Abstract

Kampung Bali Health Center is one of the health centers in Bengkulu City. The health center serves the family planning program by providing contraceptives, such as pills, injections, condoms, IUDs, and implants. The data processing on supplies and expenditures of contraceptives is done manually by filling in the form provided. It will be recapitulated by the officer to know the use of contraceptives for 1 year. Unfortunately, this procedure is not efficient because it takes time and sometimes there are miscalculations that cause errors in determining the supply of contraceptives. Moreover, the health center needs data on most in demand and least desirable contraceptives. The application of data clusterization on contraceptive use at the Kampung Bali Health Center in Bengkulu City is used to assist the Health Center in managing monthly contraceptive data, and to assist the Health Center in finding out which contraceptive information is most in demand and the least desirable. The K-Means Clustering methodology applied in this research is used in order to divide the contraceptive data into 2 groups; Cluster C1 (the most popular) and Cluster C2 (the least desirable) based on an analysis of the amount of supply and use of contraceptives. There are 60 participants in this study, where Cluster C1 consisted of 24 data and Cluster C2 consisted of 36 data, with the percentage value of C1 clustering 40% and C2 60%. Based on the test, it shows that the functional application of clustering data on contraceptive use at the Kampung Bali Health Center in Bengkulu is running well. It also give beneficial information about data clasterization of contraceptives.

Abstract

Tonsillitis is inflammation of the palatine tonsils, which are part of the Waldeyer ring. Spread of infection through air borne droplets, hands and kissing. 4,5 Tonsillitis is more common in children aged 5-15 years with a prevalence of bacterial tonsillitis 15-30% in children with throat disorders and 5-15% in adults with throat disorders. The author received data that in the past year there were 63 patients suffering from tonsillitis, both acute and chronic. It can be concluded that every month there are 5-6 people from various regions in Bengkulu Province who suffer from tonsillitis and receive treatment at the Rafflesia Hospital. But the problem in the medical world is an imbalance between patients and doctors. In addition, most people are not medically trained, therefore the author intends to design an "expert system for diagnosing Tonsillitis using a web-based forward chaining method" which can be accessed through http://www.sistempakarfc1.my.id/. This application is expected to be used for the community in early diagnosis as prevention of more severe disease. This system is designed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database, the resulting expert system is able to help patients diagnose Tonsillitis and provide solutions to the disease. From the test results, the results obtained 100% functionality runs according to system requirements. In the system accuracy test carried out at Rafflesia Hospital, a very good accuracy value was obtained, which was 90% of the 10 sample data available.

Abstract

The management of attractions needs the support of Bengkulu Province Tourism Office, which is one of the government agencies in Bengkulu province. Every month a data collection on the number of visits to each tourist attraction in Bengkulu province will be carried out. From the large number of visit data that is calculated every year, Bengkulu provincial tourism office has difficulty in knowing the number of tourists and also difficulties in identifying which tourist objects are visited the most and least visited. The application for grouping tourist visits to tourist objects in Bengkulu province was made using the Visual Basic.net programming language and SQL Server 2008 data base by applying the Clustering Method, namely K-Means, the grouping was based on data on the number of tourist attraction visits for 12 months from January 2019 to with December 2019 which was divided into 4 attributes, namely Individual Adults (DP), Group Adults (DR), Individual Children (AP), and Group Children (AR). The data clustering process was carried out by dividing into 3 groups, namely Cluster 1 (high number of tourist visits), Cluster 2 (medium number of tourists) and cluster 3 (low number of tourists). Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the application for grouping tourist visits to tourist attractions in Bengkulu province has been successfully carried out, and can provide information based on 3 groups, namely Cluster C1 (high), Cluster C2 (medium) and Cluster C3 (low), as well as functionalities of the application. has worked as expected.

Abstract

This study aims to build a router in a computer network using a proxy, implement an external proxy server on a mikrotik router and implement caching on a local network. In this study, the action research method will be used, where the action research method can provide an overview of the stages of research that the writer needs, because the writer requires an analysis or diagnosis of the system that is currently running. The results of this study indicate that an external proxy server using clearOS linux with the squid application can be applied to a proxy router with a transparent proxy, so that clients to connect to the internet network at PT. Mega Maju Perkasa Bengkulu City must pass a proxy server first. The caching system can store caches of sites accessed by clients, from the tests that have been carried out there are data reports with 50 cache hits and 11% cache stored. In addition, the application of an external proxy server on the proxy router does not reduce the quality of service on network at PT. Mega Maju Perkasa Bengkulu City

Abstract

The ocha cell shop is one of the shops engaged in the sale of mobile phones of various brands of mobile phones, the store has not used a special application in processing the products sold, but still uses manual data processing such as recording in a book. So that there is a accumulation of data that is not known for its benefits. One method that can solve this problem is the psi method and the k-means clustering method, because the psi method and the k-means clustering method are methods for solving multiple decision-making criteria, this method is useful if there is a conflict in determining the relative between attributes, so later on the final result of the calculation is that ranking is carried out by analyzing data on sales of goods that are in demand and not selling and the algorithm is partitional by using the value process repeatedly to get the value of the cluster database, it takes the desired number of initial clusters to produce the final ceteroid point as output. With this method, it helps store management to find out which cellphones are often sold and each time a transaction can later help in overcoming existing problems.

