Metode yang0digunakan dalam pemilihan0objek pada penelitian ini0adalahpurposive sampling0yang melibatkan 13 perusahaan0manufaktur yang0terdaftar di Bursa0EfekIndonesia (BEI)0periode 2017-2021 dengan0periode pengamatan0selama 5 (lima) tahun0adalah sebanyak065 sampel0perusahaan. Model analisis0yang digunakan dalam0penelitian ini adalah0model analisis regresi0linier berganda0yang dilakukan dengan0bantuan program0SPSS versi 26 for0window. Hasil0penelitian ini menunjukkan0bahwa Kebijakan0Dividen (DPR) dan Profitabilitas0(ROE)berpengaruh0signifikan terhadap0nilai perusahaan.0sedangkan Kebijakan0hutang (DER) tidak0menunjukkan pengaruh0yang signifikan0terhadap terhadap0nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Behavioral investing seeks to understand and exploit psychological biases in financial decision-making. It is based on the idea that investors are often influenced by psychological factors such as emotions, heuristics, and social norms, which can lead to systematic errors in judgment. These biases can cause investors to make irrational or suboptimal decisions, which can have negative consequences for their financial well-being. Behavioral investors aim to identify these biases to make more rational and profitable investment decisions. This research using bibliometric analysis from 246 article was published in a reputable (SCOPUS), peer-reviewed journal that is included in an index of scholarly literature. Bibliometric analysis is a method of analyzing and quantifying the characteristics of a set of publications, to study the trends and patterns in the existing research on herding behavior. Based on the research reviewed, it appears that herding behavior is a complex phenomenon that is influenced by various factors, including psychological biases, environmental conditions, and market conditions. It is often studied in the context of behavioral finance and investor behavior, and is relevant to the study of market efficiency and capital markets.

Abstract

Currently, there are still many MSMEs in the regions that have not been connected to the digital ecosystem. This results in limited market reach, a lack of visibility, a lack of operational efficiency, and difficulty competing in the digital market. The purpose of this study is to review the adoption of e-commerce among MSMEs during the COVID-19 pandemic within the scope of the organization. Integrating the TOE framework (technology, organization, environment) with trust is carried out to explain the key parameters behind the adoption of e-commerce by MSMEs. This study collected samples using a saturated sample technique from 181 people who were members of the population. There were 153 questionnaires that were returned in full for further analysis using SEM-PLS modeling. The test results showed that technology did not have a significant influence on the adoption of e-commerce. Organizations, the environment during the pandemic, and trust have had a significant influence on the adoption of e-commerce. In addition, organizations that are moderated by trust have no significant effect on e-commerce adoption. The role of trust is as a moderation predictor. This research shows that the TOE framework is still strong enough to be used in explaining the adoption of e-commerce by MSMEs. This research also expands the TOE framework, where trust can also influence MSMEs to adopt e-commerce. Researchers and managers can use the set of variables that have been identified to strategize the adoption of e-commerce by MSMEs. This study presents a series of variables that can be used to study the adoption of e-commerce by MSMEs in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Distributive Justice, Organizational Culture and Affective Commitment either partially or simultaneously on the Job Satisfaction of Employees of PT Kyokuyo Industrial Indonesia. The type of research used is quantitative research. Sampling using the Non-Probability Sampling method with saturated sampling technique with a total sample of 100 respondents. The analytical methods used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test and f test, coefficient of determination test using SPSS 16 program. The results of the study at a significance level of 5% showed that: 1) distributive justice had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction as indicated by the t count of 3.588 with a significance of 0.001. 2) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction as indicated by the t count of 2.430 with a significance of 0.017. 3) affective commitment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction as indicated by the t count of 2,940 with a significance of 0.006. 4) distributive justice, organizational culture and affective commitment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction as indicated by the f count of 5.696 with a significance of 0.001. The coefficient of determination value is 0.636, which means that distributive justice, organizational culture and affective commitment affect job satisfaction 63.6% and the remaining 30.4% is influenced by other factors outside the research variables.

Abstract

Bakso adalah makanan yang mudah ditemukan di Indonesia. Tidak hanya dari peminat bakso yang banyak, UMKM yang memproduksi bakso pun juga banyak. Hal ini membuat produsen bakso harus mempunyai keunggulan bersaing. Produksi yang efisien dan efektif dapat menjadi keunggulan bersaing. Dimana Standar Operasional Prosedur dibutuhkan menuju keunggulan bersaing bagi UMKM. Bakso pentol shena adalah UMKM yang memproduksi bakso di Cikarang Utara. Permintaan semakin banyak dan produsen mengalami kendala antara lain waktu produksi yang lama dan dikerjakan oleh satu orang, hal ini membuat tidak efektif. Kemudian dari permasalahan ini, dibuatlah Standar Operasional Prosedur untuk memproduksi bakso pentol shena. Setelah dilakukan diskusi dengan mitra, SOP kemudian dibuat dan diimplementasikan. SOP ini membantu sekali UMKM Bakso Pentol Shena karena waktu produksi menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien diantaranya produksi bisa dilakukan oleh karyawan dengan rasa dan bentuk yang sama karena instruksi telah dituangkan dalam SOP. Selain itu, tim pengabdian masyarakat melakukan re layout tempat produksi. Dengan SOP yang telah dijalankan dan layout yang baru, waktu produksi menjadi lebih cepat.

