Abstract

ISPO certification for oil palm smallholders is based on four principles: plantation legality, smallholder organization and management, environmental management, and a commitment to continuous improvement. The goal of this study is to examine how ISPO standards are used in oil palm smallholder cooperatives and to develop an ISPO application strategy for relevant stakeholders. The research was carried out at the Beringin Jaya Cooperative in the Siak District. A survey method was used to collect primary data from direct interviews with planters and secondary data from government agencies. The total number of people who took part in this study was 66, and the respondents were chosen at random sampling. This study employs descriptive qualitative analysis as well as strategic SWOT matrices for strategic analysis. According to the findings, the cooperative follows 54.17 percents of ISPO standards or 26 out of 48 indicators. This research suggests some development strategies to meet ISPO standards, such as providing assistance and direction to smallholders through government agencies to avoid negative consequences during the certification process, technical assistance, agricultural counseling and training, government and financial institution funding, and the use of cooperatives, farmer groups, and mills to disseminate ISPO standards to farmers.

Abstract

Abstrak Jumlah konsumsi bumbu-bumbuan di Provinsi Riau selalu lebih tinggi dari konsumsi rata-rata Indonesia. Rata-rata konsumsi bumbu-bumbuan di Provinsi Riau dari tahun 2014-2020 yaitu 3,15 kg/kap/tahun yang mana konsumsi tersebut diatas rata-rata konsumsi bumbu-bumbuan nasional tahun 2014-2020 yang hanya 2,55 kg/kap/tahun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pola konsumsi bumbu-bumbuan di Provinsi Riau. Kajian ini menggunakan data Survei Sosial Ekonomi Tahun 2020 oleh Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Riau. Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata konsumsi natrium pada komoditas bumbu-bumbuan mencapai 2025 miligram per hari, lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan anjuran konsumsi natrium dari Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia (2000 miligram per hari). Semakin tinggi pendapatan, proporsi konsumsi komoditas bumbu-bumbuan seperti garam, terasi, penyedap, dan bumbu dapur lain semakin menurun. Semakin banyak anggota rumah tangga yang mengkonsumsi bumbu-bumbu, seperti garam, kemiri, ketumbar, terasi, kecap, sambal, saus tomat, dan bumbu masak, maka proporsinya semakin meningkat. Semakin tinggi pendidikan ibu rumah tangga maka proporsi konsumsi bumbu dapur seperti garam, penyedap rasa dan bumbu dapur lainnya semakin menurun. Konsumsi garam, asam dan penyedap rasa di perkotaan lebih rendah dibandingkan konsumsi di pedesaan.Kata kunci: Rumah Tangga, Bumbu-Bumbuan, Pola KonsumsiAbstract The amount of consumption of spices in Riau Province is always higher than consumption in Indonesia. The average consumption of spices in Riau Province from 2014-2020 is 3.15 kg/cap/year, which consumption is above the average consumption of national spices for 2014-2020, which is only 2.55 kg/cap/ year. This study aims to examine consumption patterns of spices in Riau Province. This study uses data from the 2020 Socio-Economic Survey Badan Pusat Statistik for Riau Province. To answer this research, this research was analyzed with a descriptive analysis approach. The results showed that the average consumption of sodium in seasonings reached 2025 milligrams per day, higher than the recommendation for sodium consumption from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia (2000 milligrams per day). The higher the income, the proportion of consumption of spices such as salt, shrimp paste, seasonings and other spices decreases. The more household members consume spices, such as salt, candlenut, coriander, shrimp paste, soy sauce, chili sauce, tomato sauce and cooking spices, the proportion increases. The higher the education of housewives, the proportion of consumption of spices such as salt, flavoring and other seasonings decreases. Consumption of salt, acid and flavor enhancers in urban areas is lower than consumption in rural areas.Keywords: Descriptive Analysis, Spices, Consumption Pattern

