Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how djarum super adventure dubstep version influence the improvement of visisting in Bono tourism object Desa Teluk Meranti Kabupaten Pelalawan Provinsi Riau. The hypotheses is to find out the influence of advertisement to improvement of visisting in Bono tourism object Desa Teluk Meranti Kabupaten Pelalawan Provinsi Riau.This is a quantitative research with 50 sample. In choosing the sample, writer used accidental sampling, which is purposive sampling. Data is collected by questionaires. Data analyzin technique is validation test and reability, simple linear regression and coefficient determination.Result shows that variable of music, storyboard, script, and slogan influence dependent variable (Y). Coeficcient determination (R square) 34% shows that independent variable influence dependent variable. The rest 66% are influenced by other independent variable which are not stated here.Key word: advertisement, visiting frequency, SPSS

Abstract

This study was carried out on a bedsheet Soraya Ahmad Yani PekanbaruBranch, with the aim to determine the quality of service and its influence on customerloyalty sewing services Soraya Ahmad Yani Pekanbaru Branch bedsheet. Thepopulation in this study are customers Soraya bedsheet. By using the samplingtechniques population research, obtained thirty-three samples. Methods andquantitative descriptive performed using simple regression testing techniques.The results showed that the quality provided by Soraya Ahmad YaniPekanbaru Branch bedsheet quite satisfactory, and customer loyalty high enough toSoraya bedsheet. Results of regression testing indicate that factors positivelyinfluence service quality on customer loyalty Soraya Ahmad Yani Pekanbaru Branchbedsheet.Recommendation that the author can give is that Soraya Ahmad YaniPekanbaru Branch bedsheet improve the clarity of the information to the customeraspects, improve customer engagement to the company and to socialize more deeplyto customers regarding the quality of the products supplied by the company.Keywords: Quality of Service and Customer Loyalty

Abstract

PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) Pekanbaru Branch is the only one branch of PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya in Pekanbaru is located at Jl. Jenderal Sudirman 341 Pekanbaru. PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) Pekanbaru Branch doing personal selling is one of promotion mix. The implementation of personal selling expected to change the mind of consumen of buying the product of insurance.The sample that as many as 97 respondents from population and taken by slovin’s formula. The data analysis of the research is statistical analysis whom supported by SPSS versi 20. The results of coefficient of determination was 0,949. This means that personal selling affects customer behavior of 94,9%.Key words: personal selling, customer behaviour, PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) Pekanbaru Branch

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the faktors that effect the peforrmance of the housekeeping department at the ibis hotel pekanbaru this research used descriptive quantitative method analyz the programs. The sample in the study of 20 respondents ware taken by using observasion, quesioner, and documentation. By using a likert scale as a measure to determine the length of the short interval.Base on the result of, responden to the faktors that effect the performance of housekeeping department at the hotel ibis pekanbaru,are namely organizational factors, individual faktors and social faktors. Abstract

The research was conducted at the Institute of Ganesha Smart TutoringBranch Panam Pekanbaru in order to determine the organizational culture ofemployees (Case Study at Bank BRI Branch Tambusai Pekanbaru. Variable inthis research are: organizational culture and commitment to employees. Thesample in this study were 55 people with using census techniques. The method ofanalysis is simple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study showedthat there is influence of organizational culture on employees' commitment tousing the coefficient of determination is KD = r 2 x 100% = (0532) 2 x 100% =0.283 means that the value of average commitment amounted to 28.3% ofemployees are determined by the culture of the organization. Furthermore, theresults obtained regression equation Y = 16 256 + 0.225 X. The equation showsthat if the organizational culture is increased by 1 unit will affect the increase inemployee commitment for 0225, it is seen from b is a positive value. Results ofhypothesis testing t = 6937> t table = 2.000 at 95% confidence level. based onthese results that there is the influence of organizational culture on employeecommitment (Case Study at Bank BRI Branch Tambusai Pekanbaru).Keywords: Cultural Organization, Employees Commitment

In banking business, role of client of vital importance as determinant [of] the way economics. As very institute base on belief socialize this is bank claimed to give optimal service always major quality of service so that the client will lick lips and peaceful in [doing/conducting] transaction [in] banking world.This research is in PT. Bank BNI [of] Moslem law Branch Pekanbaru as a mean to know whether/what service quality with his dimension that is reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangible have been applied better by Bank BNI of Moslem law so that can be felt by all client. Data source used by is data or primary data obtained is direct the than data sekunder data or and research object obtained from PT. Bank BNI of Moslem Law Branch Pekanbaru. Data collecting use kuesioner and interview. Population in this research is entire/all client of a number of 30.711 client in recent year the data collecting that is year 2014, by sampel as much 100 responder. Abstract

This research was conducted in Natasha Skin Care Pekanbaru, the setting of the problem is how to influence the image of the skin care industry consumer interest. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect on the company's image indusrtri consumer interest Natasha Skin Care skin care Pekanbaru branch. The author uses descriptive quantitative analysis method and some theories about the company's image and interests. Indicators used in the independent variable is the personality, reputation, value, corporation identity and the dependent variable is the interest. Gathering data using questionnaires and interviews. The sample used was accidental sampling. Source of data used are primary data and secondary data. These results indicate that there is a strong relationship between the variables of corporate image to consumers.Keywords: corporate image, interests. The skin care industry.

Abstract

The This research aims to find out how the quality service of the tour guide in the palace Asserayah Hasyimiah Siak Sri Indrapura.This research used qualitative desciptive method to analyze the problems. The sample in this research are 100 samples by using accidental sampling. And then the techniques to collected data in this research are using observation, questionnaire and interview. And it was using likert scale to know the length of intervals.Based on the result of the research that’s been done, it looks that the quality service tour guide in the palace Asserayah Hasyimiah still low and need to be improved again.Keywords : Service Quality, Tour Guide, The Palace Asserayah Hasyimiah

Loyalitas of Client of have a notion that loyalitas represent komitmen of client for the usage repeatedly an product or service in a period of/to will come with same brand. Lack of loyalitas of client at bank BRI Syariah also can be seen from less be its his enthusiastic is client to event done/conducted by bank.This research is done/conducted in BRI Syariah, Jl. Arifin Ahmad Town. Pekanbaru. As for reason chosen BRI SYariah that to measure storey level of loyalitas of client and the happening of percentage of descend sum up client. target of this Research is done/conducted to know influence of brand image to client loyality.In this research is methodologies used by is quantitative and descriptive with program SPSS, where sample used by that is client and as source of information is party of HRD and Manager marketing. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of financial performance with profitability ratios which are used as independent variables, Gross Profit Margn (GPM), Return On Investmant (ROI), Return on Equity (ROE) and Earning Per Share (EPS). while being used as the dependent variable is the price of shares in Pulp & Paper Indonesia Stock Exchange.The data used in this research is secondary data, financial highlights (annual report) and performance summary. As for the company's data Pulp & Paper Tbk listed on the Stock Exchange for 3 years ie 2012, 2013, 2014. Sampling was done by purposive sampling. the sample used was 5 Companies Pulp & Paper Tbk. Classic assumption test in this study include tests multikoliniearitas, heterocedasticity test, test for normality. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, and test the coefficient of determination. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 19.The results showed that the analysis of the influence of financial performance with the profitability ratio on stock prices, namely GPM, ROI, ROE and EPS on sector companies Pulp & Paper Tbk are Partial (t test) no significant effect on stock prices. The results of the koefesiens determination (R2) of 0.420, which means that the variable contribution GPM, ROI, ROE and EPS on stock prices was 24.0%.
