Abstract

Gender-based violence (GBV) has increased in the last decade, highlighting the need for significant attention to the prevention of physical and/or sexual violence. This situation is partially influenced by parenting in the family and is specifically reinforced by the involvement of fathers. This study aims to examine the effect of mindful parenting on GBV, with the father's involvement in parenting as a mediator. Data were collected using accidental sampling from 739 people (503 women and 236 men) aged between 18 to 23 years old. The instruments used in the study were the Interpersonal Mindfulness in Parenting (IM-P) scale (31 items, α = .953); the Inventory of Father Involvement (IFI) (26 items, α = .915); and the Social Norms and Beliefs about Gender-based Violence (GBV) Scale (30 items, α = .935). Mediation analysis served to test the research hypothesis. The research results indicate that mindful parenting has a significant effect on GBV, with the direct effect (β = -0.244, p < .001) being lower than the indirect effect (β = -0.582, p < .001), and the results of the Sobel test (z = -11.649, p = .000, p < .001) suggest that this effect is mediated by the father's involvement in parenting. These findings emphasize the importance of increasing societal awareness regarding the significance of father involvement in parenting to reduce gender-based violence. Fathers should provide complete care by being physically and psychologically present, which could alleviate the mother's burden and diminish gender-based violence.

Abstract

Learning difficulty is a condition experienced by students in learning which is characterized by certain obstacles to achieving the expected learning outcomes. In the learning process, both teachers and students certainly expect to achieve maximum learning goals and learning outcomes. In reality, these expectations are not always realized, there are still many students who do not achieve the expected learning outcomes. The causes of learning difficulties experienced by students can come from internal factors and external factors. This is a challenge that is always faced by teachers. Teachers play a role in helping to solve the problem of learning difficulties faced by students. One of the learning difficulties that students often experience is learning to write (dysgraphia). This literature review aims to help teachers understand and help students who have difficulty learning to write (dysgraphia). The method used is a literature study by reviewing relevant articles from 2019-2024. To handle learning difficulties in writing (dysgraphia) teachers can use word cards or picture spelling cards. In using word card learning media or picture spelling cards, teachers should always provide motivation, enthusiasm, and special attention to students who have difficulty learning to write.

Abstract

Dyslexia is the most common form of learning disability. Dyslexia is not caused by stupidity or mistakes in teaching methods by teachers. They just have difficulties with language, whether it is writing, spelling, reading or counting. This study aims to describe the multisensory method in improving reading skills in dyslexic students. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The purpose of writing this article is to describe the multisensory method that can help improve the reading ability of students with dyslexia in elementary schools. The learning method needed by dyslexic students to help overcome reading difficulties is a method that can function with all the senses to recognize or learn something, namely the multisensory method. With the multisensory method, students learn by utilizing the ability of visual memory (vision), auditory (hearing), kinesthetic (movement), and tactile (touch). The results of the study obtained that the first multisensory method was able to help improve the reading ability of students with dyslexia characteristics in elementary schools, secondly, treatment solutions that could be done to overcome learning difficulties experienced by dyslexic students

Abstract

Pada usia anak-anak tentunya dalam  keterampilan membaca dan menulis membutuhkan bimbingan yang luar biasa  dari guru, orang tua dan lingkungan sekitar. Membaca dan menulis adalah kata yang mudah untuk diucapkan tapi butuh kesabaran untuk mencapai ketrampilan membaca dan menulis yang baik.Tujuan artikel ini untuk menghidupkan belajar siswa sekolah dasar dalam kerampilan membaca dan menulis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kajian literatur. Pencarian melalui google cendekia dengan mengumpulkan artikel-artikel dari penelitian terdahulu kemudian dianalisis. Terdapat 12 artikel yang relevan mengenai ketrampilan membaca dan menulis kelas rendah. Berdasarkan hasil kajian literatur, ketrampilan membaca dan menulis diharapkan siswa memiliki keterampilan membaca dan menulis yang baik karena dengan membaca dan menulis sangat berpengaruh terhadap penyampaian ungkapan dalam bentuk tulisan dan dapat digunakan sebagai saran untuk guru agar dapat memotivasi siswanya dalam keterampilan membaca dan menulis.

