Abstract

Public services are one of the important tasks that cannot be ignored by local governments because if the service component experiences stagnation, it is almost certain that all sectors will impact congestion. Therefore, there needs to be good planning and even needs to be formulated service standards for the community in accordance with the authority given by central government to local government. By providing positive and quality services, empirically, on the one hand, it will create satisfaction, happiness, and welfare of the community, which in turn will be able to realize village development goals. The purpose of this community service is to find out the role of service through Service Transformation by Implementing the Village Information System Web towards the people of Cipayung village. In community service in Cipayung village, East Cikarang district, there are 4 methods used, namely observation, interviews, training, and counseling. Implementation of the Cipayung Village Information System Web plays a role in informing the existence of Cipayung village, improving online village services, inputting data digitally, providing information on the wall, and having a neat file storage layout

Abstract

Globalization era gives quite an impact wide in various aspect life, incl demands in implementation of education. One of challenge real the is that education should capably produce resource humans who have competence, therefore That Transformation education through literacy holistic capable create development, updates and adjustments paradigm educator with demands era educational human resources are superior, creative, and innovative, among others with apply innovation digital technology as means for expand range transformation education culture. Use of online platforms, social media, and applications education help connect public with information, inspire participation active, and open door for learning collaborative. The impact covers enhancement participation in discussion, training, and dissemination of information related environment and literacy. The purpose of devotion to the public is to apply the role of education through educational transformation through literacy holistic with apply innovation digital technology. Methods used are observation, interviews, training, and counseling. Abstract

Quality is a requirement for a product that will be distributed to consumers. Quality is also a competitive advantage for the company. PT NKR Industri as a company that produces paper still has not met the target to reduce the number of product defects. Product defects set by the company are a maximum of 3%, but currently product defects are up to 5%. Seven tools are tools used to control quality. This research is quantitative research. Data was collected through interviews and direct observation. The population and sample in this research is defect data on honeycomb board machines for the period July to December 2022. The data analysis technique uses seven tools. After mapping with seven tools, one of which is through a fishbone diagram, product defects that occur are caused by environmental factors consisting of room temperature, material factors consisting of damp paper and expired glue, method factors consisting of the dandori method is not suitable, machine factors consisting of less maintenance and the equipment has entered a maintenance period, the measurement factor consists of less carefull measurement process, and finally the man factor consists of lack of knowledge and not carefull.

Abstract

Industry in Indonesia faces challenges that are not easy. Companies are required to be able to increase their competitive advantage, both in the domestic and global markets. Companies are trying to implement various management systems, including management systems, including Just in Time (JIT) and Total Quality Management (TQM) in order to improve company performance. This study aims to: 1) determine and analyze the effect of just in time on total quality management. 2) determine and analyze the effect of total quality management on operational performance, 3) determine and analyze the effect of just in time on operational performance. The type of research is causal associative. The data used is primary data obtained through questionnaires were prepared with closed questions using a semantic differential scale. The number of samples used was 270 and the regression analysis used the AMOS computer program. The results state that just in time has a positive effect on total quality management. Total Quality management has a positive effect on operational performance. Just in time has a positive effect on operational performance, but the indirect effect on operational performance through total quality management becomes stronger.
