Abstract

Grand Elite Hotel Pekanbaru is the first luxury international business hotel in the Malay heritage city of Pekanbaru (Riau), Sumatra island from Core Hospitality International which offers customers a unique and extraordinary experience with a very comfortable, affordable and irresistible choice, while "It's the EXTRA THOUGHT that makes all the difference" is Motto. If the guest who stays does not get satisfactory service, or is even disappointed / angry, it is possible that the guest will tell his disappointment to others so that it will reduce the number of guests who will come to stay at the hotel. Therefore, this study aims to find out how to maintain room facilities at the Grand Elite Hotel Pekanbaru and also to find out the obstacles in implementing room facilities maintenance at the Grand Elite Hotel Pekanbaru. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method to analyze problems based on data collection techniques in the form of observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Maintenance this hotel room facilities use 3 theories including, daily cleaning, general cleaning and decoration. Based on the results of the research that has been done, for the overall results of the observations and interviews, it can be concluded that the Room Boy Facilities Maintenance at the Grand Elite Hotel Pekanbaru has not been fully maintained by the Room Boy at the hotel. Abstract

Currently the development of tourism in Indonesia is growing rapidly. The development of the tourism sector is considered promising and provides benefits to many parties ranging from government, society and the private sector. This is because tourism is an area that is considered to have the potential to be developed and can benefit one of them in the field of travel agencies. However, over time, technological advances have also developed rapidly, this has an impact on the travel bureau. Rapid technological advances have led to a decline in the number of sales at travel bureaus. Good airplane ticket sales and tour packages. Rapidly advancing technological advances do not affect everyone. This is evidenced in the increase in sales of tour packages at PT.Aras Hijrah Tour and Travel Pekanbaru. In this study, focusing on factors that influence the decision to purchase tour packages by consumers PT. Aras Hijrah Tour and Travel. The quantitative descriptive approach method can provide a detailed description of the problem under study. In this study, the authors distributed Questionnaire or Questionnaire to 100 respondents, with 12 questions. The results of this study prove that psychological decisions are an influential factor in making decision to purchase tour packages at PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and capital structure on the value of the company in Mining companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Ratio of Corporate social responsibility (CSR) as independent variable using Corporate disclosure corporate social responsibility disclosure index. The ratio of capital structure used as independent variable is debt to equity ratio (DER) and debt to asset ratio (DAR). While the value of the company as a dependent variable is measured by the ratio of price book value (PBV) and price earnings ratio (PER). The method used to observe the effect of corporate social responsibility and capital structure on company value is by using multiple linear regression.The data used in this research are secondary data, financial report and annual report annual report. The data are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 3 years from 2012 to 2014. Sampling is done by purposive sampling, which is used is 16 companies from 42 mining companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data analysis using simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test and coefficient of determination test. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 21.The result of the analysis shows that corporate social responsibility variable has no significant effect on corporate social responsibility towards the value of mining companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. While the variable of capital structure does not affect the value of mining companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Results of simultaneous testing no significant influence of corporate social responsibility and capital structure variable to the value of mining companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange.Keywords: Corporate Social Responsibility, capital structure, corporate value

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence product quality and service quality to consumer satisfaction. Samples in this study were taken as many as 99 respondents and techniques used Non-probability sampling with Accidental Sampling approach. Data in this study using survey method through questionnaires filled by consumers. Data were obtained by using multiple regression analysis. This analysis includes Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multiple Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Testing through t Test and F Test, and Coefficient Determination analysis (R2). Variable product quality has a greater influence on consumer buying interest that is equal to 0.234 and service quality variable has an effect of 0.143. Hypothesis testing using t test showed that the independent variables studied were product quality and service quality proved to have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable of consumer satisfaction. Then the results of analysis using the F test can be seen that product quality and service quality together significant effect on consumer satisfaction. The coefficient of determination (R2) indicates that contribution of product quality and service quality influence to consumer satisfaction 56.1%. While remaining 43.1% influenced by other variables that are not included in this regression model.Keywords: Product Quality, Service Quality, and Consumer Satisfaction

Abstract

Cooperative is a business entity established to support the people's economic movement which has duties and responsibilities aimed at the welfare of members and the general public. The purpose of this study was to assess the financial performance of KSU Rejosari District of Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru City by using financial ratios. The location of this research was conducted at the KSU Rejosari’s District of Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru City. Ratio analysis used is the profitability that is current ratio, the solvency ratio that is debt to asset ratio (DAR) and debt to equity ratio (DER), the ratio of activity that receivable turnover, and the profitability ratio that is net profit margin (NPM) and return on assets (ROA) and return on equity (ROE). The analytical method used is quantitative descriptive.Research conducted based on the standards of the Regulation of the Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprise of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 06/Per/M.KUKM/V/2006 concerning Cooperative Guidelines Achievers. Based on the calculation of liquidity ratios seen from the level current ratio of KSU Rejosari's performance is categorized as not good. The results of the calculation of the solvency ratio seen from the DAR and DER of KSU Rejosari's performance are categorized as good. The results of the calculation of the activity ratio seen from the level receivable turnover of KSU Rejosari's performance are categorized as not good. The results of the calculation of profitability ratios seen from the level of NPM and ROA performance are categorized very good, while the level of ROE performance of KSU Rejosari is categorized as good. Keywords: Financial Performance, Liquidity Ratio, Solvency Ratio, Activity Ratio, Profitability Ratio

