning model on democratic attitudes in Civics subjects in class X IPS students at SMA Negeri 8 Muaro Jambi.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan dari Undang-undang Nomor 35 tahun 2009 tentang narkotika masih kurang optimal hal ini tidak terlepas dari kinerja Badan Narkotika Nasional Kabupaten Batanghari karena maraknya penyalahgunaan narkoba, khususnya di Kabupaten Batanghari yang meningkat dari tahun ke tahun, dari hasil data yang diperoleh dari kantor Badan Narkotika Nasional Kabupaten Batanghari. dengan adanya Badan Narkotika Nasional seharusnya kasus penyalahgunaan narkotika dapat diselesaikan. Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Bagaimana Peran BNN Kabupaten Batanghari dalam upaya menanggulangi kasus penyalahgunaan narkotika menurut Undang-Undang No. 35 Tahun 2009. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data melalui reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran yang dilakukan Badan Narkotika Nasional belum secara optimal, hal ini didasarkan pada belum sepenuhnya keterlibatan masyarakat dalam sosialisasi, sarana dan prasarana kurang memadai, kurangnya personil dan anggaran dalam menjalankan program, dan kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat dalam memberantas narkotika.

Abstract

Digital technology has transformed labor market demands, requiring university graduates to possess comprehensive work readiness. This study analyzes the influence of technopreneurship and digital literacy on Information Technology students’ work readiness at private universities. Using a quantitative approach, 307 respondents were selected through proportional random sampling. Data were collected via Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4.0. Findings revealed both variables significantly and positively influence work readiness, with digital literacy as the dominant factor. The R² value of 0.63 indicates that 63% of work readiness variance is explained by these factors. Results highlight the importance of integrating technopreneurship and digital literacy into higher education curricula to prepare graduates for digital industry demands. Universities should strengthen project-based learning, startup incubation programs, and applied digital training. This study provides empirical evidence of technopreneurship and digital literacy’s simultaneous effect on work readiness in developing technological ecosystems, contributing to quality education and decent work opportunities aligned with sustainable development goals.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology has created both opportunities and challenges for Information Technology graduates, particularly regarding their work readiness in facing industry demands. This study aims to analyze the determinants of technopreneurship, work motivation, and digital literacy on the work readiness of Information Technology students in private universities in Jambi Province. Using a quantitative survey approach, data were collected from 307 active IT students selected through proportional random sampling. Data were gathered using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) via SmartPLS 4.1.14. The findings reveal that all three independent variables have a positive and significant effect on students' work readiness, with digital literacy emerging as the strongest determinant (β = 0.341, p < 0.05), followed by technopreneurship (β = 0.312, p < 0.05) and work motivation (β = 0.278, p < 0.05). The model's R² value of 0.67 indicates that 67% of the variance in work readiness is explained by the three predictors. These results highlight the critical role of integrating technopreneurship and digital literacy within higher education curricula to enhance graduate employability in the digital economy era. The practical implication emphasizes the need for project-based learning, startup incubators, and adaptive digital training programs. The originality of this research lies in its simultaneous examination of technopreneurship, work motivation, and digital literacy as predictors of IT students' work readiness within an Indonesian regional higher education context, an area rarely explored in prior studies

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh belum maksimalnya penerapan nilai religius dalam pembinaan karakter anak asuh di Panti Asuhan Yayasan Al-Fatih Ihsan Jambi. Meskipun kegiatan keagamaan telah dilaksanakan secara rutin, masih terdapat anak asuh yang belum mampu menerapkan nilai religius secara mandiri dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pembinaan yang berkelanjutan agar nilai religius dapat tertanam dan membentuk karakter anak asuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi nilai religius dalam pembinaan karakter anak di Panti Asuhan Yayasan Al-Fatih Ihsan Jambi serta mengidentifikasi kendala yang dihadapi dalam proses penerapannya. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Panti Asuhan Yayasan Al-Fatih Ihsan Jambi dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Informan penelitian terdiri dari anak asuh, pengasuh, dan ketua yayasan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi nilai religius dalam pembinaan karakter anak di Panti Asuhan Yayasan Al-Fatih Ihsan Jambi dilakukan melalui kegiatan keagamaan seperti salat berjamaah, mengaji, hafalan surah pendek, pembacaan doa harian, dan pembiasaan perilaku disiplin serta bertanggung jawab. Implementasi nilai religius diterapkan melalui lima indikator yaitu keyakinan, peribadatan, penghayatan, pengetahuan, dan pengamalan. Penerapan nilai religius tersebut memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap pembentukan karakter anak asuh, seperti meningkatnya kedisiplinan, tanggung jawab, dan sikap sopan santun. Namun, pelaksanaannya belum sepenuhnya berjalan optimal karena masih terdapat anak asuh yang kurang konsisten dalam melaksanakan ibadah tanpa pengawasan pengasuh. Adapun kendala yang dihadapi meliputi rendahnya kesadaran diri anak, kurangnya pemahaman makna ibadah, serta pengaruh lingkungan dan latar belakang anak yang berbeda-beda.
