Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of organizational commitment in mediating the effect of job satisfaction and compensation on employee performance at the Ongan & Kimi Sushi. The sample in this research is the entire population of 30 people. This research uses a Likert scale to measure variables when testing the validity and reliability of variables. Data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews, and surveys. This research uses Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results of the research indicate (1) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, (2) compensation has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, (3) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (4) compensation has a positive effect and significant effect on employee performance, (5) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (6) organizational commitment does not mediate the relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance, and (7) organizational commitment partially mediates the relationship between compensation and performance employee.

Abstract

Lebah Kele sudah lama dikenal oleh masyarakat. Lebah kele merupakan salah satu jenis lebah menghasilkan madu dengan jumlah propolis yang banyak dibandingkan jenis lebah madu lainnya. Baik Madu maupun kandungan propolis yang dihasilkan menginsipirasi peternak salah satunya berada di desa Antiga, kecamatan Manggis, Kabupaten Karangasem untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kebermanfaatan ternak lebah kele ini. Limbah propolis, madu yang dihasilkan peternak lebah kele ternyata dapat diolah menjadi sabun. Pengolahan limbah propolis menjadi sabun dapat meningkatkan nilai tambah bagi peternak ini. Permasalahannya penting meningkatkan pengetahuan bagaimana agar sabun tersebut dapat ditingkatkan penjualannya. Dalam membantu peningkatan penjualan menginspirasi tim peneliti dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian dengan memberikan penyuluhan dalam upaya meningkatkan jumlah pemasaran produk, motivasi sumber daya manusia serta penentuan harga jual produk.

Abstract

Company leaders have different potential and planning strategies. To develop a company requires leadership and team support. Many of the work teams do not experience positions alternately so that it affects the company's performance commitment. the research method uses library research by collecting several leadership theories and company The purpose of this study is to analyze the leadership model of the exchange of working team members to develop private companies in Indonesia. The results of the study explain that a company led by an entrepreneurial spirit, charismatic, democratic model is able to improve team performance so that the company can develop quickly through planning strategies and periodic evaluations from leaders and members of the work team. To thrive in the future and be profitable, teams and organizations can work alternately in a job title in a team member exchange leadership system.

Abstract

Village-Owned Enterprises were established by Village communities in an effort to improve the Village economy through efforts to manage existing natural resources, social potential and economic potential. Therefore, it is necessary to manage Bumdes management professionally so that it is in accordance with its vision and mission. The success of the vision and mission can be determined by competent human resources who are committed to their duties and responsibilities. This service aims to improve performance at Bumdes Segara Giri in Sanur Kauh Village, starting with analyzing the village's potential for preparing a clear and focused business plan, managing production or service provision, marketing and promotion of products or services produced, regular financial management. as well as transparency as well as developing skills and increasing the capacity of human resources. This service begins with interviews and documentation methods with several sources and is supported by documentation. In terms of implementation, the principles of management have been carried out in accordance with the performance analysis of the BUMDes, but there is still a need for steps or strategies so that a good improvement in BUMDes performance can be achieved optimally. This condition is motivated by the limited understanding of human resources. The results of the service show that Bumdes Segara Giri generally has good performance such as providing quality service to the community and maintaining its sustainability, but there are inhibiting factors that require improvement efforts and recommendations to achieve good management.

Abstract

Kawasan Pantai Matahari Terbit merupakan salah satu pantai di Sanur yang menjadi salah satu pantai favorit bagi wisatawan untuk menikmati kuliner. Selain kuliner, pembangunan pelabuhan resmi selesai dan beroperasi pada tanggal 18 Desember 2022. Peningkatan jumlah pengunjung pelabuhan cukup meningkat berdasarkan data terakhir hampir 150 ribu penumpang yang telah melakukan perjalanan melalui fasilitas ini. Peningkatan jumlah pengunjung bukan hanya dipadati oleh wisatawan, namun juga aktivitas keagamaan masyarakat sekitar di Petunon. Kompleksitas ini membuat perlunya adanya adaptasi yang cukup pesat dikarenakan banyaknya fasilitas yang diperlukan setelah pembangunan Pelabuhan Sanur telah selesai. Dampak keberadaan pelabuhan terhadap kawasan Matahari Terbit dapat bersifat positif dan negatif. Sisi positifnya, pelabuhan dapat memberikan manfaat ekonomi dengan menciptakan lapangan kerja, menarik wisatawan, dan meningkatkan perdagangan. Selain itu, pelabuhan yang dirancang dan dipelihara dengan baik juga dapat meningkatkan nilai estetika dan rekreasi kawasan secara keseluruhan. Sisi negatifnya, pelabuhan juga dapat menyebabkan degradasi lingkungan, seperti pencemaran dan perusakan ekosistem pesisir, serta peningkatan lalu lintas dan kebisingan. Dampak pelabuhan dapat dikurangi dengan menerapkan praktik pembangunan berkelanjutan dan melakukan penilaian lingkungan secara teratur. Pengabdian ini merespon adanya kebutuhan akan rencana induk atau masterplan kawasan Pantai Matahari Terbit dan juga integrasi keseluruhan fasilitas untuk meningkatkan kenyamanan dan keberlanjutan kawasan.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of service quality and brand image on repurchase intention with trust as a mediating variable among e-marketplace users in Bali Province. The method used in the research is quantitative with a questionnaire carried out systematically in accordance with the research objectives. The population in this research is the people of Bali Province who have used e-marketplaces for online shopping with a total of 130 respondents. This research uses 5 Likert scales to measure variables when testing the validity and reliability of variables. This research was analyzed using PLS-based SEM. The research results show that (1) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention (2) Brand image has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention (3) Trust has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention (4) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on trust (5) Brand image has a positive and significant effect on trust (6) Service quality has a significant effect on repurchase intention through trust (7) Brand image has a significant effect on repurchase intention through trust. It is recommended that future researchers add alternative constructs that influence repurchase intention such as customer satisfaction, e-WOM, price, promotions, etc. as well as increasing references related to research.

