Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of personality, ability and work motivation on employee performance at the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Labuhanbatu Regency. The population in this study were 90 people. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, so the sample size in this study was 90 people. The data collection method used a questionnaire/questionnaire. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the equation Y= 1,989 +0,211X1+0,564X2+0,160X3. In the partial test (t test) the personality variable obtained a tcount value of 3.030>ttable1.987 which means that the personality variable has a positive and significant effect on the employee's work performance variable with a significant value of 0.003 <0.05. The ability variable obtained a tcount value of 4.042> t table 1,987 which means that the ability variable has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance variable with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. The work motivation variable obtained a tcount value of 2.302> t table 1.987 which means that the work motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on the employee achievement variable with a significant value of 0.024 < 0.05. The results of the F test obtained an F value of 65.211 > Ftable 2.71 with significant value 0.000 <0.05 which means that personality, ability and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the coefficient of determination test show that 05 which means that personality, ability and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the coefficient of determination test show thatpersonality, ability and work motivation variables have an effect of69.5%on the employee's work performance variable, while the remaining 30.5% is influenced by other variables that are outside this research.

Abstract

This article aims to review three recent articles on the topic of strategic human resource management and discuss their relationship to some theories and concepts. The study used a qualitative descriptive method by reviewing literature from SCOPUS indexed journals to ensure the availability of research related to strategic human resource management. The results of the finding shown that Researchers often link SHRM with company performance, human capital and competitive advantage by using several theoretical approaches, including the resource-based view (RBV), social exchange theory (SET), and human capital theories. The reviewed articles treat the topic of SHRM differently, but, on the whole, they identify gaps that exist in SHRM research and demonstrate the importance of aligning HR practices vertically and horizontally.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah Merupakan sebuah sistem yang sangat membantu dalam proses pengelolaan keuangan, pada saat ini pada Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kab. Bengkalis telah memiliki jaringan sistem tersebut, akan tetapi masih terdapat beberapa kendala, khususnya dalam hal kurang optimalnya kecepatan akses ke sebuah server sistem karena tidak terdapatnya manajemen yang mengelola trafik yang mengarahkan keserver-server yang telah disediakan.Dengan semakin berkembangnya framework-framework yang dapat membantu developer membangun aplikasi berbasis web, dari situlah muncul ide untuk membuat ” Rancang Bangun Manajemen Trafik Routing Jaringan Pada Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah Kab. Bengkalis” Aplikasi ini merupakan sebuah manajemen trafik yang mengarahkan user ke server-server tertentu yang telah disediakan agar penggunaan atau pembagian server dapat terdistribusi dengan baik, yang pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan kecepatan akses dari user ke server sistem informasi pengelolaan keuangan daerah.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan sarana untuk meningkatkan dan mengembangkan kualitas  Sumber  Daya  Manusia  (SDM). Salah  satu  upaya  untuk  meningkatkan mutu pendidikan adalah dengan cara memperbaiki proses belajar mengajar. Belajar mengajar pada dasarnya adalah hubungan timbal balik antara guru dan peserta didik. Guru dituntut untuk bisa sabar dan mempunyai sikap terbuka disamping kemampuan dalam situasi belajar mengajar yang lebih aktif. Tugas seorang  guru dalam menyampaikan  materi  pelajaran  kepada  peserta didik  tidaklah  mudah termasuk di pembelajaran bahasa indonesia. Guru  harus memiliki berbagai kemampuan yang dapat menunjang tugasnya agar tujuan pendidikan dapat dicapai. Salah satu kemampuan yang harus dimiliki oleh seorang guru dalam meningkatkan kompetensi profesinya ialah kemampuan mengembangkan model pembelajaran. Tujuan kajian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan 1. model Problem Based Learning, 2. Implementasi model Problem Based Learning dalam Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Hasil kajian ini adalah (1) model Problem Based Learning merupakan pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis konstruktivisme sehingga peserta didik dapat membangun pengetahuannya sendiri dan peserta didik dapat berpikir kritis dalam memecahkan masalah yang ditemukannya

Abstract

In relation to utilizing AC waste water and the use of water in watering plantsespecially ornamental plants and provide awareness for efforts to save water. By usingapplication of Internet of Things (IoT) based electronic circuit which is one of the programsdeveloped to facilitate the process of watering and fertilizing plants automatically. One ofthe way you can do this is by using IoT devices as a control device.This product is expected to be a product that can be sold to the market at an affordable price. andhas a function that is environmentally friendly and can be used by all people in the future. Activitiesmaking this product starts with the initial stage of observing the room using AC and makingdesign model, after getting the right room, then is to prepare the device to beused to make products both electronic and non-electronic devices and finally prepare toolswhich will be used for installation and configuration of the tool. After the product is finished, the next is testingproduct. The final stage includes functional checks to determine whether the tool is functioning properly based onsystem design that has been designed.

Abstract

The present paper critiques and analyses three articles ‘Measuring Employee Expectations in a Strategic Human Resource Management Research: Job Satisfaction’ which appeared in the journal ‘Procedia Social and Behavioral Sciences’, published in 2011, ‘Shattered but smiling: Human resource management and the wellbeing of hotel employees during COVID-19’ which appeared in the journal ‘International Journal of Hospitality Management’, published in 2021, and ‘Innovation Culture and Strategic Human Resource Management in Public and Private Sector within The Framework Of Employee Ownership’ which appeared in the journal ‘Procedia Social and Behavioral Sciences’, published in 2015. This review will begin by summarising the articles. It will then briefly analyse the effectiveness of the article based on how it was structured – investigating how the information is set out and whether the readers can access it effectively and with ease. And finally the article will be critiqued based upon its authority and accuracy, and how current and relevant the information presented is. The review will also analyse any graphs and tables before finally judging the article’s accessibility and credibility. The central theme of the paper is to present a ‘conceptual framework encompassing a range of organization's overall issues relevant to strategic human resource management’. The framework provides a foundation for organising the existing and the growing literature on international competition and ‘creating a map of the field’. The chosen articles can be used for both teaching and future research, but more importantly they are most beneficial for manager of multinational corporation. Which is aimed at providing then with ‘relating and synthesizing the different perspectives and prescriptions that are currently available for global strategic management’.

