Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of internal and external factors on the purchase decision of bagged cement in Java Island. The research focuses on identifying how consumer characteristics, purchasing power, and brand perception (internal factors) interact with price competition, distribution networks, and promotional strategies (external factors) in shaping purchasing behavior. Using a quantitative approach with survey data collected from cement buyers across several provinces in Java, the study employs multiple regression analysis to examine the relationship between these variables. The results indicate that both internal and external factors significantly affect purchasing decisions, with external factors such as price and distribution showing the strongest influence. Meanwhile, internal factors like brand loyalty and consumer preference also play a substantial role, particularly in urban markets. The findings contribute to a better understanding of consumer behavior in the cement industry and provide practical implications for manufacturers and distributors to optimize their marketing strategies and maintain competitiveness in one of Indonesia’s largest cement markets.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence consumers buying interest in buying Ecozisca eco-friendly products using the Theory of Planned Behavior approach and health awareness as an intervening factor. The analysis was carried out quantitatively using Structural Equation modeling SmartPLS version 4.0 by purposive sampling. Respondents were taken based on 13 indicators multiplied by 5, totaling 65 respondents. The location used for research is Jakarta because Jakarta is the largest plastic contributor region in Indonesia, although young people already use environmentally friendly products. The results of this study indicate that the intervening factors do not strengthen the influence on consumers buying interest in Go Green Ecozisca products. However, all variables, from attitude variables, subjective norms, and perceptions of behavioral control, influence health awareness and purchase intention of go green products. The strategy that the management of Ecozisca will implement is related to increasing the influence of perceived behavioral control on health awareness because it has the highest influence of 44%. In comparison, 56% is influenced by other factors. In addition, the higher consumer health awareness, the higher the purchase intention to use environmentally friendly products, with an effect of 35%. Although health awareness does not have a powerful influence indirectly, on the other hand, it can influence other factors to become a partial meditator. Ecozisca must focus on business models or strategies that can be implemented to increase the purchase intention of their products, such as using social media campaigns like KOL (Key Opinion Leader) to help convey customers positive information about Ecozisca's eco-friendly products. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, service recovery, and perceived justice on complaint handling satisfaction, as well as the direct and indirect effects of complaint handling satisfaction through WOM communication. The research sample consists of 250 customers who submitted complaints within the past year, and whose complaints were handled and resolved. Data collection was conducted via Google Forms. Data analysis using SEM-PLS. Abstract

This study investigates the readiness of the Social Security Agency for Employment (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan) to implement flexible working arrangements (FWAs) in response to the evolving work landscape post-COVID-19. With the Indonesian government's reclassification of the pandemic, organizations are reconsidering their work models, making it crucial to assess their preparedness for hybrid work systems. The research employs a case study design with a descriptive approach, utilizing the TAIDA method to develop planning scenarios. Data collection includes primary data from in-depth interviews with experts and secondary data from relevant literature and internal documents. Findings reveal that BPJS Ketenagakerjaan demonstrates a very good level of readiness across various dimensions, including technology and management, with an overall readiness index of 82.58. However, the mobility policy dimension indicated potential improvement areas. The study highlights the importance of establishing clear policies and standard operating procedures to support remote work, particularly for employees with specific health needs. The implications of this research are significant for BPJS Ketenagakerjaan as it provides a structured framework for enhancing organizational readiness for FWAs, ensuring employee engagement and satisfaction. This study contributes to the broader discourse on flexible work arrangements, offering practical guidance for public service organizations navigating the complexities of hybrid work implementation.
