Abstract

This research aims to analyze how learning design at Pangudi Luhur Vincentius Kindergarten can support the welfare of early childhood. Early childhood well-being includes physical, emotional, social and psychological aspects that are interrelated and influence their development. In this context, learning design is not only oriented towards academic achievement, but also towards developing children's character and social-emotional abilities. This research uses a qualitative approach by collecting data through observation, interviews and questionnaires involving teachers at Pangudi Luhur Vincentius Kindergarten. The research results show that the learning design implemented at this school has paid attention to children's welfare through the integration of social, emotional and physical activities in the learning process. In addition, this research provides recommendations regarding the importance of increasing social interaction and managing emotions in learning design to support the well-being of early childhood.Keywords: early childhood welfare, learning design, social emotional development, Pangudi Luhur Vincentius Kindergarten.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi mempengaruhi kehidupan manusia yang semakin mudah. Kemudahan dapat dirasakan semua kalangan dalam berbagai bidang. Gadget menjadi salah satu bukti perkembangan teknologi yang saat ini menjadi kebutuhan primer untuk semua kalangan. Penggunaan gadget secara berlebihan dapat berpengaruh pada tingkat konsentrasi belajar anak di sekolah. Penurunan konsentrasi belajar siswa ini tentu akan berpengaruh juga pada hasil belajarnya. Tujuan artikel ini untuk menganalisis dampak penggunaan gadget terhadap konsentrasi belajar siswa sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kajian literatur. Pencarian melalui google cendekia dengan mengumpulkan artikel-artikel dari penelitian terdahulu kemudian dianalisis. Terdapat 12 artikel yang relevan mengenai dampak gadget terhadap konsentrasi belajar siswa. Berdasarkan hasil kajian literatur, gadget memiliki pengaruh terhadap konsentrasi belajar siswa serta memunculkan dampak positif dan dampak negatif. Peran orang tua menjadi sangat penting dalam memantau dan mendampingi anak menggunakan gadget. Penggunaan gadget harus dibatasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kebermanfaatan. Anak diarahkan agar menggunakan gadget dengan baik dan bijak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konten buku miniseri AMURT sebagai upaya meningkatkan literasi numerasi anak usia 3-4 tahun. Latar belakang penelitian didasarkan pada pentingnya penguasaan literasi numerasi sejak dini sebagai fondasi perkembangan kognitif, sosial, dan kesiapan anak menghadapi tantangan pendidikan di masa depan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis konten terhadap buku miniseri AMURT usia 3-4 tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa buku miniseri AMURT efektif dalam menumbuhkan minat baca, memperkuat kemampuan bahasa, serta mengembangkan spek sosial dan karakter anak. Selain itu, integrasi unsur numerasi dalak konteks nyata dan penggunaan visual yang menarik mampu meningkatkan pemahaman konsep matematika dasar secara menyenangkan. Program Home Reading yang melibatkan orang tua secara aktif turut memperkuat lingkungan belajar anak di rumah. Dengan demikian, buku miniseri AMURT berpotensi menjadi media pembelajaran yang holistik dan efektif dalam mendukung perkembangan literasi, numerasi, dan karakter anak usia dini di PAUD

Abstract

Research on the Relationship between Self-Concept and Self-Confidence in Class XII Students of Teuku Umar High School, Semarang motivated by the lack of self-confidence of class XII students, this is indicated by the results of the AKPD (Students Needs Questionnaire) many students still chose the item "I lack self-confidence" which received a percentage of 3.26% in the high category.The aim of this research is to find out whether there is a relationship between self-concept and the self-confidence of class XII students at SMA Teuku Umar Semarang. In this research, the method used was quantitative with correlation research type, the population in this research was 142 students. This research sample took 75% of the population so that the sample used was 106 students which was determined using a saturated sampling technique.Based on the Pearson product moment correlation test, the calculated r value is 0.467, while the r table for a sample size of 106 is 0.160. Therefore, 0.467 > 0.160, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between self-concept and the self-confidence of class XII students at SMA Teuku Umar Semarang.This relationship shows a positive direction, because the calculated r value obtained in this study is positive. A positive relationship means that if self-concept is high then self-confidence is high, and vice versa if self-concept is low then self-confidence is low.Keywords: student, self concept, self confidence

