Abstract

This study examines the development of Qur’anic exegesis (tafsir) in India and Pakistan, focusing on the Islamic scholarly traditions that have evolved in these regions. Employing a qualitative research method with literature review and text analysis, the study explores the characteristics, socio-cultural contexts, and intellectual dynamics within the tafsir traditions of South Asia. Findings reveal that tafsir in India predominantly emphasizes spiritual and Sufi approaches, whereas in Pakistan, tafsir development centers on legal and social aspects influenced by Islamic reformist movements. The advancement of digital technology has further expanded access and enriched scholarly dialogue on tafsir in both countries. This research also identifies a significant academic gap regarding comprehensive studies on Qur’anic exegesis in this region, highlighting the need for further in-depth investigation to enhance understanding of South Asian Islamic scholarship. The findings contribute valuable insights to the broader corpus of Qur’anic interpretation and support inter-cultural and inter-religious dialogue in the contemporary era

Abstract

This research discusses gender equality in the Qur'an surah an-nisa verse 34. Gender is the result of social and cultural constructions that regulate relationships between men and women. Discussions about gender are triggered by the fact that most of society is still influenced by patriarchal culture. For example, verse 34 of surah an-Nisa' in the Qur'an emphasizes that the advantages possessed by men are considered a gift given by Allah to support their role as husbands and family leaders. In this research, the author emphasizes gender analysis and connects it with the concept of equality between men and women, using descriptive-analytical methods. The objectives of this research are 1) To find out how gender is in the interpretation of Quraish Sihab and Ibn Asyur. 2). This research is Library Research, this research uses a comparative approach. Data collection techniques: 1) Collect and search for references relevant to the research object. 2) Classify books based on type (primary and secondary). 3) Selecting data, namely selecting and retrieving data related to research. 4) Verify and confirm data with other sources to ensure its validity. 5) Interpret the data that has been collected. The results of this research are that men are considered superior to women because they provide a dowry and support, have more physical strength and intelligence.

Abstract

This research aims to explore and analyze the role of Quranic ethics in the context of preaching in the era of disruption. Disruption, often caused by technological changes and social transformations, has significantly impacted the way preaching is conducted. The focus of this research is to analyze how the ethical values embedded in the Quran can provide guidance for preaching practitioners in facing the new dynamics emerging in the era of disruption. The research methodology applied is qualitative, involving the study of Quranic literature related to the ethics of preaching. Additionally, the research includes an analysis of the implementation of these ethical values in the practice of preaching during the disruptive era. The findings of the research are expected to provide a profound understanding of the relevance of Quranic ethics in addressing the challenges and opportunities of preaching in the disruption era. Furthermore, it aims to lay the groundwork for the development of more contemporary ethical guidelines for preachers and preaching practitioners.

Abstract

Digital transformation in the banking sector has created new challenges in managing employee performance, especially related to technology adoption and workload management. This study aims to evaluate the effect of innovation technology and workload towards employee performance at Bank BRI Pringsewu, considering the lack of simultaneous studies on this issue in the context of regional banks. A quantitative method was used with a survey to the entire employee population (38 respondents). Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The result shows that the implementation of innovation technology contributed positively and significantly to employee performance, while excessive workload had a negative and significant effect. This study emphasizes the importance of continuous technology training and realistic workload management to support productivity. Practical implications are directed at increasing operational efficiency through a combination of digital strategies and balanced HR management.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction and trust are the main issues in every unit operating in the service sector. However, achieving customer satisfaction is not easy because many factors influence achieving this level of satisfaction. The quality of service provided is one of the key factors. in consumer considerations regarding the level of perceived satisfaction. The purpose of this writing is to evaluate the level of customer satisfaction. PT. Abirama Mulia Persada This writing aims to evaluate the perceived level of consumer satisfaction with the company's services and performance and determine priority service criteria. The Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method is applied to assess the level of customer satisfaction. Based on the research results, it is known that consumers consist of men and women with an age range between 21 years and 31 years, totaling 34 people, 16 people aged 31 to 41 years, 14 people aged 41 to 51 years, vulnerable respondents aged 41 to 51 years. Respondents aged 51 years to 61 years were 14 people, respondents aged 61 years to 71 years were 3 people. The consumer level for PT Abirama Mulia Persada based on CSI was 79.68%, Cronbach Alpha (a) for service quality was 0.786 and Cronbach Alpha (a) for expectations and performance received a value of 0.688, which can be interpreted as being very satisfied with the service at PT Abirama Mulia Persada. This test uses SPSS Statistics 26 software.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the conceptual meaning of ḍaiq in the Qur'an through Toshihiko Izutsu's semantic analysis, as well as to articulate its relevance to spiritual and mental health in the digital age. The research method employed is qualitative-library, utilizing Toshihiko Izutsu's semantic approach to the Qur'an. The formal object of this study is the meaning of the term ḍaiq, while the material object is 12 verses containing the term. Data analysis was conducted in layers, including contextual studies, comparative meanings with juxtaposed meanings of ḍaiq, and historical research to reveal the worldview (weltanschauung) of the Qur'an. There is a shift in the worldview (weltanschauung) regarding the term ḍaiq in the Qur'an. Its meaning has evolved from physical-social pressure (Makkiyah-Madaniyah context) to a deeper psychological narrowness. The results of this study show that this psychological narrowness is relevant for analyzing phenomena in the digital age, especially Fear of Missing Out (FoMO), which is a modern manifestation of the condition of ḍaiq. This modern phenomenon of ḍaiq has a direct impact on spiritual and mental health, where feelings of isolation and anxiety hinder the attainment of peace of mind and the search for meaning in life.

Abstract

Progress change style life public the passage of time, society own assessment each to choose something product Good from quality product nor image brand. Indonesian society in the present era, start to adapt self with a style of life practical with consuming  frozen food  as it is outside the country. Objective study This is To know how to influence Quality Products and Brand Image to Sale  Frozen food  CV. Sakana Indo Prima at Bojongsari City of Depok . Study This is a study quantitative. A sample totaling 105 respondents was taken with the technique  of simple random sampling.  Data analysis used is analysis multiple linear regression, T-test, F-test, and coefficient determination. Results study based on test T, and test F, obtained that Quality Product influential positive And significant to the sale by 61.4% and Brand Image influential positive And significant to Sales by 64.2%. And Quality Product and Brand Image influential positive And significant to sales of 69.0 %.
