Abstract

The purpose of this research is how employee satisfaction Food and Beverage Service Department in work and how efforts to improve employee job satisfaction Food and Beverage Service Department in Grand Tjokro Hotel.This research was used descriptive quantitatif method to describe the issues. The sample used in this research was 7 people. Quesionnaires, interviews, and observations were used to collect the research data.The results of this research indicate that based on the research results obtained on the employee job satisfaction Food and Beverage Service Department at Grand Tjokro Hotel Pekanbaru quite satisfied. This is evidenced by the acquisition of the overall total score, which is 264 points. Challenging work mentally, appreciations, good work condition and colleagues who support are important things in improving the employees Food and Beverage Service Department work satisfaction.Keywords: Work satisfaction, employee Food and Beverage Service Department

Abstract

The research was to analyze the motivations of tourists visiting the Indah Beach of Sergang Dabo Singkep. The study aims to: (1) to know the motivations of tourists visiting the Indah Beach of Sergang Dabo Singkep. (2) to find out the most dominant factor in tourists visiting the Indah Beach of Sergang Dabo Singkep. This research uses descriptive quantitative method to describe the problem in a visit travellers. The sample used in this study is 100 people.Based on the results of the research that has been done, retrieved the motivation of tourists visit to the Indah Beach of Sergang Dabo Singkep is influenced by physical motivation, motivation, motivation fantasy social and cultural motivation. While the most dominant factor in the tourists visit to the Indah Beach of Sergang Dabo Singkep is physical relaxation in the form of motivation, health, comfort and relax.Keywords: Motivation, Motivation Instrinsik and Ekstrinsik, Tourists.

Abstract

This research is to find the motives that influenced tourist to visit Pusat Latihan Gajah (PLG) Minas Siak district.This research uses descriptive methods to analyze problem which is going to conducted. The sample of the data collection techniques on this reseach the writer using liker scale as an instrument to measuring the lenght of intervals that can be used to find quantitative data. The sample of this research was 100 people were taken by using accidental sampling.Based on the research are the influence of the phusical motive get 1.625 scores, culture motive get 859 scores, social motive get 1.484 scores and fantasy motive get 1.292 scores.Keyword: Motivation, Pusat Latihan Gajah Minas, tourist

Abstract

This research aimed about Consumer Behaviour Buying Tour Package in PT. Smevasindo Holiday Tour & Travel Pekanbaru. This research aims to: (1) to know about Consumer Behaviour Buying A Package Tour in PT. Smevasindo Holiday Tour & Travel Pekanbaru. (2) to know the response of respondents to purchase tour package in PT.Smevasindo Holiday Tour & Travel Pekanbaru.This research was used descriptive quantitatif method to describe the issues. The sample used in this research was 24 people.The results of this research indicate that based on the research results obtained on Consumer Behaviour Buying Tour Package in PT. Smevasindo Holiday Tour & Travel Pekanbaru is agree. Abstract

This study aimed About Approaches Under Development Tarusan Kamang Become Attractions In Agam district of West Sumatra. This study aims to: (1) To determine the approach ever undertaken in the development of Tarusan Kamang become a tourist attraction. (2) To determine the most dominant approach undertaken in the development Tarusan Kamang become a tourist attraction.This study uses qualitative descriptive method to describe the problem in government agencies. The sample used in this study is 8 people.Based on the research that has been done, the result for the Development Approaches In Tarusan Kamang Become Attractions In Agam district of West Sumatra is pretty good. This is evidenced by the results of interviews with the acquisition of information in the field.Keywords : traditional and religious approaches , existing rule approach , a comprehensive approach , integrated approach , an environmentally sound approach , implemented approach , community approach .

