Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis secara empiris peran krusial Ulasan Online (Online Reviews), Citra Merek (Brand Image), dan Harga (Perceived Price) sebagai faktor penentu utama Keputusan Menginap (Staying Decision) tamu di sektor perhotelan. Studi kasus dilakukan pada The Balcone Suites & Resort Bukittinggi, mengingat pentingnya faktor digital dan psikologis dalam menentukan pilihan akomodasi. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada tamu yang pernah menginap. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial maupun simultan, Ulasan Online, Citra Merek, dan Persepsi Harga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap Keputusan Menginap tamu. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya manajemen hotel untuk secara aktif memantau dan merespons umpan balik daring, berinvestasi dalam penguatan identitas merek yang positif, dan mengelola strategi penetapan harga yang konsisten agar dinilai memberikan nilai yang sepadan (value for money) oleh pasar. Implikasi praktis penelitian ini adalah memberikan panduan strategis bagi manajemen hotel dalam upaya peningkatan tingkat hunian dan daya saing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan model kepemimpinan kolektif kolegial di SD Negeri 03 Kecamatan Pontianak Kota untuk membangun moderasi beragama di lingkungan sekolah. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus kualitatif untuk memahami secara mendalam bagaimana kepemimpinan kolektif diterapkan dan berkontribusi pada moderasi beragama. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen, dengan subjek penelitian meliputi kepala sekolah, guru, dan staf. Fokus utama dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana kepemimpinan kolektif kolegial dapat memfasilitasi pelaksanaan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama dalam pendidikan, serta tantangan dan keberhasilan yang dihadapi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model kepemimpinan kolektif kolegial mampu menciptakan lingkungan yang inklusif dan partisipatif, mendukung integrasi nilai-nilai moderasi beragama melalui kegiatan pembelajaran dan ekstrakurikuler. Kegiatan lintas agama, pendekatan inklusif dalam pembelajaran agama, serta pengajaran nilai-nilai toleransi dan kerja sama turut memperkuat moderasi beragama di sekolah. Tantangan utama dalam penerapan moderasi beragama adalah perbedaan pandangan antara guru dan orang tua siswa mengenai isu agama. Namun, pendekatan dialog terbuka dan komunikasi efektif mampu mengatasi perbedaan tersebut. Dampak positif dari model kepemimpinan ini terlihat dari meningkatnya keterbukaan siswa terhadap perbedaan serta pemahaman mereka tentang pentingnya hidup berdampingan secara damai.

Abstract

Digital transformation in higher education has reshaped learning patterns and students’ academic practices, including how they manage and complete academic tasks. On the one hand, digital learning offers flexibility and easy access to learning resources; on the other hand, it has intensified tendencies toward academic task procrastination. This study aims to analyze students’ academic task procrastination as a socially constructed reality within the context of digital learning. The research adopts a qualitative approach with a case study design conducted at IAIN Fattahul Muluk Papua. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with students and lecturers and analyzed using Peter L. Berger and Thomas Luckmann’s social construction theory, encompassing the processes of externalization, objectivation, and internalization. The findings indicate that task procrastination is externalized through flexible learning schedules, digital media distractions, fatigue with instructional methods, and academic pressure. These practices are subsequently objectivated through students’ collective experiences and social relations with lecturers, leading them to be perceived as normative behavior in digital learning. Furthermore, task procrastination is internalized as a habit and an adaptive, taken-for-granted strategy within students’ learning rhythms. This study affirms that academic task procrastination cannot be reduced to an individual problem alone; rather, it emerges from the complex interaction between technological structures, pedagogical practices, and academic social dynamics. The findings are expected to contribute to the development of more reflective and contextual digital learning policies and strategies.

Abstract

The present study was a quantitative research with a survey method conducted in class IX of SMP Negeri 8 Tarakan. The objective of this study was to determine the effect of mathematical communication ability towards mathematical learning achievement of class IX student of SMP Negeri 8 Tarakan. This study was conducted in the even semester of the 2020/2021 academic year. There were 134 students who were taken using simple random sampling technique. The data were collected by distributing quetionnaire, mathematical communication ability test, and document of mathematical learning achievement. The data abtained were processed by using statistical data processing program, namely, SPSS version 23.0. The result of this study indicated that there was a partially significant effect of mathematical communication ability towards mathematical learning achievement of class IX students of SMP Negeri 8 Tarakan with the regression equation = 26.760 + 0.714 X. Based on the calculation of the coefficient determination, it was found that mathematical communication ability had an effect of 56.3% towards the mathematical learning achievement of class IX student of SMP Negeri 8 Tarakan.

Abstract

Students in Grade VIII at Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) Negeri Tarakan had difficulty with integer addition operations. To address these difficulties, concrete media such as Cuisenaire rods can be used. Therefore, this research was designed as Classroom Action Research (CAR) aimed at improving integer operation skills through the use of Cuisenaire rods. The CAR was conducted over two cycles, each consisting of planning, action & observation, and reflection. In this study, five students with intellectual disabilities in Grade VIII of SLB Negeri Tarakan were chosen as subjects. Data collection involved observing both teacher and student activities and administering additional skill tests. The results demonstrated progress: in Cycle I, 40% of students achieved learning completeness. Subsequently, there was a 40% increase in Cycle II, bringing the total to 80%, which exceeded the success indicator set at 60%. Furthermore, student activity, which was categorized as fairly active in Cycle I, increased to very active in Cycle II. Similarly, teacher activity improved from good in Cycle I to very good in Cycle II.

Abstract

Randai traditional art is one of the cultural heritages of Minangkabau that holds significant aesthetic, educational, and social values; however, its existence is increasingly threatened due to globalization and the declining interest of the younger generation. The lack of attention and limited preservation efforts are the main factors contributing to the decline of this traditional art. Therefore, concrete efforts are needed to preserve randai as part of local cultural identity. This article aims to examine the preservation of randai as an effort to strengthen cultural identity through the Community Service Program (KKN) using a participatory approach involving students and the community in activities such as socialization, training, and performances. The results indicate that these activities can increase public awareness of the importance of local culture and revive the interest of the younger generation in learning and preserving randai. Furthermore, the program also strengthens social cohesion and cultural identity within the community. In conclusion, the preservation of randai not only serves to maintain cultural heritage but also acts as a means of strengthening local cultural identity in the midst of modernization.
