Abstract

General election is a means of democracy that is used to elect people's representatives to sit as legislative members in the MPR, DPR, DPD and DPRD. The election was conducted in accordance with Article 2 paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution. The 2019 election was also attended by former convicted corruption cases. This is in accordance with PKPU rules Number 20 of 2018. With this decision, an extra-judicial polemic arises which is appropriate and important to be studied more specifically and academically. The formulation of the problem in this research is, How to regulate the political rights of former convicted corruption cases as legislative candidates in the 2019 general election? What are the implications of regulating the political rights of former convicts of corruption as a candidate for legislative members in the 2019 General Elections on Human Rights? The specification of this research is normative juridical research, which is a form of research that aims to describe the applicable laws and regulations, linked to legal theories and practice of positive law enforcement, which will later be linked to the problems examined in this scientific paper. Based on the results of the analysis, answers can be obtained: 1) The Political Rights Regulation of Former Convicted Corruption Crime Cases as Legislative Candidates in the General Election Year contradicts a higher law because based on the mandate of article 4 paragraph (3) Number 20 of 2018 concerning Election Commission Regulations General as well as article 240 paragraph (1) letter (g) of Law Number 7 of 2017 concerning General Elections. Article 28 letter d of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. 2) Implications of regulating the political rights of former convicted corruption cases as candidates for legislative members in the 2019 general election against human rights, revocation of political rights for convicted corruption cases by human rights law activists (HAM) is of the view that deprivation of political rights is a violation of human rights. This is still debatable, because every sentence is basically a violation of human rights, but the violation is allowed, as long as it is based on the law.

Abstract

Kesalahan penggunaan huruf kapital dan tanda baca masih menjadi persoalan umum dalam tulisan siswa Sekolah Dasar, khususnya pada teks eksplanasi. Masalah ini berdampak pada kejelasan dan kualitas tulisan siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan ganda: (1) mendeskripsikan profil kesalahan penggunaan huruf kapital, tanda titik, serta tanda koma; dan (2) menganalisis faktor penyebab riil yang melatarbelakangi kesalahan tersebut pada siswa kelas V SDN 41 Sungai Raya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode Analisis Kesalahan Berbahasa (AKB). Teknik pengumpulan data utama adalah triangulasi studi dokumentasi terhadap 19 tulisan siswa, yang diperkuat dengan wawancara mendalam kepada guru dan siswa, serta observasi kelas untuk mengidentifikasi faktor instruksional di lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan profil kesalahan dominan adalah huruf kapital dengan 169 kasus (karena tidak digunakan di awal kalimat atau digunakan tidak tepat di tengah kalimat) diikuti tanda koma sebanyak 32 kasus (pada unsur pemerincian). Tanda titik sebanyak 27 kasus (tidak digunakan di akhir kalimat). Faktor penyebab kesalahan ini di lapangan diindikasikan karena rendahnya motivasi belajar dan ketidaktelitian siswa, serta dominasi metode pembelajaran yang kurang variatif dari guru (ceramah/penugasan). Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar perbaikan metode pembelajaran kebahasaan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis siswa. Kata Kunci: Kesalahan_Ejaan, Teks_Eksplanasi, Siswa_SD, Faktor_Penyebab.

Abstract

Geographic Information System (GIS) on web mapping form is one of new technology in developing web applications for spatial data processing. This system, is capable of  spatial data and attribute data analyzing, thus it makes user easier in using this information system. Nowadays web mapping technology not only used for spatial problems solving, but also for data analyzing. The use of GIS are in the fields of medical, politic, social, electricity, engineering etc. This research was a development of web based GIS for dissemination funding assistance for school operational ( Bantuan Operasional Sekolah = BOS) which this system was made by map server and chameleon for web mapping application. This GIS in dissemination of BOS funds program produces spatial analyzing as dissemination of BOS funding map.

Abstract

Polymer gel dosimeters are fabricated from radiation sensitive chemicals which, upon irradiation, polymerize as a function of the absorbed radiation dose. These dosimeters, which uniquely record the radiation dose distribution in three-dimensions (3D), have specific advantages when compared to one-dimensional dosimeters, such as ion chambers, and two-dimensional dosimeters, such as film. This research aims to identify and analyze research trends of Polymer gel dosimeters. This research method is descriptive and analytical. The data used in this research was obtained from documents indexed by Google Scholar from 2016-2025 using Publish or Perish and Dimension.ai. Research procedures use PRISMA guidelines. The data identified and analyzed are the type of publication, publication source, and the title of research Polymer gel dosimeters that is widely cited. The data analysis method uses bibliometric analysis assisted by VOS viewer software. The results of the analysis show that research trend indexed by Google Scholar from 2016 to 2025 has experienced ups and down. There are many documents in the form of articles, chapters, proceeding, and edited books that discuss research about Polymer gel dosimeters. Key words that are often used in research about it are Magnetic Resonance Imaging, MRI, Monte carlo simulation, Characterization, Fricke gel, Polymerization, etc.