Abstract

This research aims to determine the right number of employees which is Public Area Attendant ideal workload handled at Aryaduta Hotel Pekanbaru.This research was used descriptive quantitative method toexamined the issues. The sample in this research are 5 people and used census method. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews and documentation. This research was used the exponent determinants technique (exponential smoothing), with two exponents in the human resources planning which consists of exponents workload in producing a product, as an analysis of the workload (work load analysis) and exponent of time (cycle time) to complete a product and to find the number of employees or staff that were ideal.Based on the research that has been done, for the whole of the results and from the calculation of ideal working time for the Public Area Attendant still need 1 person, that number must be filled by Aryaduta Hotel to cover their staff workload.Keywords: Workload, Public Area Attendant, Number of Ideal Employees

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Account Receivable and Inventory Against Profitability on Manufacturing Company Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Independent variables using accounts receivables turnover, receivables collection period, inventory turnover and the average days of inventory, while the dependent variable using financial ratios profitability of the Net Profit Margin (NPM). The method used to observe the effect of account receivable and inventory against profitability is by using multiple linear regression.Data used in this research is secondary data, financial reports (annual report). As for the data manufacturing company listed on the IDX for 5 years from 2009 to 2013. Sampling was done by purposive sampling, as for the sample is 4 manufacturing company sectore food and drink . Classic assumption test in this study include normality test, multikoliniearitas, heterocedasticity test, autocorrelation test. Analysis data using multiple linear regression analysis, f test, and coefficient of determination test. Analysis data using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 17.The results of this research simultaneously (f test) showed a significant effect of the account receibable and inventory variables againts profitability on manufacturing company listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).Keywords: Accounts Receivables Turnover, Receivables Collection Period, Inventory Turnover and The Average Days Of Inventory, Net Profit Margin.

Abstract

The purpose of this research aims to determine the perception of tourist to the small industry’s people on track racing event in Kuantan Singingi Regency.This research use descriptive methode to analyze the problems. The sampel inside this research are 50 respondence by usung accidental sampling. And then tecnique to collected data in this research are using observation, questionnaire, and interview. And it was using likert scale to know the lenght of intervals.Based on the researh of the small marketing people,less productive because of lack attention to create a new bussines, foe example there is not a strore or a special place that provides souvenir, less attractive packaging, bad quality of the product altought the capital to make the souvenirs are not good. Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect Third Party Fund ( TPF ) and Return On Asset (ROA) against lending at Bank Government (BUMN). In this study using secondary data obtained from Indonsia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2008 – 2016. Samples were taken by purposive sampling and samples that met the selection criteria. Sample used as many as 4 bangking companies.The analytical method used is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis . Tests conducted on the hypothesis and the reliability of the data (classical assumption) using significant rate of 5 %.From the results of tests performed on the simultaneous study showed that the level of mortgage Third Party Funds (TPF) and Return On Asset by F test significant influence is 0.000. The results partially by t test , to see the test results significant independent variable on the analysis of multiple factors affecting the loan portfolio in the Government -owned banks in Indonesia , it can be seen that the Third Party Funds variables are variables that significantly influence against lending at Bank government (BUMN) 0.000. By looking at the results of the coefficient of the independent variable return on asset (ROA) is a variable that does not significantly influence lending at Bank government (BUMN). Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the level of bank health in private banks listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2011-2015 using RGEC method (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning, Capital).This research is descriptive research, data collection method used is by method of documentation. Measurement method of health level by using ratio as indicator of NPL, IER, LDR, NPM, ROA, CAR in financial report as secondary data.The results of the research were obtained that the assessment of bank soundness by the RGEC method was seen from the risk profile, good corporate governance, earnings, and capital factors in the 2014-2015 period. In 2014-2015, it was seen from the risk profile factor that it was in a very healthy condition (PK-1) with an average value of 86.67%. Judging from the factors of good corporate governance in 2014 was in a healthy condition (PK-2) with an average value of 13.99% NPM ratio, in 2015 was in a healthy condition (PK-2) with an average value of 15 NPM ratios , 69% on. Judging from the earnings factor in 2014, it was in a healthy condition (PK-2) with an average ROA ratio of 1.80%, in 2015 it was in a healthy condition (PK-2) with an average ROA ratio of 1.87 %. Judging from the capital factor in 2014 was in a very healthy condition (PK-1) with an average CAR ratio of 15.05%, in 2015 it was in very healthy condition (PK-1) with an average CAR ratio amounting to 15.77%.Keywords: Bank Health Level, RGEC Method, NPL, IER, LDR, NPM, ROA, CAR
