Abstract

Database is a fundamental component of an information system, where its development or use must be viewed from a broader perspective based on the needs of the organization. With the database all work becomes easier, both in data processing and viewing the output of the data. However, in addition to this convenience, it takes the security side of each record in the database to maintain data confidentiality. Implementation of Classical Cryptography in database security is made using the PHP Programming Language and MySQL Database. The classical cryptographic algorithm applied in this study is the Railfence Ciper Algorithm. Applications and application databases are uploaded online through the hosting domain https://kriptografihidayat.my.id/ and can be accessed from anywhere and anytime via the internet. Based on the tests that have been carried out, the results show that the application is able to secure the employee database in each storage field, and the functionality of the application runs as expected. The key used cannot be changed dynamically, but can be changed statically because it has been integrated into the program code to perform encryption and decryption on each input field. Record Table in the employee database that has been encrypted using the Railfence Ciper algorithm, so it cannot be read. Wireshark managed to capture the packet, but it was detected that there was an encryption process going on.

Abstract

Dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepada mahasiswa perguruan tinggi secara terus menerus berupaya meningkatkan pelayanan guna memenuhi kepuasan mahasiswa. Universitas berkomitmen untuk memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada mahasiswa. Hal ini dilakukan untuk memenuhi harapan mahasiswa terkait pelayanan yang menjadi hak mahasiswa. Dengan cara ini, pihak Universitas berharap mendapatkan hal-hal yang perlu dievaluasi sesuai dengan tolak ukur yang telah ditetapkan oleh pihak universitas. Pentingnya melihat penilaian mahasiswa merupakan salah satu faktor utama bagi perguruan tinggi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Pieces untuk mengukur baik buruknya nilai variabel yang diterapkan dalam kualitas pelayanan dengan variabel (Performance, Information, Economics, Control and Security, Efficiency dan Service). Tujuannya untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Univeritas di bidang keuangan. Hasil dari penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode PIECES sangat efektif karena menganalisa sistem pervariabel sehingga layanan dapat dievaluasi lebih detail. Berdasarkan hasil rekapitulasi penilaian terlihat keseluruhan variabel memperoleh nilai akhir3,8, ini menunjukan seluruh variabel PIECES mendapat kategori penilaian puas, sehingga bisa dikatakan loyalitas layanan berperan dengan baik dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan. Dengan adanya analisis ini diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran pada universitas dalam melihat nilai setiap bidang layanan dalam memberikan pelayanan berdasarkan indikator performance, indikator information, indikator economis, indikator control, indikator efficiency dan indikator services.

Abstract

Penclusteran Data curah hujan Kota Bengkulu dengan Fuzzy Clustering menggunakan Algoritma Mixture dan mengevaluasi performasi Algoritma Mixture dalam menghasilkan tingkat keakuratan lokasi prakiraan curah hujan bulanan di Stasiun Klimatologi Pulau Baai Bengkulu. Data curah hujan Kota Bengkulu di analisis menggunakan algoritma Mixture dimana pengujian dilakukan menggunakan software matlab dan software SOCR. Dalam mengelompokkan data curah hujan Kota Bengkulu, Algoritma Gaussian Mixture Modelling berdasarkan dengan distribusi statistik yang dapat mengetahui overlapping data dalam sebuah cluster. Dari hasil pengujian Algoritma Mixtures untuk mendapatkan alternatif yang terbaik, dapat digunakan untuk memecahkan masalah dalam mengelompokkan data yang memiliki kesamaan jumlah data curah hujan yang sama atau mendekati, sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai pendukung pengambilan keputusan dalam mengelompokkan data.Mixture Modelling dalam mengelompokkan data curah hujan Kota Bengkulu mempunyai kemampuan untuk mendeteksi keberadaan suatu cluster yang overlap dengan cluster yang lain.Kata Kunci: Fuzzy Clustering, Algoritma Mixture.