Abstract

This study discusses to study and discuss credit at the BUMDes Muara Uwai Sejahtera Kampar Cooperative during the 2014-2018 period. This study uses secondary data consisting of data obtained by the author through, manual reports and financial statements of the Muara Uwai Sejahtera Kampar Cooperative BUMD that are needed by researchers for reliable credit analysis. This research uses descriptive qualitative. Data collection was obtained from interviews and documentation. Checking the validity of the findings using source triangulation so that it is easy to analyze various problems that occur in the company. The conclusions of this study are (1) The credit granting procedure applied by the Muara Uwai Sejahtera BUMDes Cooperative is in accordance with the guidelines for providing healthy credit but has a deficiency in the credit assessment analysis section. (2) The development of Non-Performing Loans at Muara Uwai Sejahtera BUMDes Cooperative during the last 5 (five) years has increased. (3) factors from debtors and internal factors of cooperatives that cause problem loans at the Muara Uwai Sejahtera BUMDes Cooperative (4) settlement of problem loans that have been implemented, namely routine billing, credit restructuring. Keywords: non-performing loans, causes of problem credit, problem credit settlement

Abstract

Food and Beverage Product (Kitchen Department) is one of the departments in the hotel that has a very large role. This section is in charge of providing food for hotel guests. The quality of the food produced must be improved. Therefore, every hotel must have a strategy to improve the quality of the food that will be produced. This study aims to determine the quality of food products by the kitchen epartment at the Grand Jatra Hotel Pekanbaru. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used were observation, documentation, and interviews with the Executive Chef and Chef de Partie Grand Jatra Hotel Pekanbaru. After conducting interviews with informants, the authors conclude that the quality of food products produced by the kitchen department can be said to be good. But the kitchen department must further improve the quality of its food products so that it can satisfy guests who enjoy it. Keywords : Quality, Food, Kitchen department

Abstract

The key to the success of a hotel is the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in accordance with the standards set by each hotel, so that visitors feel satisfied, comfortable and want to return to visit a hotel. Room service at Angkasa Garden Hotel Pekanbaru has a predetermined Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), but there are several obstacles in implementing the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). This study aims to determine the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in Room service Angkasa Garden Hotel Pekanbaru. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used in the study were interviews, observation, and documentation. Informants involved in this study were Mr. Doni as manager of food & beverage service department of Angkasa Garden Hotel Pekanbaru, Mr. Indra as waiter of food & beverage service department of Angkasa Garden Hotel Pekanbaru and Mrs. Ria as waiters of food & beverage service department of Angkasa Garden Hotel Pekanbaru. Based on the results of the research, the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in Room service Angkasa Garden Hotel Pekanbaru has been implemented properly in accordance with the operational standards that have been set by the hotel. As for the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) at the room service of Angkasa Garden Hotel, Pekanbaru, namely receiving orders from the telephone, making captain orders, preparing equipment, orders delivered to guest rooms and clear-up. Constraints faced in the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are related to the small number of employees and there are still many in the menu list that are not available. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of receivables turnover and inventory turnover on the profitability of pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. The independent variables in this study are accounts receivable turnover and inventory turnover. The dependent variable in this study is profitability. The research population is the pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2016-2020 period. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique. Based on the established criteria, a sample of 7 companies from 11 existing sub-sector copmpanies was obtained. The type of data used is secondary data. This research uses quantitative methods with SPSS (Statistical product and service solutions). The results showed that there was an influence between accounts receivable turnover and inventory turnover on profitability, either partially or simultaneously tested. Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance of PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk during the period 2016-2020. The object of this research is PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk and the research population are Financial Statements for the 2016-2020 period which includes balance reports, income statements, and others. The type of research used is quantitative method. Data collection through documentation. The data of this research were obtained from www.unilever.com . The data analysis technique used is Economic Value Added (EVA) analysis obtained from the difference in the NOPAT value minus the value of Capital Charges. The results showed the financial performance of PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk seen from the year of the study the average score was positive (EVA < 0), but there were still fluctuations. The period that experienced a negative value (EVA > 0) was only in 2019. This was because the value of WACC and Capital Charges decreased from the previous year. Despite experiencing fluctuations, PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk in 2016-2020 can be said to be able to provide added economic value for shareholders.