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between self-concept and emotional intelligence in class XI students of SMA N 1 Babakan. The background of this study is the importance of a positive self-concept in supporting students' emotional intelligence, which ultimately has an impact on their achievement and well-being. The research method used is quantitative with a correlational approach. The sample of this study consisted of 59 students taken from a population of 395 students in class XI through a purposive sampling technique of 15%. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert scale, which was tested for reliability using Cronbach's Alpha and obtained results of 0.894 for the self-concept instrument and 0.831 for emotional intelligence, both of which were declared reliable. Data analysis was carried out using normality test, linearity test, and hypothesis testing with Pearson Product Moment correlation method processed through SPSS software version 26. The results of hypothesis testing show that there is a significant relationship between self-concept and emotional intelligence, with sig. (2-tailed) <0.05 and the correlation coefficient is positive. This shows that the better the self-concept of students, the higher the emotional intelligence they have. This study indicates that there is a relationship between self-concept and emotional intelligence in class XI students of SMA N 1 Babakan.

Abstract

Adolescent dating behavior is a social phenomenon influenced by various factors, one of which is the role of the family. This study aims to analyze the forms of adolescent dating behavior among those whose parents have migrated for work, the factors influencing such behavior, and the role of family, particularly migrant parents, in providing guidance and supervision. This research employs a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through interviews with adolescents whose parents have migrated, grandparents who serve as primary caregivers, and the parents themselves. The findings reveal that adolescents with migrant parents tend to have greater freedom in dating due to the lack of direct parental supervision and weak oversight from grandparents. The observed dating behaviors range from socially acceptable interactions to risky behaviors, such as physical contact that exceeds appropriate boundaries. The primary factors influencing adolescent dating behavior include internal drives, the influence of social media, and weak family control. Migrant parents often struggle with effective communication with their children, making it difficult to fully understand their dating patterns. Additionally, grandparents as primary caregivers tend to adopt a permissive parenting style, failing to enforce strict boundaries on adolescent dating behavior. This study contributes to the field of guidance and counseling by offering intervention strategies that can be implemented by counselors to address risky dating behavior among adolescents with migrant parents. Furthermore, it provides valuable insights for school counselors in designing effective intervention programs to support the social and emotional development of adolescents within the context of parental migration. and fostering better communication between adolescents, parents, and primary caregivers