Abstract

Algoritma Blowfish dan algoritma Twofish merupakan dua buah algoritma kriptografi yang bersifat simetris dan beroperasi dalam bentuk blok cipher, jaringan fiestel, dan s-box. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, timbul suatu permasalahan antara algoritma Blowfish dan Twofish terhadap estimasi waktu yang diperlukan pada saat proses enkripsi dan dekripsi suatu file. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisiskedua algoritma tersebut, dan mengujinya dengan cara membuat sebuah aplikasi berbasis windows yang dapat digunakan untuk mengukur estimasi waktu proses dan besar file setelah proses enkripsi dan dekripsi, sehingga dapat dilakukan perbandingan antara kedua algoritma tersebut. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan file dokumen dengan extension *.doc, *.xls, *.psd, *.ppt baik untuk proses enkripsimaupun dekripsi. Dari hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa jika ditinjau dari estimasi waktu proses enkripsi dan dekripsi, algoritma Blowfish lebih cepat waktu eksekusinya dibandingkan dengan algoritma Twofish, dan jika ditinjau dari besar ukuran file sebelum dan sesudah proses enkripsi dan dekripsi, algoritma Blowfish dan algoritma Twofish memiliki besar ukuran yang sama.Kata Kunci : Kriptografi, Algoritma Blowfish, Algoritma Twofish

Abstract

COVID-19 sangat berdampak pada dunia pendidikan, bahwa dari dunia pendidikan se-Indonesia, Pemerintah telah mengambil kebijakan untuk meliburkan seluruh aktifitas pendidikan. Pemerintah dan lembaga pendidikan harus segera mencari solusi atau cara agar pendidikan sekolah tetap berjalan walaupun pada saat pandemi COVID-19. Kendala yang dirasakan dari siswa tidak dapat mengikuti proses belajar daring yang dilaksanakan oleh guru dikarenakan ketiadaan sinyal jaringan internet dan selain itu juga sebagaian orang tua yang kondisinya pas-pasan juga ketidaktahuan penggunaan aplikasi yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran online/daring. Metode atau pendekatan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pelatihan penggunaan Google Classroom untuk mengoptimalkan pembelajaran di SMA Negeri 9 Kota Bengkulu, Siswa-siswi setelah dievaluasi dari pelaksanaan kegiatan penyampaian materi dan praktek pelatihan penggunaan google classroom, siswa-siswi mengungkapkan bahwa kendala dan ketakutan dalam mengikuti pembelajaran secara daring mereka lebih siap mengikuti kegiatan belajar mengajar seperti yang dilaksanakan seperti tatap muka dengan menggunakan google classroom berbasis mobile menggunakan HP masing-masing. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya penggunaan Social Learning Network (SLN)Classroom bagi siswa-siswi SMA Negeri 9 Kota Bengkulu berbasis Mobile dan meningkatnya ketrampilan siswa-siswi yaitu mampu melakukan penggunaan classroom dan pengelolaannya dengan benar.

Abstract

SMA Negeri 5 Bengkulu City is one of State Senior High Schools in Bengkulu City that has been accredited A with a total of 58 educators and 23 administrative staff and employees. In addition, SMA Negeri 5 Bengkulu City has also won many achievements both in academics (graduates of SMA N 5 Bengkulu City are accepted at the best universities in Indonesia through test and non-test pathways) as well as in the fields of science (Olympics), Sports, IMTAQ and the arts for the provincial and national levels. Application of student admissions data in higher education through SNMPTN using Fuzzy C-Means Algorithm at SMA N 5 Bengkulu City is an application that can help analyze data grouping based on student admission data into 3 groups. Data Analysis of Student Admissions in higher education through SNMPTN was made using the Visual Basic.Net programming language and SQL Server 2008 database by applying the Fuzzy C-Means algorithm. This application is able to provide information on the results of the analysis of student admissions at Higher Education through SNMPTN. Abstract

Madrasah Aliyah Al-Karim is one of the madrasa schools in Central Bengkulu Regency. At the school once a year a scholarship program is held, one of which is a scholarship for the poor. So far, the data management process for prospective scholarship recipients is carried out starting from collecting files for prospective scholarship recipients, then filling in the names of prospective scholarship recipients in Microsoft Word. After that, an assessment of the data of the prospective scholarship recipients is carried out so that the final results can be known who are eligible and who do not deserve the scholarship. Comparison of Simple Additive Weighing and Fuzzy Multi Criteria Decision Making methods in determining scholarship recipients at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Karim is done by comparing the final results and processing time obtained from the results of applying the two methods based on the assessment data of each prospective scholarship recipient. In helping the comparison process of the two methods, an application was built using the Visual Basic .Net programming language and SQL Server database, where with the application you will see the comparison results of the Simple Additive Weigthing and Fuzzy Multi Criteria Decision Making methods. Based on the black box testing that has been carried out, the results obtained are that the functionality of the application runs as expected