Abstract

The role of employees in the organization is a crucial part to be able to maintain the company and compete with other companies. The reason is, the role of human resources is used as a role within the organization to form a cooperation strategy in order to develop the company for the better. The method used by the researcher is a systematic literature review. The results prove that the role of human resources in the company can be used as a strategic partner for the company, especially when focused on partner organization strategies and the balanced scorecard. So, based on these results, it can be concluded that reliable and quality human resources will make a major contribution to the progress of the organization.

Abstract

Abstract: A study on the adsorption of lead content in the leachate from the landfill by using solid waste of tofu. This study assed the effects of weight of the solid waste of tofu and the contact time on the efficiency of the Pb adsorption. The sample used in this study was artificial sample of a solution of Pb metal ion and the sample of the leachate of the landfill waste.  The study was carried out with a batch system, with the variables of weight of waste of tofu of 0.5; 1.0; 1.5 g. While the variables of the contact time were 0, 30, 60, 90, 120 and 150 minutes. To determine the optimum conditions, the waste of tofu was dissolved in 50 mL of Pb metal ion solution with a concentration of 20.27 mg/L and stirred with a shaker for 30 minutes at a speed of 180 rpm. The same thing was done by varying the contact time. When the optimum condition was obtained, it was applied with varying concentrations of Pb metal ion solution and garbage landfill leachate. The initial and the final levels of the Pb metal ion solution were analyzed by using the Atomic Adsorption Spectroscopy (AAS). The initial and the final results of the heavy metals were analyzed for disclosing the adsorption efficiency. To reveal the effects of the weight of the waste of tofu and the contact time, the data were analyzed with graphs. The waste of tofu with a weight of 1.5 g and a contact time of 90 minutes, had an adsorption efficiency of 97.68% at a concentration of 20.27 mg / L for Pb ion solution and 28.57% for the leachate from the landfill waste in 100 mL of leachate.Keywords: solid waste of tofu, adsorbent, adsorption, lead, leachate Abstrak (Indonesian): Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang adsorpsi kadar timbal dalam lindi dari sampah TPA dengan menggunakan limbah padat tahu. Penelitian ini akan mengkaji pengaruh berat ampas tahu dan waktu kontak terhadap efisiensi adsorpsi Pb. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel buatan dari larutan ion logam Pb dan sampel dari lindi sampah TPA. Penelitian dilakukan dengan sistem batch, dengan variabel berat ampas tahu 0,5; 1,0; 1,5 g. Sedangkan variabel waktu kontak adalah 0, 30, 60, 90, 120 dan 150 menit. Untuk menentukan kondisi optimum, variabel berat ampas tahu dilarutkan dalam 50 ml larutan ion logam Pb dengan konsentrasi 20,27 mg/L lalu di aduk dengan shaker selama 30 menit dengan kecepatan 180 rpm. Hal yang sama dilakukan dengan variasi waktu kontak, setelah diperoleh kondisi optimum diaplikasikan dengan variasi konsentrasi larutan ion Pb dan lindi sampah TPA. Kadar larutan ion logam Pb awal dan akhir dianalisis dengan menggunakan Spektrofotometer Serapan Atom. Hasil awal dan akhir logam berat dianalisis untuk diketahui efisiensi adsorpsinya. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh berat ampas tahu dan waktu kontak data dianalisis dengan grafik. Ampas tahu dengan berat 1,5 g dan waktu kontak 90 menit, efisiensi adsorpsinya sebesar 97,68% pada konsentrasi 20,27 mg/L untuk larutan ion Pb dan 28,57% untuk lindi dari sampah TPA dalam 100 mL lindi.Kata kunci : limbah padat tahu, adsorben, adsorpsi, timbal, lindi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of utilization, influence and determine the pattern of village income management in Kuantan Singingi Regency, the efforts and strategies undertaken to increase village income in Kuantan Singingi Regency. Data Collection Techniques: Documentation. Methods of Data Analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that the very effective PADesa of Kuantan Singingi Regency is caused by the realization of PADesa of Kuantan Singingi Regency which tends to reach the target and continues to increase. The cause of the realization of the Aid Fund and Revenue Sharing Fund never reaching the target of realizing village income was caused by several factors, the influence of village income on the achievement of the developing village index showed a significant 0.23 > 0.05, that Fcount > Ftable i.e. Fcount 0.23 > Ftable 0.05. Efforts made to increase the realization of aid funds and profit-sharing funds in Kuantan Singingi Regency included making several breakthroughs through several innovations but the efforts made were unable to increase the realization of aid funds and profit-sharing funds, this was due to the efforts made by planning , implementation, accountability and reporting, the Kuantan Singingi Regency government can provide rewards and sanctions if the realization targets that have been set are not achieved.

Abstract

This research is a study of "Adab Using Tanjak". This research was conducted at the Faculty of Cultural Sciences and the Faculty of Law at the Lancang Kuning University Pekanbaru. This study aims to analyze so that it can be understood as well as teaching material for Malay culture courses. With the expectation when teaching Malay cultural subjects it is not wrong to teach students.