Abstract

Pelita Kasih High School which is a private school located in Bengkulu City. So far, the learning process at Pelita Kasih High School often makes students feel bored and lack understanding and mastery of the material that has been taught. This makes the school, especially the teacher, must conduct an analysis to determine the level of student satisfaction with the learning system every semester. However, the obstacle that occurs is that Pelita Kasih High School does not yet have a forum that can help students to provide assessments related to learning satisfaction in schools that are ongoing per semester. Applications measuring the level of student satisfaction with learning at Pelita Kasih High School Bengkulu are used to assist the school in knowing the level of student satisfaction per semester per academic year based on filling out the questionnaire form that has been done by students. The application to measure the level of student satisfaction has applied the IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) method which is used to determine the level of suitability of respondents based on the level of interest and level of satisfaction that has been given by students. The application to measure the level of student satisfaction with learning at SMA Pelita Kasih Bengkulu was made using the Visual Basic .Net programming language. Based on the assessment of 18 students in the Even Semester of the 2021/2022 Academic Year, the average respondent suitability level (TKi) was 91.57% and showed that the level of student satisfaction with learning at school was very satisfied..

Abstract

Kantor Kelurahan Belakang Pondok Kecamatan Ratu Samban Kota Bengkulu merupakan satu instansi pemerintah yang aktivitasnya memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat.Setiap tahunnya pihak Kantor Kelurahan Belakang Pondok Bengkulu melakukan survei dengan memberikan kuesioner kepada masyarakat, hal ini guna untuk mengevaluasi pelayanan pegawai di lingkungan Kantor Kelurahan Belakang Pondok. Namun proses tersebut masih dilakukan secara manual, yaitu data survei tersebut dihitung satu persatu agar dapat memperoleh hasil penilaian masyarakat.Penerapan Algoritma K-Nearest Neighbor dalammengukur kepuasan masyarakat di Kantor Kelurahan Belakang Pondok Bengkulu dapat dijadikan suatu wadah dalam membantu mengukurtingkat kepuasan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan di Kantor Kelurahan Belakang Pondok Bengkulu dengan mengetahui tingkat kepuasan masyarakat berdasarkan 5 kategori penilaian yaitu Sangat Puas, Puas, Cukup Puas, Kurang Puas dan Tidak Puas.Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan dengan n Algoritma K-Nearest Neighbor melalui data lama yang digunakan sebanyak 132 data kuesioner penduduk tahun 2021, dan data uji yang digunakan sebanyak 40 data kuesioner penduduk tahun 2022.Maka diperoleh hasil tingkat kepuasan masyarakat di tahun 2022 dengan persentase Sangat Puas 4,32% meningkat dari periode sebelumnya, Puas -11,06% menurun dari periode sebelumnya, Cukup Puas 6,74% meningkat dari periode sebelumnya, Cukup Puas 0,00% tidak mengalami peningkatan atau penurunan, Kurang Puas 0,00% tidak mengalami peningkatan atau penurunan.

Abstract

Pembuatan website sekolah menjadi salah satu pilihan ketika masyarakat juga mulai terbiasa dengan memanfaatkan teknologi berbasis internet. Untuk itu sudah selayaknya lembaga pendidikan memiliki website sebagai sarana komunikasi antara guru, siswa dan wali murid, dengan adanya website sekolah terdapat beberapa manfaat salah satunya adalah menghadirkan informasi kegiatan sekolah yang positif dan kreatif dan mengetahui berbagai hal tentang Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) Negeri 3 Bengkulu Utara, dari hasil observasi pada , kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membantu pihak SMA Negeri 3 Bengkulu Utara melakukan pendampingan dalam pengelolaan website dengan mengevaluasi website   SMA Negeri 3 Bengkulu Utara yang sudah ada dengan menggunakan software CMS Lokomedia, Tim PkM Filkom Unived Bengkulu berhasil mengembangkan website SMA Negeri 3 Bengkulu Utara sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang difokuskan kepada media informasi dan promosi SMA Negeri 3 Bengkulu Utara dengan langkah dari tahap perencanaan dan persiapan sampai dengan kegiatan pendampingan admin pengelola website berjalan dengan lancr dan baik sesuai dengan rencana dan berjalan dengan baik dan lancar. Abstract

Kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi, informasi dan komunikasi semakin meningkat secara pesat terutama bidang teknologi. Teknologi di era revolusi 4.0 bukan lagi benda yang asing di tengah-tengah masyarakat akan tetapi menjadi sesuatu yang hampir semua aktifitas masyarakat melibatkan teknologi. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat untuk menciptakan suasana belajar yang efektif, inovatif dan menyenangkan dengan memanfaatkan kecerdasan buatan. Dalam proses pembelajaran guru bukan hanya berperan sebagai pemberi informasi saja juga berperan dalam mengarahkan dan memberi fasilitas belajar agar proses belajar dapat meningkatkan kemandirian siswa. Dalam dunia pendidikan kecerdasan buatan yang dirancang untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran, contoh aplikasi kecerdasan buatan dalam pendidikan adalah penggunaan beberapa aplikasi/web diantaranya adalah pemanfaatan Aplikasi Google Classroom. Dari pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan manfaat bagi siswa/siswi SMK Negeri 2 Bengkulu yaitu meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa tentang Kecerdasan Buatan (Artificial Intelegence), meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang penggunaan aplikasi Google Classroom yang mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran offline dan online dan pemahaman siswa-siswi dalam menggunaan teknologi dengan bijak dan kreatif.