Abstract

This research aims to design a flexible curriculum for children with special needs (ABK) at Pangudi Luhur Vincentius Kindergarten by taking into account the individual characteristics and potential development needs of each child. This research uses a qualitative approach and research and development methodology. Documentation studies, in-depth interviews, and observations are some of the methods used to obtain data. The urgency of this research lies in the urgent need to design a flexible curriculum that not only accommodates the diversity of children with special needs, but is also able to transform the educational paradigm from a standard model to a truly inclusive model, where each child is seen as having unique capacities that deserve to be developed optimally through intervention. personalized, adaptive and sustainable education. The interactive model is used to carry out descriptive-qualitative data analysis. Miles and Huberman. The research results show the need for adaptive curriculum design, which is able to accommodate the diversity of needs of ABK through modified learning strategies, individual assessments, and potential-based approaches. The resulting flexible curriculum design includes six main components: individual assessment, specific development targets, adaptive learning strategies, customized learning media, dynamic assessment systems, and ongoing mentoring.

Abstract

Kelekatan orang tua-anak yang terbangun pada usia dini menjadi fondasi perkembangan selanjutnya. Dengan demikian penting bagi para orang tua untuk memahami dan mengambil tindakan  secara sadar dalam mengasuh anak sejalan dengan konsep mindful parenting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan ketrampilan pengasuhan anak usia dini sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan mindful parenting.  Variabel penelitian adalah pelatihan mindful parenting dan ketrampilan pengasuhan. Metode penelitian  Pre-Experimental Design, dengan desain penelitian One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Sampel penelitian ibu-ibu PKK di Kota Semarang yang berjumlah 50 orang. Teknik sampling dengan purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian  menggunakan Interpersonal Mindfulness in Parenting (IM-P) scale (31 items, α = .953). Durasi waktu pelatihan mindful parenting adalah 2 hari dengan berpedoman pada panduan modul mindful parenting yang dibuat peneliti.  Hasil penelitian membuktikan  ada perbedaan ketrampilan pengasuhan anak usia dini sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan mindful parenting (p= .000,  p<0.05). Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan responden penelitian yang semakin memahami pentingnya mendengarkan dan berbicara, tidak menghakimi anak, memahami pentingnya mengelola emosi, bijaksana dalam pengasuhan serta welas asih kepada anak.

