The Business Model Canvas (BMC) is a tool commonly used by companies to create business models. However, the weakness of BMC is still focused on increasing profits and ignoring other sustainability concepts. The research focuses on the use of the Triple Layered Business Model Canvas (TLBMC) to create business models focused on sustainability issues on SME scale. This research was conducted at a social enterprise in Bogor named Salam Rancage from December 2022-February 2023. Secondary data include internal documents, previous research, scientific journals, and data from the internet. The data is analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques and by mapping the 27 elements of TLBMC. The results of the study show that the application of the TLBMC framework in Salam Rancage can be implemented in significantly covering three aspects of economic, environmental, and social issues that have not been covered in the BMC framework. The TLBMC framework is one of the tools that can be considered to achieve more sustainable business. Keywords: model business, salam rancage, social enterprise, sustainability, TLBMC

The research sample consists of 250 customers who submitted complaints within the past year, and whose complaints were handled and resolved. Data collection was conducted via Google Forms. Data analysis using SEM-PLS. Abstract

Toyota Learning Center (TLC) has the potential to grow further due to market demand. However, in 2023, Toyota Learning Center experienced a significant decline in profitability and a low client retention rate. This reflects the challenges faced by the Toyota Learning Center in maintaining business growth and profitability amid the ever-changing market dynamics. This study aims to analyze the competency gap using the Importance-Performance Analysis matrix, analyze internal & external factor and design the strategic architecture for the business development of the Toyota Learning Center. Based on the gap analysis results, there are 9 parameters related to the curriculum, training facilities, instructors, and business expansion in quadrant I that need to be prioritized (high level of importance but require performance improvement).  From the results of internal and external analysis, simulation-based facilities and comprehensive development programs are resources that provide a sustainable competitive advantage. Partnerships with VR/AR technology suppliers are opportunities that need to be optimized, and content plagiarism by other companies is a threat that needs to be minimized. The Strategic Architecture is structured over the period from 2025 to 2030, grouped into three stages: strengthening competencies, business growth, and excelling performance, to achieve the vision and mission of the Toyota Learning Center as a provider of the best learning experience in the automotive and cross-industry sectors.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of employe turnover factors on work effectiveness thru risk management at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. The factors studied include job satisfaction, compensation, workload, role ambiguity, and relationships with supervisors. This research uses a quantitative approach with the Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method and Bow Tie Analysis. The sample consisted of 251 active BPJS Ketenagakerjaan employes selected using purposive sampling technique. The data collection instrument uses a Likert scale-based questionnaire. Validity and reliability were tested thru outer loading, construct reliability, and AVE, as well as discriminant validity thru HTMT and the Fornell-Larcker Criterion. The results show that all five turnover factors significantly affect work effectiveness, both directly and thru risk management. The variables of job satisfaction (? = 0.379, p = 0.000) and relationship with superiors (? = 0.173, p = 0.016) have a significant positive influence. Conversely, workload (? = -0.149, p = 0.000) and role ambiguity (? = -0.117, p = 0.000) have a negative influence. Risk control was also proven to be a significant mediator. The R² value of 0.778 for work effectiveness indicates the model's strong predictive ability. This research integrates the SEM-PLS approach with Bow Tie Analysis in the context of public organizations, and provides an empirical contribution to turnover risk control strategies to improve work effectiveness.