Abstract

This study aims to create an expert system application to diagnose periodontal disease in humans using the Certainty Factor Method. Periodontal is a dental disease that causes tooth loss due to inflammation from bacteria that results in progressive damage to the supporting tissues of the teeth. The problem that often occurs is the lack of knowledge and limited sources of information causing low public awareness of efforts to prevent and even treat dental and oral diseases. The MySQL database can accommodate patient information and data who consult with an expert system that can provide convenience for patients to consult about periodontal disease. From the results of the system program on the users, it was found that the average results of respondents' answers which reached 53% answered strongly agree, 26% answered agree, 14% answered less agree and only 7% of respondents answered disagreed. So from the results of data processing, it can be concluded that this system is feasible to use. Because more than half of the respondents agree that this system is suitable to use.

Abstract

Ummi shop is a company engaged in the sale of traditional cakes. The sales system used today is a conventional system, where the buyer must come directly to the Garsel Shop to see the products offered. With this system, it will take the consumer's time so that it is difficult to obtain information about the specifications of the product being offered. E-Commerce or in Indonesian, namely electronic commerce is the distribution, purchase, sale, marketing of goods and services through electronic systems such as the internet or television, www, or other computer networks. E-commerce can involve electronic funds transfer, electronic data exchange, automated inventory management systems, and automated data collection systems. At this time, Ummi Store has not used the e-commerce facility so that it is difficult to offer products to consumers who are outside the city. In addition, it can also have an impact that affects the product sales process, namely the ignorance of consumers who are outside the city of the existence of Ummi Shops. The process of selling the Ummi Store will only be carried out if there are consumers who come to the store, while many consumers who are outside the city cannot come or do not know the existence of the Ummi Store. To build this e-commerce system, the tools used to describe the system model are in the form of a data flow diagram (FlowMap), context diagrams, and Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), as well as in database design using a data dictionary and Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). With the existence of e-commerce is expected to make it easier for consumers to obtain information about product specifications offered by Ummi Stores. Make it easy for Ummi shops to offer or sell their products to consumers who are outside the city. Consumers who are outside the city can find out the existence of Ummi stores by using this e-commerce service and can order without having to come to the store. Make it easy for consumers to process payments because there are several options in the payment process. With a good product data processing or management system that is equipped with security, it will support the performance of the system.

Abstract

Masalah Internet merupakan salah satu hasil dari kecanggihan dan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi buatan manusia. Internet adalah singkatan dari Interconnected Networking yang apabila diartikan dalam Bahasa Indonesia berarti rangkaian komputer yang terhubung di dalam beberapa rangkaian jaringan. Allan (2005) berpendapat bahwa “Internet merupakan sekumpulan jaringan computer yang saling terhubung satu sama lain secara fisik dan juga memiliki kemampuan untuk membaca dan menguraikan berbagai protocol komunikasi tertentu yang sering kita kenal dengan istilah Internet Protocol (IP) serta Transmission Control Protocol (TCP)..”Perilaku kita ber-Internet berkaitan langsung dengan sedikit-banyaknya materi negatif yang mengancam kita. Semakin kita waspada dan tidak ceroboh ketika menggunakan Internet, maka akan makin kecil kemungkinan kita, anak, remaja atau anak didik kita terpapar berbagai materi negatif dari Internet. Salah satu langkah antisipasi untuk menangkal materi negatif tersebut adalah dengan menginstal software pengaman di komputer kita. Yang harus diingat adalah, berbagai macam software yang tersedia tidaklah menggantikan peran orang-tua, guru ataupun komunitas dalam memberikan keamanan dan kenyamanan anak, remaja atau anak didik kita selama ber-Internet. Software hanyalah alat bantu, yang tidak bisa menjamin 100% menghalau materi negatif dari Internet.