Abstract

The background of this research is that students are often sleepy during class hours, students often fall asleep during distance learning so they don't participate, students' school grades decrease, parents or guardians of students say that while at home their children play online games more often, students spend time playing games. from after the evening prayer until just before dawn, students forget to eat and worship because they are preoccupied with playing online games, students also experience imsonia (sleep disturbance), the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of group guidance with modeling techniques to reduce online game addiction for students of SMK Negeri 1 Sukamara . The research method used is true experimental with pretest-posttest control group design. The population in this study were all students of class XI ATPH SMK Negeri 1 Sukamara, totaling 65 students consisting of two classes, namely class XI ATPH 1 and XI ATPH 2. The try out will be held in class XI ATPH 1 with a total of 32 students. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling technique. The analysis used to test the validity is the product moment and reliability using the alpha formula. The final conclusion is based on the results of data analysis that the pretest results in the experimental group with an average of 45.8 and the control group with an average of 50.1, while the posttest results in the experimental group with an average of 63.3 and the control group with an average average 59.8. In addition, from the results of the t-test analysis, the difference between the posttest between the experimental group and the control group for online game addiction using the t-test formula was obtained at 10.3 ttable at 2.021 at a significant level of 5%, so tcount is greater than the mean ttable, meaning Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so that it can be concluded by going through the hypothesis that says "there is an effect of group guidance with modeling techniques to reduce online game addiction for students at SMK Negeri 1 Sukamara. Suggestions that can be conveyed by researchers are that supervising teachers at schools provide advanced services regarding online game addiction.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze: (1) Implementation of edupreneurship at SDN Cepokokuning Batang, (2) Achievement of graduate competencies, (3) Implementation of edupreneurship in preparing graduate competency achievements at SDN Cepokokuning. The research used a qualitative approach and a case study approach. The research subjects were grade VI students of SDN Cepokokuning, with 46 children. Data collection techniques from several research subjects were used, such as interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Qualitative data analysis was conducted interactively with the stages of (a) Data Reduction, (b) Data Display, and (c) Conclusion Drawing/ Verification. Based on the research results, the following conclusions can be drawn: (1) The implementation of edupreneurship at SDN Cepokokuning Batang involves the integration of entrepreneurial concepts in the learning process to equip students with practical skills and innovative mindsets through several implementation methods (a) project-based learning, (b) teaching factory, (c) collaboration with the business world, (d) development of business centers, (d) character education; (2) Graduate Competency Achievements (CKL) at SDN Cepokokuning Batang aim to provide a strong foundation in terms of attitude, knowledge, skills and character. Several general competency achievements for graduates of SDN Cepokokuning Batang: (a) attitude and character, (b) basic knowledge, (c) life skills, (d) independence; (3) The implementation of edupreneurship at SDN Cepokokuning Batang can help prepare graduate competency achievements by teaching creative, innovative, and entrepreneurial thinking skills from an early age. Several implementation methods can support the achievement of elementary school graduate competencies: (a) creative business-based projects, (b) learning from the surrounding environment, (c) collaboration in teams, (d) integration of subjects, (e) development of character and profile of Pancasila students.

Abstract

The problem that will be raised in this study is whether there is an effective classical guidance service with the discussion method to increase student motivation at SMA N 3 Pati. Based on the problem formulation, the purpose of this study was to find out how effective the discussion method classical guidance service was to increase student motivation at SMA N 3 Pati. This type of research is experimental. This research method uses a true experimental design with a posttest-only control design technique. The population in this study is class XI MIPA 1, XI MIPA 2, XI MIPA 3, XI MIPA 4, XI MIPA 5, XI MIPA 6, XI MIPA 7, XI MIPA 8, XI MIPA 9, XI IPS 1, XI IPS 2, and XI IPS 3 with a total of 377 students. The sample in this study was selected randomly which was then divided into 2 classes, namely XI MIPA 4 experimental class and XI MIPA 5 control class. The sampling used is cluster random sampling. The results of this research analysis revealed that the independent sample test test obtained post-test data with a value of sig, 0.006 0.05, which means that there is a difference in the increase in student motivation to learn in the group given treatment or treatment through classical guidance services with the discussion method.

Abstract

AbstractThis article aims to examine the involvement of fathers in the social-emotional development of young children. Traditionally, mothers have been considered the dominant figures in child development. However, the role of fathers should not be overlooked. Fathers also contribute significantly to the social-emotional development of children, especially as they enter school age. This article employs a literature review methodology, collecting several journal articles related to the involvement of fathers in various aspects of child development, particularly social development. The collected articles were then analyzed to draw conclusions that address the research question. The results of this study indicate that the involvement of fathers plays a crucial role in the emotional development of children.  AbstrakArtikel ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui keterlibatan ayah dalam perkembangan sosial emosional anak usia dini. Selama ini ibu selalu dianggap dominan dalam perkembangan anak.Namun peran ayah tidak dapat dipandang sebelah mata. Ayah turut juga memberi kontribusi terhadap perkembangan sosial emosional anak  selanjutnya, terutama saat memasuki usia sekolah. Artikel ini menggunakan metode penelitian studi literatur. Dengan cara mengoleksi beberapa artikel jurnal yang terkait dengan keterlibatan ayah terhadap beberapa aspek perkembangan anak terutama aspek perkembangan sosial. Kemudian, menganalisa simpulan-simpulan pada artikel – artikel yang dikumpulkan untuk memeroleh jawaban pada rumusan masalah. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah keterlibatan peran ayah merupakan bagian penting terhadap perkembangan emosional anak.