Abstract

MSMEs are the economic driving sector, but at this time there are many fraud in this sector. The main problem of MSMEs is Supply Chain Management. Blockchain technology is believed to be a solution. The purpose of this study is to determine the adoption of blockchain in the supply chain management for Indonesian MSMEs. This research was conducted on 193 Indonesian MSMEs. Data was collected by distributing online questionnaires. The method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Data is processed using Smart PLS. The results of this study are competitive pressure significantly affect behavior in intention, complexity has no significant effect on behavioral intention, complexity has a significant effect on the cost, complexity has a significant effect on upper management support, cost has no significant effect on behavioral intention, market dynamics has no significant effect on behavioral intention, Regulatory Support does not significantly effect on behavioral intention, relative advantage has a significant effect on behavioral intention, relative advantage has a significant effect on the cost, relative advantage significantly influences upper management support, and upper management support significantly affect behavior intention. From the results of this study, the results obtained that MSMEs believe the blockchain can facilitate supply chain but there must be a clear legal support and cost to adopt the blockchain.

Abstract

Persaingan global menjadi sangat penting untuk memaksimalkan kinerja perusahaan, dari segi ekternal atau internal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh supply chain management terhadap kinerja perusahaan melalui keunggulan bersaing sebagai variabel mediasi studi pada kasus seller lazada di kabupaten cirebon kecamatan kaliwedi. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Sampel Jenuh yaitu 180 responden yang menjadi mitra ninja ekspress di kabupaten cirebon kecamatan kaliwedi. Untuk menganalisis data yaitu menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan model persamaan struktural (SEM) dengan IBM Statistics AMOS. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu (1) Dampak positif dari manajemen rantai pasokan pada keunggulan bersaing adalah signifikan. (2) Dampak positif signifikan dari supply chain management terhadap kinerja perusahaan.(3) Dampak positif tidak signifikan dari keunggulan bersaing terhadap kinerja perusahaan. (4) Dampak positif tidak signifikan dari supply chain management terhadap kinerja perusahaan melalui keunggulan bersaing sebagai mediasi.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to determine the development and novelty of the financial behavior models most commonly used by researchers to predict financial actions. Methodology/approach – The research was conducted using a Systematic Literature Review approach by selecting articles from the Google Scholar index without limiting the year of publication so that all articles with financial behavior studies could appear. The reports were collected using publish or perish and then analyzed bibliometrically using VOS Viewer before being explored by abstraction and content. The flow of data selection in the study was carried out using the Prism method for 981 documents. Findings – The research results show that the study of financial behavior began in 1966 and continues to offer an increasing research trend. Models for describing the phenomenon of financial behavior continue to emerge, and one is mutually reinforcing with another. The models often discussed are the psychological model, the socialization model, the economic model, and the REMM model. Novelty/value – From the models discussed, a model has yet to be found to explain precisely the phenomenon of financial behavior in individual humans. These models are only alternatives, and it does not mean that one model can represent the complexity of human behavior toward finance; what is essential is the extent to which the model is consistent with the observed human behavior.

The research results show that seblak MSME entrepreneurs are generally individuals or families with relatively small This research aims to analyze the profile of seblak MSME entrepreneurs, the marketing strategies implemented, the challenges faced, and the contribution of this business to the local economy. This study also aims to identify the key factors that influence the success and sustainability of seblak MSMEs. The research method used is a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches. Primary data were obtained through in-depth interviews with seblak business owners in several regions and surveys of seblak consumers. Secondary data were collected from related business capital. Effective marketing strategies include the use of social media, product innovation, and word-of-mouth promotion. The main challenges faced are intense competition, fluctuations in raw material prices, and limited access to capital. Nevertheless, seblak MSMEs make a positive contribution to the local economy, especially in creating jobs and increasing community income. The key factors influencing the success of seblak MSMEs include product quality, customer service, business location, and the ability to adapt to market changes. This research suggests the need for support from the government and related parties in the form of training, access to capital, and marketing facilitation to enhance the competitiveness and sustainability of seblak MSMEs. Abstract

Perkembangan UMKM yang menibgkat mempengaruhi persaingan bisnis adalah pada badan usaha kecil, maupun rumah tangga yang telah memenuhi kriteria sebagai usaha mikro. Untuk memajukan UMKM diperlukan kinerja optimal dari para karyawan, sehingga tujuan dari UMKM itu sendiri bisa tercapai. Namun banyak faktor untuk menunjang kinerja karyawan secara optimal salah satunya dari servant leadership. Pemimpin yang melayani harus mampu menjadi rule model bagi karyawan agar karyawan tersebut bisa mencontoh sikap positif dari pemimpinnya. Pemimpin harus bisa memotivasi dan juga mengetahui kepribadian dari para karyawan untuk mempermudah pemimpin dalam menjalankan pekerjaannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh servant leadeship dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepribadian sebagai moderasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan probability sampling dengan sampel jenuh dan jumlah responden 157 UMKM di cikarang selatan. Alat uji analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu WrapPLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa servant leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepribadian berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, servant leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimoderasi oleh kepribadian dan motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimoderasi oleh kepribadian.
