Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi potensi 17 beta estradiol dari tanaman kacang perancis (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) sebagai stimulan dalam terapi antikanker melalui pendekatan secara in-silico pada estrogen reseptor alpha. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat komputasi yaitu PyMOL, PyRx, Protein Plus dan aturan lipinski. Telah diakukan pemeriksaan dari struktur molekul dan interaksinya dengan enzim target. Hasil analisis RMSD menunjukkan bahwa kompleks reseptor 17 beta estradiol-estrogen reseptor alpha menunjukkan stabilitas yang baik dengan nilai RMSD antara 0, 1.344 dan 10.086. Hasil dari protein plus menunjukkan adanya interaksi antara 17 beta estradiol dengan estrogen reseptor alpha. Parameter kuantitaif dengan nilai binding afinity sebesar -8,3; -7,1 dan -6,6. Digunakan lima aturan lipisnki untuk mengevaluasi sifat seperti obat senyawa dengan penemuan yang menunjukkan berat molekul 250, 2 donor ikatan hidrogen, 2 akseptor ikatan hidrogen, nilai log P sebesar 1,05 dan reaktivitas molar 65.59. Penemuan ini menunjukkan bahwa 17 beta estradiol memiliki potensi terapeutik dalam pengobatan terapi antikanker.

Abstract

Feoforbid adalah salah satu turunan klorofil yang telah menarik perhatian dalam penelitian ilmiah karena potensinya sebagai pigmen alami dengan berbagai aplikasi. Pigmen ini, yang diperoleh melalui degradasi klorofil, memiliki kemampuan unik dalam berinteraksi dengan cahaya dan menghasilkan spesies oksigen reaktif. Hal ini menjadikannya kandidat kuat untuk aplikasi dalam terapi fotodinamik, terutama dalam pengobatan kanker. Selain itu, feoforbid juga digunakan dalam industri kosmetik karena kemampuannya untuk melindungi kulit dari kerusakan akibat radiasi UV dan sebagai bahan anti-penuaan. Penggunaan feoforbid tidak hanya terbatas pada bidang medis dan kosmetik, tetapi juga memiliki peran penting dalam ekologi, seperti dalam studi penggembalaan mikrofitobentos dan pengendalian parasit akuatik. Oleh karena itu, feoforbid merupakan pigmen yang sangat potensial dengan aplikasi yang luas di berbagai bidang.

Abstract

Materi termokimia adalah salah satu topik pembelajaran yang sulit untuk dipelajari peserta didik sehingga diperlukan bahan ajar yang dapat membantu peserta didik untuk menguasai materi ini. Salah satu bahan ajar yang bisa dikembangkan yaitu Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) berbasis GDL. Model GDL diterapkan untuk melatih peserta didik dalam menemukan konsep secara mandiri dan membantu peserta didik dalam memperoleh keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar dalam bentuk LKPD yang diharapkan mampu meningkatkan antusiasme peserta didik dalam belajar dan mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis mereka. Dengan menggunakan model pengembangan plomp, dikembangkan LKPD berbasis GDL pada materi termokimia untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran menggunakan kurikulum merdeka pada fase F kelas XI SMA/MA. Uji validitas yang dilakukan pada LKPD didapatkan nilai validitas LKPD sebesar 0,9 dengan kategori valid.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji potensi interaksi antara melatonin yang diekstrak dari biji jagung (Zea mays) dengan Quionone Reductase sebagai upaya menghambat penyakit kanker. Metode yang digunakan mencakup simulasi molekuler dengan bantuan perangkat lunak PyMOL dan PyRx, serta analisis Lipinski's Rule of Five untuk mengevaluasi farmakokinetika melatonin. Hasil docking menunjukkan nilai binding affinity melatonin sebesar -7,8, -7,2, dan -7,1, yang menunjukkan afinitas tinggi terhadap Quionone Reductase. Selain itu, nilai RMSD yang rendah, yaitu 1,743,;2,361; dan 2,386 menunjukkan bahwa interaksi antara melatonin dan Quionone Reductase stabil dan akurat dalam model molekuler ini. Hasil ini mendukung hipotesis bahwa melatonin dari biji jagung berpotensi berinteraksi dengan Quionone Reductase dan dapat dikembangkan sebagai agen terapeutik untuk kanker.

Abstract

This article focuses on the modification of titanium oxide (TiO2) using metal doping to improve its photocatalytic activity in photochemical water splitting systems. TiO2 is a widely used photocatalyst, which has a wide band gap energy and rapid recombination of photogenerated electron-hole pairs, thus reducing the efficiency of photochemical water splitting systems. Metal doping, such as Pt, Cu, Fe, and V metals can lower the band gap energy of the photocatalyst, increase the absorption of visible light, and reduce electron-hole recombination. Modified TiO2 shows promising results in photochemical water splitting, utilising a wider range of visible light from the solar spectrum thereby improving the efficiency of the photochemical water splitting system.