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis biaya sertifikasi awal pada ISPO di Kabupaten Pelalawan, Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan metode survey dengan melakukan wawancara langsung kepada responden. Sampel usaha perkebunan pada penelitian ini adalah Asosiasi Pekebun Swadaya Kelapa Sawit Pelalawan Siak. Sampel penelitian ini adalah Asosiasi pekebun swadaya kelapa sawit Pelalawan Siak dengan pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive sampling) yaitu usaha perkebunan kelapa sawit swadaya yang melakukan sertifikasi menggunakan Permentan Nomor 38 Tahun 2020. Sampel area representatif diambil dari dua Kecamatan tersebar pada tiga desa yang menjadi Sampel Location yaitu Desa Sekijang, Desa Simpang Beringin, untuk Kecamatan Bandar Sei Kijang dan Desa Kerinci Kiri untuk Kecamatan Kerinci Kanan. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini meliputi data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam sertifikasi ISPO yang dikeluarkan Asosiasi Pekebun Swadaya Kelapa Sawit Pelalawan Siak sebesar Rp. 1.607.712.000 sehingga didapatkan Rp. 5.055.698 per pekebun peserta ISPO, yang merupakan total dari biaya pelatihan, pendampingan, dan sertifikasi awal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan membandingkan implementasi Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) dalam pembelajaran matematika di Indonesia dan Tiongkok. Studi ini dilatarbelakangi tuntutan pendidikan abad ke-21 serta rendahnya pemerataan kualitas penerapan STEM di Indonesia dan perbedaan kesiapan ekosistem pendidikan kedua negara. Selain itu, kajian komparatif sistematis yang secara khusus membahas implementasi STEM pada pembelajaran matematika lintas negara masih terbatas. Penelitian menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review dengan pedoman PRISMA 2020. Pencarian dilakukan pada basis data Google Scholar dan Scopus terhadap publikasi tahun 2021 sampai 2025. Sebanyak 534 artikel diidentifikasi dan diseleksi melalui tahapan penghapusan duplikasi, penyaringan judul dan abstrak, serta telaah teks penuh hingga diperoleh 12 artikel yang relevan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Indonesia dan Tiongkok sama-sama menerapkan pembelajaran matematika berbasis STEM melalui strategi aktif seperti eksperimen, proyek, diskusi, dan pemecahan masalah kontekstual. Perbedaan utama terletak pada sistem pendukung implementasi. Indonesia masih bergantung pada inisiatif guru dengan keterbatasan fasilitas dan variasi kompetensi, sedangkan Tiongkok didukung kebijakan nasional, kurikulum terintegrasi, dan pengembangan profesional guru yang sistematis. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa penguatan kompetensi guru, konsistensi kebijakan, dan pemerataan akses teknologi merupakan kunci peningkatan mutu pembelajaran matematika berbasis STEM di Indonesia pada jenjang pendidikan dasar dan menengah secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Tomatoes (Solanum lycopersicum) are an important horticultural commodity that is widely cultivated and consumed in Indonesia due to their high nutritional content, including vitamin C, vitamin E, flavonoids, and lycopene. In addition to their economic value, tomatoes also play a role in fulfilling the nutritional needs of the community and are widely used as cooking ingredients as well as in herbal medicine. However, tomato price fluctuations often contribute to inflation in various regions, including Pekanbaru City. According to the Regional Inflation Control Team (2024), tomatoes are among the main commodities contributing to month-to-month inflation, recorded at 0.07 percent. This situation affects the purchasing power and consumption patterns of low-income households, particularly recipients of Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH). This study aims to analyze tomato consumption behavior and the factors influencing it among PKH households in Pekanbaru City. The research was conducted with 315 respondents using simple random sampling and multistage sampling methods, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, elasticity analysis, and policy simulations. The results indicate that tomato prices, household income, and household size significantly affect consumption levels. Tomatoes were found to be price inelastic (–0.971) and classified as a normal good (income elasticity of 0.530).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara sistematis landasan filosofis yang mendasari pengembangan kurikulum matematika di Indonesia pada Kurikulum Merdeka dan kurikulum matematika di Singapura. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan protokol PRISMA. Data diperoleh dari basis data Crossref dan Semantic Scholar menggunakan aplikasi Publish or Perish, dengan kata kunci “filosofi pendidikan”, “kurikulum matematika”, “kurikulum merdeka”, dan “kurikulum Singapura” dalam rentang publikasi 2021–2025. Dari 319 artikel yang ditemukan, setelah proses seleksi berlapis berdasarkan kriteria inklusi-eksklusi, diperoleh 5 artikel yang memenuhi syarat untuk dianalisis. Analisis dilakukan secara kualitatif melalui sintesis temuan dan visualisasi menggunakan VOSviewer dan WordCloud. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa landasan filosofis kurikulum matematika di Indonesia dan Singapura sama-sama berakar pada pragmatisme, konstruktivisme, dan humanisme, namun berbeda dalam penerjemahannya. Landasan filosofis tersebut tercermin dalam komponen kurikulum matematika. Tujuan kurikulum matematika di Indonesia berorientasi pada abad 21 dan penguatan karakter. Sedangkan di Singapura pengembangan konsep, kemampuan metakognitif, serta kesiapan menghadapi tantangan modern. Konten materi di Indonesia meliputi bilangan, aljabar, geometri, hubungan dan fungsi, statistika dan peluang, serta kalkulus, sedangkan di Singapura meliputi bilangan, algebra, geometri, dan statistika. Pendekatan pembelajaran di Indonesia menggunakan pendekatan kontekstual dengan mengintegrasikan proyek kolaboratif, sedangkan di Singapura menggunakan Concrete Pictorial Abstract (CPA), model drawing, bar model, dan pembelajaran berbasis penguasaan. Indonesia dan Singapura memiliki asesmen yang sama yaitu formatif dan sumatif, namun dengan orientasi tujuan yang berbeda.