Abstract

Employee performance is not yet optimal, seen from the effectiveness of resolving complaints and grievances. Employee performance refers to individual work performance which is regulated based on standards or criteria set by an organization. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of workload and job satisfaction on employee performance with work motivation as a mediating variable. The population in this study were all permanent employees of Perumda Tirta Mangutama, totaling 293. The sample was determined using the Slovin formula with the sampling technique used was proportional stratified random sampling, so that 75 respondents were obtained. The data analysis method used uses descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The research results show that workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Workload has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. The mediating effect of work motivation shows that work motivation acts as a partial mediator on the influence of workload and job satisfaction on employee performance.

Abstract

Matahari Terbit Beach in Sanur plays a vital role in the lives of the local community, both as a popular tourist destination and as a location for traditional ceremonies such as ngaben. However, zoning changes due to the relocation of the Sanur port have presented significant challenges, including a decline in revenue for vendors along the beach and a lack of nighttime tourist attractions. This community service project aims to develop a master plan that integrates the cultural, social, and economic needs of the local community with sustainable tourism potential. The methods used include field surveys, data analysis, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD) with the local community to produce environmentally friendly and sustainable area designs. The planning outcomes include the reorganization of the commercial area, the utilization of reclaimed land for social facilities, and the development of a multifunctional pavilion (wantilan). This concept is expected to improve the quality of life for the community, strengthen the local economy, and maintain the balance of the local ecosystem and culture. The more integrated area planning is intended to serve as a reference for sustainable development at Matahari Terbit Beach, ensuring that the area continues to function as a center for traditional activities and an attractive tourist destination.

Abstract

Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (LPD) merupakan lembaga keuangan mikro memiliki peran penting dalam mendorong perekonomian di tingkat desa. Namun, sejumlah LPD tingkat kesehatannya kurang baik. Beberapa media massa menuliskan, terdapat oknum pengelola LPD terjerat kasus penggelapan dana LPD. Informasi ini memberikan makna bahwa integritas pengelola LPD masih lemah. Untuk itu, tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat melaksanakan pengabdian dalam bentuk ceramah penguatan integritas kepemimpinan LPD di Desa Gunaksa-Klungkung. Kegiatan PKM menghadirkan narasumber Prof. Dr. I Wayan Gede Supartha, SE., SU, didampingingi oleh tim PKM Dr. Drs. I Wayan Gde Sarmawa, MM., Dr. Ida Bagus Udayana Putra, Dr. I Gusti Lanang Putu Tantra. M.Si, beserta mahasiswa dari Universitas Warmadewa. Hadir dalam kegiatan tersebut Bendesa Adat, Prebekel, Ketua dan anggota LPD Desa Gunaksa. Kegiatan berlangsung selama satu hari. Hasil pelaksanaan PKM ini diharapkan mampu menumbuh-kembangkan semangat kepemimpinan yang berintegritas tinggi dalam pengelolaan LPD, sehingga mampu meningkatkan perannya sebagai penggerak ekonomi desa untuk kesejahteraan Masyarakat desa.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) plays a strategic role in achieving company goals, especially in the public service sector, such as PT Jasa Raharja. This study analyzes the influence of organizational culture and self-efficacy on productivity and intrinsic motivation, with a population of all PT Jasa Raharja Bali Branch employees in Denpasar. The sample used was a saturated sample of 51 respondents. The data collection method is a questionnaire. The analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is inferential analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study indicate that organizational culture does not have a significant effect on employee productivity and intrinsic motivation. On the contrary, self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on both. Intrinsic motivation also has a positive effect on productivity but is only able to mediate the relationship between self-efficacy and productivity, not between organizational culture and productivity. Based on the Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA), individual behavior is influenced by subjective attitudes and norms. Although the organizational culture at PT Jasa Raharja Bali is quite good, its impact on productivity has not been felt because employee attitudes are not positive enough and social pressure to implement them is weak. On the other hand, self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation are closely related to these attitudes and norms. Employee self-confidence in completing tasks can strengthen positive attitudes and increase work motivation.