Abstract

There has been concealed on the processing of trash fish into animal feed in Nagari Pilubang, Padang Pariaman Regency. The majority of the Pilubang community are fishermen. However, so far the trash fish caught have not been processed properly. Meanwhile, trash fish has the potential to be used as animal feed because it contains high protein. Through this PKM activity, the community receives education and training regarding the application of technology for processing trash fish into animal feed using appropriate technology. The animal feed was made from trash fish is processed using a fermentation process. From the results of this activity, it is known that community knowledge has increased and is very useful for implementation by the community in Nagari Pilubang

Abstract

This study aims to develop teaching materials to support merdeka curriculum learning on stoichiometry material phase F SMA / MA. This research uses the Eduactional Design Research (EDR) method with the Plomp development model which consists of three stages, namely the preliminary research stage, the development or prototyping phase, and the trial and assessment phase. Data collection was carried out using validity and practicality questionnaires. The subjects of this study were three chemistry lecturers, two chemistry teachers and nine students with high, medium and low ability levels. The validity questionnaire was given to three chemistry lecturers and two chemistry teachers while the practicality questionnaire was given to two chemistry teachers and nine students. The results showed that the validity test obtained a validity value of 88% which was declared a valid category. While the results of the practicality test for chemistry teachers obtained a value of 91% which was declared a very practical category and the results for students obtained a value of 93% which was declared a very practical category. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the development of teaching materials to support merdeka curriculum learning in SMA/MA phase F stoichiometry material was valid and practical

Abstract

This development research was conducted to develop a teaching material in the form of a project-based learning worksheet (LKPD) based on chemo-entrepreneurship-oriented learning on hydrocarbon material for phase F SMA / MA. The validity and level of practicality will be known. The type of research used is educational design research (EDR) with the Plomp development model which has three stages, namely preliminary research (initial investigation), prototyping phase (prototype formation stage), and assessment phase (assessment/testing). However, the assessment phase was not carried out in this study where the research was carried out until the results of the validity and practicality of the LKPD were obtained. The validity test was conducted by 3 chemistry lecturers at FMPA UNP and 2 chemistry teachers at SMAN 3 Padang using a validity questionnaire sheet. Practicality was conducted by 2 chemistry teachers and 9 students of phase F SMAN 3 Padang. The results of the study based on the validity test showed an average Aiken'V 0.87 with a valid category and based on the practicality test showed an average of 90% by students with a very practical category and 94% by teachers with a very practical category. The research results of project-based learning-based LKPD oriented chemo-entrepreneurship on hydrocarbon material for phase F SMA / MA have been valid and practical.

Abstract

The project-based learning model is one of the learning models that supports the application of concepts in everyday life. From the results of the questionnaire given, Project Based Learning-based LKPD is needed and it is very important to compile Project Based Learning-based stoichiometry LKPD in supporting learning in the era of an independent curriculum. The type of research used is development research or Educational Design Research (EDR) with the Plomp development model by Tjeerd Plomp. The research was conducted at SMA Negeri 4 Padang with research subjects namely 3 Chemistry Lecturers FMIPA UNP, 2 SMA Negeri 4 Padang teachers and 9 students of class XI SMA Negeri 4 Padang. The object of research is LKPD based on project-based learning on stoichiometry material by utilizing organic waste for phase F SMA / MA. In terms of research, Plomp as a development study has 3 main stages, namely the initial research stage, the prototype formation stage, and the assessment stage. The results showed that all aspects assessed in each component of the validation of project-based learning-based LKPD on stoichiometry material by utilizing organic waste for phase F SMA / MA obtained an average V value of 0.92 with a valid category. The results are very practical for teachers with an average practicality of 91% and practicality for students is very practical with an average practicality of 89%. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the development of LKPD based on project-based learning on stoichiometric material by utilizing organic waste for phase F SMA / MA was developed valid and practical.

Abstract

Teaching materials for Sekolah Penggerak should be prepared based on a creative thinking learning model such as project-based learning (PjBL). However, based on the needs and situation of teachers towards the implementation of PjBL-based learning, implementation of PjBL in learning is still low, since the teachers in Padang need the advance training of preparation in PjBL learning material. The Community service activities have been carried out to provide experienced chemistry teachers in developing teaching materials based on Project-Based Learning. The implementation methods carried out in this activity are: (1) Analyzing the needs and situation of teachers towards the implementation of PjBL-based learning through questionnaires distributed, (2) Submission of material to service participants related to the PjBL learning model and syntax in this learning model explained by the speaker, then (3) Teachers are given the task of compiling and designing chemistry LKPDs using the PjBL model, (4) Teachers will present the results of the LKPD design compiled, and (5) evaluation of activities. The results of the service activities carried out can provide experience and understanding for chemistry teachers in Padang city regarding the PjBL learning model. Participants who attended this service activity could prepare chemistry teaching materials using the PjBL model so that teachers could be more innovative and creative. This activity service can provide motivation for teachers to prepare teaching materials in accordance with the demands of the Kurikulum Merdeka, especially in the implementation of project-based learning.