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology brings significant benefits to life but also creates serious challenges for adolescents’ mental health. Adolescents have become increasingly vulnerable to cyberbullying, social media addiction, and social pressures that harm their emotional well-being. However, many Guidance and Counseling (BK) teachers still possess a limited understanding of digital issues and have not optimized their roles in strengthening adolescents’ emotional resilience. This limitation weakens the effectiveness of school counseling services in helping students address mental health problems caused by digital technology. To address this issue, this community service program provided a solution through training for BK teachers. The program attempted to enhance their understanding of digital issues and their impact on adolescents’ mental health, optimize the role of BK teachers in building emotional resilience through simulations, and assist them in developing Service Implementation Plans (RPL) that incorporate Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) elements. The training used lectures, group discussions, simulations, practice, and Q&A sessions. This program ran for two weeks, covering planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. The training successfully improved BK teachers’ abilities to provide more effective counseling services for students, helping adolescents maintain emotional resilience amid rapid digital advancements. Pre-test and post-test results indicate a 30.1% average increase in understanding scores, demonstrating the training’s effectiveness.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan, menguji kelayakan, dan menilai efektivitas Alat Permainan Edukatif (APE) Sensory Path dalam meningkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar anak usia dini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE yang meliputi tahapan analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Penelitian dilaksanakan di TK PGRI IV/89 Semarang dengan subjek penelitian anak usia 5–6 tahun (kelompok B) sebanyak 12 siswa dan 2 guru kelas. Proses pengembangan dimulai dari analisis kebutuhan, perancangan desain alat, pembuatan prototipe, hingga uji coba lapangan secara bertahap untuk menilai kelayakan dan efektivitas produk. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi observasi dan dokumentasi, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif berdasarkan hasil uji coba lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa APE Sensory Path dinilai layak digunakan menurut para ahli dan praktisi pendidikan anak usia dini. Implementasi alat ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kemampuan motorik kasar anak, seperti keseimbangan, koordinasi, kekuatan otot, serta kemampuan mengikuti instruksi dan konsentrasi. Anak-anak menunjukkan perkembangan yang signifikan dalam aktivitas fisik setelah menggunakan alat ini, dan aktivitas bermain menjadi lebih menyenangkan serta interaktif. Selain itu, guru juga merasa terbantu karena media ini dapat digunakan dalam berbagai variasi pembelajaran motorik. Dengan demikian, APE Sensory Path efektif dan layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran inovatif untuk mendukung dan mengoptimalkan perkembangan motorik kasar anak usia dini di lingkungan pendidikan formal. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam pengembangan media pembelajaran inovatif di Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini, serta menjadi referensi bagi guru dalam merancang aktivitas pembelajaran yang menarik dan bermakna bagi anak.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjabarkan implementasi pendidikan anti bullying di TK IT LA BA BA Mranggen Demak sebagai upaya pencegahan tindakan perundungan pada anak usia dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, sehingga memberikan gambaran mendalam mengenai strategi dan metode yang diterapkan dalam pendidikan anti bullying di TK tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa TK IT LA BA BA menerapkan berbagai metode yang disesuaikan dengan karakteristik anak usia dini. Metode bernyanyi digunakan untuk mengajarkan nilai-nilai anti bullying melalui lagu-lagu yang mudah dipahami anak, sedangkan metode bercerita dimanfaatkan oleh guru untuk menyampaikan pesan moral tentang pentingnya saling menghormati dan tidak melakukan perundungan. Selain itu, materi pembelajaran yang bermuatan nilai moral dan pendidikan agama diintegrasikan dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai positif secara konsisten. Metode pembiasaan juga diterapkan dengan membiasakan anak berperilaku baik, saling membantu, dan menghargai teman dalam kehidupan sehari-hari di sekolah. Keterlibatan orang tua melalui kegiatan parenting menjadi bagian penting dalam memperkuat pemahaman dan peran mereka dalam mencegah bullying, baik di lingkungan rumah maupun sekolah. Pendekatan holistik yang diterapkan terbukti efektif dalam menanamkan karakter positif dan mencegah terjadinya bullying di lingkungan sekolah. Implementasi pendidikan anti bullying di TK IT LA BA BA telah berhasil disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan anak usia dini melalui penanaman karakter yang menyeluruh, sehingga menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman dan nyaman bagi anak, serta mendukung perkembangan sosial dan emosional mereka secara optimal. Selain itu, keberhasilan ini juga menunjukkan pentingnya sinergi antara guru, anak, dan orang tua dalam membangun budaya sekolah yang bebas dari bullying dan penuh rasa empati.

Abstract

Abstract The Independent Curriculum encourages qualified teachers to utilize technology with the aim of improving the quality of learning in schools. It focuses on key elements of the Independent Curriculum, including basic skills and digital skills. In fact, there are still many kindergarten teachers who are not yet technologically literate and do not have access to the latest applications for create learning media. The urgency of this research is based on poor student learning outcomes due to less than optimal understanding of the material. This must be approached in an effort to improve students' cognitive skills. This research uses data collection techniques through surveys conducted with parents of students, the extent of students' understanding in learning science at school. The results show that many students have difficulty learning science. So the existence of virtual realty media can increase students' understanding in learning science. Keywords: Virtual Reality; Learning Media; Learning Effectiveness Abstrak Kurikulum Merdeka mendorong guru yang berkualitas untuk memanfaatkan teknologi dengan tujuan meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah. Berfokus pada elemen kunci dari kurikulum merdeka, termasuk keterampilan dasar dan keterampilan digital. Faktanya, masih banyak guru TK yang belum melek teknologi dan belum memiliki akses terhadap aplikasi terkini untuk membuat media pembelajaran. Urgensi penelitian ini didasari oleh buruknya hasil belajar siswa akibat pemahaman materi yang kurang optimal. Hal ini harus didekati dalam upaya meningkatkan keterampilan kognitif siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan pemahaman bahan ajar sebelum dan sesudah penerapan media pembelajaran berbasis virtual reality serta mengetahui efektivitas media pembelajaran berbasis virtual reality dalam meningkatkan keterampilan pemahaman siswa Taman kanak kanak. Penelitian ini menggunakan tehnik pengumpulan data melalui survey yang dilakukan kepada orang tua siswa, sejauh mana pemahaman siswa dalam pembelajaran sains disekolah. Hasilnya menyatakan  bahwa banyak siswa yang kesulitan dalam mempelajari sains. Sehingga dengan adanya media virtual realty dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa dalam pembelajaran sains.