Abstract

This study analyzes the development of an eco-pedagogy–based Islamic Religious Education (PAI) curriculum in response to increasing environmental degradation and declining ecological awareness among students. The research aims to identify the Islamic theological foundations of environmental ethics, formulate sustainability-oriented curriculum strategies for PAI, and examine the role of teachers as eco-pedagogical agents and its impact on students’ ecological behavior. This research employs a qualitative library study using thematic analysis of Islamic texts, eco-pedagogy literature, and contemporary educational studies. The findings indicate that an eco-pedagogy–based PAI curriculum strengthens students’ understanding of tauhid, amanah, and the concept of humans as khalifah (stewards of the earth) in environmental stewardship. Effective implementation requires comprehensive strategies including eco-theological literacy, participatory learning methods, contextual learning, and ecological collaboration. PAI teachers play a central role through modeling, facilitating critical dialogue, and integrating religious values with environmental issues. The curriculum positively impacts ecological behavior, critical awareness, reflective thinking, and students’ moral responsibility for environmental preservation. This study concludes that integrating eco-pedagogy into PAI is a strategic approach to cultivating environmentally conscious and responsible Muslim generations.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the reorientation of the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) curriculum based on the concept of theocentric humanism as an approach to strengthening students’ holistic, balanced, and value-oriented character formation. Theocentric humanism is understood as an educational paradigm that positions humans as active subjects of learning while grounding the entire educational process in divine values derived from Islamic teachings. This study employs a qualitative literature-based method by examining books, scholarly articles, policy documents, and recent studies related to curriculum development and humanistic perspectives in Islamic education. The research findings reveal three major points. First, the current PAI curriculum often experiences a reduction in meaning due to its dominant focus on cognitive and formalistic aspects, which results in limited attention to existential, emotional, and humanistic dimensions of students’ development. Second, the paradigm of theocentric humanism provides a philosophical framework that harmonizes human dignity with divine principles, making it highly relevant as the foundation for reorienting the PAI curriculum. Third, implementing a theocentric-humanist curriculum requires reformulation of learning objectives, reconstruction of materials, integration of Qur’anic humanistic values, and transformation of the teacher’s role into a moral and spiritual mentor. The study concludes that reorienting the PAI curriculum toward theocentric humanism is an urgent necessity to create a more relevant, moderate, and transformative educational process aimed at shaping holistic Islamic personalities. Such reorientation has the potential to strengthen students’ character, deepen spirituality, and foster social consciousness grounded in divine guidance.

Abstract

This study aims to conceptually analyze how Islamic Religious Education (PAI) undergoes a significant transformation in the era of digital intelligence through changes in pedagogical approaches, content reconstruction, and the redefinition of the teacher’s role. The research is grounded in the urgent need to align religious education with rapid technological developments that have created a new learning ecosystem—one that is more flexible, interactive, and future-oriented. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method with a literature-based approach, reviewing books, journal articles, educational policies, and recent research reports related to educational digitalization and its integration into PAI instruction. The findings reveal three major themes. First, PAI pedagogy has shifted from traditional methods toward digitally integrated approaches that utilize artificial intelligence, interactive media, learning analytics, and collaborative digital learning models. These approaches enhance student engagement and the effectiveness of value transmission. Second, PAI content has undergone substantial reconstruction by incorporating emerging digital issues such as digital ethics, information security, academic integrity, media literacy, and character formation in virtual spaces. This ensures that Islamic values remain relevant to contemporary challenges. Third, the role of PAI teachers has significantly evolved from being mere transmitters of information to becoming facilitators of digital literacy, curators of learning resources, and guides in shaping students’ character and digital ethics. Teachers are now required to master digital tools while maintaining the humanistic dimension of learning. The study concludes that the transformation of PAI in the digital intelligence era is inevitable and requires simultaneous integration between pedagogical approaches, content development, and the evolving role of teachers. These findings are expected to inform policy development, curriculum design, and further research on the implementation of digitally integrated PAI instruction across different educational contexts.

Abstract

Fenomena kekerasan di lingkungan sekolah menjadi tantangan serius bagi pendidikan Indonesia. Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) memiliki potensi strategis untuk membentuk literasi anti-kekerasan melalui penanaman nilai moral, etika, dan sosial yang berbasis ajaran Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana PAI dapat memperkuat literasi anti-kekerasan pada peserta didik, termasuk pemahaman nilai-nilai anti-kekerasan, model pembelajaran, dan strategi implementasi dalam kurikulum. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif kepustakaan (library research), dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa dokumentasi literatur primer dan sekunder terkait pendidikan agama, kekerasan di sekolah, dan literasi moral. Analisis dilakukan dengan metode content analysis, dilengkapi triangulasi teori untuk memastikan validitas konseptual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai Islam seperti rahmah, ’adl, ihsan, dan silm menjadi fondasi anti-kekerasan, namun praktik pembelajaran PAI masih dominan kognitif dan kurang kontekstual. Model pembelajaran yang efektif meliputi metode kooperatif, diskusi kasus, simulasi, role playing, dan proyek sosial, dengan guru sebagai teladan moral. Strategi implementasi kurikulum harus menekankan penguatan konten nilai perdamaian, metode humanistik, pembinaan budaya sekolah, pelatihan guru, evaluasi berkelanjutan, dan literasi digital. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa literasi anti-kekerasan melalui PAI dapat membentuk peserta didik yang kritis, empatik, toleran, dan siap menghadapi tantangan sosial secara konstruktif.
